This company employ crooks that will open your boxes and steal whatever they want. In my case, expensive women perfume and bottles of Multivitamins among other things.Your package is not handled with care, even when the box is clearly marked FRAGILE. It is treated like a punching bag. Tossed around like a garbage bag.It is a shame that I even have to report this.SHAME!! SHAME!! SHAME!!!
The worst shipment that I have sent, I wish I could put 0 stars, I lost an article and still two and a half months later, one of the three boxes that I sent has not arrived and they do not even know where it is, every time I call it is a different answer No I recommend it for nothing.
Bad shipping company. You call to quote a box and the lady who answers the phone feels arrogant and with a bad attitude, she needs a class of customer service. Related to shipping they have raised prices more than anyone else. I sent three boxes of food to donate and I couldnt donate a single can. They all arrived bruised, as if each can had been hit with a hammer. They were also new cans and they arrived full of rust, as if they had been taken out of the box and left to get wet. There was a used backpack of my girl that cost her 60 dollars and it arrived full of holes that they made with a blade. I dont recommend it unless they change.
I made an appointment 4 days before to have 2 tanks picked up, the day arrived, I called to confirm, they made me wait all day at my house, at 5 I called again, the secretary gave me the drivers number🤦🏼♂️ He said that if I was going to pick up the tanks, they never arrived, A COURTESY CALL, it costs nothing. Hope the owners read this, -⭐️
Spanish then English ....Dealing with this company has been a real tragedy. Thieves. This is the way of betting to describe them. I sent Dom Rep with them all my life from New York. Getting the company to commit to a pickup date was bad. That should have been my indicator that I was dealing with a terrible organization. They would set a date and they wouldnt show up, then they would show up but they would just take some of my stuff. It was a pain. During collection, PERMANENT MARKERS were placed on my personal belongings. The stickers they used also damaged items when they were removed. I had to argue with the guy who was removing my mattress as I was dragging him down the hallway of my building. Completely unprofessional in all respects.Once my items arrived in the Dominican Republic, I was missing many items, especially expensive things like power tools, a collection of sneakers, and colognes. When I discussed this with the owner, he told me it was impossible. I own a camera company in New York and asked him to let me review the footage from the warehouse to make sure my items werent stolen there. He agreed to do so, but when my team arrived, they said they had changed the system and there were no images available.Many of my items arrived damaged and some were fixed. HOWEVER, your representative on Deyvi Island (probably David) stole a very important work of art from me. A year has passed and I am waiting for it to be returned to me.The owner, Jose Luis, gave me 15,000 pesos to hold me for the stolen items, but he still owes me more than 1,000 DOLLARS for stolen items.DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. My people count on sending with this company they steal you 🤬🤬🤬 Its a shame that the same race of yours are the first to steal from you. The people there say its here in ny that they catch the boxes and tanks. And those from aki blame those from customs and those who distribute there, without shame is what they are ...
I have been shipping with this company for 19 years and I will not change it for any other because they are super responsible for never losing any of the items I sent. Once about 12 years ago I lost a base of a table and they told me that they would pay me to buy it and take the receipt but I did not find the same base so I left it like that 5 years later they were picking me up in shipping And I told him about the table that I lost and described the piece, he told me that he had seen a table with those characteristics in the warehouse and that he had been there for years and he had no numbering, so they did not know who to deliver it to. He immediately called this dom to rectify that this was my table and they took it to my house. I dont think any other company would keep an item for so many years.
I have many years sending boxes with this company, but lately the customer service is horrible, starting with one of the secretaries called Altagracia speaks to customers as if they were puppies, it is as if the client had him asking for something, he never knows how to answer the customer in connection with the drivers. I had 3 days I had called to bring some boxes and no one from the office but much less the driver called me to inform me that I was going through k had not brought the boxes, I call to know what is happening and this lady called Altagracia up the phone hung up on me like I was asking something of her, that way they are losing many clients because of having a bad attitude with the client.

2021-05-21Sent a package to DR and there were multiple missing items. 2 40lb bags of cat food and only 1 arrived. The clorox bottles had been watered down along with the detergent and fabuloso. The dishwashing soap never arrived. expensive facial creams were switched out for dollar store items. A case of apple juice was also taken out of the box. This company is an absolute rip off!!!!! Take your business elsewhere!

2021-04-14DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you are sending furniture. They broke the head board and a night table of a bedroom set and only offered a $150 reimbursement. Which only was given because there was a balance of $300. I tried working with them on having the furniture fixed first but they insisted they wanted to full $300 balance first before finding out if they could fix the furniture. If you want your furniture broken and hassle with them on a refund and for them to blame it on the transfer of the furniture in a container, not holding any accountability then this is the company for you.

2019-12-14Worst company I have tried to do business with, the first time the driver was supposed to bring me 2 boxes 📦 and he didn’t so I need to weight a week for them to pass by again. After the driver dropped off the empty boxes I had to weight another week for them to come and pick it up, however the driver didn’t pick up the box the day we had scheduled. I took of from work that day expecting the driver to come and pick up the boxes and he didn’t, he didn’t even call to let me know he wasn’t going to make it and after 6pm he turned off his phone. Don’t waist your time trying to do any type of business with this company.

2019-07-30I had to pay twice today for my box, because the secretary did not stamp my receipt when i paid. When my shipment arrived to the DR they did not want to release it because it “wasnt paid” so i had to go today and pay again, for them to release my shipment. which makes no sense because why would they even send it out for shipment if i “didnt pay”. The same secretary then went on to give me the excuse that she had no leftover money for the day i paid my box, which makes me think she took the money and didnt stamp my receipt to make it seem like i did not pay. I usually dont like to write bad reviews but this particular situation made me really upset.

2020-08-30The warehouse is falling apart, it should be a safety hazard to work there. Also, a few of my grandmas things went missing, some of the workers are very inappropriate, love to flirt even when they know it makes you uncomfortable, and lastly, the bosses treat the workers very unethically.. threatening to take away their job if they report an injury, they throw parties and get wasted almost every day in the warehouse while surrounded by fragile merchandise, they pay under minimum wage while making their workers work for over 12hrs a day (like from 9am to 1am.. with nooooo overtime), off the books, don’t follow COVID-19 guidelines, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg, this place should be shut down.. they’re taking advantage of their workers which the majority of are immigrants.
