Today I had an appointment with Dr Bartov who provided regular maintenance to my implants. I am grateful to him and his team for highly professional work, genuine care and respectful attitude, when every step of the procedure was explained.Dr. Bartov and his team are perfectionists and try to do everything to satisfy their clients and meet all their needs.I was pleasantly impressed by their new beautiful modern office with the best equipment possible.Besides, the waiting time before the appointment was minimal.All my family are Dr Bartovs clients and we are happy with his work.Thank you, Empire Dental!!!
This is a wonderful practice that provides premier Dentistry!Dr Bartov is knowledgeable, professional and kind. He and his staff ensure patients do not experience pain and are comfortable. All that and they do beautiful work!The entire front desk staff is friendly and efficient-scheduling is accurate with no wait time. The facility is meticulously clean and welcoming .I can’t imagine any patient being disappointed They are really terrific.
Dr. Zeng is now my favorite person in all of Brooklyn. It’s the first time in forever where I was fully relaxed in the chair of truth. She has a super light hand and she heard all of my concerns and made appropriate recommendations. She fixed a filling error from a previous dentist right on the spot. The feeling of finding a good dentist is right there with getting a new car.
Dr. Bartov always provides the best experience. He is knowledgeable, provides painless procedures, and spends so much time explaining what needs to be done to make his patient comfortable. I’ve had everything from fillings, to root canals, to Invisalign, and I’ve happy with everything he’s done. Dr. Bartov is wonderful and He’s the only dentist I’ll ever go to!
I haven’t been to the dentist since 2012. The entire team made me feel comfortable and was extremely friendly and helpful. I am pleased with the service that was provided to me and I look forward to continuing with Empire Dental for my dental service
Empire Dental is really, really great! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to the actual doctors are incredibly kind and patient, which goes a long way if youre like me and have avoided dentists for years. Dr. Zeng is very gentle and compassionate - I did not feel judged or shamed at all for my history and when it came to the actual dental work, I didnt feel pain, only mild discomfort. I also really appreciated that she takes the time to talk you through exactly what she is doing and how you can expect to feel. And finally, the practice was very up front about what my work was going to cost and how my insurance would help. It might be too soon to say, but I think I may have conquered my fear of the dentist thanks to the team at Empire!
Dr Anatoly Bartov is a Highly Skilled and Knowledgeable Dental Surgeon. My visit today for dental implants was done very professionally. He is very detail and knows what he is doing. As for his staff / Technicians, they are all very kind friendly and welcoming.Thank you Dr.Keshav. Prasad
I was suffering from a very bad toothache and needed an extraction Dr. Bartov and Dr. Zheng really helped me feel at ease in my journey until recovery. Thank you so much to them both as well the nurses who were very helpful. I will definitely come back without hesitation.

I went here for the first time today for the evaluation of a tooth that will need to be extracted. The front desk staff (all three ladies) were super welcoming and the doctor was extremely sweet. She answered my many questions with ease and patience, and explained (very detailed) the reason why she could not perform the procedure that day but, instead, gave me a deep cleaning to ease inflammation/pain and prescribed medication while I wait for my extraction date. The entire staff was quite personable. Offices were clean (including the bathroom, which is a huge WIN for any doctors office). I would totally come here for dental services on a regular basis.
Dr.Bartov is the best dentist in NYC. I came in with tooth pain on several teeth and he took care of it immediately. I thought I needed a filling and all that was needed, was a deep cleaning. he was very honest about what needs to be done. He also extracted a wisdom tooth within 30 seconds and PAINLESSLY. And for the other tooth Extremely clean office. He works on Sundays which is a huge plus. No wait time and he gets the job done. No BS. Explains everything step by step. Dr. Bartov and his team are excellent. I’ve trusted him with dental implant work and I am more than satisfied with the results. I went to Empire Dental for my first teeth whitening. They use the GLO treatment which I heard and read was preferable over ZOOM because it causes less sensitivity. It was a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in the door. The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I was so comfortable that I did not feel any pain. I truly felt like a VIP patient. The office is very clean and the aesthetic of the office was lovely. They use impressive, modern technology. I would definitely recommend coming to Empire Dental and I will definitely be coming back!

