Is not fair to a costumer to be towed on a Friday morning and have to wait until Monday morning to get they car back when they open on Saturday just to be charged a extra 2 days for the car being at they lot I’m getting my lawyer involved to investigate the company for I could sue them so please don’t ever use this company for anything they don’t value the costumers
Vehicle was in need of a tow to local mechanic shop. Short waiting period with knowledgeable and sympathetic driver. Tow was efficient and trouble free. A second tow was required from same shop to car dealership with the same driver present. Again, tow was done with no problem. Good towing service and personnel. Highly recommended. Chris. F.
This company made me wait OVER FOUR (4) HOURS for a tow and then called me and said they couldnt come. DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY!!!!!! They are the WORST!!!!! I wish I could give them ZERO starts because thats what they earned!
Excellent service! They treated my car like royalty and took their time to give it the care it needed and put it back together like new. Im happy with the whole process and although I didnt choose to impose, they offered to deliver my car where ever I would need it. Im certainly recommending them to anyone who needs a tow or to repair their car in the Bronx.
Best experience Ive ever had. Always giving me update on the status of my vehicle . Very friendly and professional. Paint and repair amazing couldnt tell the damage it had. This will be my number 1 spot for body and repair work.
Wish i could give a no star i just dont understand why people are so rude and there is nice courteous people out there needing a job. I called to locate my car and i was told the car was on a tow bed ready to be towed out in an hour. 4 hours later i called and they told me the car is estimated to be out in 2 more hours. I then spoke to the supervisor that was really rude, he told me the car was still in tow yard and could not give me a timeframe on when it will arrive to Audi service. Im reaching out to Audi roadside because this tow company will put a bad taste in your mouth about audi road side service.
Empire is a top notch towing company. Their service and staff were excellent! My daughter was stuck and they did everything possible to help us out! It’s nice to know that people really still care. Thanks for an awesome job.
After a nightmare of waiting for 3 different tow companies that failed to bring the correct equipment to tow my car I decided to give Empire State Towing a try. The driver Gabriel was God sent. The car was stuck in an underground garage with little clearance, Gabriel was able to skillfully maneuver through it. He was very pleasant and professional. I won’t use any other services other than Empire Estate Towing. Great experience.
Great service. Had a gash on the sidewall of my run flat tire and needed my SUV towed to the dealership at 2 am. Empire towed it from Secaucus, NJ to Mt. Laurel. Driver was on time and courteous, even texted me once the vehicle was dropped off. Very pleased with the service I received.
My battery died and I called for a tow. I was told they’d arrive within 50 minutes. It took over 4 hours for their tow truck to arrive. I called the dispatcher several times and each time they cited traffic and claimed the guy was only “20 more minutes away”. I ended up calling another tow service that actually showed up within 30 minutes like they promised, beating this service’s truck. Horribly late, and consistently false information provided from the dispatcher about the time they’d show up. Giving one extra star because while the dispatcher was unhelpful, at least the tow truck driver called me and was apologetic about his delays at the 4 hour mark.
Empire State towing was a joy to work with. Their prices was affordable to get the job done. They towed my car with no issues from point A to B. Their driver was well experienced and knew all the ways to safely tow my car. I would recommend this company to all in need of a towing. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Its scary enough when I got rear-ended by another vehicle, but worse to try to find a garage that would fix the car back to factory standards without the headache. I have to say from start to finish, working with Empire State Towing was perfection. They towed my car from my house, had the adjuster come to their shop, fixed the vehicle, unexpectedly detailed my entire car and then re-towed it back to my house. I have never been more satisfied with their work. They made this process effortless and worry free. If all companies can be as efficient and communicate as well as them, life would just be so easy. Thank you Empire State Towing! And a special thanks to Jon for always addressing my concerns and for the consistent updates.

Excellant Service. This company towed my mechanically disabled motorcycle to my home 30 miles away with my roadside assistance program. The wait was long but let’s be reasonable folks, it’s a tow truck not an airplane. This company had arrived at my drop location and I was AMAZED that the company had the Condor motorcycle wheeled transport system. SAFE & PROFESSIONAL from pick up to arrival. As I am leaving this detailed review because Quality is hard to come by with experience. This company has both. No one likes to wait or feel stranded with a vehicle. It can be a horrific experience in its own. I am sure glad it was all taken care of and I didn’t have to wait on scene for it to be towed. Left my keys with the establishment that my motorcycle was disabled by, with a small note attached, gave a detailed description of the bike & location and that was that!I have nothing bad to say other than Thank You. I recieved a detailed invoice with photos of my vehicle when picked up. Hope to see them on the road while I’m driving lol.
The driver got my car to BMW service shop without a problem and even sent a picture of the car to show it arrived in good shape. Great service, well recommended.
Eddie is the MAN!!!!!!!!! Its hard to get a decent towing company, let alone one without their own agenda but this tow company right here!!!!! Integrity, excellent service and compassionate! I never want to be in a situation where a tow is needed again HOWEVER if so - EMPIRE state is on my speed dial!!!!!!
Prompt service, professional and courteous driver meeting Anthony was probably the best thing that happened when I needed a tow he was energetic and polite it made blowing my engine that night 10x better! Would recommend.

