Keep your eyes peeled for it --- its easy to miss! Its a convenient place to park with typical NY rates in Manhattan. If you are too tired to drive around looking for street parking or you want to make sure your car is more secured, this place works. As with all parking in NY, be smart about what you choose to leave or have visible in your vehicle.
Keep in mind I never give reviews, but if I could give them 0 stars I would. I made my reservation with spot hero and they tried charging me AGAIN at the garage and refused to give me my car. The manager was extremely rude and aggressive. He refused to show us his name tag. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Parked two days without trouble. We used the entrance at 37th street between 8th & 9th ave.A couple of staff were friendly and kind. We stayed in the hotel nearby and got the special rate as $45 per day. Pickup takes time since they’re busy. Overall parking experience was fairly nice.
$90 for 2 days isnt outrageous in NYC, but when we dropped off the car, they were selling us on the parking location and told us it would just be $45 even though we would leave it for 28 hours. I thought it was a pretty good deal, so I even double-checked with another employee there, explaining that we wouldnt be back technically for two days. Yes, just $45. Well take care of you. When we returned it, the cashier just shrugged and pointed to the $90 on the register.
Rude staff and they lie about the price. When you go to retrieve your car they charge you more than originally quoted. When I asked for names of the employees to submit a complaint, they refused to provide them. The woman employee sitting at the desk was extremely rude and disrespectful.
1 Star only because there is no lower option. Charles, who appeared to be the supervisor was incompetent and displayed terrible people skills. I arrived to the lot, was overlooked and skipped by a customer who entered after me. Charles looked at me and made it his duty to walk the other way. When I finally got a hold of him, as he tried to deflect me to another worker while he finished up a personal conversation. I waited for another 15 mins to try to park my car, at that point I spoke to Charles again and asked for a supervisor and he said “we don’t have any”. Cars continuously entered and were attended to before my own. Overall very displeased with the service.
If you are reading thing dont park hereThe staff are amazing men, though undetermined, you will received excellent customer service as you check in but will have to wait u til a rush passes to be seenRushes can happen at 2 in the afternoon or 100m. Once they have your car they give two shots about you needing assistance.Ya know why am I even writing here as if it changes anythingIf you gotten this far go somwwhere with higher ratings. Convinemce has made them numb and the only way to change the training is to starve the owners. Let them know that their training is poor and the workers deserve better owners because they forsake would never terate the serves they are fostering .Shame one these parking moguls

2022-07-05Nominated as NYCs worst parking garage. Arrived at 4:30 a.m. to pick up car finally departed 40 minutes later... No other customers were present at the time and the zombie like staff seemed appropriately manned... exasperating (understatement).

2021-07-10Was recommended here by our hotel, which told us they work with emerald, and we would be okay to take the car and come back without starting a new rate. Dude running the desk was very rude and uninformative, charged me more than the posted price too. I picked the car up 5 hours later and immediately noticed the damage to the trunk, complete with wipe marks from someone inspecting their mistake. It was never mentioned to me, and I guarantee theyll go back and say Im making this up but in all reality I have no reason to, since they arent responsible for their own negligence.

2022-06-30Complete scam! Booked on the spothero app, and the attendant tried to convince me to cancel the reservation and rebook through him. I had a 12hr reservation and was only parked for 6hr. When I returned they imposed an 18% tax in order to get my vehicle back. Upon returning my vehicle they had destroyed one wheel complete with yellow chunks matching the gouge in the curb where it was parked! Of course they denied it and told me I could wait for a manager... an hour later no manager has shown, I guess were in a stand off hoping I get frustrated and leave so they dont have to accept responsibility. Park anywhere else! UPDATE: After following their claims process and jumping through hoops (collecting estimates, fronting money for the repair, sending invoices etc) for almost 2 months they have stopped responding to me. Small claims court would have been less work than trying to deal with this place!

2021-11-23The staff during the day was competent, but when I went in the evening it was complete chaos. They had lost peoples keys and accused them of losing them (even though their car was still in the garage so clearly they never got their keys back). They were taking recipes from people and then saying “where’s your receipt? How do we know you paid yet if you done have a receipt?” when clearly the name/car & payment is in their system. I had to wait an hour to get access to my vehicle while they served everyone who came in after me because “it’s busy.” I would warn people not to fall in for the cheap price, not worth it.

2021-09-02Stayed at nearby hotel so parked the car for two nights here.No damage to the car so no complaints.Getting the car took some time but I think it depends on how busy they are.Didnt have too much issue with the customer services either. I usually dont expect any exceptional customer services from garages in nyc anyways so I was fine.

2021-12-21A couple of the staff members in the front were Very rude and nasty to me. They do not care if you are paying. Extremely unapologetic for rude behavior. No customer service skills at all. I would give a zero if I could. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s better to keep driving around until you find a spot in the street.

2022-02-04They double charged me and refused to give the money back. Told me to take it up with my bank. The manager with the earrings was getting tough with me as if I was in the wrong. Will never park here again and I hope you don’t either.

2021-11-21Waited an hour after paying the parking to have the workers tell us they lost the key to our remoteless start car. blamed it on us, when you literally cannot drive the car without keys. so how did they even park the car when we left?? do not come here as this had happened to another person AT THE SAME TIME. meaning that there is something wrong with this garage logistically.

2021-11-17It happened now 11/17/2021 early morning, we have reservation at Holiday Inn and we are told to proceed to this Parking Garage, the guy attenting the valet parking emerged drunk or high, he spewed invectives to us and very mad without no reason, for the out safety we hurriedly left. For the safety of patrons the management should check the surveillance camera to check what is going on with this guy and the surrounding premises.

2021-07-13Cars are safe. But their customer service and the wsy they do business is awful.We lost our ticket. But they had a copy of it. Still over charged us. We will definitely never return to park here again