Empire dental has an extraordinary staff. Every visit I’ve gone to they have made sure that I am re-assured every step of the way regarding procedures and billing. Ella and Hadley are exceptional receptionists and assistants to the business. They go out of their way to ensure that the patient is taken care of. They are organized and responsive and will take the extra step to make sure that you are set up and directed on what to do and where to go. Dr. Zeng is amazing!!! She is the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. She is so kind and gentle. She will not hurt you and is attentive throughout the process. She is also very detailed about what is going on and explains things clearly and simply. This is an amazing dentist practice and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a trustworthy and efficient facility.
I have found all of the doctors and people who work in this office to be very professional and extremely helpful. They are very upfront about costs and procedures, which I truly appreciate.I had a tooth replacement after a disastrous incident with a crown during covid. They were extremely gentle and professional. And I feel that I got the very best of care, both technologically, and as a person.
They were really quick and professional. I usually wait 2 hrs before someone sees me at other locations. I was in within 10. Dr and hygienist were really nice and helpful. Will be going there again.
Office has low to no wait time. Im really here to comment specifically about Dr. Zeng. She is meticulous. I usually dread going to the dentist for regular cleanings because my teeth are sensitive but i felt no pain or discomfort at any point.
I haven’t been to the dentist in years due to a traumatic experience years ago so I was apprehensive to go to any dentist. However, all my fears and worries went out the window when I entered Empire dentals office. We were treated with so much kindness, hospitality, and professionalism by Hadley and Ella who were prompt and excellent in answering every question. Their staff was amazing!! They were great with my kids and they were very gentle with our teeth and cleaning. It was truly the best experience I have had at any dentist office! I was so happy with how I was treated. I felt as if they truly cared about my health and well being. The doctor was patient in explaining everything to me and when he was doing the work he was gentle and he took his time and didnt rush it. Dr. Bartov is the best dentist Ive ever had in my entire life. He cares about his patients oral health as well as risks that cause other major health issues. The girls at the front provide excellent customer service every visit with welcoming smiles and are always happy to answer any questions. Empire dental is amazing. I have been coming here for 5 years and the service and staff have always been amazing. The front desk ladies are always professional, friendly and accommodating-in person and over the phone.Dr. Bartov is the best dentist that I have ever encountered, he has helped me immensely with my smile correction journey which is complex( braces, bridgework, bone graft and implants). He values integrity over profit, which is one of the reasons why this office is a gem.Vera is an amazing Hygienist, she has educated me over the years on how to keep my mouth healthy and clean- I now use an electric toothbrush and floss daily ( waterpik since I have braces). The office is also gorgeous.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Everybody is very professional; they are very punctual with your appointment, which I found to be rare with other dentists. And when there is an emergency they will make time. when I last came in they saw one of my fillings needed to replaced and instead of waiting for me to schedule another appointment they quickly brought me into another room and quickly fixed the problem. Definitely will go back, 100% recommend to others.

I came in after dealing with a terrible pain in my top molar. Dr Bartov took me in and treated me after seeing how much pain I was in. Following X-rays, I was shown the issue that was causing the pain and ended up getting the tooth extracted. I am no longer in pain and am looking forward to the bone graft and implant that I will be getting. Thank you so much for you professionalism and expertise.I highly recommend this practice !
This place was absolutely amazing.I suffer from really bad dental phobia/anxiety (really traumatic experience when I was a child).What brought me here was a tooth ache that I couldn’t handle anymore. It got so bad that no painkillers and all the oragel in the world just couldn’t help. I was really resistant to going to the dentist since my fear and anxiety. But the pain won and I had to cave. From the minute I stepped foot in there… I knew I was in the right place.The staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone is kind and patient, they know that some of us (like me) really hate the whole dentist experience so they go above and beyond to make you feel safe,heard, and that you’re in the right hands. I have been putting my dental needs aside for way too long because of the fear , pain and finances. I can honestly say this place will work with you on all fronts. Thank you again to my amazing doctor who was super patient and so knowledgeable and kind. Also to the entire staff for making this experience actually enjoyable (can’t believe I just said that haha). Empire Dental is great! Dentist Anatoly Bartov has a very kind heart & has always made me feel like family every time I come in. Today I had a cleaning and discovered that his mother also works at Empire and is just as kind as sweet as him. They do a GREAT job as well and know what they are talking about. After going to 2 different dentists who could not figure out the cause of my pain Empire Dental diagnosed it within few minutes. Dr.Bartov and his colleagues who treated me: Dr.Ameri and dental assistant Maria are extremely professional and experienced. The oral surgery they had performed was quick and minimally painful. I’m not a fan of the dentist but I really like it here. My appointment was at 3:30 and I was back in my car by 4. There aren’t any long wait times which is a huge plus. The facility is very clean and welcoming. Most importantly the staff is very kind. They pride themselves on making your experience as comfortable as possible. Me, my mom and my sister all go here and we love it.

