Very easy safe visit to Hearing Health today...My hearing aids only needed cleaningA staff member came to my vehicle and picked them up along with my request for batteries...very short wait and aids and batteries were delivered to me ..Excellent service ..thank you.

Cant be happier with this place! My father is a 95 year old WWII vet who has had severe hearing loss for over 50 years. Amy and Brian are always so courteous and kind towards him. They go above and beyond. They have done repairs to his hearing aid and now do maintenance visits to keep it working properly. Thorough exams, professional service and many smiles make each visit a pleasure. Cant imagine going anywhere else! Can I post more stars ?

The service was great here at Hearing Health USA. My grandma comes here all the time. The staff is very friendly and answered everyone of are questions. We also didnt have to wait long to be seen.

Not only did Brian do some amazing adjusting on my hearing aids, in addition to cleaning them and making them like spanking new, but he also cleaned my husbands hearing off-brand hearing aids and gave him some info. on tinnitus.
Wendy is as knowledgeable as it gets in NY PERIOD!!! She knows her technology as does Brian and It starts with Amie up front taking care of EVERYONE and more. This is THE practice in the area hands down

2022-03-23Empire Hearing is a top notch business. You can be sure that you will receive the best of care from their professional, helpful, kind staff. I chose my first hearing aids today, after Wendi provided me with a comprehensive hearing test, and valuable information as to the type of hearing aid that would best suit my needs. I was very pleased with my appointment, and know that the maintenance service I will receive in the future, will provide me with many years of good hearing health.

2022-02-28I would definitely recommend Empire Hearing to everyone! My 91 yr old woman previously went to a different hearing facility and with her hearing aids in, her hearing was only at 60%! And Empire Hearing is much cheaper!!! They put a sample hearing aid in that had her prescription in and she could hear at 90%!The employees were all very nice, they all went above and beyond to serve us.So if you are having trouble hearing, do yourself a huge favor and go to Empire Hearing!!!

2022-04-20The staff here are so professional and kind. They treat their patients like they are a part of their own family. They actually greet you at the door by name. My mom is almost 90 and has vision problems & hearing issues. They are so patient with her and never hurry through an appointment. I would recommend anyone to visit empire hearing for hearing issues

2021-08-06I am a new patient here as my audiologist retired. I was very satisfied with my visit. I saw Rebecca Falk and she was very pleasant, so friendly and very professional. She made me feel very comfortable and took care of what I needed. The office is beautiful. I made the right decision in choosing them.

2021-02-05Rebecca was great. Checked my hearing, cleaned my hearing aids, examined the inner ears and gave me new batteries to last until my next appointment. Very friendly service including the receptionist.
