Brought this car oct 2021 used and i already had to bring it back to the dealership 3 times for light problem. Second week of december my passenger headlight stop working so i went in and told them the situation. The guy helping me was like you may not habe warranty for it. He wasnt helpful so he told me to wait and called to see if i have warranty. Find out it did have warranty so they order a new part and everything was fine. Its now new years eve and the light that “they fixed” is burned out again and on top of that my warranty since the car is used runs out december 31. I had 4 cars in my life never had this much problems before. I will be going in tomorrow to see what they say if not i will be making calls
I drove 2.5 hours from New Jersey because Kelvin at Empire gave me the best price on a 2022 Wrangler 4xe in the entire NYC metro area. Others closer to my home wanted to charge thousands over sticker price! Kelvin and Diego were awesome to work with and I would gladly come back for another car!

I worked with Michael to lease a wrangler and he was extremely professional, courteous and really listened to what I was looking for. I had gone to two other dealerships, the first one talked down to me and dismissed me saying this car and place might just not be for you when I didnt agree with the price he was giving me. My car had a problem starting one morning and I called the dealership I spoke with someone in service luckily I was able to come in that day! The service was quick and professional. They gave me a courtesy ride back home which I was able to do some household chores...No waiting at the dealership for hours🤗 and a ride back to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle. We had just purchased our first Jeep Compass from Empire CJDR, when we first went their it wasn’t a great experience so we left, shortly after us returning home Empire had called us and I explained why we left and they were very apologetic. They got me in touch with a gentleman named Alexander and I couldn’t of been more happy with him. He was very honest and understanding of what we were looking for. When I had questions he would answer them right away. He got us into a better vehicle then what we were looking for and the price was exactly what we wanted. I would recommend Alexander to anyone. He was very knowledgeable about the car we had purchased which Ed help a great deal! Thank you Alexander.
The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. Kyle was very personable and made me feel welcome even when there was an incident that had just occurred upon my arrival. He connected me with the sales guy Manny who was even more a pleasure to work with. Manny answered all of my questions and was completely honest with me. I am so happy with my new purchase! I had a very pleasant experience working with Empire CJDR of West Islip. They even had my car dropped off to my house!! I was looking for a Jeep and saw this one.With the help of Aisha the process was easy, no pressure and no surprises. Finance dep. did a very good job and got the loan that I needed. And a plus for Jovan the manager that helped finalize a very good experience. Just a note the place is always packed, but that is to be expected when they are the best car dealer around. I purchased a Pacifica Hybrid and Jason Arias was my salesperson. I’ve been to at least six other dealers but there is such a dearth of inventory that I kept researching. The first visit to the dealer was to look into a vehicle that I decided wasn’t right for my family so I was going to continue my search. Jason was listening to what I really wanted and the next day he called me to say that he thought he found the car I wanted and he did. I had a lot of questions and was able to get me the answer and was so helpful. I live 30 minutes away but I will only go to Jason moving forward. We love the hybrid we purchased. I have three teens who will all be driving soon so we will need another vehicle. The first place I will go to is Empire in West Islip and I will only work with Jason Arias. He has a calm, informed and interested style. I’m sure you will be very pleased with what he can do for you.

I have to say at first I wasnt to happy about my experience, unfortunately what happened was out of the sale women and managers hands. Both Brittany walker and Josh Haynes did great by me. Both of them worked with me and were able to get me what I wanted. Their patience and professionalism definitely changed my mind about empire. I do know we are in a tough car market especially with the limited inventory out there. But if you are the market for any mopar go make an appointment to see Brittany and she will do everything in her power to get you what you want. I must say both Josh and Brittany kept their word and did right by me. I highly recommend them and the empire group.
Great ppl, great service, great results. Got a 2020 Dodge Durango. A1UpdateUntil you need assistance after purchase. Everytime i call i get put on hold for 20 min and then the call gets disconnected. Was rold can call anytime aboit anything for my vehicle. I live in manhattan and was told i could get serviced at Riverdale CJDR. Went to get a oil change today and my maintenance package wasnt in the system. Called and got put on hold for 20min. Called back and finally got the sales associate who helped me with my purchase. He had no information or help. Told me the finance person could help me bit he was busy. Told me he would call me back and no call back. I guess once they fot my $10k and got me out the door i wasnt worth their time anymore.

