Well first of all WE GONNA THANK GOD!!!Am a first time customer. Second.. It’s pretty hard to trust anyone these days. I have been through a lot of dealership places, but I never really felt respected or comfortable. But my experience started when I rented a car from them. Which the experience there was also awesome. I was referred to the dealership on Transit. Which I passed to go to work.. but never stopped in. I was to busy looking everywhere else. Which didn’t work out! Lol . AND LET ME TELL YOU FOR THREE MONTHS DENVER NEVER GAVE UP ON ME. He called!! He texted! And we set up appointments that I never made it to. Because I was scared too!! And also I was so drained on the other places that played with me like a puppy. But one day at 3 am yes AM 3‼️ I decided to text and that’s when I decided to give another chance and I did that because he never gave up on me! But anyway THAT SAME DAY I DROVE HOME WITH MY NEW 2020 Nissian!!! I had such an WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND I RECOMMEND ANYONE! This place is family Oriented and the smiles are great. Wow! Im so pleased with the purchase I made! 2019 Jodge Journey. The sales person, Todd, was right on time. He called as I was about to take my old car(2010 dodge avenger)to put more $ in repirs in to it. Ive had it since 2013, she was getting tired.When I decided to go with the choice to upgrade Todd was very efficient and through throughout the process.He is also a very upbeat person, friendly personality.Transferred my new purchase from Rochester to Amherst. All transactions completed within 24 hours.The manager and all the other staff in the Amherst office are also very helpful and friendly.Its our familys 4th purchase from this site.Highly recommended!!!

My encounter with Enterprise Car Sales was pleasant enough. I was impressed with Taylor S and his willingness to answer questions and address my concerns in such a professional manner. I would not hesitate sending others I know to Taylor..... Now the unpleasant part. I was specifically interested in the condition of the tires and whether the spare was a standard size or a “donut”. Taylor lifted the floor panel and showed me the tire. It was encased in clear plastic so I was able to see it really well and even commented that it was brand new, never opened. The week after buying the car I was putting things into the back and noticed plastic so I lifted up the floor panel and saw the plastic bag stuffed down alongside the spare. I do not have words to describe my overwhelming disappointment as I stared down at a mud covered, worn out tire. Somewhere along the way the tires were switched. I’m absolutely shocked by this unethical maneuver. My only response is “SHOCK”.Taylor S in sales would get 5 starsThe switch tactic would get 2 stars.

Overall had a okay experience. The most important thing I came out of there with my new car. But unfortunately there were some things I didnt like at all. First, they wanted me to buy a car I didnt want just because its was better for me. Second, they wanted me to do a down payment much higher than expected. And finally, they ignored me and did what ever they wanted with my financing even though I said multiple times I was approved from my bank and wasnt looking for they to find me a bank because I already had a approved. That last thing it was the worse of all the dislike stuff I encounter yesterday. Wouldnt recommend Dylan Glatz he will do what ever he wants.
I got the cat I wanted, a beautiful gray 2019 Hyundai Elantra. Taylor, the wonderful nice young man worked with me and got me a fantastic deal. He was great. My wife and I ended up with a GMC Acadia rental last summer while her old Focus was getting repaired. We had it for a very exciting month of our lives; that car went on countless adventures with us in that short time, and we grew attached to it. We even named it, half-jokingly. Fast-forward a year, and my wife and I are looking at buying a second car. And we had the crazy idea of hey, I wonder if that Acadia is for sale somehow? So we called Enterprise car sales in Amherst. With just a little information, Corey and Anthony were able to track that exact SUV down in Plano, Texas. They put us in contact with the right people and provided us with a mountain of information on the vehicle. I was so impressed with their hard work, friendliness, patience, and their respect for our situation that I wanted to get them the commission on the sale ... and they declined. They were just happy to help. I dont know if were going to buy our old rental or not. What I do know for a fact is that I will never rent another car from anyone other than Enterprise again. And when its time to buy a new car, Corey and Anthony will be my very first phone calls.
Enterprise was awesome and that’s putting it mildly! They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at ease and they made a usually quite stressful situation seem so much easier. When I was waiting on my bank they just put the car I wanted aside so that it wouldn’t sell before I could get it, they also were super attentive and never pushed me to buy any of the extras. I had such a wonderful experience and I hope to return one day many years from now since I’m driving a beautiful and pretty much brand new vehicle now. I’m so pleased with my experience! Easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. I walked in told them the vehicle I wanted they had me financed in 15 minutes. I don’t have perfect credit either. My 7 year old was with me and they were very friendly to him unlike other local dealerships. I would suggest anyone looking for a vehicle go there! I just purchased a car from Enterprise for the second time- and the experience was just as good as the first. Rita was helpful, with great suggetions about my choice of vehicle, so I left with a different car than I thought I wanted- but the choice was so much better! And the registration process was so simple. They couldnt have made it easier for me. Everyone was masked, the place was spotless and the cars were wiped down before I test-drove. It was a good deal- and a great experience from start to a really speedy finish.
My Husband and I were looking for reliable, safe, and of course great looking car. Our financial advisor suggested to go to our local Enterprise Car Sales. I recently purchased a vehicle two weeks ago from them a few days after I started hearing noises with steering wheel and brakes called them was sent to a shop just for them to tell me that they not fixing it because its due to the weather Tony the so called manager at Enterprisegot very rude and disrespectful they made my first experience the worst ever I would never go back or refer anyone to them 😤

