Highly recommend this company. Bruce and his workers ( Pete and Pete the insulation team and Bob the window guy) did an amazing job on my home . Thanks to Jim and Tom for going above and beyond to make it possible to get our home fully insulated and replace 25 windows!!! We could totally feel the difference after one days worth of insulation work...then after having our windows replaced was even better... looking forward to this coming winter hoping to see a difference in our electric bill .Thank you!!!!!!!
Ive been a customer of EnergySavers for three years and have always been very impressed with the quality of their work, staff, and product lines they offer. I needed assistance to have a minor warranty issue on my windows they installed. I called them today to ask how to take care of the issue. They told me that their in house service would would contact me and come out to review the issue. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Jim and he was knocking on my door within 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and professional and had the parts ordered the next day. This is the number one reason why I chose them to do all of my work in my home and my sisters as well. This company is the best in the industry as far as Im concerned. Thanks Guys!
If you need insulation, a new furnace or hot water heater, call them for the best quality and deal! Brad and Dave were so professional, knowledgeable and on time every day! Ive never met 2 guys that work harder, are this neat in their work and have the best attitude!
Dave and Anthony were exceptional contractors. They were very professional, pleasant, nice guys. They explained to me what they were doing when I had some questions. They cleaned everything up and not one thing was missed. I would most certainly refer this company to anyone I know. And I would want both of them to do the job because they were great!! Jim also stopped by to check things out and he also was very professional and pleasant. Tom was GREAT from the beginning. He answered all my questions and I called him several times and he was always patient, informative and nice to talk to. Way to go guys!!
We had a great experience working with Energy Savers to replace approximately 20 windows. Jim was thorough and detailed through the quoting process, and Deb and Laurie provided so much valuable information on rebate and state-run programs. Installers did a great job - the wraps on the windows look beautiful. Seeing that we have only had the windows installed for a few months, we cannot speak to warranty and post-install serving, but if and when we need to do that, I will report back. We feel that we received a good quality window at a very competitive price and we supported a local small business. We will definitely contact them with our next project.
A year ago I replaced 13 windows in my home (all the double hung original windows). I got 6-8 quotes from different companies and contractors. Energy Savers wasn’t the cheapest, but they were only marginally more expensive for a much better product. Each step of the process went smoothly. The staff are great. People were on time and they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. The installers they recommended cleaned up after themselves and left my daughters room cleaner than they found it. I asked for a grid pattern that wasn’t in their catalog to match other features in the house. They did it at no extra cost. The windows are beautiful and they work. Despite adding a 4th adult to our household this year, our utility bills have gone down 25%. Aside from raising the value of our home, they are paying for themselves in energy savings. I liked them so much, I’m having them come back this year to replace 4 decorative windows and to install a sliding glass door with decorative grids. I highly recommend them.
Well right from the start of the home energy audit Jim was very prompt, courteous, clean and professional. When the work began we found Fred and Pete to follow and exceed that same work ethic they were just over the top, when it was done you wouldnt even know they were there. They were the best service contractor I have ever dealt with. Other companies could learn a lot about true professionalism from this company. Price and quality were very good as was the follow up after the work was complete. They were truly concerned that the work they did would provide the savings and warmth we were hoping for and so far there is a definite difference in our comfort. Insulating was the right decision and Energy Savers Was the right company for the job. I Highly recommend them and would and will use them again on another project.
I had an awesome experience with Energy Savers Inc! Jim came out and did an energy assessment-which came out as expected. He went over everything with me and explained the process. Deb and Laurie were amazing answering any questions I had. The guys who came out and did the work were great-on time, polite and friendly, and got the work done in the time estimated. Ive worked here for years, almost a third of my life, if you know the construction field, then you know, we are a top rated insulation company, the production is there in the numbers, check our reviews on Yelp and other job review domains.....and stay warm in the Syracuse winters, if not, just call.....
I had insulation blown into my empty walls and new windows installed on half the house. I am so very pleased with this company. They worked on my house with great efficiency. They were very friendly and kind. They also left my house very clean after the work was done. I highly recommend this company! I will be hiring them back to install windows on the other half of the house this year. Thanks soooo much!

