I have had my heating and cooling under maintenance with Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Cofor three years and have always had a positive experience. During the past winter I called them out three times to attend to different problems and they were always prompt to come out and investigate, even though they did not make anything out of me for the callouts themselves and repairs were made only once.
I called Ken with my problem and he diagnosed the situation over the phone, ordered the part I needed and within two business days had everything back up and running again! The customer service was very professional and I will definitely call on Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co to do any future HVAC work for me.

Returned my phone call within a few hours and made an appointment to meet. After meeting at the house I had a quote within 24 hours. Ken called to see if I had any questions. The technicians that came out were extremely knowledgeable and informative. They not only told me what was wrong with my furnace but showed me as well. My heat exchanger went bad on the coldest day of the year and Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co made it feel as if I was their only customer for the day and made sure even though it was an hours long fix that I was repaired that same day.
My wife and I were alarmed with the smell of gas from our laundry room and after being up till 3am with the gas company we discovered the leak was on our side. Being without heat for the morning made a chilly day but Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co was out a hour ahead and was able to get us back up and warm within a hour while also working with the gas company. Great experience for a new home owner.
Call for a basics service information on my spilt systems that’s is running great but figured get someone to change filters etc. ask for a base price for this type of seasonal maintenance as I understand things go higher once it’s actually is service depending on what’s they uncover if anything , apparently that something he couldn’t give me , as a consumer how could I schedule time from my busy schedule without knowing an ballpark base price estimate of what it will costs me ? Moving on , business is earned not given wish them all the best
We had a great experience with Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co. Our air conditioner stopped working and we called them. They were very responsive and quick to come out and diagnose the problem and suggest a solution. They were able to get the unit working and their charges were very fair. I would definitely recommend them.

This goes from appointment scheduling and notification to equipment service. Service technicians are always polite and professional. Took time to explain in details the working of the equipment, and those around it. Very helpful.
Last Saturday our old furnace failed and being a weekend I was stranded and didn’t know what action to take. My wife suggested that we call Empire Heating & Air Conditioning and to our surprise they arrived that evening to fix our furnace. Bryan and his helper immediately replaced the blower motor with a new one and in a few minutes my furnace was working. I was actually mistaken that the operation would take the whole day. They thoroughly cleaned up and won’t forget to mention that their prices were really reasonable, I am happy their services were worthwhile.

FRAUD BEWARE!!!!!not sure where at the 5 stars are coming from but this company is a complete fraudI called to get my HVAC checked, was promised a specific time slot, the tech never showed up. Was told he was running late. The day passed and still no one showed, so I called and was reschedule for the next day.Same thing happened again!!!I gave it a third shot and yet again!!!!On top of that, they charged me a 149 dollar service fee, for which I’ve called 5 times for a refund and have yet to see it.Thank goodness for AMEX fraud protection,I normally don’t write reviews but felt I had to protect others from my experience.This company is a complete fraud ans is about to get reported to the BBB.

2022-06-30Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co crew came out to my house to perform a furnace tune-up and to replace a flex pipe with a solid gas line. I was able to schedule the service for the following day. Ken was on time and performed the work as expected. The services were fairly priced. I will definitely be using Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co for my next heating/AC needs.

2022-07-15Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co troubleshooted my system and was able to find the issue within minutes. In less than 30 minutes my system was back and running. Ken also took the time to do the maintenance and share his pros and cons about my system.

2022-07-18Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co was the company my furnace mfg chose to make a recall repair. I cannot attest to pricing since it was a recall repair; I didnt have to pay. Spoke with a woman in the office to verify my appt, she was very pleasant. The employee who came to my house was very professional, put booties on his shoes before coming in the house. I would seriously consider doing business with them in the future.

Jason was excellent with explaining all our options and took extra time to go over certain features of the different models of the systems that helped us pick the best model for our needs. The installation went smoothly, the guys were friendly, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. We would definitely recommend them!

2022-08-16Anthony was able to schedule me in for a same day appointment which was great because my house was getting too hot for my pets. He fixed my AC within 20 minutes! He was upfront with the cost of the repair and parts before he did any work and overall he did a great job and I will definitely hire him again in the future.
