I had the windows of my brand new car tinted last week on 10/1. When the job was done, I was concerned that there were bubbles under the film, but I was told that the film needed time to set and suction to the window. I was reassured that they would return if there were any issues and the warranty could also be used. As soon as they left, I noticed that the driver side window had a section that was not sticking to the window at all and Chris was contacted on 10/1 to make him aware. He was supposed to come by to fix it that Sunday 10/3. He did not show up. As of today, 10/8, no one has returned the MANY calls, texts, and voicemails I have left. This service was already paid for. Below are pictures of ALL of my windows which they ALL have either debris stuck under it, jagged cuts along the edges, BUBBLES EVERYWHERE, the trunk has folds in it… it’s truly a mess and a sloppy job. These pictures are from today, a week after the job was done and today was the first day I rolled my windows down. I want the job that I paid for to be done well and not ignored when this was clearly done very poorly.

From start to finish this was a great experience! Chris was on time and completely professional. We had our sliding glass doors tinted to keep the sun out and for some privacy. He showed me all my options and really did a wonderful job! Thank you Chris!!

Chris came and provided a wind tint service for me and my girlfriend on her new vehicle. It was convenient for her at the time because of her busy work schedule and he provides at home services. He gave us about the same average price competitors told me as we shopped around for prices. I understand with Covid times people are understaffed but there’s a certain professionalism one should maintain for their customers and the future of their business. Chris falsely misleaded my girlfriend by telling her that bubbles and wrinkles in the tints are normal when indeed it’s an issue. The tints came out like crap , the cuts were horrible and there are wrinkles throughout the windows. When I contacted him about it he admitted to knowing about the mistakes and knowingly left it that way. I get it he’s probably busy but to just disappear and not ever return a single phone call or text for two weeks now is complete bs and unprofessional. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that maybe something came up. Gave him a call today and still no reply. He got paid and isn’t anywhere to be found as of today. If you want a good professional service do no use this company. If car tints isn’t your speciality then do away with it simple as that don’t just take peoples money because you can. You’re not the only one who works hard for their money.