Excellent office they took care of my husband and son and were amazing , the girl in the front squeezed me in and was super sweet & accommodating from fitting me in to helping me with my next appointments since my schedule is so tight. I had a day off from work in between jobs & I decided to schedule a long over due dental appointment for a basic exam and cleaning. I Googled dental clinics near me & found this office. I called on Wednesday and they fit me into the schedule for one of the last appointments the next day. I was nervous, but I must say that I had a very positive experience. The office was clean and the staff were friendly. The dental assistant was professional, warm and caring. She put on a beautiful video music display for me to watch after my x-rays as I waiting to see the Dr. I watched nature scenes from around the world which was so relaxing. I dread dentist appointments and have not scheduled one in several years. The mood in the office is so positive. Dr Zeng was so kind, gentle, knowledgable and thorough. Her honesty and sincerity was very apparent. She provided me with helpful information and made very reasonable recommendations. I felt as if I was in very good hands. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone that dreads dental appointments. I plan to look no further. I found the clinic that works for me.
My first dentist visit was amazing! I’m usually scared of going to the dentist but the front staff and the dentist hygienist were super helpful and kind that they made me feel at ease throughout my appointment. I came to Empire Dental for a second opinion after being told by an oral surgeon (that gave me a ton of red flags) that I needed three teeth pulled. I am so glad that I found Dr. Bartov and his office. The Dr REALLY took his time and explained everything to me and his plan for my teeth. He answered all my questions and explained all the risks of what I would be undergoing. He really made me feel like I am in good hands and I felt more than confident to go forward with the treatment outlined for me. This is hands down the best dentist I have been to so far. The office is bright and cheery and newly renovated, but the people are the story here! The dentist is a gentleman and helped me diagnose my TN / told me the way around surgery. And they’ve seamlessly handled my Invisalign. Bedside manner is great for the whole family. And Maria is so on it, it’s refreshing. They truly care.

It is the best dental office and the best Dentists. You may need to wait for your Your appointment some times about 15 min, but it really worth it because doctors are not rushing to make sure they deliver quality treatment. I am lucky that I’m and my whole family are the patients of the Empire Dental and Dr. Bartov has been my dentist for over 10 years. He saved my teeth and, thus, my overall health. I arrived at my first appointment with significant problems. They explained me all the procedures and cost and presented alternative options. No one in the office ever made me feel ashamed or embarrassed about the condition of my dental health or the rate I could afford to solve the issues I had. The team are very respectful and kind, their goal is to provide the best service to the patients. When I had emergency dental needs, The Empire Dental has always been there for me. Today was my first visit at Empire Dental, the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. I was seen by Dr. Zeng. She was very honest with me and I can tell she wants me to achieve the best results and that is something i truly appreciate. This was my first time going to the dentist after turning 18 and also post my COVID fears dying down. I went with my sister to this place for the first time and could tell they take their handling of the coronavirus seriously. All the employees were wearing masks and they wiped down surfaces and places people signed. As this was my first time to this place, I was a little nervous and had a lot of questions. The receptionist were really nice and open to my questions. The staff were also really nice. I highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for a dentist office either after turning 18, amidst the pandemic, and also after the pandemic.

Great experience! The staff there is super nice and friendly. The receptionist is very nice and greets you with a warm smile. The doctor is very professional and will explain to you all parts of the procedure. The doctors assistant Maria is very witty and quick to put you at ease. They are also very accommodating and were able to squeeze me in last minute when i told them that my insurance was canceling out. I definitely recommend you go here if you want to get your teeth done by a reliable and great dentist.
Great doctor, very thorough and professional... i had several procedures done, two very complicated root canals. I am no fan of dentists but after seeing doctor Bartov, he is amazing and brillant doc, no pain after procedure, usually you leave with pain for few weeks after a dentist, but he is my favorite doc.. loves what he does and is really good at it!!! keep up the amazing work doc!

