Embroidery and More is one of those small places that you cant help but feel at home with. The owner Tricia is very nice and will work with you on anything and if it is within her power to use a specific logo or certain colors, she will. I had her help me with a jacket for my father for Christmas and the logo came out perfectly and looked amazing when stitched! I didnt even have to call her to find out if the jacket I had made was done, they called me. The whole shop is just a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone in the area.

I was referred to embroidery and more from a client. I spoke with the owner who is very friendly during the Christmas season when it was obviously very hectic and busy. I had some brand new work jackets I needed done in a hurry. I dropped them off and she looked them over. We had to go a little smaller on the back then we wanted to due to the cut of the jacket but within a week or so the order was complete. She did a great job with front chest and back embroidering on the jackets as well as snow hats. After a week or so really loving the quality of the work we ordered hoodies from her as well and they were completed on time even though it was less than 2 weeks until Christmas! Great quality work and always returned my messages. Overall great expierence!

I went to Embroidery & More LLCs new location on route 9 looking for a price quote on a large order of screen printed apparel. The woman who usually does the pricing wasnt in, but her mother was there to help sew and was very helpful. She took down all of my information and details of my order and I was told I would receive a call back the very next day to set up everything. Its been a few days now and still no call back so Im guessing they never will call back, which is fine because I decided to go with another screen print shop that has excellent customer service. There quality of work seemed very good & their shop appeal was nice, but they lost my business because of very poor customer service and essentially forgetting the customer.

Horrible business: Web site said FREE shipping, after the order was placed I was sent an e-mail and forced to pay $9.Also I order a XS shirt for my son and they send the wrong size claiming that that their vendor was out of stock--a quick google search showed that it is the most common sports shirt on the market and readily available. I asked for the proper size and (Ashley) said Your son will grow into it. Stop being such a pompous jerk.So sad!

Being a graphic designer I needed a jacket that had my logo stitched on it and the team at Embroidery and More went above and beyond to deliever the best piece possible. I will never go to another shop again. Tricia and team you rock!

Extremely disappointed..this is my second time in for printing.. Firt time use very good..this last visit was a train wreck... I brought in over 30 items to be printed up..several jackets..hoodies and polo shirts. They totally messed it up..did printing on the backs of the good coats and polos..took week and a half longer..and i just wasted 700.00 on polos and jackets il never wear..they look horrible and i cannot tell you how extremely dissatisfied i am. And when i called to talk to the owner...she turned it on me like its my fault they messed up..should have been the same printing as the first order. And never even offered an apology. So disgusted..what a waste of 700.00 and all this time.

Very disappointed with this place amd will never be back. I asked the owner on Monday to Embroider my daughters chair cover and that i needed it before Saturday because its her birthday party. She advised she would call when it was done so i could pick up. I was have a doubke birthday party that day for my kids and had so much to do so by Friday after doing all the running around I realized i never got a call about the cover being completed amd was too late to go in. I checked online and then realized they arent open on the weekend. I left a message friday night that i didnt receive a phone call and if they didnt complete the civer to not touch it. I get a call on Monday like nithing happened and said it was completed. I asked why wasnt i called and she said they were busy on fridays and didnt get around to calling and i could have called to check on it. If someone tells me THEY are going to do something I expect them to do it and not blame me for not calling them. I gave this to her on Monday and it took that long to embroider 1 cover.... oh please. I will not be spending any more money here, be weary of coming here they may forget you too!