Empire jeep has taken advantage of my son with the purchase of my sons new Jeep. Let’s face it some cars come off the assembly line faulty. But instead of doing something they have made excuses and lead this poor kid around the corporate nightmare merry go round! He has had a rental car for months now! Which Jeep will not pay for until after they prove there is an issue with the car, what they forget is the car has an app, that tells the owner what the car is doing, first time it hadn’t moved in weeks! Second time it moved once. Third it’s still sitting. He could wait for months for the loaner car but he is still responsible to get to work. Something I cannot say for the staff at Empire jeep! Their technical teams are NEVER in! So today we have had contact with the better business again to reply to Empires farce that they only just got the Jeep!! Yes three weeks is just got but after the 3 rd time in less then 6 months!! So if anyone else has gotten or thinking about getting the hybrid Jeep DO NOT allow your kids to go Farr don’t go to far, because it just shuts down!!! And Jeep isn’t aware of any reason why!!!Oh they also call and offer free tanks of gas for positive reviews! I was wondering how did we miss such shady dealings!!
Upset, no Dodge service center ever seems to fix my car. Recently took it in because it turned off on me at a stop light and kept directing to shift to P. My first thought was transmission. Took my car to get checked, was told my car was taken home by a mechanic, Im like ok maybe its to see if it turns off on him while driving. My car is ready, I pick my car up and they told me they couldnt duplicate the problem as always. I noticed my license plate holders were taken off my car and broken parts of the license plate holder was evidence of that. I left my car there with the license plate holder from where I purchased the vehicle, I got the car back with no license plate holders but some broken parts. Why did they touch that to begin with not that its expensive but why touch anything that has to do with the license plates. Not happy-- looks like plates probably were taken off and my car was taken for joy ride. Never ever going back there again or to any dealer service center, I have been so dissatisfied with the service.
Very attentive dealership. The whole staff always asks if you need help and answer your questions on all vehicles in stock. Gabriel R. sold me my first 2021 Dodge Charger and I absolutely love it. He did an amazing job from walking in to handing me my car full with gas. To this day he answers questions on my new vehicle.
Been a customer for last 5 years, they always sent me coupons for services. today they refuse to entertain their own coupon. clamming coupon code is not correct. the coupon code found on their own post card they sent at my home. Service guy tried to up sale $900.00 job which is not factory recommended but recommended by dealer. Never going back to this dealership again.
Cant say enough of about the recent experience I had at Empire CJDR of West Islip. Purchased two used Jeeps (Cherokee & Wrangler) and the entire team was extremely helpful. Treated me like family and wouldnt let me leave until I was 100% satisfied with everything. Received several follow-up emails and texts making sure I was still happy and that the cars were perfect and if my family enjoyed them. A++ team from Sales to Service and Finance. Will absolutely purchase again when the time comes.
I cannot speak to the sales team but the customer service department is either understaffed or overwhelmed and possibly both. This is not a complaint about any specific person but rather the challenges they are facing. Scheduling an appointment takes much longer than it should. I have my vehicle serviced by them regularly and find it next to impossible to get anybody on the phone. Leaving a message in the voice mail box have never resulted in a return call in a timely fashion. As I type this now, I have been on hold for over 10 minutes. If it were not for the proximity to my shop, I would have stopped going here long ago. Not sure what could help them correct these issues but I can only imagine the stress that the staff and customers face on a daily basis.
The Sales experience with Michael Dougherty was impeccable. He was courteous, efficient and dedicated to making my purchase fast, thorough and very easy for me as the consumer.. A great salesperson, with so much attention to detail and respect for me as the customer.. Highly recommend!!!!
The car service experience has been really bad for us both times we went there. The first time we went, an on site personally schedule appointment was not on the system and parts were not available as a result. So we needed to come back again.When we went with our other car a couple of weeks later, they have changed the wrong parts at the service, wanted to charge us triple the amount of the fixed rate until we complained and finally we were suggested to come back again and change the wrong parts at our expense. Really bad customer experience.
I bought my car in for services on different occasions. Tried them once twice and no longer having Empire Service my Jeep! It’s not the mechanics, it’s the service advisors in addition, to the manager William in which doesn’t return calls or texts. He holds a position in which he is not held accountable for. I was charged a diagnostic fee in which I paid. Left the establishment that day, the next day I had the same problem still occurring. I called and Rob said I would have to pay for another diagnostic/ why I paid and I’m having the same problem! I bought the car and was treated unprofessionally and was being texted by the advisor in cap/ letters … who does that! I requested to speak to William he’s the manager and nothing!! I was not paying for another diagnostic fee! I later received a bold all caps text pick up your car no fees added. By the advisor. In midst of all that again received a text in caps that my car needed work/ part that was going to cost me under $3000 and there was no certainty if that would fix the problem. And why would I want to have you the dealer fix my car again?
My experience there was somewhat affected by an inventory hack that occured for CDJR which delayed the arrival of my car by 5 months, I acknowledge that is no fault of the dealership. Throughout the time waiting, the staff was apologetic for the mix up.When finally there though, nothing was done in the way of acknowledgement for my hassle. My trade was low balled (offered 3k less than KBBB trade value), we waited for 4.5 hours for the processing (longest Ive ever experienced in NYS), I was not offered out of house financing, and we were borderline harassed into getting an 8k warranty (commission on their end is exorbitant, additionally they earn on inhouse financing). Their interest rate was not competitive or commensurate with my credit score and income. Because I was 2hrs from home and had waited 5 months for a car that was not available on the east coast, I signed on the dotted line to get the car and get out of there.We are savvy consumers and the truth was, we did not want to jeopardize securing the car that was an end of its model design and in high demand, not to mention worth 10k over the sticker we had put a deposit on. They did not pull one over on us. If you choose Empire, be prepared for a lack luster experience and will be subject to the all of the stereotypical car salesman behaviors.
Parts Dept front counter employee (name?) was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I was very grateful with his ability to fix my 2nd row electrical outlet problem on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. There isnt that many people out there these days willing to go the extra step to help you, I appreciate that and Empire is very lucky to have an employee like him...nice job and THX AGAIN.
Unfortunately, this place has been a nightmare experience since the day I signed my new lease. They have the worst customer service and only want to find out which way they can give it to you! The service center is horrible. I took my car in for service twice and the issue was resolved for about 2 weeks then reoccured because they never fixed the root problem. I could go on and on but id rather not, just writing this to inform new customers to stay away and be very cautious with what you sign.. and btw, they wouldn’t stop harassing me to write a good google review the day I signed my lease, now I understand why..Their reputation is horrible whenever I mention my experience with others.

