I go there a lot I like the juices they have I just have a hard time finding consistency between people who make them. Update 6/22. Ordered a chipotle chicken spinach wrap from Deer Park location and it had pebbles in it. Gross! Used to love this place

I typically do not write reviews but after spending $14 on a Create Your Bowl with Chicken, Broccoli and brown rice that was saturated in teriaki sauce as you can see i had to throw away my entire meal because it was like eating a bowl of sauce.
Bad vibes. Ladies at the register barely understand what you’re telling them. Gave me hard time because I wanted to change something in my order. Food is mediocre and the manager lacks basic customer service skills. If I could rate this dump 0 stars I would.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would ...I spent $20 on burger fries and a smooothie.Over priced to get fed burnt food ?The sweet potato fries looked like it wasnt cooked right but the tips of the fries was burnt. No salt . Dry .The burger was TERRIBLE , JUST STRAIGHT BURNT!The smooth tasted like water !!! They need to just shut this store down .Please you guys dont come here . Manager very rude. I am a business owner and asked for ongoing custom veggie juice to be made for my company every day and every week. She had a really bad attitude and refused to give me owners name or her name. When I asked her to let owner know I wanted to do some sizable business (hundreds of dollars a week every week) with them and if she would have owner call me to discuss details or my needs, she stated and I quote I dont care its business for the owner not for me. What a horrible person and a really bad attitude as well. I gave the manager my phone number and asked her to have owner call me. She said she did not know owners name and refused to give me hers. What a horrible human. So if your the owner, your day manager has my phone number. Please call me. She is really NOT doing your business well and has a really bad attitude towards customers.
I personally always get the recovery shake. And I gotta say it’s too good. Not too sweet, not bland and the oats just make it all that much better ⚡️ The staff here treat you with respect and are always kind as it should be! Thank you!!!
Not only did they serve avocado that looked like it had been sitting out for 3 days, when I called to bring it to their attention they acted like they couldnt care less and tried to blame it on the heat of the dish. I have ordered this dish before and it never looked as bad as it did today. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Will not be ordering again.
Terrible service. They got my order wrong then argues that I was wrong and selected a veggie wrap. They still added chicken for my fiancé who’s vegan. I do not recommend this place. Who argues down a customer? They have attitudes and aren’t fit for all ranges of issues.
A business fails when it’s customer service fails. Eat here frequently and the last several times the service has been abysmal. It changes every time depending who is working. They hear what they want when you place an order. And when items/requests come out wrong, they essentially tell you to deal with and don’t rectify it.
I’m usually not one to write a bad review but I was extremely disappointed. I tried to create my own bowl but they didn’t have Brussels sprouts made? Told me I’d have to pay extra and wait 15 minutes....so I decided to just get mixed veggies instead. When I got home I come to find to have only chicken and broccoli with no rice! $20 for chicken and broccoli with too much rosemary! I would’ve been better off ordering Chinese food My order came out completely wrong & being that this was my first time & I asked questions, the people working there seemed annoyed by my questions. Worst customer service & I wouldn’t recommend. Not worth the money.
Healthy/tasty food and drinks with plenty of choices to pick from.
Came here on Sunday and the girl at the counter made my smoothie wrong and refused to fix it when I asked. Horrendous customer service, but the smoothies are good when done properly.

Love it!!! Wish there is more places like it. If you want to be healthy and eat delicious and great food then this is the place to go. They also have delicious smoothies. With friendly staff that have no problems explaining everything and also custom your order to your liking. I always stop by there when Im in the neighborhood and always recommend it to others.
I went for the first time during my lunch break and waited over a half hour for our food to come out. All I ordered was a veggie sandwich and my friend ordered a simple wrap and cup of soup. Another girl on line mentioned she called 15 min ahead to order a smoothie and had already been waiting in the store 10 min for it! Great selection of food but wait time is WAY too long for a place like this....Id rather go to tropical smoothie.
Highly recommended. For those who are unfamiliar with energy fuel, its like Tropical Smoothie Cafe but with much more selection/ better ingredients. You can just tell that its real food and its fresh. Its healthy for you, but a little more expensive. I paid $10 for a wrap both times I went but it was delicious and huge portions.
Food is not that great and the service is terrible. The lady taking your order seems like your bothering her and isnt nice at all. I got food poisoning from this place not once but twice. Whatever they use in the spinach is not good !!! Its ashame because I gave it a second chance and got sick once again , and my boyfriend did as well. Will NEVER go back. Go to tropical smoothie youll save your money, time , and patience. Hope this helps
This place and location is extremely unprofessional! The cook didn’t put the lid on tight for my salad and my whole salad fell on the floor in my car! The salad was 12.00 and the manager who wasn’t there only took 1.65 off to get a new salad! I just walked out and left the salad there and told 6 of my friends to don’t come inside! I was a faithful customer until now! I’ll never be eating here again!

