On the agreed day, they arrived and explain the type of outcome we should expect as well as the products used in the process. Ellis Carpet Cleaning Bayport is the best in the business! Two bottles of red wine accidentally smashed on the dining room carpet, so we needed cleaning ASAP. They were so quick to get my cleaning appointment booked in. Their way of cleaning is flawless. I honestly thought I’d be replacing the carpet but they got all the wine stains out. The carpet now looks as good as it did when we moved in. If you’re looking for a quick turnaround with great prices, this carpet cleaning company is the only one I’m going to recommend in Bayport.

Overall I am very satisfied and happy with the service. The person cleaning my carpet wore a mask and abided with all COVID requirements. He was hard-working and thorough. And despite all products used being organic, the price was reasonable compared to others in the city. I will use this company while I still living in Bayport, and will recommend them to family and friends.