WOW! I recently visited this dealership and was blown away by the service from not only my car salesperson (Carmen) but also the finance guys (Kyle and Josh). I honestly didnt think Id be able to walk out of there with the car I really wanted at what I was willing to pay but they made it happen. This dealership experience was incredible. I cannot say enough about my experience at Empire in West Islip, I was looking to turn in my lease for a newer Grand Cherokee, after going to the same place for all my leases and not getting the results, I decided to go to Empire where I met Marvi Turcious who greeting me right away and made my experience from start to finish so easy, He is extremely knowledgeable and a great salesperson, which is hard to find now a days, Im sales manager so i know from my own experience. I had a great experience with the service department at Empire CJDR . I want to thank my service advisor Joe Deguire and the Service manager Will Polanco for outstanding service. I brought my vehicle in because my radiator was leaking and I was also losing power steering fluid. Within 24 hrs they had diagnosed both issues with my Jeep and got every covered under my extended warranty. In the end All I had to pay was my 100 deductible and nothing more. They provided excellent customer service and I was very happy with the work preformed. Thank you again for taking care of everything.
Since the very begining we felt the good vibe inside the store but the sales rep named Kelvin is the best of the best. This is literally the worse dealership ever. I will never come back here. According to my lease agreeement, I get a free oil change at 15,000 miles. According to the people that work here it expired, and I am not entitled to it. I am basically being punished for keeping my miles low. Dont even get me started on the last time I was here ..
This dealership just tried to sell me a car that was already sold. They took all my info and a $500 deposit, I came back to pick up the car the next day and they tell me it sold out of state last month. When asking for a reimbursement on my deposit they tried to charge me the 3% credit card fee. Waste of time.
Empire JCDR is the only place to get your car. Went to other dealerships and this one was by far the best. No pressure, no games. Just straight to the point. Vinson (not a typo) is the man to go see. He made everything easy as possible while staying in contact throughout the whole process. You won’t be disappointed.
Alex and Jay were great to work with when looking to buy or lease a new truck. They got me into a beautiful 2022 RAM Night Edition. Super friendly service dept. Joe Deguire took care of me and treated me like I was their best customer. They now have a customer for life.Specifics of the issue:I have RAM 1500 Quad Cab that was purchased from Security Dodge. There was an issue with the front gas tank strap frame out rotting out and potentially having the gas tank fall out of the car or create a gas leak- both are fire/explosion hazards. This is a known issue with my truck and RAM extended the warranty for this specific issue to 144 months. Called Security Dodge service dept. and told them the truck was bought there and explained the potential life safety issue, the best they could do was get me in for March 2022- Recommended I call another dealership. Called Empire and Joe had me in the next morning at 7am, diagnosed/confirmed the issue, ordered the parts and fixed my truck completely the following day. The repair work is professional and properly done.Highly recommend this dealership for service and sales.
The salesman I dealt with was nice. I have no complaints about him. However, weeks after purchasing my car I received a text from someone in the finance department with my social security number, or something close to it, stating that they were having an issue processing. This happened when I initially filed the paper work as well, not sure how. My fault for even responding to this message, but I did. A week later I saw something odd on my credit report. About a month after that I received a call from the dealership, someone in the “payment department” informing me they had an issue when I picked up the car and they made my second payment. I told them they’re wrong, I made my second payment, she insisted they did. I asked for a bill if this was the case, or any type of paperwork. My request must have caught her off guard, she didn’t have anything to show. I said when you do mail it to me. Thirty seconds later texts come in from a different number, same person, no new info, just that I owe a payment. I’m not sure what scam they’re trying to run, but I will never go back to this dealership. I won’t even be returning my car here when my lease ends.
I worked with Vinson Noel to trade in my 2016 Journey and purchase a 2018 Challenger. The dealership offered a great price and trade value and he was eager to please and answer any questions that we might have throughout the process. It was smooth and as stress free as the car buying process can be. We would definitely work with them again in the future.
I was in town over the holidays and decided to look for a vehicle while I was up here. Dery in sales and Jay in finance made this one of the most relaxing car buying experiences ever, and I was able to leave with a brand new 2021 Jeep Wrangler Willy’s Edition! I had been looking for MONTHS all across the country for this exact one in the color I wanted and I’m so glad I found it here while I was in town. I could not be more happy with my experience here at Empire in West Islip!
I had to give them a 1-star rating since 0 star option is not available. Right from the get-go my experience was horrible. First they started their tricks by pressure selling me saying 2 other people were trying to the buy the truck I was interested in. Then they added almost $5000 in bogus ‘reconditioning’ fees. After negotiating I was given a price that was contingent to me taking the vehicle the same day. After spending close to 3 hours and thinking I was taking the truck the same day, I was told that they didn’t have the paperwork for the vehicle and the non-refundable deposit of the vehicle was taken to hold the car for me and I had ‘nothing to worry about’. I kept calling them to get an update but there was no update either from the salesman or the manager. 2 weeks passed and I finally got a call from the salesman who said they received the paperwork. I was in the next day to pick up the truck only for the salesman to put up a sorry face and inform me that my truck was sold to someone else. The manager had no etiquette whatsoever and refused to apologize for the sheer wastage of my time and also selling someone the truck I was told I had nothing to worry about. He did not even have the decency to tell me this himself, he just sat there hiding behind his computer. This is the worst dealership ever, and in all my years of buying cars, this is the worst manager any dealership could have.

In my many years of buying and trading cars, I have never experienced the unprofessionalism that is practiced here. I would give 0 stars if it would let me. I had bought a vehicle for my daughter and was left with an impression that this dealership does not care about its customers. It took nearly 2 hours to finalize paperwork, came with barely enough gas to make it to a station, rude salespeople, and false promises surrounding keys and other accessories that should come with a new vehicle. I have experienced nothing but condescending tones and disrespect, especially from Aisha. She is unhelpful, disrespectful, and presumably the worst saleswoman ever, because I will never be returning to this dealership. She has sent threatening and demeaning text messages demanding more money to be put down before the car in question was sold to someone else, and has been nothing but unhelpful in the purchase of the vehicle. She did not even bother to hand my daughter her new keys or even congratulate her on her hefty purchase. I wish I had gone somewhere else, where there is better service, communication, and overall customer satisfaction, because I did not receive it here. If it weren’t for Shawn in finance and his excellent attentiveness to the disaster that Aisha has caused, I would have walked away.

I don’t recommend this place. On September 18, 2021 I come at this business located at 555 sunrise Highway west Islip NY 11795. To see the possibility of being able to make a rental contract for 36 months, the deal was working with the young Felix Reyes. he was trying to do a vehicle swap. he asked me. If he had the title of the car that I was currently driving, I said yes. I also wonder how much money I had for the entry of the business we were working on. I told him that I had $ 1,000. He told me that he needed that money but I also had it in my house. Felix Reyes said that he needs both the money and the title to continue working on the application that please go home to collect the title and the money. I went and came back and handed over $ 1000 and the title to Felix Reyes. He told me to wait seated and spend a full day at the dealer from 10 am to 9 pm and at the end he told me that the bank does not respond and that I had to keep waiting, to come back until Monday I lost work and come back. Until 5:00 pm on September 20, he told me that the bank did not approve my exchange for a rental agreement. but he did not want to return my title or the 1000 dollars. I need the 2 the title and the money. I have tried to fix the problem with them and they say they will mail the check in 2 days but it still hasnt received. Please don’t give any down payment to them. You’re going to have a big problem! I still Fighting with them. I hopefully after this review this people give me a solution. I went to go get my oil change and tires rotated today at the dealership. I was reluctant at first because they change hands with owners. The staff and the technicians are very good and very friendly. Most importantly they are very accommodating when you inquire about parts and any other information they have with suiting your needs. They did go over and above and helping me with accessories for which I was inquiring about. I give him a five plus and a thumbs up
Misleading clients, False pricing. I spoke with one of the salesperson at this dealer named Frank and was offer a deal. next day I received another call from a different salesperson named Nick and was told to drive to the dealer for a better deal. I made an appointment to be seen. I drove 2.5 hrs they knew I was driving from far away. When I got to the dealer they had no idea I was going over. When I spoke to the sales manager, I was told that unfortunately the numbers that I was given couldnt be honored. I told them that their car was advertised online for $69,997.00, but he marked it on his proposal for $75,000.00. I was no able to make a deal due the inflated msrp totally different from the advertised price. do not recommend this dealership to anyone. poor unethical sales behavior. I have purchased more than 10 cars in the course of my life and this is the my worse experience so far...

