This is my new favorite Chinese restaurant. Ive ordered online & as a walk in. The food is delicious & the service always courteous & polite.
Food is decent, arrives in good amount of time. Only thing i do not like is the delivery guy insisting on asking for a tip.

Great customer service, love that the person I spoke to told me the wait time. The food looked fresh and tasted great even the ice tea. It was nice that they gave me Tatar sauce along with my crab sticks. Will be ordering from them again!Tip: if you order in with a credit card or debit card they will ask you to present your card and your ID when the delivery person comes
Always a good choice for hood chinese food
I have ordered from here multiples times with mostly reliable service. No more! I called an order in and it was over an hour late. When I called the restaurant to follow up they informed me the driver was close. 25 minutes later still no food. Still very poor customer service. They offered little to no compensation for an order that was over 1.5 hours late.Would not recommend
I choose that restaurant cause their food is fresher n great customer service, very friendly n helpful. The chinese resturant at 5th Ave. N 116th, mam nasty attitude. Must have confused me with someone else. He yell n front of people I want fix yo food till u pay me. My pride n dignity was hurt. I had my nurse n on my walker. My nurse told him she should report him causenof my disability. N I always pay like others when I get food. My son n I hadnbeen eating there many years. I havent been there since n food not fresh. I believe n good customer service cause as business people , with resturant in W. 72nd St. we treat our customers n a way they always love coming back.
In the hood chinese food joint decent food located 116th&115th street and 7th Ave Harlem
In my experience was not a pleasant one I wait an hour an half for my food not to come. Then the owner said they would make me a new order which came and was luke warm. Never have I ever had such am horrible experience at any chinese restaurant will never order from them again.
I just ordered from this restaurant at 9:30pm then around 10:10 i get a couple miss calls from them and call back a couple minutes later, they say the order just went out that it will be here in 20 minutes its now midnight and i call them and they say they cancelled my order because no one answered the door the second time. i dont live in a fancy neighborhood with a door man so before that i told them to call when downstairs they never called even after they cancelled my order. There so unprofessional and i do not recommend buying from this place AT ALL.
It used to be pretty good for the corner restaurant, but now the food has a kind of funky weird taste to it for the past 2 years.
Love this place. Ive never had a problem with the food or service. But please tell your dilivery guy to Stop asking for a tip. I sent my son to the door to get the food and the delivery man told my son to ask me for a tip. Unacceptable other than that empire is cool
The food is great here my 3 stars are for the delivery guys he wanted me to go down and pick up my food I told him he’ll no and get come up stair and deliver it he said something in his language and that just pissed me off so I went down and got my food didn’t tip him but gave him advise told him to be careful how he talks to people cause you never know who’s at the other end. Next time it happens he will find out.But seriously the food is great

I can’t order from anywhere else because they aren’t this restaurant. I’m liking that my food taste good and since I stopped eating meat, I like that the vegetables are always cooked the way I want them. I’ma person that always got sick and even have meds that control nausea. They soup got me through Tough times. I don’t order everything or all the time but I can’t speak for others. My experiences with this restaurant is always top notch. They food is inexpensive and since Covid I missed them being open. I no longer need my nausea meds and get full platters when I feel like mei fun or something that I can’t cook myself. Tipping the delivery person shouldn’t be a problem because it’s a service that they don’t have to provide. I’m Always gonna be respectful to the ones cooking and bringing my food. 😍

Nasty place. They got my takeout order wrong! when I realized that, I went back and they pretended I knew very well what I was ordering. Terrible customer service, food is bland and they manipulate the food with ripped gloves on! run the other way.
Nothing great here. Its like any other chinese takeaway place. Once I ordered sweet and sour chicken but they sent me fried chicken with gravy on the side. It was disappointing!
Ridiculous customer service. They forgot to give my rice and they bring the food after one hour. It did happen to me twice. First time, I didnt write anything but this time I have to write. I wont go and order from this store anymore. Make sure to check your food before you leave the restaurant.
They take more then an hour to deliver the food. I’ve order fry chicken several time and allways taste like it’s been reefry múltiples time. Very unfortunate.. on my opinion this place use to be the best Chinese restaurant in the area