Quality , presentation is horrible . Nothing looked fresh especially the rice . I didn’t have it in me to complain . Ended up throwing away my meal i literally lost my appetite. It’s unfortunate because it’s a great concept .
Big portions! Two people can order one meal plus a soup or salad and would be plenty. The food is very tasty but on the salty side. I love their soups and salmon dishes. The juices are great. Smoothies are delicious with too many calories.
I got the cuban wrap which was poorly made and was lacking flavor. It did not bring a lot of chicken and also I found a burnt piece of..something while I was eating it. You can tell that the staff doesnt really care about the customers. It is not something you expect from a food place that claims to care about the people that walk through their doorsBut the reason I give it a 2 and not a 1 is because there may be other foods on the menu that are good or atleast decent
My brother came here today and ordered the ceaser wrap and there was a LIVE SLUG IN IT !!!! He took a bite and there was a live slug crawling around inside the wrap!! DONT EVER COME HERE

The staff is friendly. the place is clean .there is a good variety of healthy food on the menu with calorie for each the dishes with big portions and tasty soups .they also have good smoothies.so if your are in to healthy living and good healthy food .then this is the place for you.if you call on the phone to place your order you never have a problem getting through to place your order.and the wait is usually never longer then 15 min for pick up.eating in is usually 10 min and they bring the food to the table for you.

Be prepared to wait awhile for staff to acknowledge you and take your order. They seem to think its more important to talk to each other or look at their phones while you stand there waiting awkwardly. They also seem pretty miserable and try to make themselves feel better by gossiping about and insulting customers. The food is too expensive and mediocre to deal with neanderthal staff that dont understand basic customer service skills.
I like this place. Simple food, great protein smoothies, I wish the had a calorie index on the menu. Quite possibly the best Turkey bacon Ive ever had. The protein breakfast platter rocks.
Excellent food girl with the glasses at the counter is INSANELY rude. An i dont go out of my way to report bad service. But when im spending 14$ a plate id like a nice smile. Place has good food but the customer service is horrible. I would have to repeat my order more then once to get it right. This place needs to do something about it before they lose more customers.
Lets start by saying that this is a great place if your looking for a healthy meal or shake option. They have an array of dishes to choose from and to be honest it can get a bit overwhelming. There are many varieties of juices as well that you can choose from such as a green veggie based to a peanut butter flavor. The dining area is nicely presented and there is plenty of space for sitting. They also do wheat grass shots if your into that and comes with an orange slices to chase it with. The only one thing I would say that can get improvement are the staff behind the counter. Everytime I go which is usually a Saturday Evening, there is this one girl who literally has no expression on her face and looks mad that she has to be there. I even tried asking her what do you recommend and the response I got was I dont know then silence..But overall, definitely a place to go see and try out yourself.
Got the turkey burger I think they gave me a chicken. Either way it was the driest burger I’ve ever had in my life. No condiments give at all. DIS-Ah—POINTED
I got the Turkey bacon blt with grilled chicken and a side of air fried French fries. The wrap was amazing. Turkey bacon was probably the best ive ever had. Perfect meal for after the gym.The fries were OK. Ive never had anything air fried before, but Id do without them next time. The food is a little expensive, but as long as im getting what im paying for I dont mind.

Got sick! With food poisoning! Ordered the Angus burger and feel horrible. My brother also got sick it may be a coincidence but i highly doubt it. Sucks because the wraps were good and this is one of the few places that serves healthy options.
Like a lot of others have stated, the food is good, but the customer service sucks. The people have attitudes and will not serve special orders. Go to the one in west babylon. The staff there is much nicer and more accommodating.
One of the healthies options around, BUT expect inconsistent quality/taste and inconsistent portion sizes.
The “morning” smoothie doesn’t say that there is any caffeine/coffee in it, yet has coffee in it. The sign is cut off at the store, and when we checked the ingredients online, it says that there is caffeine.We went to the girl who took our order and said that it has coffee in it and it doesn’t say it on the stores sign since it cuts off, she responds “I don’t know man” (my friend is a woman and my jaw DROPPED). Also, the smoothie has protein in it already according to the website, yet my friend was charged extra for it. The employee failed to tell the manager about the situation. The smoothie that came to $12 was tossed right into the garbage because the girl refused to make another one.