Worse sales and service ever.This is the second vehicle I leased from them. The first time I was happy and their proximity to my home sold me on getting a car from them.When the lease was up and time to return the car, the agreed upon price with the sales person changed atleast once before I drove the car off. I love the brand and decided to power through.9 months later I needed an oil change. I called in early November, they transferred me so many times and had me on hold for the longest. Still gave them the benefit of the doubt. The earliest loaner availability was December 3rd. I agreed and told the young lady that I work in the city and would not be back in Long Island until after 4pm. She said that was fine and proceeded to tell me that the lady would call the day before and since I was picking up so late on the 3rd they would need to get my cc info and insurance info before the 3rd.On the 2nd, no call. So I called then to inquire about if we were set for the 3rd. They had me on hold for an hour before the phone cut off. On the 3rd and leaving work to go pick up the car and was told there was no car. The cars are given out at 7am. When asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold again only for the young lady to return to the phone to 1. Confuse me with another customer who boyfriend called and 2. To inform me that the manager could not be found however he told her to tell me I can come in on Monday at 7am.Thanks for nothing. Worst service ever. Never again. I still love the brand. I thought a smaller dealership would be more personal but that proved incorrect on my part. Save your time and money and go to a bigger dealership that values their customers and their happiness a lot more.

He made me feel like he was on “my side.” He made me feel reassured and confident in my purchase.Justin was very personable and helpful as well. I had a very bad experience with Empire . I had made a deal to sell my truck and buy a used jeep. I paid the 500 deposit, which they did return to have the car ready the next day. When I went to pick up the truck I was told they couldnt do it. After I tried other options the sales person Marvi never returned my call. Im not saying some didnt screw the price up bu thats not my problem. They do not stand by their word be careful, Dont pay all the bull fees, you may have to go around but with effort you can find other deals. I did

On Feb 8th I took my Chrysler 300 for service because the car was overheating. Diagnostics found Fault PDC and the harness needs to be replaced at a cost of approximately $4,400 plus tax. The next day I took the car to local mechanic and he found out the cooling fan module was bad, he replaced the cooling fan($425.00) and fixed the problem. I went back to the dealer and asked what codes were found in the car computer and there were no codes in the report. After a month driving in NYC traffic the car has not overheating anymore.
On February 16th, I came across AutoTrader which has excellent reviews. I used the filters to look for a car that I could afford and came across a 2010 Hyundai Elantra that was selling for $5997 at Empire Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of West Islip that had about 82,000 miles. I clicked the link to email the dealership and I also signed up for notifications on this particular car. I received a text message and an email fromNick Bilello on February 17th in regards to this car and looking to set up an appointment. I also received a text message as well. I did not respond immediately as I had quite a few upcoming appointments and didnt want overextend myself by adding another just yet. On February 23 at around 1:30 pm I received and email informing me that the 2010 Hyundai Elantra had a price drop to $ 5,713. I immediately texted Nick and asked if I could make an appointment with him for February 24. I further explained that I wanted to talk to someone prior to coming in so there would be no misunderstanding about financing or the fact I was only looking at that car and no others. He asked me if someone from his team could call me now?. I responded, yes. I waited like 10 minutes and asked if someone was going to call he said yes, soon. About 15 minutes had past and I received a call from a woman and I explained that I was only interested in that particular car and that while I received an email notification that the price was reduced to $ 5, 713 that at the same time I had received a text message that the price was $7,708 which had to be wrong and verified it to the stock number. I explained to this woman I wanted no misunderstanding at my appointment, that I had a budget and again reiterated that I was only interested in this car. We discussed my trade in as well. She stated the car was still available and preceded to make the appointment for 10am on February 24th. I was sent not only a text message at 3pm, to confirm the appointment but an email requesting I add that to my calendar. I was further asked that if I was running late to call them. I confirmed the appointment. On February 24th, I went into the dealership and arrived 10 minutes early, I walked up to a gentleman and told him I had an appointment with Lakia Passmore at 10am. A woman came out and she said her name so quickly I dont know what it was but she informed me that Lakia only sets the appointments up which was odd to me as the email states to ask for her upon my arrival as if she was the one that was going to assist me. My husband and I are seated , this woman takes my information and than says, she has to see if the car was available. I felt like somebody gut punched me because I knew where this was heading and as much told her so and told my husband watch the old bait and switch I had so much more to tell of this visit but there is a maximum on characters.
My wife warned me not to go there based on the terrible reviews. In this case something written on the Internet is actually true. I Showed used car salesman, Felix, a vehicle advertisement from their website and he assured me that the vehicle was in stock. I test drove, we agreed to a sales price including the extra fees they put on it. I handed him my credit card. All systems were a go. At the last minute he told me the car had been sold.I wasted my afternoon and gave away my personal information. Felix assured me that my cell phone number would remain confidential. This was a lie as well, I started receiving texts 10 minutes after I left a place that I will generously describe as dishonest. I have never written a review online before but I need to warn anyone who thinks it’s a good idea to go there that it really isn’t. I have bought three cars on the South Shore of sunrise Highway in Suffolk County. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism.
I normally do not leave reviews but let me tell you I walked into this dealership and started talking to Kim she’s a great person to deal with great personality All around great girl. She took really good care of my with my trade and and got me into a beautiful 2021 Ram 1500 night addition I will definitely be back for my next lease and will definitely be recommending people to her. The rest of the staff is so accommodating. Five stars all around good work!
Had a great experience at Empire. My salesman, Gabriel, was personable and hardworking. He texted me during the week to let me know when my Jeep was coming in, called me the day it arrived, and worked diligently on my behalf to get me the price that worked in my budget. Another associate Vincent was also very courteous and helpful throughout my car buying experience, filling in on a day that Gabriel was off. He drove me down to the Bay Shore lot to retrieve things I left in my trade in vehicle. Tom, in the finance office, was honest andstraightforward with pricing and lease terms. Never called for my vehicle once service was complete. Check out experience took 30+ minutes. Purchased 4 new tires - car came out with 4 different tire pressure readings. Attention to detail is poor. No valve cap on one tire. They took the car back to address the tire pressure. No one told me my car was ready again until he pointed to the car in the lot and asked if it was mine. Got back into the car, tire pressure had not changed. I should have gone elsewhere for new tires.

I went to Empire for service on my RAM as my transmission was having issues. From beginning to end the experience here was great, which is impossible to find with most NY dealerships. Working Aisha was one of the best experiences Ive had at a car dealership. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel like she was being pushy on anything. At one point she was juggling us, three other clients, and the phones while other sales people were playing on their cell phones all day. Im glad we got to work with her because she deserved our business.

Be prepared for the fact that the list price maybe lower online than when you get to the showroom - this is a tactic used by lots of dealers to get people to come and see as many cars as possible - most do it - also this is a sellers market right now so as business people their job is to get as much for the car as possible especially when parts and cars are scarce.be prepared to read the disclaimers online where these guys are upfront about dealers fees and reconditioning fees -in my experience i was frustrated at traveling all the way down there to get told they wanted more for the car than advertised(5 hour round trip) - however they do have good cars. the very next morning i called kyle the sales manager explained what i wasnt happy about and he came down to a price i could just about live with for what looks to be a great car - he emailed me the purchase order and the credit app details and i sent him back all the details the same day and with haroon the sales guy we were able to work something out. The guys were friendly and easy to talk to, and now im waiting to get the paperwork in order - check out the car again and sign the contracts before taking delivery - so fingers crossed. Dont get frustrated and just walk away - if you give them a call and meet them half way theyll work something out for you.

