Karl did an excellent job putting new gutters on our house. He uses heavy duty metal, not the flimsy stuff, and he went out of his way to get our custom color during a materials shortage. The workmanship is outstanding. We communicated almost entirely by text, and it worked! Who would have thought that gutters could make such a difference in the look of a house?
I did my research on local companies specializing in gutter installation and got quotes from four different ones, but no one impressed me half as much as Karl and his team. Not only did he have a better plan and materials than all the other guys, but he’s super friendly, helpful, and committed to doing excellent work— and his prices are better, too. The gutters he installed are top quality. He also gave me a great deal on guards AND added gutters to my chicken coop while he was here, then guaranteed all the work in the unlikely event I want any adjustments made down the line.Honestly, this guy’s so good at his work I felt like cracking a beer with him and his crew after the job was done. Awesome job all around, you’re not going to find anyone better for gutters in the Orange/Sullivan/Ulster area.
Karl and his team of apprentice’s did a stellar job on my gutter needs. Karl took the time to ensure the job was as perfect as possible and was training his team on the work being done. Not just doing the work, but ensuring they did it correctly. Karl is passionate about the work he and his team does and it shows. Elite seamless gutters are priced perfect to the economy and Karl will work with the customer on a payment plan to ease the customers mind.Again, this is a professional owner operator company!!
Called them to clean my Gutters, I had a problem with water running over the gutters so I Knew they needed cleaning. Elite came out and cleaned them. Two days later we had some heavy rain and no more water running over the gutters and all over the siding. Best part was I did not even have to be home so no missed time at work ! I will use them again for sure !
Karl was able to squeeze me in last minute and did an excellent job replacing my old gutters quickly, at a reasonable price and with a warranty. Just got the gutters for now and he didn’t push the guards on me as I was concerned about pine needles getting through, but if I end up wanting them in the future I will definitely give him a call to install those as well.
Our service does not seem to be listed in the choices. The service we received was to have old gutters, leaders and downspouts removed, and replaced with all new, plus gutter guards.Excellent job, very pleased! I needed new gutters and called 3 local contractors to get quotes. They came in about $500 less than the other quotes for the same job. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule within a couple days of accepting their quote. The work was done within a couple hours and they didnt try to upsell me on unnecessary add-ons. The gutters look great and would highly recommend.

TLDR; Karl and his team are top notch. A+. HONEST. Book these guys.I had a difficult time finding someone reliable. I had one popular company on the books to come out, and they even had me sign a credit card pre-auth. But I could not get them to actually give me a start date or come out. After many many calls. They still haven’t called me back- wish they did soI can tell them I went with Elite Gutters! Fast forward to calling Elite Gutters- they returned my call right away, and came out as promised in days. Unfortunately, once they were about to start the job they were concerned about attaching the gutters to my slanted fascia board due to the way the house was built. Anyone else would have just thrown up the gutters, and when the snow/ice ripped them off in 9 months, won’t pick up. However, these guys prided themselves on being honest and will only do things the right way. I made adjustments and fixed the fascia. Karl and the team came back out, and were able to do the job. I watched the whole thing, and their attention to detail was incredible. Super knowledge, very transparent. And a little cheaper than the other two quotes I had.

2022-01-23Karl did a great job installing gutters on our house. He wasnt the cheapest bid we got, but you get what you pay for, and Karl doesnt cut corners. Very responsive to our questions and was clearly willing to address any issues with the install (there were none). Would highly recommend him if you need new gutters on your house.

2021-12-22Elite Gutters installed new gutters two weeks ago on my newly renovated home. I waited a short while for a date and Karl communicated with me all that while. Once we locked in a date and time Karl arrived on that date and time and did an excellent job with the installation, including addressing some flashing issues at my roof line. The work was A plus. I highly recommend Karl and Elite!

2022-01-22I never leave reviews for anyone...I mean never...The service that was provide by Elite Seamless Gutters was above and beyond expectations. They came last minute with single digit temperatures to replace all our gutters...Mind you..The gutters were filled with ice..Not only did they put up the most beautiful seamless gutters, but the price that was quoted was the price that we paid. No hidden fees..No surprises..Nothing..I would recommend Elite Seamless Gutters to ANYONE!! BTW...They even worked after dark...I would give 6 stars if I could!

2021-09-14So where do I begin….Karl and his crew were literally heaven sent.When homeowners hire contractors to do work that is outside their level of expertise, there is a bond of trust that goes both ways. Homeowner agrees to pay, and the contractor agrees to be the caretaker of their home. Oftentimes, this trust is the only reason we will even select a particular contractor.In my case, not only did the roofer in 2014 cut some critical corners but so did the “big name” gutter company over and over again as I scrambled for a solution to a vital component that continued to fail whenever it rained. “Oh Brother”!!!! That should narrow down who I’m referring to.That other gutter company sent out workers who either only did what could be seen from the ground, or would openly admit to me that they had no idea what they were doing and would hand the job over to a more senior technician at a later date. On top of that they never would tell me the truth about what the roofer did and how I needed some of those issues addressed first. They simply took thousands from me and slapped pretty looking but useless gutters on my home.Karl with Elite gutters was the first guy in over 2 years to ask me for a garden hose in order to test his work before he left. And so it is with great enthusiasm that I highly recommend this man and his crew to help you address your gutter repair/install and protect your foundation!!He saved mine and I’m happy to share my experience with him.Hire him!!

If youre asking why someone would write such a long review, its because I know how stressful it is to feel confident with a contractor, so I want to give you not just what they did, but what the experience was like for me from start to finish. Plus, I like to write - its fun for me! Hopefully this helps:------As a first-time house owner (well, its a cabin, but whos checking), I honestly didnt know much about gutters. All I knew was that I didnt have any and I needed them. I had actually scheduled a visit with another gutter company to drive all the way to my cabin, assess it and give me a quote. I then asked them about rain collection, and they said we dont do that and provided no further information. I booked it anyway, but was left feeling less-than-satisfied.So I thought, hmm, let me get a second opinion. Thats when I came across Elite Seamless Gutters (right here via Google maps), read their reviews and gave them a call.Karl, the owner, picked up right away. The other place had a corporate-sounding call service. This was a small thing, but one to keep in mind.I told Karl that I wanted to install gutters in my new cabin. He immediately asked me some questions, gave me a general idea of what the process would be like, and said that if I sent him some pictures, he could give me a thumbs up or down and then a ballpark quote. Seemed easy enough.As we were talking, I heard a young child in the background. I assumed it was his kid, but either way, it made me realize that this is a more local business, perhaps a smaller business, but one that I just felt would treat my house like his own rather than just another client file number. To me, theres value in that.What put me over the edge was when I told Karl Im interested in setting up a barrel to collect rainwater. He didnt blink an eye - said hed seen it before plenty of times, would give me some tips, etc. I then sent him pics of my cabin, he gave me a ballpark quote, and that was it.Simple, quick, straightforward.I was sold.I called and cancelled the other appointment.When Karl and his crewman Nate (I hope I got that right!) came, the process was seamless. Not only did they install the gutters quickly and efficiently, he took the time to inform me about the gutters, how to best clean them, even some cabin maintenance tips, and a few pointers about the rain barrel. Couldnt have asked for more.BTW, I ended up getting gutter guards too which keep large leaves and debris from entering and clogging the gutter. Totally worth the extra expense in my opinion to keep things clean.When they left, the place was as tidy as they found it.Oh, and the best part is, we had a bunch of small talk throughout - it was like Id known them for years.Couldnt recommend them more.Didnt take too many pictures, but heres one of them working, and another of the finished product that I then turned into a downspout for a bit of rain collection.