This company works with Porsche road service. I hit a road debrie and they supposed to tow my car in less then 1 hr but they lied that they are in their way and never showed up. After 3hrs of waiting on Sunday night I requiested my car insurance to get another tow company.Simply disohonest and unprofessional!

Used them a few times for my Porsche, but they are always late. I get running late a few minutes, but not two hours. There isnt that much traffic around 10AM which they always blame their lateness on.
AWFUL company ..My daughter was stuck in Hunts Point for 5 hours. Spoke to LAUREN who was the dispatcher who was beyond NASTY and completely out of line . She wouldnt answer the phone when my daughter was calling to find out where the truck was .LAUREN said it wasnt her problem. Not something to tell a young girl stuck in Hunts point for 5 hours.Still waiting for a help, called Lauren and once again she giggles and states NOT MY PROBLEM then hangs up the phone !!!!
Driver was extremely friendly, communicative, reasonably timed from when i broke down (late at night in NYC). Careful with loading car onto flatbed, great service!
If you want to be talked to rudely and get called lazy please use this company!. I wasn’t sure where they had left my car and the guy was yelling at me being very rude and told me to stop being lazy go find my own car. wow how unprofessional!!!
I suggest NOT to It use this company. I had my BMW there for over a month and a half, my insurance gave them $4,000 for the repairs to find out I do a random pop up to check my status of my car being that it had been there for so long and I see they were putting used parts to replace the broken parts when they were given money for original parts. Then after the repairs were done I left and a day later all my lights show up on my dash board and now a couple months later I had to do a repair on a control arm that they repaired to come and find out instead of putting in the proper bolt they welded in a bolt instead (VERY UNSAFE BY THE WAY) of getting the proper bolt from BMW and it snapped on me on the i95 while driving. Like come on this is a BMW for god sake. Called them to let them know of this improper work and how they got paid and they point fingers and denied it and did nothing to take care of their poor work and care to their business! Now I came out $630 out of my own pocket to get the part fixed properly when this shouldve been done in the first place! AGAIN I SUGGEST DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BUNCH OF THIEVES AND CROOKS!!!

Been stranded before usually have to wait 3+ hour for a tow. Empire was pretty fast just over an hour.

They kept me updated and informed the entire time they had possession of my vehicle. 2022-01-28My car got hit while park and went to Empire for an estimate. The manager Jon and his team were so helpful and walked me through everything including arranging for a rental car that picked me right up. They keep me informed while dealing with my insurance. It was the best experience possible after seeing my 2019 Nissan Rogue smashed. Got my car back as promised and they even went above and beyond to have the entire car cleaned while they had it. I highly recommend them and will definitely be my go to shop in the future. Thank you

2022-06-07Refused to hear me out when I was kindly asking about getting a vehicle towed. Ive been dragged around and the operator kept interupting me. NYPD told me that if the vehicle is in private driveway in the back of your home that it can be towed without a ticket. NYPD wont issue a ticket because its in private property. The lady over the phone refused to listen to me despite explaining that and hung up on me.

2022-07-04Waited 4 and a half hrs for a tow for an onstar roadside call and the company canceled with no reason. No phone call. Nothing. Probably one of the worst tow companies I have ever NOT dealt with but only because they never showed up! Avoid like the plague! They will respond how they are all about helping people but that is just a stroke job. Read the other reviews and call someone else and if your road side service sends you a notification that these are the people coming to get you call them right away and get it changed to a reliable company.Edit response to the owners response:Nice try. You canceled because you had to send a truck to the West Point area. The troubling times excuse is old and tired. You are far from sorry the way your dispatcher talks to paying customers. Stop the excuses. Maybe you should try the greeting card business instead.

2021-01-03The experience at first was very disappointing because someone did not enter the job request into their system that my insurance company sent them. When I called to check if the tow truck will be on time I was told that they dont know about my case. I was told to contact my insurance company so that they would sent the job request again. After a while the insurance company contacted them and also my previous info was discovered on someones desk but not in the computer. Fortunately the lady at the costumer service despite having other customers was able to assist me and she got the tow truck to me with a slight delay of 1 hour. Its good that i called them an hour early to ask if the tow truck is coming as scheduled.

Front desk people were verynice and accommodate every request. They take care of our car overnight and dropped off safely at the dealership the very next early morning.

2021-07-06Terrible company. Waited 2 hours to tow my car to a car shop after my brake fluid started leaking. Just before the allotted time, they cancelled - no reason. I called To inquire and got no help. They just directed me to call back my road assistance provider. 2 hours of waiting stranded. Leaving people in such a. Predicament is unacceptable. Book at your own risk.

2021-11-09I was waiting on the street 3 hours, this towing company car didn’t show up. They are not professional at all. Very bad service. Driver didn’t show up. They keep my waiting on the middle of the street for hours.