The service was great and it should be noticed.I’m born and raised in New York City and it came time for me to lease my first car. I did a bunch of research online and decided on a very particular Jeep Grand Cherokee 2021. I looked at many dealerships all around and dealt with many sales people. I considered compromising but it just never felt right- I felt rushed, pushed and sold to.I finally found the Jeep I was looking for at Atlantic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram LI. I was nervous and excited at the same time. I worked with Alejandro and he did a really great job. He understood it was my first vehicle and I was particular . He took the time to explain everything to me. He was personable, attentive, he made me feel comfortable and he was never pushy . He answered every single one of my many questions and concerns. He worked out a great deal for me and it felt right.What a wonderful experience - Thank you .I love my Jeep !
Will never go back. I bought a 2014 jeep in October of 2016. The jeep gave me nothing but problems. Hopefully if you need an oil change you are not on the highway cause it will just shut off on you.I just recently traded in the jeep for another vehicle at a different dealership and they informed me that in April of 2018 an accident was retroactively put on carfax for an accident that happened in 2016 prior to me buying it. Empire CJDR failed to ever mention that me. its a very shady business and I hope that nobody gets taken by them. If i could give them 0 stars I would
I brought my car in for an inspection and service of the start/stop system. I was Asked if I had an extended warranty, when I said no they sales rep sounded off as if my car may not be able to be repaired or even pass inspection. I said I understand. They re affirmed the fact that these expenses will be out of pocket and there is no way to tell how much that could be. I already knew a ball park, having researched it. Complete BS. Then told it may not be done for days as “this isn’t typically a Saturday job” which was also BS. The car was done in 3 hours. I was told I needed new wipers, no big deal, but asked if I could replace them myself and was told that it wouldn’t pass without them. Also, BS, I replaced them before this winter. Finally at the end, they informed me of a 3% credit card usage fee which was not posted anywhere. Just terrible service experience. Which I haven’t had before. I don’t typically use the dealership service though. Hoping it’s just and isolated incident.
I had been looking for a new Ram for some time , I called Empire Jeep Dodge Ram of West Islip and I was help by a sales woman named Aisha Green she was very personable and helpful with my questions.I went in the next day to meet Aisha she was very nice and not pushy at all as far as pushing a sale.I wound up walking out with a brand new Ram bighornat a very good price on a 3 year lease. I am very happy with my truck and the service Aisha Green showed me.
I came in just browsing around, having my guard up about car dealerships. I was honestly ready to walk out and just go to another dealership up until Jay aka Jason glick, knowledge me and literally made my buying experience something youd only get at a Apple store (I would know cause I worked for Apple for years at there flag ship location on 5th ave). Needless to say I wasnt in there for hours, I literally was in there for maybe a 1 hour and a half and literally drove out of their with a truck I only dreamed about. So as cliché as it sounds it wasnt. Im very grateful and thankful for the opportunity to work with Jay and the team. My only hope moving forward that this wasnt just to get my dollar but to build a solid relationship going down the line. Only the future will tell but none the less Id recommend this location over the other dodge affiliated location on the island.
Honestly, I thought buying a jeep was going to be a complete headache with every dealer having such low inventory at the moment but my experience was the complete opposite. Justin Pasquariello really made the experience so much easier and enjoyable. He was always available when I needed him and worked around the clock to make sure I found the perfect Wrangler. Justin and his GM Kyle were extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and patient, I am absolutely in LOVE with my new jeep!
Honestly I thought its gonna be different this time. But they push the sales people to sell something that you dont want. You jump from 1 to 20 in front of your eyes. In the other hand my sales girl was nice until I mention that I want to shop in other places before I take the decision. She looked at me and with evident frustration told me: you should told me this before. But I told exactly what I want. Unfortunately Im very good with numbers and I only buy what I want and if Im totally satisfied. Just watch out because I was ready to buy all cash. Very disappointed
While I am happy with the vehicle I purchased, I am not happy with the fact that I have been waiting over 6 months for a keyfob. I called to check the status of it about 3 months ago and still havent heard anything about it; no phone call, no email, nothing. I was told it was on back order but that was back in April, it is now October, this is not acceptable.
Great dealership! I had been to almost every Jeep dealer on LI before I found Empire. Lease prices are insane right now, but Brittany was AMAZING. There was no back and forth BS, I told her what I needed and she worked with me to find a car that fit my needs and got my a great deal. Every other dealership told me I would never get this deal. We have experienced such horrible customer service in many other dealerships.As soon as we entered you could feel a totally different vibe.We were assisted by Subhan who is a remarkable young Man. Out of all the dealerships Ive visit to make my next lease purchase, Empire CJDR was the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Gabriel R. was a pleasure to deal with. Very happy with the deal, and being my first Jeep they made it a great experience. Only drawback is the after agreement on a price, the paperwork with finance took longer than expected.
Well never have I went out of my way to give a bad rating to anything in my life but working with this dealership was really such a horrible experience! I went in to see a Jeep at the beginning of March 2021 and spoke to one of the sales representative-Kim who was really only trying to talk numbers. They presented me an offer and told me I could leave with the car the same day. I took the offer but was then told “actually you have to come back another day and leave a 500 deposit”. I did still leave the deposit. To my surprise, days later I saw 3 hard inquiries were ran on my credit and my offer was no longer an option. They were trying to persuade me to still get the car but I declined and pulled my offer. On March 8th I was told my deposit was going to be refunded to me in 7-10 business days. It is March 29th. I have been very patient throughout this whole process, but I reached out to Kim directly regarding this and she has ignored my messages ever since. I contacted the dealership directly and she told me she had no idea why I hadn’t received my refund??? Absolutely do not recommend. Overall poor service, unorganized, unreliable and dishonest!
After an initial horrible experience with the Customer service department was Communicated to the manager of service Will, he immediately stepped in and took charge. Will went beyond the limits of Customer service by working on his day off to rectify the situation. A big tremendous shout out to Will, thank you. Car shopping during the pandemic isn’t easy until I came to this dealership. I can’t thank them enough for how they handled everything from the Sale to the finance mangers being so helpful. When I came for delivery the manager came over to thank me too. This is what you call quality I recommend this dealership.
Shuban kamal (hopefully I spelt that right) was amazing with his service and professionalism. He helped us the first day by helping us find the car so we can look at it in person and it took us a while to find it but he stayed after the dealership hours to show us the car in person. Vinson as well was very nice and professional and though we decided to get a different car I highly recommend Empire Jeep if your looking for a new car
We bought a used 2018 BMW X1 from this dealership. The sales process was fine and our salesperson, was great. Before we left with the car, we noticed a large dent in the driver side door and the brake light was on and we needed another key fob because there was only one key. The sales manager promised us that these would be fixed at no cost even if they had to take it to the BMW dealership and we just had to call the service department to schedule the service. That was on Dec 26. I called and scheduled a service appointment for Thursday, Dec 31 and was told it should be done within a week. We dropped it off that day. I called the following Friday to check on the status because I had not heard from them. I was told that it was at the BMW dealership and should be done early the following week. I waited until the following Wednesday to call because I hadn’t heard anything. I was then told it was still there because they were waiting on a part to come in and they hoped to have it back by the end of the week. I waited until the following Wednesday to call and was told that it was at the body shop getting fixed and to give it until the following week. (This was going on the 3rd week they had the car). I waited and never heard anything. When I called at the end of the week, I was told that it was still at the BMW dealer because the entire accounting Dept at Empire Chrysler Jeep had COVID so no checks could be cut to pay BMW. At this point, my husband got involved and was not very nice. After the 4th week of them having the car, we went to pick it up. The dent was fixed, the brake light was still being worked on but it got fixed while we were there, but then the check engine light came on and there was no extra key fob made. It was literally over a month since we dropped it off for service so we just took it and said we’d bring it back at a later time. We dropped it off on March 26 because we went to FL for a week thinking they’d have it done by the time we got back. Well, after getting back from FL on 4/2 and not hearing from anyone in the service department, we called on 4/3 and were told that it has not been fixed and is scheduled to go to the BMW dealer on Monday. I don’t know what, if anything, was done during the week we were gone and we never heard any updates from the service advisor. If you buy a vehicle from them, I hope you never need service because their service department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with - no follow up, nothing but lies and stories when you call for status updates and things don’t get fixed. Just horrible.

