Ive only had good experiences at this restaurant. The people are not nasty, theyre just not that great with English and their mannerisms are not to the western norm. Theyve always been really nice to me and I love their kung pao chicken. Its tasty and cheap. Love this place!
Worst chinese food place ever. First time ordering form this place and my order took forever. When it finally arrived, i realized it was wrong. I had ordered the house special happy family but received a bowl of soggy broccoli, red pepper and SOME poorly cooked beef. I called back and spoke to an associate who was very appologetic and offered to exchange the order which i agreed to. Moments later I received a call from the manager who shamelessly argued with me that the order was indeed right and that if i was not happy with it I could go somewhere else. I have literally never experienced this at ANY restaurant that Ive ordered from. Stay Clear!
The very best Cinese fast food restaurant in all of Morningside Heights, possibly the entire upper west side. Theyll customize your order by way of request but be ready to pay extra for any additional ingredients.
Worst costumer service i have ever received in my life. Never delivered my food.Then refused a refund and another delivery. PAID FOR FOOD I NEVER RECEIVED and had even tipped 20%. You are better off ordering from Kam Lai on 94th st. (they are my normal spot i had just lost there brochure and decided to order online from seamless)
The food was not very good and they clearly dont listen. I ordered shrimp fried rice and they sent pork fried rice. The shrimp with lobster sauce was complete tasteless! I am convinced that NYC just has crappy Chinese tests, because I have yet to have decent Chinese food here! So disappointed!
This place is disgusting. I ordered fried shrimp and 6 of them were not deveined . I was only able to eat two. They didn’t want to refund me and they did not apologize. All they said was that is how it’s supposed to be. They even claimed that this is how all restaurants in America make their shrimp. They then told me not to order from them anymore. DISGUSTING and rude
I’m very finicky about ordering from any Chinese restaurant. I ordered from this place a Shrimp and Broccoli and ended up with an upset stomach afterwards. The shrimp looked burnt and dark orange. Not sure if they re-cooked the shrimp or how long/old the shrimp was. I will never order from this place again.
Dont waist your money. The food is not good at all. The place looks dirty and the food was tasteless. First and last time for me.

This restaurant suck! The food is nasty...i ordered crispy garlic chicken the sauce was very soupy and it was soggy the french fries were soggy and and then turned hard with minutes the only good thing was the chicken wings however it wasnt the greatest chicken wings....the delivery guy was rushing me to come down i live on the 16th floor like how much faster he wanted me to be....
Really delicious food, nice staff. Fast service, clean seating area, lots of variety. Amazing prices. Looking forward to trying the Hawaiian bbq.
Boycott. Delivery man literally almost killed me on an electric bike in the bike lane. No apology. No response when we went in to tell the owner. What an awful business ethic - please do not support this restaurant.
I had gotten a chicken and broccoli and all I could eat was the rice and broccoli because the chicken was trash every piece was a weird fatty Texture with no meat highly disappointed
Went in and ordered Orange Chicken and it tasted like fish. The rice was perfectly fine. DONT ORDER ORANGE THE CHICKEN!!!!!
The food is amazing and the workers would greet me before ordering. The chicken wings is the go to order for me. 10/10 would recommend
The broccoli wasnt thoroughly cook, a little over of oil was used to sauteed the beef with broccoli, need to cook better.

2021-06-15Came here on a whim to celebrate Fathers Day early. It was amazing. I dont think people realize its open for dine-in which is why it can look empty, but the food was amazing. I was full and it didnt make me feel bad afterwards like other places. Food wasnt greasy, it was hot and delicious! Especially the steamed bao! The place and atmosphere was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. They were very attentive and refilled our waters and tea constantly. They were very friendly and it felt warm and homely. I would definitely come back here forever!

2022-03-07Food was called, obviously just kept warm and then packaged when it was time to deliver it. The crab rangoon was not at all crispy instead it was cold and soft. The vegetable roll was really cold. The vegetable steam dumplings were okay. The egg foo young was actually pretty good. But all the sauces were weird.

2021-09-21I cannot understand how this place has such a mediocre rating. Their delivery has always been hot, fast, and food fresh. Their egg drop soup is the best I have ever had. It’s full of body compared to other places which are watery. When I think about moving not having this restaurant in my rotation I get so sad. Love this place.

2021-08-10I was going here for years until a few weeks ago.. The chicken wings are doughy ,fried rice was hard,Chow Mei fun taste odd. I guess they changed the recipe to a few things.

2017-04-22Order came quick, but no hot sauce was included, as requested many times on order. Called to ask for them to return with the sauce, which they said they would in 15 minutes. We opened the rest of our food and immediately noticed that they gave us vegetable fried rice instead of shrimp. We called again, and they refused to bring the rice and said we received the right food. We contacted Seamless, who told the restaurant to bring us the food, but didnt have an ETA. It took ONE HOUR for the rice to arrive. By that time the rest of our food was cold and we didnt truly want the food anymore. Waste of time and money. Ready to ask Seamless for a refund.
