One of the best decisions of the entire wedding planning process was to hire Angela and her team. Angela was always there to answer any question I had, big or small. What I appreciated most about Angela was that she gave her honest advice based on her experience of what works and what doesnt, but she also respected my opinions and was accommodating to my vision for the wedding.I had heard from other brides that the day of your wedding can be very hectic and stressful, but I actually had the opposite experience. Our wedding day was perfect in every way possible, and thats really thanks to the Elite team. They ran around making sure everything was set up properly, they made sure the vendors knew where to go, and they made sure that I was taken care of and stress free. I cannot thank the Elite team enough for making my dream wedding come true!
I utilized Elite Wedding and Event Planning for both Venue Scouting and for Month Of coordination of my wedding. Angela was great to work with. She though of so many things to consider while looking for a venue as well as asked great questions when speaking to venue coordinators. She provided me with a piece of mind the 6 weeks leading up to my wedding and on the wedding day ensuring that I did not forget to do anything important. My mother and I did not need to worry about anything as I could rely on Angela to address any problems that came up on the day of the wedding. I couldnt recommend Angela and her team enough.
Angela and her team delivered above and beyond our vision for a rustic, elegant fall foliage wedding at Mount Gulian Historic Site in Beacon, NY. For nearly a year, we worked with Angela on planning, design and execution, and she covered every base (and many bases we would never have thought about) with our style and preferences in mind. Her expert network of vendors were amazing, true partners in achieving our dream wedding and managed as one seamless operation by Angela. We also managed to have plenty of fun along the way. Highly recommend Angela and Elite for New York and Hudson Valley weddings.
Angela was hired by a couple getting married at our venue, Senate Garage in Kingston, NY. This wedding was one of the most elegant weddings weve had to date. Angela was super attentive to the couple and never once missed a beat. I know the couple was super appreciative of everything she did. Angelia works hard and is very good at what she does. We are excited to have her back in our space helping more couples have beautiful and stress free events.
We couldnt be happier that we chose to work with Angela for month-of wedding coordination. Without her, we would have been lost in the final details. I hired Angela and her team about 2 months out from my wedding date. They were there for me every step of the way from that point. They always had the attitude of We got this dont worry . I was so confident in there abilities that I took them at their word and didnt worry. For every obstacle they had a plan, some of which I didnt even know about until after the wedding.Our wedding party consisted of our Grand kids and dogs so it was not an easy job.They got my vision right from the start and were able to decorate just how I had imagined.Very professional and a dream to work with.Angela and her team made my day perfect !

I could not be happier with Elite Wedding Events services! When planning a wedding there are a million things to think about and Angela remember and advised on every one of them! She, and her team, worked like bees to make my special day perfect and it was exactly that! When i hit a snag on how to handle a situation (as we all know both families never see eye to eye on everything) she came up with amazing solutions to keep everyone happy and made the day perfect for all! I gave her basic instructions on how I wanted things set up and she did what I asked and so much more! I hadnt seen the ceremony space set up prior to the ceremony and it was above and beyond. She is so creative and really knew how to take my vision and make it a reality. She coordinated all of my vendors and removed any and all stress I may have had for our big day. She kept any and all hiccups with vendors to herself and just fixed them so I didnt have to worry and I could just focus on having fun and being in love. She was amazing! Hiring Elite Wedding planning for month of wedding coordination is probably the best decision we made for our wedding. For the year or so we were engaged we did a great job of planning on our own end. We booked our venue and vendors on our own and had a general idea of how we wanted our day to go. That stuff is all well and good, but Angela and Georgina from Elite took all of those things and brought them to life. They connected all of the dots for us, from the smallest details to the biggest parts of the event. They used their experience in wedding planning to advise us on the best way to execute our vision.Elite was so easy to work with from the very start. They helped us put together a schedule for our event and on the day they kept all of our family members and vendors honest on when they needed to be where. Shaye was our bridal attendant on the day of as well, and she was so helpful and attentive to everything we needed during all of the rush and crush before the ceremony. They helped us tremendously with setting up our decor before the event and even helped pack it up and brought some of it back to our hotel room at the end of the night so we could keep partying. They were always available to answer questions and help us through any concerns we had leading up.

2020-01-18I hired Elite Wedding Planning as my month of coordinator for my September 2019 wedding, and also brought Angela on for rental management, as I was having a tented wedding. Throughout the year, even though she was only my month of coordinator, Angela was generous with her time to answer any questions that I had and to give me advice. She was patient through many rental iterations and helped me narrow my focus to the things that were most important to me. She was always professional and on time to our meetings and calls, and I appreciated that Angela was always real with me, even if sometimes it wasnt what I wanted to hear, because she always had my best interest at heart.All thats to say, I couldnt be happier that we hired Elite Wedding Planning to run the show our wedding weekend. Its not possible to quantify the value of Elite Wedding Planning on the day of your wedding. Essentially from Thursday through the end of our wedding on Saturday night, I just focused on getting married and being present with all our friends and family and out of town guests and let EWP do the work. The planning part I loved—I enjoyed pouring over all of the details throughout the year by myself and with my other vendors, and am so happy with the choices I made and getting to do it on my own (it felt really worth it and special when it came to life)—but on the wedding day, I could absolutely not have done without EWP.I was so calm my entire wedding weekend, knowing that Angela and team would take care of anything that came up unexpectedly. I never thought about a single thing all day, or where I had to be, or what time it was. I just let Angela and team take care of it and being able to be carefree and just enjoy every single second was absolutely priceless. A good event planner shields you from anything that might make you feel stressed and lets you just be present. Im so grateful to have had Angela there on my wedding day so we could enjoy every moment and not worry about a thing. She went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect ... and it was !!!!!!! 2021-08-11I’m the Mother of the Bride and had to do quite a bit of planning while my daughter was away at college. Angela was a dream to work with. She was responsive, experienced, detail-oriented, and a sweetheart! I loved working with her. It was a stressful wedding because there were 270 guests and we had to deal with constant changing Covid restrictions. Add to that the wedding was outside and the reception was in a tent. We couldn’t have done it without Angelina!!! The wedding and reception were beautiful! I highly recommend Angela and her wonderful team!!!