My car was in for a major repair, transmission problem. It took two months but I have to say that communication was excellent. I was called every time I was told I was going to be called. My husband and I purchased a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Ltd last week. From start to finish, all interactions with the team at Empire made for an outstanding and seamless experience. Frank was professional, amicable and courteous as he guided us through the purchasing process. We had our heart set on a difficult-to-find color which Empire didn’t have on their lot. Frank sought out the exact car I was looking for, and arranged for its delivery within a few days, as promised. Both Frank and trainee Ryan patiently demonstrated all of the vehicle’s features, ensuring that we were comfortable using each feature before we drove away. If I could give ZERO stars I would. First of all, my salesperson Alejandro was arrogant, rude, and combative. He treated me like gold until the moment I said I agreed to a lease. Then I was no longer a priority. He then worked with other customers leaving me for 4.5 hours waiting for all the paperwork. He would check back in once an hour or so but with no real information. He didnt even set up insurance from me. I had to ask another employee to help me. Just as I thought I was done, he handed me another stack of paperwork to fill out (which I could have completed in the 4 hours I had been waiting at that point instead of playing cards with my friend to pass the time. Then, finally I was ready to sign the paperwork, he said he was going to swap my plates out. He did not. He waited until I was ready to go to do that. I inquired from another employee if Alejandro was new. (If he was, I would have cut him some slack) The employee said, actually he is not and said to me that all Alejandro needed to do was ask for help if he needed it. As Alejandro was putting my registration on, he had the audacity to tell me that in fact he was not new and he has sold the most cars out of everyone there, I said Well you could have fooled me. He said, Well I guess you have never worked with a busy salesman before. I then told him he should be embarrassed that someone thought he was new. Clearly the comment I made about him being new not only got back to him but it must have triggered something for him to bring it up to me. I finally left without even being shown how to operate my new vehicle because the time was now 8:15pm; one hour and 15 minutes AFTER closing time and quite frankly I was exhausted seeing as though I had been there since 3:30pm. I didnt think things could get worse.....BUT THEY DID. Today I received my check as they were making my last lease payment on my previous car. They owed me a check because I had already paid it as it was due the following day. I get the check....and it is WRONG with a differential of 63 dollars. Someone juxtaposed the numbers and issued me a check in the wrong amount. I will be asking for interest accrued on the differential since I have to wait now another 2 weeks for a reissuance. In fact, it could be longer than that because when I called today, not only did I not get through to a financial advisor but when I asked to speak to the manager, they sent me to his voicemail. I have had many cars and have leased many cars and this by far is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had and Alejandro was a poor example of what someone in customer service should be.I could go on and on: talking about how staff behind the desk were not wearing masks with customers in the store, and many more examples of how rudely I was treated, but I hope I have made my point! Stay far away from Empire Jeep Dodge Chrysler Ram of West Islip.
Dont waste your time... They gave us a price over the phone since we live an hour and a half away, only to drive there and there prices happen to inflate an extra 5,000 by the time we arrived. They add extra unnecessary fees and our salesman knew nothing about the car we were looking at. He left us the manual for our test drive. 👍 Because thats super helpful on our 10 minute test drive. PS the car had scratches on 3 panels and the passenger window was scratched and they couldnt budge on that either. Save yourselves the time and shop elsewhere.
Definitely disorganized. Made an appointment to test drive a vehicle . Was buried in the back and the poor salesman had to find and move 5 cars. Waste of my time. All processes were slow in purchasing and despite the appointment fir pick up and then having all the paperwork two days earlier nothing was done, billing office that prepares paperwork showed up very late that morning , once done the initial $500 deposit was neglected to be included in final balance of invoice . So now I’m needed to wait longer for refund paperwork to be approved and I get the privledge of waiting 2 weeks for a refund - hopefully. Took almost 2 hours for a set up appointment to drive away . Staff all nice but felt like no one takes charge.
CJDR of West Islip. I had a great experience during the process of purchasing my Ram. There were hurdles along the way, and Justin my sales agent handled them with ease. He is top notch. All of my questions were answered promptly. His sales excellence helped keep me on budget. He deserves 10+ stars for excellence.
Ive bought and sold many vehicles, boats, trailers etc in my time. Both in ny and out of state, at dealers and privately. This was by far the most frustrating purchasing experience ive had.Ill start by saying the staff are extremely friendly and accomadating. So no ill feelings towards them. Its all the hidden, last minute fees and fine print. Its decieving and doesnt make the customer feel welcome, actually quite the opposite. I shouldnt feel like im going to battle when purchasing a vehicle.I know the sales game. Get the customer in the door with attractive pricing, and then tack on all the extra fees to make a profit. Its an old tactic and in the age of the internet, it doesnt work anymore.Just be honest and straight forward. If theres a fee for buying a vehicle, we all get it, just explain what it is. A $2100 reconditioning fee? Seriously? Which was dropped to $900 almost immediately. Your going to charge me to wash a car so it looks shiny on the lot. Maybe check the oil too. And a $12 tire fee on a used car. Thats a nys mandated fee for new tires on a new purchase. Not a used car.It was also ironic that the great deal i found on autotrader disappeared as i was sitting in the dealer. Strange? All your fine print disappeared with it. Theres more, but ill stop now.Anyway, like i said, the staff is great. But be ready to battle for hidden costs. Some people like this game, im assuming most dont and just want a happy experience. And remember, word of mouth is the best advertisement.William Kipp
I had just leased another Dodge Durango and Mike helped me out with that. He was very knowledgeable on the car and showed me beautiful models. The car was a great deal. I had a wonderful experience and I love my vehicle! Will definitely be coming back to him in the future for more cars...definitely recommend getting a car from him!!
The salesperson who helped me when I initially purchased my vehicle lied to my face about the overall price of the vehicle. It was my first time buying so I was ready to jump on the offer I was told about without adequately reading the paperwork. They made me wait almost 5 hours for the full process so by the time I finished the dealership was closed. So on top of being charged almost $10,000 more than the price I thought I was getting, the dealership provided me with two key fobs that had no batteries so I could barely start my car. They also forgot to put the cover for my spare tire in the trunk back on, so I had to return to the dealership and spend another hour or two waiting for these simple items. At my first service after 5,000 miles right now and it has been almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Go to a different dealership.
Service advisor Michele was awesome - kept me informed about what the mechanic was doing and if she wasn’t sure about something always followed up and got me an explanation.I had gotten the brush-off from local dealer where I live now upstate so decided to bring my 2009 Ram back here where I bought it - a 300 mile trip definitely worth it to fix some big problems. Love my truck and ir runs great.Would do this again.July 2021Had to return to Dodge, my engine problem had become more complicated over the winter. New service advisor Brian was equally awesome. Kept me informed and ultimately I would up with a replacement engine. The mechanic Mike who worked on my truck also was excellent.I wish I could keep bringing my truck back here but I will need to find another dealer for the warranty work closer to home, but if you are near Empire CJDR you will be fortunate, and ask for Brian
10+ hours!!!!! Yes I said 10+ hours. Set my appointment over the weekend. After I forgot to mention that I needed a coolant cap, I called no joke 8-9 times left at least 5 messages over 3 days and NO RESPONSE. I went there to ask about the cap two days before my appointment otherwise I would have canceled the appointment. They said they had it. So appointment is set for 7:30 am. Get there on time only to be placed on a line which looks like a first come first serve. If that’s the case why schedule appointments???? Anyway I get checked in and the man at the desk says you don’t have any recalls. Yes I do….. well there were 6. So he said are you going to wait. I said the lady told me it would be between 2-3 hours. I can wait. So about 20 minutes to noon (4 hours at this time)…. I asked how much longer is it going to be. The man said well at noon everyone goes to lunch…. No work will be done for an hour, then you have 1 recall left that will take about 2 hours. SO knowing that it would be ANOTHER 3 hours minimum, you think he would say can we bring you somewhere……. NO he makes me wait. My car wasn’t done until almost 6 at night. I NEVER would recommend this place, at least to anyone I like. Lol. AND while sitting in the lobby ALL DAY…. I saw at least half the people get told that pieces or parts whatever….. that they were going to need extra work done. I too, I was quoted by the parts department for a new key $159. The man inside said that the parts department shouldn’t be giving quotes out because they’re wrong. $471 for a spare key. TOTAL CRAZINESS!!!!! Don’t waste your time with this place.
My experience was a great one at Empire Jeep. I called the dealership and left a message and they returned my call promptly. Buying/Leasing a car can be very stressful but everyone was super professional and nice from start to finish. The General Manager Kyle, my Sales Associate Portia, and my Finance Manager Anthony, were all the best. I highly recommend taking the drive there and checking them out. You will be happy you did! 😊
Helped my son make his first purchase of a car on his own, found a used Wrangler on the lot, low mileage, very nice. Salesman was very nice, as helpful as he could be, seemed new, but got us through the process, with the help of others there. Worked out a deal, all good. Timing was an issue due to presidents day weekend, and couldnt finish the financials on Sunday, our second day there, due to the credit person not coming in. We were not told this, ahead of time and arrived to finish. The salesmen did assist with car insurance, so not a total waste of a trip. (Im a little annoyed) we returned Thursday, the earliest my son could get back, took less than 2 hours to get done. I noted there was only one key, and Iasked twice, during the process. I was told there was another key, but during the delivery, i was now told there is no extra key.( im Very annoyed) totally not right. Salesman apologized a few times, I told him thats not right. Overall, that kinda ruined the experience for me.