But she bought a Hyundai Elantra, again perfect shape new tires 40,000 miles, new tires, $14,000 apple play and all the safety features.We went to East Amber and worked with Mike.Zero negotiating but prices and condition of the cars are great.We went down the road to West Her and a year older Nissan Sentra was $1500 more and had 10,000 extra miles , the same car model SV series.Our Credit Union was a better interest rate and we passed on the warranty.Best experience in a long time. Feels like we got a Brand new car, have the remaining warranty, roadside assistance.You need to go and look, zero pressure, you don’t feel you were taken advantage of when you get home.
Will not go back there again. After being referred there by a friend, my husband and I went there hoping to get a deal since we have low credit scores. The over the phone experience was exceptional, but in person not so much. The salesperson we worked with was very courteous and helpful, but the finance manager just took things over and quickly ran through my husbands information. Even after my husband explained that I have the better auto scores than him, the finance manager refused to even look at any of my information. He gave off a utterly chauvinistic, be quiet, the men are talking vibe. He was not nice. Even after we were told that they work with people that have the same situation were in (we have an illegal charge off for our other vehicle), he said that he could not help us. I was also displeased with the fact that he was trying to put us in a car we did not want, constantly implying that my husband and I are too poor to afford the car that we wanted. This experience has turned me off completely to Enterprise. Not only will I not come back to finance a vehicle, I wont be renting one from them either. With a chauvinistic finance manager, I dont think that I can ever go there ever again after being treated in such a way. I dont like it when Im looked down on because Im a woman. My husband is a disabled veteran and he was treated with the same, if not more, disdain as I was. I hope they never sell another car again.

The price was competitive and I was happy with what they gave me for my trade.However, I had to check with the girl handling the sale almost daily to find out when the car would be delivered to the Buffalo location so I could coordinate a time to pick it up as I live almost 2 hours away. She had said they would keep me updated so I could plan accordingly but I never heard from her without me reaching out to her. She ended up having to deliver it to me because it never came in on the days she told me it would and I couldn’t go there when it finally did arrive. When she delivered it, she has my address incorrect on the paperwork and I told her that it needed to be corrected. She submitted the paperwork with it incorrect so now I have to call the DMV and get it updated on my title and my registration.I had to get the exterior of the vehicle detailed ($200) because the outside looked like it had not even been washed. The guys at the detail shop said a lot of it was residue from its transfer, so Enterprise apparently never detailed the outside when they got it at their location. The inside smelled very strong of gasoline... which we still don’t know what caused that. After a couple of weeks, it went away mostly.Lastly, the sales girl asked to keep my iPhone charger because she didn’t bring one with when she delivered the car and told me that if I wanted it back, I could stop by their office and pick it up (2 hours away) She never even offered to send it back to us!I would buy there again simply because the price was right, but that’s about the only reason!
My experience with Enterprise Amherst was great. My salesperson Dan was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Dan helped me to find the car/SUV that was exactly right for me and in the price range that I told him I had to work with. The manager was great to work with also to put all the financing in place and all the technical details that had me driving away with my new car in a matter of hours.I would highly recommend them not only for their service and ability but for the level of vehicles that they have for sale. The experience me and my husband had at first was a good one, but it turned out to be a bed sale. After having the car for about a week and a half, we have had all kind of problems. The hood knob does not work, key fab battery keeps saying battery low. After driving the car, we keep hearing a crackling noise. Today we had trouble starting the car. The salesman told us he was going to have everything checked on the car. Apparently, he never did. We need to be given another car. We spent a lot of money on this car. We are very unhappy with the vehicle!

