Amazing guys, just absolutely great people doing great work! Took care of the job and cleaned after they swept the area after they were done too. They were also nice enough to help reduced the price to make it more affordable. Definitely recommend.

We called Empire State junk removal and they showed up within 2 hours of calling them. They were professional, polite and picked up everything that needed to be picked up. Great customer service!!! I would definitely recommend them.

It was great from beginning to end. We had to change the time at the last minute. And that was no problem They came on time. They were friendly And the price wasn’t bad.
It was time to get rid of stuff that was accumulating for 20 years. Called Friday evening and on Saturday morning a truckload was hauled away. Feels great to get rid of so much stuff.

2022-07-19Cannot recommend Avi strongly enough! Not only is he a total pro with his business, hes a pleasure to work with. Responsive, ethical & fair pricing, what more could you ask for?! All was said and done within 15 minutes and I enjoyed my time chatting with him. Thank you for clearing out a closet of junk that had been weighing on me for almost a year!!

2022-06-12We used these guys on may. 2022, and they did a fabulous job! They cleared out our place so fast, with no damage to our apt, or the main hallways. We later needed some heavy boxes brought up 3 floors (stairs), and this was done at a reasonable rate, and fast! We are seniors, and this help was priceless!published

2022-07-06My mother recently passed away and we needed to discard of some of very old and worn furniture and other pieces of furniture. Two young men from Empire State junk removal to pick up the furniture. They were pleasant courteous, respectful and very professional. They were very careful not to damage anything. We were very pleased with their service and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

2022-07-19Albert was professional, had a reasonable quote, showed up on time, was communicative and cleaned up after himself before leaving. I had him haul construction debris- mostly flooring from the back garden down a long narrow tradesman. We had a Comcast install going on at the same time and Albert was patient waiting for access to the space and then back to his truck between loads. I appreciated also that he took the time to help me carry a piece of furniture into the house-- which was not part of the quote-- at no charge. I would use Albert again.

2022-07-13My house was LONG overdue for de-cluttering. Empire State junk removal was easy to book. They came on time and the 2 guys were friendly, fast and efficient, removing all the junk I had ready to go from the house and garage. They had a full load. I would use them again and HIGHLY recommend them.

2022-07-19Avi saved the day! Another hauling service canceled on me with a days notice, and I had a living room full of stuff to have hauled away in a short timeframe. He was not only able to schedule a pickup for the next day, but was also super friendly about it. He showed up right on schedule, and had all of my unwanted stuff transferred into his truck in no time at all. The price was completely fair, and it was a totally stress-free interaction overall. This was a huge relief after my bad experience with the other place.

2022-05-17Kareem was amazing ! They were on time, and quick about picking everything up. Paid way less than we thought we were going to have to. He even came back and the end of his long day to pick up a chair I forgot to set out! We also love this is a veteran owned company !! 💯