I have experienced the outmost disrespect from this establishment. Complete unprofessionalism from its employees Dery and Carl, worst customer service experience I do not wish anyone else to experience. DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM!!! I came to finance my first car, a Jeep Wrangler. Whom I put down a ONE THOUSAND dollar deposit to guarantee it wouldn’t be sold. We even went as far as insuring the vehicle through gieco which I processed all payments for as well!! I told the sales person Dery I would be back with my co signer in an hour so we could finalize everything today. I come back in less than a hour just to find out Dery and his manger Carl sold the Jeep to someone else in less than a hour after all this was processed. I asked for my cash deposit back from Carl to then tell me I can’t get my deposit back today.. I could only receive it through mail. I pointed out that on the paper it states you can pick up your deposit. However Carl then said I’ll get a call to come within 10 days. On my way out Dery told me if it doesn’t go through with the other people they’ll give me a call back after I was told it was sold?? I don’t understand what is going on and how can an establishment like this treat it’s customers, I plan on perusing legal action.
I purchased a preowned 2019 Wrangler a few days ago from this dealership and I was very happy with my service from our salesman, Dery Santos as well as with the management and financing department. I called earlier in the day to inquire if I needed an appointment to view the inventory I had seen on cars.com; Dery answered the phone and advised me I could come in and to ask for him. As we arrived I was appreciative of Derys honesty and listening to what we were looking for. I never felt like he was trying to push one car that the lot had been holding onto forever or that he tried to talk me into buying something more expensive. There were a few questions he did not know the answer on since he had not been at that dealership for a long time and he simply stated he would find out and didnt make stuff up like well... a used car salesman are known for. Later in the transaction process his manager came over to seal the deal and I was getting ready mentally for the lies to start, but they didnt. I felt he was equally honest and helpful in explaining what additional question I had had regarding warranty going forward. This level of service was matched when we sat down with the financing department (i wish I remembered his name to give him credit) to go over best rates and terms available. I felt he took the time and did research showing us all of our options to keep us most satisfied. My one complaint was the amount of time the whole process took, it was a long day, but this may just be the process of purchasing a car from any dealership. I will be using this group for our next auto purchase as well as recommending them to those in the market.
At the beginning my service advisor wasn’t very good however, after a little waiting I got Megan or Meghan hahah don’t wanna spell it wrong. She called me every week and always answered the phone even if there wasn’t an update just to tell me that. It was so nice to know that I had someone working on this. They got the part warrantied which was awesome saved me about 2-3 grand. Her and Tom the technician got my car fixed and back to me just in time for a huge family thing. Awesome staff awesome team I will definitely be coming back because of Megan/Meghan and Tom!! And as I give at all reviews you both have deserved a HOWREYA.
We had a great experience working with our Sales Professional, Richard Link and his Sales Manager, Sam Rivera. it was a no pressure purchase experience. All parties involved felt like we were getting the best price avail for our Jeep Wrangler. Rich really is a Wrangler specialist!
My sales person Brittany, was attentive during the process ensuring I was being well cared for. Initially I found the dealership via online. I do recommend reading the fine print and reviewing over the car deal thoroughly and asking questions! I was going back and forth with the dealership, on my first visit everything went well until it came down to discussing the car price, a manager John came to discuss over incentives and mocked me when I had questioned the price breakdown, leaving me with a distasteful impression. Brittany was great with following up and apologized. I then decided to go back after talking with Brittany and manager Allí who were accommodating and made my purchase. I am happy with my new car.
This is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT…Extremely slow service. No point in making appointments if it takes them 30 mins to just get out to your vehicle. The waiting area is a joke. Seats are torn up and the floors are all uneven. Small things I know but if I wanted to hugs vehicle I would go somewhere that actually cared for their customers and not just a quick sell. They never have any rental vehicles for months out as well.Just be weary if your bringing your vehicle here for service and your expectations.
I had an issue with my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased this past October from Security Dodge. I went to Empire Dodge because they were able to get me in almost immediately for a service appointment. Brian was amazing from the moment I stepped in the door. My fiancé and I have had many cars & trucks before so we are very familiar with the process. We just got our 2021 Durango at Empire of west islip. Vinson Noel was our salesman and when I tell you he was by far the most professional, quick & nicest guy to work with, I truly mean it! He went above and beyond to get us where we wanted to be and in a very timely matter! We highly recommend and we will definitely continue to use them!!
Took my new Ram for its first oil change, only had 3 people ahead of me in the waiting area. I observed more people show up and leave before me, I was waiting for over 2 Hours. I asked for a update and no one knew anything about my Ram. The person who took my information left for the day, someone else went to check the status of my Vehicle. They informed me that my vehicle was placed on the wrong side/lift express oil change instead of the main area. Now I had to wait another hour for a simple oil change. Horrible experience in the service area.
I had my Jeep Cherokee towed in on Saturday. Within 20 minutes of the tow leaving my house, I got a call from Brian who told me they were checking it in. 30 minutes later, it was diagnosed and the part repaired. No extra charges. Didnt expect that from a dealership. When i went in to pick it up, every single person I dealt with was awesome! A few days after I left, Amy contacted me to make sure the vehicle was operating as it should. Didnt expect that either! Ive never purchased a car from them but I will absolutely consider them when I am ready for a new Jeep!
My Experience at Empire was an easy and pleasant one , Frank answered all my questions , Leasing my Ram from Start to finish ran smoothly. he was very knowledgeable and made the whole transaction very easy. he took the time and went over everything about my new ram. the general manager was hands down the best one I have ever done business with he was very accommodating . the finance manger was an awesome guy. I purchase one vehicle from Empire and leased a second. I will be back to buy another one in the future!
We just bought a very expensive truck, which can be a very stressful experience. Dery Santos, our salesperson, was kind, friendly, not pushy, but confident and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured nor agitated like the family next to us who worked their deal with that crazy Italian salesman(Frank). What a bit of luck was that we had Aisha. She explained to us the steps of the process, walked us through the car basics, and provided us with all answers in a very professional manner. We needed something bigger and more reliable. I visited empire jeep and was very impressed with the 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Vinson Noel made it very easy and stress free on purchasing this vehicle. 2022-03-31I have nothing but good things to say about empire, Michael Dougherty and the finance team we took delivery on Sunday afternoon of our 2021 Ram 2500. This started out in February when I stopped in to see inventory on 2500 as all trucks are in high demand and informed Mike we couldnt purchase anything until after my spine surgery around the middle to end of March.Mike had followed up with me to see how my surgery went and we discussed the truck we purchased and 2 others that were in stock. Mike understood I still couldnt drive and would have to work around my wifes hectic er schedule and he did exactly that. We couldnt be happier with the deal on the truck no over charging and they got us an outstanding rate as well. We will be going here from now on. I will recommend dealing with Mike he was straight up no bs at all.