I had a terrible experience at the Energy Fuel Cafe. The people who work there are rude. I went in asking for a simple plate; Grilled chicken and two sides of tomato from the create-your-own dish. The person behind the counter proceeded to ask me multiple times about the tomatoes; laughing at me the entire time. He then said No we dont have tomatoes, but they clearly do. They happen to be in most of the dishes. So dont go there if you have ANY kind of special order or youll just end up being the butt of their jokes. I would give it zero stars if I could.
Be prepared for your food size to be different each time you order, this is my worse comes to worst spot to go to. Food is usually good but chicken texture is inconsistent sometimes it’s like rubber

Food is great, really quick service but the price is ridiculous and they dont even have healthy meatless meat or beyond meat. Smoothie is very delicious some of them are bland but common sense if you have it, not all veggies and fruit smoothies will be full of natural sugar. Society has become so enslaved by unhealthy food choices like ground horse which is what ground beef is and pork or swine flu. Tropical Smoothie is still better and cheaper.

I love the food but the service isnt all that good. I got there 40 minutes before they closed for a drink and they were closed. A girl was inside texting on her phone. I went there another time an hour before they closed and the door was locked. Some guy was just staring at me.
Food was good. Service was sub par .It took a long time for the food .After waiting 20 minutes only 2 of 3 orders came to the table. 5 minutes later half of the third order arrived. Finally the rice was brought to the table. Unacceptable

Terrible service! Second time here - figured its right down the road, let me re visit this place. .. I ordered online, went to pick it up and its over an hour for it to be finished. Place is dead, you think they were knocking the doors down here. Waited in the store for a half hour!! Meanwhile I placed the order online already.

Usually you have to choose no more than two from fast, healthy, and cheap, but this manages to get all three. And it has a great selection of bison food, which is awesome.

2021-07-10I NEVER LEFT A BAD REVIEW IN MY LIFE. I go to energy fuel at least 4 times a week for a nice healthy meal. I like a lot of there selections. Unfortunately 3 of my last 5 visits I was given the wrong meal. It seems there’s an issue with them listening to customer. Still going to eat but maybe looking for a spot who can place correct orders

2022-07-12Change your hours of operation if you don’t answer phone or lock the doors 25 minute early.Energy Fuel in Deer Park is notorious for closing early.Change the hours of operation to 9:30pm rather 10pm, some of us have rough work schedules and rely on these tidbits of information. Not much open at that time.Why these workers think it’s okay to hang up on customers who call after 9:35pm and lock the doors at 9:40pm is besides me.Get it together peoples ;)

2022-07-22This place is literally ridiculous!!!! You order from them online and they consistently get your order wrong. It’s like they don’t even read it. And when you order through door dash you cant even request a refund for the order. They want to give you 10% credit for an item you cant eat!!!

2019-01-23There is a ton of things to choose from the menu. Hundreds of options with all the different combinations. Every dish I had has only been good though. Never great enough to wow me but its healthy and you will feel energized after and never groggy. Service isnt fast but that could mean you food will be fresher since its not mostly premade. There are tables to seat you and your friends; groups of 6 or less is ideal. Id recommend to go again. Still waiting to be wowd by a dish though.

2022-03-18Workers are very rude, do not make food right and have no idea what’s on their menu. They lock the doors 15 minutes before closing. I turned around to go back in and get something that was missing from my food and they’re laughing at how the door is locked and they were not trying to open the door. I will not be coming back. Terrible service. The 2 girls in the front on 3/17/22 around 9:40 PM were very rude.

2022-01-02Before ordering my quesadilla i verified with the girl what would be inside of it to make sure there was nothing i was allergic to inside. The girl told me it was exactly as shown in the menu in store different from the online menu. I ordered my food and went to check it before i left and there was added peas and carrots which i had verified would not be in my quesadilla. The girls claimed spinach peas and carrots are always mixed together and that’s how it is but I’ve gotten it previously and there was no peas or carrots and i was assured there wouldn’t be any. They had no solution to this problem. And there poor customer service wouldMake me not want to return again

2021-11-07This place is a mixed bag...generally the food is good if u keep it simple . There are issues with communication with counter persons , but they looked a bit over worked and tired......I ve come back a number of times and have been generally satisfied..it s not the four seasons , and to expect amazing service I think would be a mistake ...it s nuts and bolts fairly healthy food in and in an area surrounded by burgers and Chinese food I would not complain . And my Greek salad with salmon was excellent and my wife loved her Mediterranean salad

2021-11-29I asked for my food to be bagged and stapled so that I could be sure nothing was tampered with during delivery. I received my food it wasn’t bagged. When I called to check if they had remembered to bag the items individually I was rudely answered and then ignored and then the phone was passed to someone else. when I asked who I spoke to they refused to tell me and so I asked if they were able to bag the items (I was trying to figure out if my food was tampered with or if energy fuel genuinely forgot). I was cut off in conversation, spoken over and then eventually told “I don’t have time for you” and hung up on. I left clear instructions and for good reason and the customer service was horrible. The food is not worth the poor service and lack of concern or care for their customers. I spent over $34 on my food and would happily have done so but the customer service was disgusting.