Im so happy about my recent decision to go to Enterprise Car Sales. I took a few months going around town to a number of car dealerships and searched all sorts of car sale sites before I made the decision to get a used car from Enterprise. I visited their website a few times because I was a little skeptical about buying a used rental car but they had tons of 2015 and even 2016 makes and models to choose from and I found the one I wanted for the price to suite my budget! Best buying experience ever! Could have saved myself a lot of time and inquiries going here first. Drove off the lot in under 2 hours with my 2015 Toyota Corolla. Ethan and Jeff made this a wonderful buying experience. Definitely recommended going here if you have an immediate need for a vehicle. Dont go to West herr or any other dealerships first they buy their cars from enterprise and hike the prices up. Being a national company allows them to work with banks and lenders the other places cant work with. If you have less than fair credit they work with you and only 1 inquiry goes on your credit report. Would recommend going here first if youre looking for a nice used car.
For buying a used car this was a real no pressure experience. I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. Do be prepared to deal with the finance guy on purchasing an extended warranty. Also, if you have excellent credit as I do, they were able to get me a great rate, better than I could get anywhere.
Do not buy a car from them. If youre credit isnt the best , then they force the car they want you to have. And when I was paying my down payment, the manager ask me for my pin number for my debit card like I was stupid enough to give it to them. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!
Bought 2 cars from this dealership in the past 3 months. Very reasonable pricing, knowledgeable staff. My only complaint is it takes a lot of time to get everything done, get ready to spend a good portion of your day here if you want to leave with a car.

The rep that we dealt with was down to earth very knowledgeable about certain aspects of the car buying phase. Her personal experience help us to make certain decisions that we felt was the best to our advantage. The only thing that could have been better is the detailing of the SUV’s. Seem like the person who did the cars did not do a good job. Looks like they rushed it. One of the SUV’s did not have a full tank of gas in it and was not noticed until we got home. I have never brought a new vehicle that did not have a full tank of gas. The inside of my wife’s vehicle needed to be cleaned better. That is the only reason why I could not give them 5 stars.
Had a phenomenal experience buying a car with Sam and Dan. They had quick definitive answers for all my questions, they were straightforward, honest, and not even remotely pushy or aggressive. I would recommend this dealership and Sam & Dan specifically to anyone looking for a high-quality used car.
I did not wind up purchasing. That said, they still would have received a better review had the professionalism been better. I see many reviews highlighting great service. However, in my experience, this was not the case. I went out of my way to sit down with a team member who was not available during our scheduled time, even though I confirmed just prior to arriving. Instead I sat down with one of his colleagues, and had to re-explain what I was looking for. After not receiving a call back as promised, I called. The person I was looking for was not available, actually off for the day, which they did not communicate to me. So I re-explain my preferences again, and I am told that the vehicle we were looking at has been sold. I guess, given the experience, I felt that I wasted my time and could have just handled everything over the phone rather than going out of my way which was not returned in service and professionalism.
Purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise was easy and quick, I found the perfect truck at the perfect price online and Todd had the truck brought to the Enterprise. We signed the papers and drove home. I love my new truck!
Found myself needing a new-to-me car the day after Thanksgiving. Forget what you think you know about buying a car! There is no haggling, they are fair and cars they sell generally are fixed up with new tires, etc. Staff are professional and courteous and very easy to work with. Highly recommend going there!
Best car buying day ever. This no-haggle policy -- top-notch! Once out of rental service, they take it low to move em on out. Terrific selection -- I made my choice fast and after 2 1/2 weeks Im quite aware I got an excellent car -- 15 Corolla -- beautiful condition. Had a great experience at Enterprise Car Sales about 2 weeks ago. My credit union arranged a meeting with the salesperson at 11:00 AM and I drove off the lot in my 2015 vehicle by 2:00 PM. The entire transaction was unbelievable, but TRUE!!! Try it for yourself!!

