The one time I went several months ago I had wanted to go just to check the place out and see an old friend who had started working there that i havent seen in awhile. At first it was nice, well laid out and clean. They were having a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament and was asked by an employee if i would be entering, I told him no because i just got back into the game (plus at the time the lighting was terrible in the store for card games, imagine trying to read tiny text in a night club). He then told me, well you need to pay something to the venue to be in here and made me pay ten dollars just to be in the store, it felt very scummy to hock a new customer for money just to be able to visit and check the place out. I havent been back since.
TLDR: Good Games, Great People, Best Times, All at a Cheep Price!Honestly the best way to kill a few hours. Fantastic times when you bring friends due to the amount of different games and things to do with others.Even if you are looking for something to do solo, Encore provides an incredible experience due to the community it has fostered over the past few months.The only thing I can say is I wish there were more hours that i had free to swing by and hang out.
It nice for gamer and if your kid like to play computer game this is the place and affordable keep kids out the streets and in a safe place

Encore is an amazing hub for the gaming community of Westchester. Staff is accommodating and personable. Plenty of space, variety, events, casual and competitive play. From retro to current gaming, there is always something you are sure to ameliorate your boredom.
This place is extremely quality. The owners are wonderful and you get to play all kinds of video games for only $10 a day or cheaper if you buy a monthly pass. Definitely recommend coming here.
Competitive, fun, and certainly comfortable environment for eSports. They have a fantastic bougie setup, and snacks available to purchase in house, for a very hospitable gaming experience - Not to mention the staff is great and accommodating!
A very strong gaming atmosphere with plenty of monitors and tvs for playing nearly any game I want. Even better with friends for co-ops, or even play against each other in Smash, Naruto, and any fighting game you can think of. ACs always on so its cool during the summer. You will not regret it.

I had a great and pleasant experience during my last visit to Encore. The staff are informative, helpful, and friendly. It’s also a great place to cool off in the summer while having fun, can’t wait to go back! :)
Atmosphere is 10/10 for anyone about that PC life. Love the workers there they are so dope and the events are exciting as hell. I need to get a car to go every weekend.

Great atmosphere and great staff. Easy to find a buddy to play games with. And if you like compepetitive gaming, you can compete with people in the weekly tournaments!
Honestly a very well run place, $10 is a steal for the experience you get. Would definitely go again.
Awesome place to get good vibes and game it up. The snack bar has a pretty decent selection. I joined a few tournaments here and enjoyed the competition and hype.
Encore Esports is the best gaming venue in the tri-state area hands done. The place is always in a comfortable temperature. SO MANY GAMES TO PLAY. Amazing staff. Not far from the city at all.

2021-11-01We just came back from a birthday here. It was so nice. The kids had a great time. This is an awesome place to have a low key, intimate but spacious party. It was comfy and relaxing. We had a lot of fun. The set up is great too. It was so easy to play all the games. I cant wait to come back.

2020-02-16Very fun place with fair prices. Over 300 video games to play and a variety of systems. They also sell yugioh and magic the gathering cards. Nice chill environment to watch streams with big TVs and comfy sofas.

2021-12-05This is such a chill yet fun spot. The staff is friendly, they have a great selection of consoles and games, and they have also have a good selection of snacks in case you need something to munch on after an epic battle win (lol). I have a great time everytime I go with friends, my sister, or husband.

2021-07-11As a kid, I love this place so much. They have almost every multiplayer game and great headsets with not too low mics, and not too high. The microphones are perfect. I absolutely love the music being played there. Gaming fun music. And they play songs from different cultures. Korean Pop, and more. With MANY ps4s and many computers, its a great place. And only 10$ per person! You could buy some snacks and some sodas while playing for cheap too. I recommend going to this place immediately if you want to meat some friends, play games, talk to people, and stream! I hope it gets popular again after it opens up.

2019-01-23There is an extreme lack of gaming lounges here in NYC and Westchester County so I was glad to see this exists and my goodness it is absolutely fantastic. There are several PC Gaming stations with various games available, and the PC specs are incredible, not to mention they made sure to purchase very good peripherals for your gaming experience. There are also several consoles (PS4, Nintendo Switch, GameCube and Wii U to name a few), each console having multiple games available. Multiple control schemes are offered for the consoles that support it, so you can play Super Smash Bros Ultimate with a GameCube Controller if you prefer, or you can use the Wii U Pro Controllers on the Wii U if thats your thing. Seating is comfortable, prices are more than reasonable, tournaments take place here, overall this is everything a gaming lounge should be.

2021-07-02Location is up and running. Following the guide lines correctly with covid but most importantly it is easily available to the public by multiple modes of transportation. Staff are super friendly and the amount of setups and systems make this an ideal location to hangout or enter their tournaments.

2018-08-22Encore is one of those rare places you find every once in a lifetime that is just like a home away from home. The people in this place are all extremely welcoming and open. The staff all come around and not only help you get set up, but sit around and play a game or two with you, throw some tips, and get to know you. The pricing is very reasonable and the place is big enough that you never have to worry about not having space. The room is extremely well decorated and I love all the logos and icons around the walls. A must go for anyone interested in PC games, smash, or fighting games!

2018-09-25Loved this place! Great place for gamers of all ages, friendly environment, and the Manager Brian makes sure to take care of everyone! You can take your kids and leave them there for hours because the Owner makes sure to have a kid friendly environment. For teens+ its a great hangout, chill vibe and you can make friends and play games with the people around you! 10/10 Recommended!

2018-06-17This place is magical for the true gamer at heart. Such chill vibes all around- super amazing management.. I had quit gaming for a year, coming to Encore has shown me the new & upcoming game trends. What I was missing out on. Life adapts and changes, this place lets you be you. Gaming is a way of life! The community is uplifting and supportive and super fun! Isn’t that what life is all about?!? I had the best experience going for my first time. A serious amount of team work. Yeah it gets competitive sometimes but it pushes you to the next limit. Couldn’t be any happier that a place like this exist!- Suz