I’m so happy I found this place!! From booking an appointment to making a plan to tackle my many dental problems, everything was incredibly smooth. I was so worried about seeing a dentist because I was afraid I was beyond hope, but Dr. Ameri was so kind and gave me so much confidence and reassurance that my teeth can get back on track and laid out a thoughtful “roadmap to victory”. I first started going here over a year ago and I loved it at first because Dr. Bartov was super attentive, kind, and answered all of my questions patiently. Over the last few months though, the care I have received here has been brash, rude, rushed, abrasive, and otherwise pretty unpleasant. I referred my partner here when I first started going because I loved it so much but she had a cleaning yesterday that was just plain bad and her last appointment was also very unpleasant. The people here have no compassion anymore and are just trying to get people in and out of the chair now. And on top of that, everyone is so patronizing now. I dont know what happened but my partner and I are no looking around for a new dentist.Edit and reply to response from Empire: I was not implying that I had a great experience and she did not. For both of us, our last couple of appointments have gotten worse in quality, significantly so since we both started going. I put off writing a review for a while and so did she because we figured people have bad days sometimes and everyone is human. But after her appointment yesterday and how unprofessional and negative the whole experience was (and the way I heard one of the hygienists talk to the patient after us), we both decided we would actively be looking for somewhere else to go. If you feel the need to rush through patients who have appointments at the end of the day, then dont offer appointments after 5pm. The standard of care I receive should be the same whether I come in 10am on a Sunday or 5:30pm on a Tuesday. I appreciate the reply but what my partner experienced was, by mere use of common decency, something that could have been avoided.
Just wanted to share my experience in my first visit.Lobby was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly and the wait wasn’t long .I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a while and had a lot of problem areas but I’m glad to say there was no judgment at all of my teeth.Just understanding and a plan to fix it ,loved my first experience there and can’t wait to go back

Came here for the first time 2 years ago for a cosmetic dental consultation and I appreciated that they were not pushy and kind of talked me out of expensive work, finding a better solution ultimately. Came back today for a dental cleaning which will unfortunately turn into a costly root canal + crown (which I kind of anticipated due to an injury.) Dr. Amiri was SO wonderful at walking me through every step of the procedure. She eased my worries and Im looking forward to have her handle my root canal. Will update post-procedure.

I am so very grateful. I called with tooth pain and was able to be seen the same day I. The receptionist who took my call was kind and concerned and worked hard to Find a spot before the end of day. I really liked the dental care I received. They made me feel very safe and relaxed about whatever dental work needed to be done. This office has a very special and caring Dentist who makes sure the patient is comfortable first before he starts working on you. That makes a big difference when one needs dental work like fillings, root canals, or more extensive treatment done.
First time I went to Dr. Bartov, about 6, or more month ago. He made me 3 zirconia crowns bridge. His work was amazing: minimum pain, minimum visits; the bridge was made very much exact.A few days ago I went for cleaning to his office, and it was again: minimum pain, clean pleasant work, nice service along with advices how I should take care of my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Bartov and his office.

Today my wife had to go to the dentist due to an emergency. I tried making appointments to any near by dentist but was unlucky. When I gave Empire dental a call. Not only did the receptionist pick up right away. She was very professional and caring. She booked us right away. And we were given an appointment for the same day. When I walked into the office the pre-screening was amazing. Took only 5 minutes and the dentist was ready to see us. Anatoly Bartov was our attending dentist, this man is simply AMAZING!!!! That is the best way to describe his demeanor and professionalism. This has been the best experience I have ever been though with regard to a medical visit, I highly recommend this place. And will definitely return. I would give 6 stars if possible.
Great dentist. Was able to get a same day appointment. Staff was very helpful, they were very nice and able to look up my insurance info for me. I am super afraid of dental work with very sensitive gums. They gave me numbing medicine for the cleaning which the doctor did himself! That has never happened to me. My teeth feel amazing. Also no dental shaming since it has been so long since my last visit (years). Also while I need a few fillings replaced there was no pressure to do it right away and no upsell on cosmetic dentistry. I will definitely be coming back and bringing the family! Great to find someone in the neighborhood.

I came to the appointment with a newborn child and the stuff was so great to take care of me and of the child while I was doing my teeth. The job was fast and done professionally by a young female dentist. Russian assistant was a big plus!!! The office was clean and looked like brand new. Would recommend it to a friend.
I’ve been terrified of the dentist all of my life due to a traumatic experience during my youth. This office noted that and made sure I was well aware of the procedures and the importance of it. In addition, they were able to explain what was going on by using a visual. My anxiety decreased and now I am ready to take care of my mouth without fear.

The dentist was obnoxious, unsympathetic and very ill mannered. He seems to be just interested in making money and dont care about the patients wellbeing or they concerns. I would never go back there and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there either. Its not what you say its how you say it , and the dentist Anatoly Bartov came over as impatient and in a hurry. I tried explaining to him I wasnt comfortable with doing a procedure at this time because of the pandemic since I will have to go there multiple times. Anatoly went on a rant and even said that his office was open during the shut down when he should have been close. I have insurance and choices and empire dental just lost another customer.