2022-04-23I must personally thank Kyle and his team. Aisha, Karl, and Sean who I call the magic man the manager of finance shopped around and got me the most amazing rate. I am an exceedingly difficult customer, and they were so patient with me they Really did make me feel like a king. Karl was amazing getting me in the right vehicle and understanding my needs. I am so happy with it. Aisha really went above and beyond as did they all. Kyle is the captain of a very tight ship. He was available to answer all my questions, even late on a Sunday night replying to me by email. They are all overly nice. I recommend this dealership over any on Long Island, especially in the pricing in todays market. I searched not just NY but the whole country for a 2019 jeep Grand Cherokee with 19,000 miles. Most did not have any milage that low at $26,000 the lowest I found was $34,999. Huge thank you to everyone in this dealership for being so kind and helpful. PS I never saw a used engine this clean my mechanic checked everything out and said he wont be able to make any money off it except oil changes. I did not have the heart to tell him the oil changes are included with the amazing service plan they got me! the job to replace a differential which is a big job. I thought for sure it would take at least 4 hours and he reassured me it would only be 2 hours. I was pleasantly SURPRISED HE IS A MAN OF HIS WORD. IT WAS FIXED IN 2 HOURS RUNS LIKE NEW. the WHOLE EXPERIENCE FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT WAS VERY PLEASENT. Each person was very friendly and genuinely concerned I was properly taken care of. Highly recommend this dealership.

2022-04-13Kyle and Vinson made getting my first car a great experience. Being a single mom my budget wasn’t big and limited me on what I could afford to put down. They were able to work with what I was able to afford and put me into a great new Jeep Renegade. I would 1000% recommend their dealerships without any hesitation.
