I don’t remember the guys name that I spoke with, but he was incredibly infuriating. He kept asking me the same questions about my insurance and didn’t believe my answer. He asked me if my plan was an hmo or ppo at least five times after I explained to him I have a dmo.
I dont see how this is an emergency dental service When theyre closed. They make it seem like no one has emergencies on the weekend

Spoke with Jen who made it easy to find an after hours dentist in Buffalo. I was surprised to find there were a couple open on the weekends near me!
If you are low income and have insurance provide by NYS like Your Care, than you have to pay cash. Our system sucks. Any medical should not be run like a business.
I was working in Buffalo and had severe tooth pain all night, I found this site late at night and called. They had a dentist on call and gave me his number to contact to get in for an emergency.
Called for a emergency appointment for a bad tooth guy was in China couldn’t speak or hear claimed he was in USA could find any dentist in ny ?????
Quick response time. Dealt with the issue with my back tooth quickly.

2022-01-20Imagine having the best date ever and suddenly you break a tooth. Eating pizza of all things. I had to cut it short and had to make an appointment. This crew did a good job saving the tooth. 🙌

2021-07-22I haven’t taken any of their Spanish classes yet but I can tell you their YouTube channel is so super helpful. It has lots of free lessons and their bilingual videos from different parts of Mexico are interesting and educational.

2021-07-31Janine was professional when she was on the phone with my mom regarding the issue with her dentures. She got in, had them fixed, and she was out in less than an hour.
