I was excited to hear about this place because of all the reviews I found. But unfortunately my experience was nothing compared to the ones I read about. I tried calling several times and no one would answer. To make matters worse the voicemail was full. So I decided to try my luck in person. When I arrived to the building the only person I could find was extremely sarcastic and rude. I’m very displeased and disappointed. I had very high hopes 😔
First of all, Tonya Robertson is the angel that took care of me. She was honest with me, kept it 100% real, authentic, and kind as she generously and patiently guided me through the expediting passport process when I was in a tight bind of deadlines. The passport ended up coming *much sooner than we anticipated, which was such a pleasant surprise, and I get full credit to Tonya for this. She made my holidays completely less stressful because I didn’t have to worry about my upcoming travel plans being jeopardized. She took care of me in a personal, professional, and genuinely special way. The office is clean and lovely, they will take your photo right on the site. It’s easy and you should look no further for any issues that you have. No price can outweigh the comfort and ease of knowing that you received your passport safely, Security, and on time, and in this case even earlier than anticipated! 10 of 10 recommend. And definitely ask for Tonya, she will give you the best service and experience that you could Ask for. I love this place and will recommend to many others. Thanks so much Tonya!

I would give ten stars if I could. Tonya couldn’t have been more helpful talking me through every step of getting a passport in a very tricky situation at the last minute. My passport situation went through several twists and turns, and she helped me through every step. She and the others at this office are incredibly knowledgeable, really take the time to make sure you understand every nuance of what you need to do, and are so kind and funny on top of all of it! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I have just spoken to one of the staff members called Tanya. She was very helpful and honest in providing all the information to get me through all the fastest passport application options. I can definitely tell she is fully aware of the processing. Fully trustworthy and she deserves more than those five stars. Needless to say that this place is highly recommended if you’re seeking friendly, honest, and time-saving service.
There are a few places to get a Passport FAST !!!All in the same area. But this one is the only place you need and should go.The friendly staff: Michelle, Tanya and Allen are all so friendly and very well versed in this type of business. I was in a sheer panic, after realizing I lost my Passport with about 2 weeks until my trip out of the country. The 3 of them, made replacing my lost passport an easy process. In about 3+ days I had my new passport. If anyone ever asks me what to do if they need a passport, quick and easy, I will send them here...
I have to say my experience with this specific Passport Agency was superior to all. If you are like me and wait till the last minute to get things done... you have nothing to worry about with Jason. The commutation is the best. I had a small issue renewing my passport and Jason was on the phone immediately to let me know what was going on and what I needed to do. Needless to say he pushed it through and got me my passport with plenty of extra time to spare. Unless you are doing same day or next day, your passport will be ready earlier than you expect. I highly recommend this place even if you arent in a hurry. Working with Jason really put me at ease and I knew I wouldnt have anything to worry about. For a rush service his prices are extremely fair comparing them to the actual passport office. Ive used other rush services and no one was as attentive and helpful as Jason and his business. I would rate this 6 stars if I could.Thank you so much for making this happen for me!
Allan is THE Man!!!! I came in looking for an emergency passport renewal for a work trip that I had in two weeks. I was so panicked that I wouldn’t be able to travel. I frantically walked into the office on a Saturday (after the hours even) and purchased the 3-5 business day passport renewal option. Allan walked me through all the paperwork, took my passport photo on the spot, and on Monday I had already received in email that the passport was being processed. By Wednesday (the third business day!) Allan had the passport ready. It didn’t even take the full 5 days! I am beyond thankful for this group and their incredible service. A true life saver in a pinch, and the nicest person ever. THANK You Allan for making this such a stress free, and easily handled experience. I am so grateful and can not recommend these guys enough!!!
This is THE place to go for any passport or visa services. From my very first phone call to ask about the process, Tanya was absolutely delightful and so willing to help and answer any questions. She explained all my options for renewing my passport and even got there early on a very rainy Saturday morning to take care of everything. She also took a pretty darn good looking passport photo which is a massive accomplishment in itself. After filling out the application online, she emailed me when all the paperwork was sent to the agency for processing. Within a week, I received a call that both my passport book and passport card were ready! One of the most seamless procedures, given how daunting it seemed to do it alone. Allen and Tonya were excellent! They took my photo, filled out the renewal form on the computer and got my passport superfast. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants super friendly service at a great price point. Ask about the passport card in addition to a passport. Everyone I interacted with at this office was very friendly and knew what they were doing. I was able to get my first passport ever in just three days. They were wonderful- making sure I had everything I needed for every step of the process. I intended to use them to get my visas as well, but the gentleman advised me I might not get them on time and actually told me to go through the embassy! He showed that they really care about making sure you get ready for your trip, and not just about making money. Next time I travel I will definitely plan ahead better and use them if I need a visa!

I would 10/10 recommend anyone to use this passport service. I recently used this service for myself and my daughters passports for our upcoming trip to Cancun. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable of the whole process. Tonya literally made this process a breeze, thank you girl! Even when there was an issue with FedEx beyond their control, the owner went above and beyond to ensure I would have my passport delivered to my front door. I also needed to pick up my daughters passport outside of their normal hours and they made a special courtesy for me to do so. I hope in the future I won’t be in such a pinch for time lol, but if I am I will definitely be back in touch. Thank you all again!

2022-01-21AMAZING staff and experience. I needed my passport in a serious crunch and was so nervous but Andy, Alan, and Tanya came to the rescue. The process was simple, easy, and it was fun to just chat with them as everything was getting done. I appreciate the good vibes and awesome service so much and highly recommend to everyone and the prices were super reasonable! One company quoted my 1200 for a ten day turnaround!! Here was no where near that and they were super genuine which is what was the best. LOVE THEM!! Any bad reviews, ignore them, because they have zero clue what they are talking about. This place is amazing.

2022-01-04I needed a passport in a pinch after booking a trip and realizing that mine expired last year. After calling every service in NYC, Alan was the only person that provided me with a clear response to feasibility and cost. Alan’s team is very friendly and thorough in assembling my application paperwork. In the end they absolutely delivered on their promise to have my passport in hand before my trip. 2022-04-18I lost my passport and needed a new one within two weeks. I wouldnt have been able to make it happen without Tanya and Allen. Tanya looked over every piece of documentation and made sure it was all perfect, and she was also able to reschedule me for an earlier appointment at a post office closer to home. I expected to pick up my passport the DAY before my trip, but Allen made a point to expedite the process quickly so that I picked my passport up from their office 4 days sooner. On top of their excellent service, Tanya and Allen were the kindest, friendliest people, and they truly minimized the stress of having to expedite a passport within days. Tanya even helped me navigate the subway and made sure I got home safely after the recent attack at 36th St. Station. I cant say enough good things about this staff and their exceptional service and heart. Id recommend them to everyone.

2022-05-02I was in a serious bind, having to travel internationally within two weeks. After losing my passport immediately after my travel plans were set in place, I thoroughly researched third party expediting services and I came across this one. I am over the moon with this service and Tanya in particular!! I got my passport within a couple days, with a week to spare before my trip! Tanya was an absolute angel, guiding me though every step and assuring every worry I had! I highly recommend.