This is was my second time going back to Empire Dental and just like my first time there it was very quick, professional, and even informative. Both doctors there (at least the 2 that I had) are very knowledgeable and do their absolute best to keep you comfortable through any procedure. If youre scared of the Dentist like I was, this is the place to go to.
Doctor Anatoly Bartov is a well experience Dentist definitely knows what he is doing! Took my younger daughter to him and he was very nice with her, she was very afraid at first but after his visit she was not scared at all! I am also a patient of his, did few root canals and he was amazing with his job!

A tooth/life saver! I was visiting from out of town for a long weekend and cracked a tooth. The office was able to somehow fit me in the same day I called and Dr. Bartov was exceptional. He gave me a good temporary crown, added a post a previous root canal didnt put in, and told me what to recommend to the dentist back home. Even at the last minute, the wait time was not bad.Small office, but the staff is kind, seemed efficient, and definitely high performing. If I lived in NYC again Id go there from across the city! Highly recommended!

From the receptionist, dental assistant and dentist- this place is top notch in patient services. I walked in with a major infection and super frightened but walked out pain free and relieved. I had a big infection on my upper left area and Dr.Bartov assured me there would be no pain during the procedure - indeed there was NONE. Even the lidocaine injections were pain free. He was also super patient and attentive, answered all of my questions thoroughly.Thank you Dr.Bartov and team.
Absolutely love this man and his team! Came in here with a HUGE dental emergency (felt I was dying and had not slept for 24 hrs due to pain). Dr. Bartov and his assistant Maria made me feel right at home. I usually stay away from dentists due to my high anxiety with my previous dentist but i can say that i will definitely be making Dr. Bartov my permanent go to for any of my dental needs after the miracle he performed with me (i am deff. not easy). Recently had my first visit and I was thoroughly satisfied. I hadnt been to the dentist in a few years so I was nervous at first. The facility was spotless and the receptionist was kind. After speaking with the friendly staff I felt much more welcome and at ease. Upon departure I felt refreshed and eager for the next appointment.
I had a dental emergency on a Sunday caused by an infection from a root canal I had received from a different dentist. I called when the office opened at 9 and they were able to get me in at 10 am. Everyone, including the front office staff, was extremely helpful and understanding. Dr. Bartov was extremely efficient and gentle and helped me through a painful process. He even called personally later that day to check in on how I was doing. Ive never had a dentist do that. I will definitely be going back.

Staff and dentist were great! Since Im an anxious patient it was a bit tough to sit in a waiting room where you could hear the drills. small waiting room, but the wait wasnt terrible. I was seen for an emergency appointment and they didnt try to do anything more than address the problem at hand. Professional and even complimented on my other dentists work. To me it shows the practice runs with integrityAfter my 2nd visit I have to say that the dentists and staff are absolutely wonderful!! I I have already sang their praises to friends and co-workers. I have NEVER had such a painless dental appointment, not even for my cleanings..and here I was able to complete a root canal with just 2-3 moments of super brief discomfort. Super professional and caring
Very clean facilities and excellent service. Great dental work by Bartov and cleaning from technicians are thorough. My only concern is the wait time with a scheduled appointment. For example, my last appointment was at 10:30 but I wasn’t seen until 11. My only assumption is because Bartov is the only primary dentist and he too is very thorough so he takes his time to care for each and every patient.
Great staff. Amazing dentist. Had routine dental cleaning and could not have asked for a smoother experience. Very informative and educational all at the same time. The only negative I have about the office is it is very busy and you will probably wait at least 15-30 mins after your scheduled appt. However, the wait is worth it. Dr. Bartov is one of the best dentists I’ve encountered, hence the 5 stars. He has amazing bedside manner. He explains exactly what he is doing and his hard work shows. I have cavities in my front teeth and you can’t tell that I have fillings. He’s done extensive work on my husbands teeth (which were very decayed and he had some missing) and they not only look great but Dr. Bartov’s work is durable and long lasting.
This is one of the best offices and definitely the best Dentist I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and helpful and Doctor Bartov is going above and beyond to accommodate the needs of his patients. He is professional, friendly and does an amazing job. Dr. Bartov is the BEST of the BEST. He’s the ONLY dentist that can tell me whatever he has to do without explaining and I would trust him 100%. Now I have BAD and I mean BAD anxiety about dentists.. I walked into the office and automatically had a mini breakdown..The doctor and the nurse were very nice and calming. Kept talking to me and showing me everything that was needed to be done and telling me how they were going to do it.The doctor was very gentle and kept asking if any movement he did was hurting or not.For my first visit it went very well..Definitely feel better about my next visit!5+Very professional/clean facility!