Called Energy Savers in the Fall of 2019. Pricing was excellent and the installers were 2nd to none. Friendly, polite and very clean. Amazing how fast they put in 18 windows, all sizes. First 2 gas bills definitely lower and they look beautiful. No more breezes on the interior. Wish I had done the replacement years ago. Bruce M. is honest and no nonsense, he delivers.
Beware that the manufacturers of the windows they use could go out of business the day after your installation and your warranty can be useless. You are gambling when you go with a low estimate. I now have a have a house full of windows with a lifetime warranty that doesn’t exist.Update: Thank you for that information. Unfortunately the woman who took my information when I called Energy Savers said the window company was out of business and I was on my own for any future costs with my windows. Just picked up my replacement glass for the seal leak window at a cost of $143.

The whole process was fully explained and just a fantastic experience from start to finish. I qualified for grants and the work was all done with no cost to me. Decided to blow insulation into the 1st floor of my house and surrounding the master bedroom. The crew was friendly and very informative. The office was responsive. Really cannot emphasize how great the experience was. can already tell a different in the rooms that were insulated. 10/10

These guys were great! From our initial meeting with Jim to the actual install with Marcus, Anthony, and Pete. Everyone was friendly and always let us know what was going. Weve already noticed our house feeling cooler already with the insulation. Very thankful for their hardwork!
I got a quote for 2 picture windows and a front door. The door was very overpriced so I wanted to just do the windows. The salesman said it would have to be approved because they have a 4 window minimum. I called their office the next day and they said yes we can do it but I would need a new contract. I then was contacted by the salesman telling me they can’t do it now because they only want large jobs due to issues with the manufacturer. My issue is don’t tell me one thing then go back on it. I will take my business elsewhere and you lost any referrals from me.

I have had the pleasure of having Energy Savers Inc. perform an audit my home two years ago. They were very professional and offered me several options They first insulated the attic and I opted to have my windows replaced at a later time. The insulation alone has saved me 20% on my heating bill.I recently had Energy Savers install my new windows. OUTSTANDING!. They look great!. I dont have a draft anywhere in my home. I am looking for even lower utility bills very soon.My neighbors have been to my home and Energy Savers have saved them hundreds of dollars on their utilities. ESI, did a very thorough analysis of my house and its energy needs, and how we could save money. They installed insulation were needed, resealed doorways with new weather stripping, and sealed my basement with heavy foam insulation. They took there time to make sure all the little nooks and crannies received there due attention. FIVE STARS...!!!
The staff at energy savers are really nice and helpful I would recommend them highly. There are different option to help with payment for their services. They did my home very quickly and nice job. I cant praise them enough. Do your self a favour and call them.

Bruce and his workers did an amazing job on my house , I know this coming winter im going to save alot on my electric bill , they weathered proof all of my doors , did full Insoulation on all three levels in my home and changed all my lightbulbs to energy saving lightbulbs , put somke detectors and carbon dioxide detectors threw out my home . Huge scam!!! These people sent a guy out to my 72 year old fathers to audit his home. They gave it a terrible rating, worse than my 120 year old farm house. His home is less than 15 years old and no where as bad as they said. So I called entherm and they came out and it passed with flying colors, all they did was seal some outlets in the garage. Energy savers estimate: $2500 entherm : $275 you choose.

2022-06-07This is the BEST company ever! I purchased windows in 2004. One of the windows recently had a seal leak. I called and Don came right out to my home and HONORED the lifetime warranty. This window was over 18 years old . Don was very professional,honest and knows how to run a successful business. I would recommend energy savers to everyone. Plus I love my windows and they still look like they are brand new! Great product! Great company! Thanks Don

2022-05-05If you qualify for any of the NYSERDA programs (to include EMPOWER) these guys know how to take care of you! From my initial assessment with Kevin, to the back office folks assisting with the correction of my paperwork and finally to the installation of my new insulation (Chris and Toby were nice, professional and all around great guys!) I have zero complaints at all. They were professional and honest throughout the entire process and I strongly recommend them to anyone that could benefit from their services. Next up for me is an overhaul of my windows and I am definitely calling them for the job.