I reached out to Elite Wedding and Event Planning because they were listed on our venues vendor list and I had zero clue on how to plan, style, and execute a barn wedding. Angelas expertise and professionalism made the wedding planning process fun, stress-free (as much as wedding planning can be, haha), and easy. We booked Angela and her team for month-of coordination services, so even though we technically werent scheduled to have a call with her until a few weeks prior to our wedding date, Angela reached out to us during the thick of COVID to let us know her and her team were available as a resource and she always responded to any questions I had about wedding planning and the changes for weddings due to COVID restrictions. Communication with Angela and her team was always professional, thorough, and prompt. Angela and Danielle made sure that every single little detail was thought out and prepared leading up to our special day. After every meeting we had with them we felt more and more relaxed about the day - we knew we were in great hands! As for the wedding day itself, I cannot adequately explain how amazing the bridal attendants were! It felt like they were genuinely excited for my special day and wanted to do anything they could to make sure my day was stress-free. I mean, they truly provided exceptional assistance from helping us pick up the bridal house/suite, cleaning my bridal shoes so they looked like new, even going back to my Airbnb to check if I left my wedding day earrings! At the venue, Angela and Danielle executed our barn wedding dreams exactly how we envisioned it. They kept us on time and informed us of only the necessary things we needed to know throughout the night, which really helped us be able to enjoy the celebration and spend time with our guests. Looking back, I would have loved to have booked Angela and her team for full-planning services because their expertise and care was worth every single penny. 2016-12-05An all-star wedding planner and one of the best in the biz, Angela and her team are the real deal. We hired Angela for Month-Of Services and had a ton of vendors and moving parts to work with. Angelas superior communication, coordination and execution skills allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the entire process. Being the leader of our wedding tribe was no easy task, but Angela handled any bumps in the road with ease and confidence. She went above and beyond her call of duty, exceeded our expectations, and we couldnt have imagined our wedding day, or the entire planning process, without her by our side.

2021-01-15After spending many hours researching venues on Google, we hired Angela to help us with the venue search process. Were so glad we did! Angela knows the Hudson Valley area so well and she was immediately able to give us feedback on the laundry list of venues we had made and help us eliminate the ones that looked great online but werent a good fit for what we wanted. Angela also suggested some amazing venues that we hadnt found ourselves even after all our hours of Googling. We talked with Angela via Zoom several times (she was so patient with us and spent several hours answering our questions each time) and then we met up in person for a day of venue visits. The day went seamlessly thanks to Angelas planning and relationships with the venues. Even more impressive was that we loved all four venues she showed us. Overall Angela made the venue selection process stress free and we are so happy with our selected venue. And we loved working Angela so much we also hired her to help plan our wedding.

2018-08-03I found Angela through my wedding venues suggested/preferred vendor list. After a couple initial weeks of wedding planning, I quickly realized I had no idea what I was doing. If I was going to take on such a huge endeavor I wanted it done right. I had catered a bunch of weddings growing up in the restaurant business but these days its much different. I thought the venue would provide most services or contract them out, but these days pretty much everything is a la carte. I was not expecting to do as much footwork as I quickly realized this would entail. Angela immediately got back to me and literally got to work that day on our wedding. She wanted to know who me and my fiance were as a couple and our tastes and our visions. What we definitely wanted, what we definitly didnt, and she filled in the gaps as we went along. Her commitment to communication was insane, it was as if our wedding was the only one she was working on, which by far was not the case, but she was that dedicated. She kept me on my toes about getting work done as needed, and set deadlines for me that I would not have known to set for myself. Not only do you have to contract out vendors, but they then all have to coordinate together for the wedding to come together, and she handled all of that with us, every step of the way. She really listened to what we wanted, and was honest in what it would take to achieve it, and then had amazing suggestions as well to add to that, while still being budget concious.She was a blessing to have for last-minute, day-of hiccups, and on the spot changes. She was super professional and knows how to get things done with vendors that I would not have been able to get done. Every bride and groom need an Angela for their wedding, she is the real deal.

2019-11-20Its easy to say that Angela and her team was the best wedding decision we made. Angela was extremely valuable with her advice and recommendations through our planning process. We first connected with Angela through her budget management service. This was so helpful, that we quickly booked her for month of services as well as a few a la carte items. Angela is highly organized and always responded quickly to our thousand questions and concerns. We so appreciated her expertise and her past experiences at our venue, she knew exactly how certain things should be arranged and gave us so many tips leading up to our big day. 2019-08-27Angela and her team are absolutely amazing! About 30 days before our wedding we had something come up that I was not able to rectify on my own. Angela stepped in and took care of it for me so I would have as little stress as possible. From that moment on I knew her main focus was to make wedding preparations/planning as stress free as possible for her clients. She truly delivered this on our wedding day. Our wedding day was the most amazing day and went so smoothly. If there were any hiccups we didnt know about them. We have Angela and her team to thank for this.
