We picked up Empire Access after having frequent outages, interruptions and extremely slow service with a competitor. I could not have been happier with the switch! Empire Access is ultra fast, never goes down, never slows down, the installation was professional/quick and they have excellent customer service. If you are looking for an internet provider Empire Access should be your first choice.

Great service, great price. Weve had no issues with our internet service. Jane Andreason has been a pleasure to speak with, very professional and courteous! And the best part of Empire, their price doesnt magically increase like Spectrum!

I reach out to empire trying to get internet and tv and they tell me they will check with their engineers to be sure they can get service to my house. They call me back saying yes we can hook up service for you. They then run my credit, have me sign the contract and then 2 weeks later call me back saying they can’t run the service to my house. This has happened twice to me. The first time being approximately 2 years ago and the other today. This is poor service in my opinion and I can’t trust them now. Im not a fan of spectrum but when they tell me yes they can do something then they do it. Empire seems very unprofessional and seem to have a lack of communication. Don’t tell me you can do something when you can’t. Do your job and get me the correct answer.

Unreliable service. Television channels are out more frequently than any provider I’ve used before. Customer service never has information about outages other than to say they are aware and working on it. When we ask when service will be restored, their response is that they don’t have any more information.Do yourself a favor, if there is another provider in your area, use them. Empire Access is not reliable or honest.

Great customer service and helpful staff. I had their service when they first moved into hornell and never had issues. Moved out of their coverage area and just moved back into their coverage area again. They now do a hard credit check before signing up for service. I didnt like the idea of it as that does affect your credit score but I still signed up for their ultra high speed (1 gb/s)

I went to sign up with empire, my customer service rep was Nora, and she was very helpful with answring questions and clearing up a small e-mail glitch. She called back promptly and walked me through the steps to fix it. Thank you so much.
