This cafe’s atmosphere is great and their staff was super friendly! When I walked in, lots of people were sitting around sipping their coffees, reading a book, etc. Loved it. My fiancé wasn’t crazy about the espresso (he said the beans were a bit over roasted), but the menu looks delicious and we’ll certainly be back to try the food!
The food and drinks were very well made and customized to my liking, which was great. The staff were so kind, especially our barista, Mica. She was so polite, funny, helpful, and catered to our requests for our drinks. I ordered a cortado, and it was beautifully done by her. The decor is relaxed and the environment is welcoming.
Will keep coming back here for the great food+coffee and excellent service. I love yogurt and granola bowls. I’ve had a hard time finding a place that uses fruit that tastes really fresh & flavorful, yogurt that isn’t bland or too sweet, and granola that is just as addictive as here at Ella’s! I was told it was homemade, no surprise it’s delicious.
I could never stop recommending this cafe. The food is delicious, original, and not cheap but…it makes sense given the neighborhood.I went yesterday and tried the flatbread (like a pizza) with manchego cheese, arugula, mushrooms and dates. I ordered it because I usually love to mix the sweet with the savory and fatty, and this dish satiated me on every level of satisfaction. I also accidentally left the container of my AirPods there and, realizing it, I called them and they told me that they had found it and that they would wait for me until I came back to look for it. Terribly good these people

2022-02-24We were appealed by the crowd in front of Ella’s Cafe Espresso & Wine Bar and decided to give it a try. The decor is adorable, bright and cozy with plenty of indoor & outdoor seating.Their service still needs to be improved and the staff was not familiar with what they serve currently even though the options were limited. We asked about the flavor & filling in their pastries, but they didn’t know and answered with totally different items. We got their scone & raisin roll to go since we already had brunch that day. We reheated both pastries the next day and they were decent, especially the scone, but the texture was not as delicate as we expected.

2022-08-11Very nice place to stop by and relax for a light bite to eat. I got an iced latte here which very good and way above average relative to other coffee shops nearby. I really like the Israeli / Jewish decor as well. Would recommend trying this place out for a quick bite and/or a nice place to have a breakfast/lunch/brunch.

2022-04-274Months ago..I was just passing by, this place caught my eye in 2 seconds and all all all of my attention.. Ordered a Plain latte, then ordered a Caramel I dont remember he name but it was like a donut, The guy that helped me (WHO WAS REALLY REALLY AMAZING) recommended me to try the Strawberry one, so I asked for it, and then he gave me the last Nutella one also but as a Compliment, I loved it.. then I asked for the 2 Chocolat croissants, and he gave me 2 complimentary cookies. I wish I can go back soon to try something else, everything was deliciously tasty, fresh and good.. I loved this place, the aura, the location, and their people!! Really recommend it, and the best thing is that it is not pricey, is just PERFECT

2022-02-20I wish I could give more that 5 stars! This cafe is amazing!!! We ate the hummus shakshuka, the toastini a cappuccino and Turkish coffee. They were all INCREDIBLE! Our lovely waiter also gave us burekas to try on the house. Wow!! I will be ordering them next time too. Can’t wait to come back, and so happy we found this place.

2021-12-25Wow! If you want to feel like you’re in israel got to Ella’s. I was craving for jachnun (Yemenite Jewish pastry) and I was very pleased to hear that they make it in house so I got it and loved it (comes with a side of Israeli salad). I also took lavender oat milk latte which was good. Before I left I decided to do a take out of Cholent (Hamin is a traditional Jewish stew). Service was incredibly friendly and welcoming and it seemed like they know everyone there so I have to go back there again .