Professional and friendly.Takes time to diagnose.After years of pain and 5 different reputable Manhattan dentists he we the only one that finally found the problem and resolved or with two visits.Very understanding as flexible with payments.Always verifies that Im satisfied abd asks me twice to make sure everything is perfect before letting me off the chair.

Update: It has almost TWO WEEKS since the owner called to chastize me for not speaking ONLY to him (as if says on the Empire Dental website to contact him for outstanding invoices). He lectured me like I was a child. He ALSO told me I would get my check immediately. I still havent received anything.Also, its not my responsibility to know with whom I should speak at your clinic. I speak with whomever I am told will help me. I was repeatedly told it was Gabriella, which is why I spoke to her almost weekly.The story: Back in July, I went to Empire Dental (in the neighborhood) to get a nightguard. It was my first time there as I am new to the neighborhood. They told me that, in order to expedite production of said nightguard, I should pay out of pocket and they would reimburse me in a month or two when they got money from my insurance company. Okay, fine.Except it is almost FEBRUARY and I have still not been reimbursed.I have called them almost weekly for months, and its kind of amazing because every week there is a different reason they cannot pay me.For a while, they told me that they hadnt gotten the money from my insurance company, until my insurance company disproved that. Then it was that they had to sort through paperwork to find the check. They were backed up because of COVID. The check would be in the mail that week. The check was still in a pile of papers they need to sort through. They were renovating. They had just renovated and were organizing the offices. They had just opened. The woman I needed to speak with was out of the office. The woman I needed to speak with was at lunch.Its really kind of incredible. I find it hard to believe that Im the only person they have done this to. Clearly I will never go back there for anything, but I strongly encourage you NEVER to go there either. If they treat me like this, I can only imagine how they are treating others. By the way, the amount they owe me is $75 which is a lot of money for me, but I really cant believe that its a lot of money for them. If they are burning bridges with people over $75, what kind of business is this?!

I recently vised Dr. Bartov at Empire dental and I can confirm the high reviews they have received here so far. I was not asked to write this review.I was looking for a second opinion on a tooth that was previously diagnosed by another dental office (the previous dental office advertises on TV a lot but dont live up to their hype). The other dentist advised to have a root canal done on a tooth and I was very skeptical. That same dentist had previously told me I essentially needed fillings on all my teeth!I went in to empire dental and stated my concerns, Dr. Bartov is very knowledgeable and informative. Hes young and enthusiastic. I had my filling renewed and he confirmed I didnt need a root canal. The procedure was relatively fast and painless.Empire dental is not after your insurance, theyre not trying to cash out on your coverage like other places. I am definitely staying with Empire dental and so is my family. 5 stars!

I went to my dentist during the Covid pandemic. I received a call regarding a night hard and needed an impression to make a mold. Although the scheduling is a little confusing. I spoke on the phone with someone and asked for 5pm but received a confirmation for 2:45. I emailed them and received another confirmation for midnight and 6:30am. When I called the day off and asked if I there was room for me. They said yes. When I arrived I waited less than. 5 mins and I was taken care of. I didnt have a long exposure to the rest of the people waiting in the waiting room. I never been in and out of the dentist so quickly.

Dr Bartov is absolutely incredible. I hated going to the dentist every since i was young but Dr Bartov always makes the experience as pleasant as possible. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a great receptionist who helps you with all your questions. Dr Bartov makes you feel very comfortable throughout the whole procedure. He always explains everything to you and makes sure you have a good understanding of what hes doing. His work is always pain free and perfect. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now.
Dr. Anatoly should be considered one of Americas top dentists. He makes me feel at home with his painless procedures and his top class hospitality. Be aware that they will ask you to sign an agreement that claims you re responsible for all financial expenses for the services and other legal stuff. also there re some other things you take responsibilities for which i didnt get because of my limited knowledge in this kinda subjects. this is not like regular legit medical offices where you hand over your insurance card and be done with it, the rest is taken cared of by your provider without any other legal binding with you. dont take any extra responsibilities where there is none one, read the agreement carefully before sign it. or just use other legitimate medical offices affiliated with hospitals and etc
Fabulous dentist & staff. Always pleasant & welcoming. Dental services are professional & a great job is done with every visit. I travel from the upper Eastside of Manhattan & will continue doing so. Well worth the 45 min subway ride.