2022-06-14From start to finish Energy Savers has been so professional, informative, and easy to work with. Don, the owner, goes above and beyond. We used Energy Savers to change out all the windows in our home, install a door, and insulate the walls. While looking at financing options, Don and his office staff worked extremely dilligently to qualify us for as many state grants as possible and minimized our out of pocket expenses.His team who came out to do the work were equally as professional and considerate when working inside the home, and they are doing a beautiful job with the installation. (especially the insulation gentlemen with the bun!! he is so professional and nice!)I will definitely continue to recommend this company to all my family and friends!!

2021-12-22We appreciated the professionalism displayed by all the staff-from the initial contact person to the individuals actually doing the work (blowing insulation in the attic, replacing lightbulbs with energy efficient bulbs, etc.). When entering our home they were careful not to track anything in, careful around furniture, etc. and left everything in pristine condition. All staff were respectful and considerate. We truly appreciate all that was done. I would highly recommend your company and would be happy to be used as a reference.

2021-12-03I just signed with Energy Saver and all I can do is brag about how amazing my experience has been so far. From Lori in the office guiding me through the process and paperwork for the Empower program to Jayme and Don doing the initial inspection and even finding hazards in my home I had no idea about. I cant wait to see the full process and renovations and upgrades completed and share pictures of what I sure will be top notch craftmanship!

2021-06-03Energy Savers updated the insulation in my 39 year old Cape Cod home using the NY Home Performance with Energy Star program. Process was smooth and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Any questions I had were addressed to my satisfaction and Don & crew took the time to explain what was being done. Fantastic program to take advantage of , nice people to do business with!

2020-12-15This is my first winter with the home being insulated throughout by Energy Savers Inc. I heat with oil, keep the temp at 62 degrees now, house holds the heat extremely well. I could tell the difference from the past years right away. The install crew were completely professional throughout the process. I have recommended this company to several friends and cant say enough about how happy I am to have had this work done. Thank you!

2018-08-01It was a great experience from start to finish! Jim was at my house to evaluate my needs within a few days and was very helpful and informative. The team was at my house within a week after that and finished everything in less time than estimated. The install team was very polite and professional. I felt the price was fair for the quality of work done. I am looking forward to seeing my lower energy bills!

2021-03-24The staff from Energy Savers is so very professional and courteous. Adjuster David Taylor is amazing. He not only is very professional when in your home, but he also will spend as much time needed to answer any all your questions. I am not a person that will ask for help. When David came to my home he did not in anyway make me feel as I was asking for a handout. He explained that any and all work that will be done is part of NYS making all homes for efficient and money saving for the home owner or renter.When Chris Henry & Anthony Khari and their crew came to do the work they were amazing. Not only were they professional and polite , they made sure to tell me everything they were they doing at the time. They are very organized and know their jobs. They made sure to clean up & vacuum every space / room they were in.I would recommend this team and this company to anyone. They are not a 5 star company, they are a 100 star company. 2020-09-23My husband and I had the pleasant experience of doing business with Energy Savers Inc. Their work in our property consisted on replacing 9+ windows and an extensive Insulation work. First of all, all the staff members I worked with are excellent, from Don and Debbie to the working crews. However, I must emphasized the remarkable experience we had working with Jim Stoy. He is just awesome... he demonstrated to be accountable , knowledgeable, diligent and transparent. He became a friend throughout this process. I recommend 200% doing business with him and the company he represents. Work was done in a very timely manner, working areas were kept in order, protected from dust and debris during active work. Crew left area cleaned afterwards. Windows are excellent in quality. I will speak more about performance once I have enjoyed them for a longer period, although improved noise insulation was immediately noticed. I have no complaints at all, on the contrary, a million thanks for making this process as seamless as it was. All questions were answered before, during and after the job was done. Jim a huge THANKS from me and my family for treating us the way you did, like valued customers and family.
