The staff here are extremely discourteous. I have been there several times and have always been received by a hostile staff to get a simple vaccine for my child. As a physician myself, I would not recommend this group. If they can treat a fellow physician in such a discourteous manner, and inhibit care for someone in healthcare how could they care for your loved one without any medical background.

We love the convenient hours and the ease of getting a same day appointment for illness. Dr. Bauer is an amazing doctor who always listens to our concerns and takes the time to get to know our children. We have met with numerous other doctors and nurse practitioners over the last 4 years as well, and while some are definitely better than others, we are overall happy with the practice.

We been with Elmwood Pediatrics for 10 years and have been satisfied. Dr. Bauer is best I could ask for seeing my children.I also have to give Ann Serento 5 stars also. We always see her when we cant get into Bauer. She as always pleasant and listen to your concerns or questions.When my daughter was born, she was the first to notice a heart issue with my newborn baby. I think Ann is outstanding nurse and I dont believe the negative comments on here about her.

The ONLY reason I give Elmwood Pediatrics a 1 is because I cannot choose zero. Their triage nurse needs to learn people skills. Shes absolutely the worst person Ive ever had to deal with in the health care industry. Dr. Bauer is the BEST pediatrician on this planet and it saddens me to leave the practice. However, enough is enough. If Dr. Bauer ever leaves Elmwood Pediatrics or I find out the nurse is gone I will definitely try to swap my children back into her care.

You can try giving that with a little bit of peanut butter was what Anne Sorento said to me last week during an appointment. Seems totally reasonable, but here are the issues:(1) My child is allergic to peanuts.(2) Weve been seen by Anne on at least 3 prior visits.As an ICU nurse myself, I am extremely concerned about Annes nursing skills and competencies. Her negligence may be compromising patient safety.I certainly dont expect her to commit my childs medical history to memory. But her suggestion to use PB leads me to wonder whether she actually reviews each patients records before entering into a room and prescribing care.Ive had nothing but good experiences with the docs at Elmwood, but my recent interaction with Anne is deeply troubling. I will be sharing this with the practice manager and hope for a remedy.

I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years and have been seen many of the doctors. They’re all amazing. Dr. Bauer is my primary and she’s extremely intelligent and very kind. I have always been able to get seen by someone immediately when I call and need to come in. Yes, there have been times where I have waited a while to get seen after checking in, but I’d much rather wait a half hour than get told I have to wait for a next day appointment. They have great availability due to their multiple locations and pediatricians, flexible scheduling and convenient sick and holiday hours, all of which is them making the effort to get you in urgently. Words can’t explain how appreciative I am of this over the years.

We absolutely love Elmwood Pediatrics! Our sons doctor is amazing with him as well with my husband and I being first time parents, the nurses and receptionists are also amazing! So grateful we found Elmwood Pediatrics!!

This is the worst pediatricians office ever.The nurse Ann Sorento is very unprofessionalAnd has no people skills. This woman is in the wrong job setting totally. She has no sympathy no communication skills at all. Then there is Dr.Klienberg, the worst ever , I could go on and on, Im letting you know that you should not even bring your child to this dr office if you want a healthy child. STOP DONT GO TO TH HIS PEDIATRICIANS OFFICE . I rate them a Zero.

Dr. Hodges is wonderful. She is thorough, has great communication skills, has a lovely bedside manner, and answers all questions without making one feel rushed. The whole staff has been incredibly helpful, even after hours for major issues.

Ugh... Very unhappy here today. Have my sick son here with an atrocious cough, so its not like I can go stomping out. His appt was at 11, and here were sitting at 11:45. I was told that the ONE doctor was very backed up AFTER Id paid our copay. It would have been easier to go to Urgent Care.