The usual Chinese joint, around the corner, with its extensive list of dishes mainly rice or noodle based. Its average. I already had better Asian food for the same price.
This is a the only Chinese restaurant I eat from they deliver quickly and my daughter loves their rice.
Ordered long bone ribs and french fries. Got 2 short ribs and 2 rib tips. Called to speak to management and the male hung up on me. Called back the female manager played like a broken record as if these were the very first English words she learned, Im sorry, but we cant help you. They open in black neighborhoods to give poor service. We need to STOP buying from Them, I know I define try WILL.
I order from this place everyday the food is good but customer service is horrible u must have 10 dollars excatly for delivery god forbid ur order is $9.80 u either need to order something else and if u dont want something extra they round up to 10 dollars. Then the delivery guy has a serious attidude.
I placed my order for a take out delivery now when I started telling the boy on the phone my order he kept telling me to hold on, I said why and then he proceeded to put me on hold for 7 minutes, so I hung up and called back. He answers again, and I now am frustrated with this disrespect so I say my order and give him my card information. When I proceeded to give him my address he told me to hold on AGAIN, so I ask why, he says its because of the rice, I knew to check on the rice, so I say okay and proceed to wait. So tell me how when the food arrives the price is higher up than I expected it be. Thats because he placed a extra large white rice on my order, so I asked for the manager and he handed over the phone to a girl who was not the restaurant manager and without saying a word she proceeds to tell me that the boy recorded the conversation from earlier and she is going to let me listen to it, without hesitation. (Okay so if this doesnt sound like the most unprofessional situation, then I dont know what does). She comes back to the phone after 4 minutes of having me on hold on plays the recording to me through the phone. I was completely over the conversation at this point because of this disrespect and hung up on her. The food as you may know, this isnt an authentic chinese food restaurant and normally when entering a restaurant, a server will acknowledge your party and seat all three or two or four of you at an accommodating table. Here youll be yelled at across the room What do you want! So dont expect to get any respect from those people unless youre white (They give their white customers the utmost because... well frankly I dont know why). I say this because the staff at this restaurant are known for disrespecting each and every colored person that walks through their doors, as if were some bottom feeder. Now I dont live in the projects; but, even if I did that doesnt mean that I am not A PAYING CUSTOMER who deserves to be treated with respect. If businesses in Harlem cannot treat customers in Harlem with respect then those businesses should not be allowed to do business in Harlem. Frankly, I am sick and damn tired of people feeling like they can treat the darker residents of this community with such blatant disrespect and dismiss them just because they feel like they can get away with it. I paid for my food because I was determined there was more than one way to address this type of situation. I didnt tip the delivery man, who was mumbling obscenities at me the whole time. When I gave him the money, he told me to s&*k his ____ and f&*k you, b&*^h. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from these racists anymore. If Empire 3 Chinese restaurant were to be graded on their customer service skills they would get a Negative 0. They are LITERALLY the most unprofessional, rude people on the planet, Like how do you think its okay to disrespect someone thats giving you THEIR MONEY! Love this Chinese food delivery restaurant. The food is good, the staff is kind and competent.
NEVER AGAIN!!!! The delivery man was upset about his tip an decided to throw ice tea all over the buildings hallways, staircase and elevator. He then proceeded to hold the bell for 1min straight before exiting the premise. All that for a simple tip problem.
Some parts of my food was cold and their food just doesnt taste good anymore.
Order on seamless at 6:33 and called at 7:40 and was told that some of my order wasnt cooked and they have a lot of orders and it was going to be another 45 mins then ask if I want to cancel. That seem like a question that should have been asked 30 mins ago

This is the only Chinese spot i could find near my job that is some what decent..ill admit the only thing i have order were chicken wings, fried baby shrimp, fries and rice..based off that alone i would say they are pretty good..very quick delivery, im talking like 15 mins..

2021-10-21GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I placed my order (on-line) to pick up. The food was ready when I arrived within 15 minutes. I left specific instructions (also on-line), and they accommodated me. Everything that I ordered was perfect! Just as good as any restaurant in Chinatown. And I highly recommend this place!

2021-12-14The egg drop was delicious as was cream cheese wonton. Only place that doesnt put crab in them- my sister is allergic to fish. But ordered sweet and sour chicken with fries for delivery. Chicken was dry and cold, fries werent seasoned and were cold- practically uncooked. Had some good food there once but probably not going back.