Came across Dr. Bartov by recommendation, and I was honestly surprised at just how efficient and good the treatment was.- The wait wasnt long and the courtesy callthe night before sure did feel like a nice reminder.- The office is modern and clean.- The receptionist is nice and welcoming.- You get the sense that everything was properlysterilized and that you are in good hands.Dr. Bartov is young, however judging from his website, which shows his personal work and cases,I knew he had plenty of experience. He is very informative and educated and TAKES THE TIME to explain you the procedure and his honest concerns. You feel you are treated courteously and respectfully, and your teeth are in good hands. Great office culture. Dr. Bartov is by far, the best dentist I ever had in terms of knowledge and expertise. Dr. Anatoliy Bartov is fully committed to advance treatments techniques and he is diligently applying it to his patients. The office is very clean and well organized, all appointments kept on-time. Doctor has a very gentle touch, making sure you are at ease, with minimal amount of pain...I also referred my husband who had a very complicated tooth. Initially, he was told by another dentist that his tooth need an expertise of a specialist - periodontist. However, Dr. Bartov was able to safely perform an customized advance treatment of enhancing his root and gum around it, and ultimately saved his tooth. Great work Doc!!!
When I first met Dr. Bartov 4-5 years ago I remember I had a very bad tooth ache 😖 and my mouth was fool of bad teeth! Dr. Bartov and his crew did an amazing job!!! Since then I go only for regular check ups and cleaning twice a year! No problems with teeth! Love all the people in the office, they are always polite and meet me as a member of their family. Love you guys! I would highly recommend Dr. Bartov for sure!!! Once you meet him you’ll never go anywhere else!
I am a huge fan of Dr. Bartov and staff at Empire Dental. I was seen for a dental emergency, was in lots of pain and quite scared. Dr. Bartov was very understanding and put me at ease right away - no small feat. His experience and skill level are top notch, got me through a procedure I thought would require general anesthesia without it. Ive since gone back for a crown and subsequent dental implant, all performed wonderfully. Yes, there can be a wait. BUT, thats because Dr. Bartov is very thorough in his work and explains everything to his patients which I appreciate. Great dentist, excellent service - I highly recommend.

They were very nice, and Doctor Bartov made me feel at ease as He was treating me. I think, I can speak for most people when I say, that going to the Dentist isnt the highlight of their day, however the team there is very pleasant, which takes away a lot of the tension. Been a patient of Dr. Anatoly Bartov for several years. Office has always been clean, staff is highly professional and the doctor is excellent. He had placed two all white crowns in my mouth that are very comfortable and natural looking. Im very pleased and highly recommend!!!
Nice facility, very clean. Waited about 15 mins past my appointment time. I would recommend however hygienist did not floss my teeth after cleaning. I always appreciate when the hygienist floss my teeth lost cleaning because it feels like they are going the extra mile.
Like most people, i dread goin to the dentist. This doctor executes flawless work efficiently and painlessly. The staff is very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Place is a clean and welcoming environment. I will no longer go anywhere else. Highly recomend this practice.

Sat me down with my wife in 5 minutes told me I had no cavities when I in fact know I have several rushed us and told us arrogantly without a treatment plan maybe its because I have fidelis. that I needed ortho referral completely unprofessional. When someone is willing to go and take care of themselves and there genuinely trying to get there work done and treated with insurance you should give them your full and professional opinion sit them down probe and give a proper assessment I feel disgusted by my visit and very uncomfortable. Will not be going here again.
Ive seen Dr. Ifraim Agababayev, who I believe is at Empire Dental only on Tuesday and Fridays, a few times now. Im not the easiest of dental patients due to some dental anxiety, however, Dr. Agababayev is excellent, thorough and fast and Ive not had a bit of pain or discomfort post-procedure. The office itself is very clean, run by terrific support staff and the overall atmosphere is exceedingly comfortable. Very, very glad Ive found this place and Ive recommended Dr. Agababayev to several people as well as clients in my line of work. Thank you!
Dr Bartov is very knowledgeable and detailed in his profession. He explains in detail what is wrong and how he will fix it. I went in with my front tooth, broken in a way I thought was done for. He said the injection would be a painful one. His technique to breathe in made me think that it wasnt that bad at all. The receptionists and Hygienist are very pleasant too. I cant see anyone regretting going there. Thank God I got to keep my front tooth.

