I highly recommend this dealership !! Kaz was so helpful and made the process so easy .Usually you have to wait a few days to pick up a new car but within a few hours I was driving home in my new Nautilus . It was Kazs first day but it was liked she worked there forever ! Sam assisted in the process and was great assisting in the process .
My nae is Nazia DeFrank, my husband and I got our car from this location. I cannot rave enough about our sales woman. Her name is Dominique L. I would highly recommend her to anyone getting a car from here. We had the best experience with her it was beyond excellent customer service. This post is a little long but please read it and know that this is a place where you will be treated with respect, and kindness.We are currently leasing the 2020 Lincoln Corsair.We came to this location and met with Dominique, first of all she was so friendly and understanding of our 2 boys who were running around everywhere. She helped us from beginning to end with our lease agreement and then our trade in. Which she personally drove down the block to Land Rover and returned for us so we didnt have to. A week after getting our car we got a flat tire, this was due to the snow storm and had nothing to do with the tires that were on the car. She not only gave me an alternate number to reach her on, but she spoke with me for 2 hours back and forth that night to make sure we got a tow truck. The next day she called again and followed up got us a loaner that picked up our car and brought it back to us. This week (3 weeks later from the previous incident) I got into an accident and someone hit me from the back, again Dominque guided me and told me exactly what to do and how to do it and really helped me during a very stressful situation. This is an exceptional sales woman that goes above and beyond anyone I have ever met. She is so wonderful to work with I cant compliment her enough. I previously had a land rover and we were never treated as good as we are with Lincoln. I would highly recommend this location. Oh and I forgot to mention! We had paid extra during signing which Dominique caught and called us to let us know we would be getting a check for the balance.Our Corsair is amazing, drives smooth and has amazing features. The back is spacious for 2 kids and even a booster or car seat. This is the best luxury car we have leased and will continue to lease from the again thanks to Dominique and making it so easy! Amazing customer service all around.

I just want to say how great the employees here are. Ive been leasing cars for over two decades and this dealership made the process the easiest I have ever encountered. The entire crew was incredible and friendly, especially the salesperson Oabyk, all the way to the manager Joseph and Sue Ann. They made it so easy and simple. I called them at noon and the car was ready for me by 4 p.m. that afternoon for pick-up. They picked me up and brought me the dealership and an hour later I was driving a brand new Lincoln. I had a wonderful experience today at Huntington Lincoln. I was casually browsing and Robert Tuttle kindly helped me look at the Lincoln Nautilus. He was easy going and super helpful. The best part of my experience was that I felt comfortable because of the pressure - free environment. Robert was personable, knowledgeable and professional. There aren’t enough words to convey my appreciation and gratitude to Andri! He is a super nice guy and a straight-shooter. Make sure to go with him!I live in Ohio and my aunt, who lives on LI, has been hunkering down due to Covid. To help her out, I called a number of dealerships in the area to try to negotiate a new car purchase for her so that she could just get the car without needing to go to multiple dealerships, etc. All told, I reached out to 6 dealers across various brands and Andri helped get the best price and was the most responsive and willing to hustle to find THE car that would be perfect and a great price. It would have been easy to dismiss me since I never set foot in the showroom. The deal was made, there were ZERO surprise charges or anything else that wasn’t negotiated between us, and the car was delivered to my aunt.Neither my aunt nor I could be any happier with the experience. If I were personally in the market for a car right now I’d buy from Andri even though I live in Ohio.
I am writing this review because of my Amazing salesman Andri Cruz, I have leased and purchased many cars throughout my life and always found it a very stressful task and usually dread. Horrible experience came in with my family and my brother to test drive the new Lincoln navigator black label , i’m in the market since my Mercedes GL 550 lease is up. They said they wouldn’t let me test drive it until I get a preapproval. I think they judged me based on a minivan I rolled up in. I’ll be taking my business to another Lincoln dealership
Come in and saw dominique on the lincoln side . She was very knowledgeable and was so sweet would recommend anyone to go down and see her.
Be very careful when you go in to sign the final paperwork. They end up charging you a higher price then what you agreed on .I called and texted them over 10 times about this problem and they just say well check on it for you .
Service department incapable of professionally handling the simplest maintenance tasks without issues and aggravation.

My salesperson was Peter Tarantino who proved to be very patient, well-informed, and approachable throughout my whole shopping experience. I ended up leasing a Lincoln Corsair and everything was settled within 2-days. 2022-06-27I have been a satisfied customer at Empire for 10 years. I leased two Fords and bought back the second one. In 2021 I traded my Ford Edge for a Lincoln. 2022-03-23Brought my Corsair in for its first inspection on a Saturday morning. They also did an oil change and washed it. Everyone was great and the wait wasn’t long at all. I waited in the lounge area and they kept me informed along the way. Will continue to service my car here. They always did a great job with my escape, and I’m sure this will continue with my Corsair.

2022-05-02My car sat at the dealership service department for a full week before it was even looked at by a service technician. Also the service representative never had a straight answer for me and always had to get back to me. I will be taking my car to another Lincoln dealer for any future work for my MKZ.

2021-07-06I went into empire Lincoln of Huntington today, in hopes after the 4th of July I would come home with a new car. I met with the sales associate Dominique L., who let me tell you all, she was the best person I have ever met with about looking for a new car. She literally showed me car by car, model by model and price by price and what was in my budget. She was awesome!! I HIGHLY recommended going through Dom. She seriously was so helpful and I ended up booking for a new car at the end of September with her!!! She honestly made the whole experience so easy and fun for me after being stressed about it for months now! Talk with D if you’re looking for a new car!!!!!

2021-07-15My husband and I went to look at cars at so many dealerships and I can honestly say my experience at Empire Lincoln of huntington was out of this world. The customer service was 10 out of 10.Dominique was nothing but amazing. I found a truck that I absolutely loved and they made the process so smooth and non stressful. Between my husband and I we have went to 5 different dealerships and bought cars but Empire Lincoln is definitely number 1. If your looking for a car or truck I highly recommend going to them !