Really fantastic office. They were thorough yet quick with my dental cleaning, and they use some cool tech that makes the process a lot less intrusive and time consuming. I still remember getting x-rays back where the dental tech had to reposition the xray machine 10 ways to get all the shots, and each time you had to bite down on a plasticy hard thing that always dug into the gums or side of your mouth.Well, not at Empire Dental. They still take the pictures, but the process is way faster than I remember. There seem to be less pictures needed to get the same results, and you can see your xrays almost instantly, saving on waiting time.Ive never recommended a dentist before but I feel happy to recommend them.
Dr Bartov has been my dentist for nearly a year and a half.The dentist: Dr Bartov is a very friendly doctor. He is patient and takes the time educate his patients about dental issues and prevention methods. He comes across to me as honest. Whereas previous dentists pitched treatments to me that were costly and questionable, Dr Bartov made clear to me what treatment was necessary at the times we met.The office: It is a clean and newly renovated office. The equipment looks modern and brand new.The wait time: My experience has been no wait time to little wait time (within 30 min) on worst occasions. That should be a huge plus to most people since dentists are commonly not shy to stack up patients to have them wait for a at least an hour.I am happy with my treatment and recommend Dr Bartov.

Dr Bartov, is an outstanding doctor he is confident and intelligent in his work. The office is super clean and the staff is really nice. Dr Bartov has evaluated me and told me I needed implants, at first I was afraid to do it but he made everything clear and informative to understand, and thank god the implant surgery went great. Dr. Bartov and his staff are beyond fantastic - my husband and I recently moved from south Brooklyn to NE Queens and we still travel back to Midwood to his office for all of our dental needs. When I fractured the root of one of my teeth due to a fall I had while jogging, Dr. Bartov managed to save the tooth and also made me a custom fit nightguard at cost (significantly cheaper than all other dentists office who had provided me with quotes for a custom fit nightguard) I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Bartov for all your dental needs!

2022-05-23I can’t explain enough how great the whole staff was! I called to do a walk in for my 8 year old who was having pain in his tooth, my sister and sister n law have recommended them for a while too, but because my son is very combative I was hesitant. Even threw the phone the clerk was amazing, sweet and I thoughtful. The assistant and Dr.Zheng we’re amazing! I even made an appointment for my daughter and myself. I highly recommend them!

2022-04-18The Front desk ladies were so nice and warming, the serice was timely and the establishment was very clean. The dentist that worked on me was very gentle, took her time and explained everything to where I understood. They also helped my mom through the process of cosmetic dental work and helped her through the necessary paperwork. Overall a great establishment I am very happy I found them

2022-05-11I referred my sister there and she was seen by doctor zeng who is truly amazing and who explained what she needed step by step and made the visit so comfortable. Not to mention the two receptionists in the front , I cannot remember names, but they were so welcoming and one really explained her insurance benefits and went above and beyond to educate her while the other helped her understand all of the treatment she needed and her options. My sister didn’t feel judged in any way due to her finances, I can’t thank the staff and the doctor enough for making her visit pleasurable and I will be recommending empire dental to everyone I know

2022-07-07Dr Bartov was great through and through. He made me feel comfortable in the beginning stages when I had a lot of questions regarding my crowns and how it would look. He is a straight shooter and will get to the point which I appreciated. I got crowns on top of my 2 baby teeth. Now, it has been over one month now and I am really happy with how my teeth look now. I feel great about them, no problems with eating or pain. Im overall happy with it. Only 4 stars because of some slight misinformation, however, I am happy with Empire Dental and would come back again. I recommend.

2022-04-07The level of professionalism and transparency at this dentist is beyond whatever I could’ve phantom. Okay let me start out by saying make sure you read reviews before going anywhere. I had an auto accident causing my front tooth to fracture in half, went to a local dentist in the Bronx to check it out. All they did for me was X-rays and said come next week, still in pain I went to the ER where their doctors were stunned the dentist didn’t even put dental paste to cover the exposed Dentin. He told me to go back because my insurance wasn’t accepted there and let the dentist know. I went back where the dentist seem reluctant to put something but he did so anyway. Told myself like no this isn’t acceptable. Search 2 days for dentist and I found Empire Dental I called while at work and they book me an appointment the same day. The receptionist was kind and answer all my questions. The Dentist I can’t remember his name said I can do the ROOT CANAL, EXTRACTION, POST AND TEMPORARY CROWN right now. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, thinking I had to go weeks with a chip tooth looking like I fought a hockey player. His assistant also needs to be mention she was soooooo delicate and patient with me. They read body language without me speaking. They were done in less than 2 hrs and schedule me to pick up my real crown in 3 weeks. And let me say the work they did was impeccable with the shaping and everything.I can’t say enough EMPIRE DENTAL knows what they are doing. That’s it they got me and my future family here for life.

2021-11-18I had so much pain on my wisdom tooth , it was waking me up at night.. dr bartov promised no pain and that the tooth would be out in 30 seconds ... I was completely shocked it legit was 30 seconds or less with no pain no problems I feel instantly better and Im so thankful he is definitely the best dentist I highly recommend him !!!