Not only did Enterprise give us some of the best customer service imaginable for buying a vehicle but they went above and beyond. We had a serious issue with our car and were backed into a corner. But Enterprise not only pulled through for us but they did so in such a professional and exemplary way words cant even express our gratitude! Our old car had 164,000 miles and our credit union refered us to Salih Baity - executive with Enterprise Car Sales. We have never had a more pleasurable car buying experience. We love the new car, but the customer service of Salih and all of the Enterprise staff was above anything we could of expected. I told them what I was looking for, and they went out of their way to make sure I found the perfect vehicle. We just bought a van at this branch of Enterprise Car Sales.The gentleman who took care of us was called Robert Casares and he was a level headed, smart and knowledgeable individual.He showed a great deal of flexibility and ability to accommodate and set up every necessity that we had from taking care of the registration, finding an insurance agent and even connecting us with a local shop that made some alterations and lock installing that we needed.The only issue we had was that even though we initially discussed a non commercial insurance policy, the van came with commercial plates and needed to have portholes and passenger seat brackets installed in order for it not be commercial. Luckily we noticed this and when we brought it to Roberts attention, he took responsibility for this misunderstanding and made sure that the portholes and seat brackets are installed without additional fees.The van is great! We also ran an outside inspection and it passed with flying colors.To sum everything up, we are happy with this purchase and were very well treated by Robert and the rest of the crew at this branch.Thanks!

I went to look for a,car and the gentleman there named jeff was THE BEST gentleman !!showed me 2 cars and never never pressured me . I needed something 4 door because I have an 8 month baby and he gave me two options. No pressure , easy going , friendly and not to mention his manager ..all I can say is I will be looking to shop there again . Talk about Customer Service Culture @ Enterprise.We are highly impressed by the Sales Reps at your Car Sales Location in East Amherst.NY & Tonawanda, NY.During one of my visits at the car rental office a your rep Mike at the Sheridan office in Tonawanda, NY , suggested I contact Salih Baity in car sales. I am a super busy person, but Salih didnt give up on me and we managed to finally speak and decided to meet the following Saturday.We met on Saturday and what mostly impressed me about this young man was the fact that he listened and promised to do all he could to get my daughter in a vehicle. We started the loan process and Salih along with Dan Pirillo ( the super-man of finance) we managed to get a loan approval.Here are the highlights. We purchased a vehicle , cut the interest rate in half, purchased the old vehicle out right, and her loan payment was lowered. We picked up the vehicle the following Monday.We could not be happier with this outcome, I am sure that this wouldnt have happened if it wasnt for your committed employees. Their patients and caring attitudes made the process so easy. Purchased a 14 corolla in Feb of this year...not crazy about the car itself/how it drives...but Im being told by repair men and friends alike that thats just how corollas are... although there have been minor hiccups along the way, I must say that Enterprise has taken very good care of me and I truly appreciate that as a customer who works very hard for a dime. From my initial onset of buyers remorse to a recent issue, I have been taken care of very respectfully by each person Ive spoken to. From the salesmen on day 1 to Kenton helping today. I had a wiring issue that wouldnt have been covered under warranty but they will be taking care of it for me. (thankfully so because who has $$ to cover a wiring issue at Christmas time none the less.) Hopefully this will continue... so far I recommend!

Im happy with my car. However, im feeling like i was taken advantage of. Trying to figure out how a $13,000 car is costing me over $19,000. 2022-05-27I really enjoyed my experience at Enterprise Car Sales. Ryan and David made it so easy and comfortable. They explained everything in detail. Made sure what was going on. They were able to search other locations and found me a great car in my budget. With in 24 hours, they had it at their location, I test drove it, and drove it off the lot! I would recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone, and will go back for my next vehicle.

2022-04-13Started off with a rental from an accident. With the help of a customer service representative Claire at the rental location. She advised me to try enterprise sales, didn’t know it existed I told her my concerns she assured me that my concerns was no issue. I received a call from Ryan at the sales location and was able to close on a car same day! Amazing option for first time car buyers. Easy process and Child friendly unlike Previous car dealer locations.

2022-02-20If you are in the market for a car look no further than Enterprise. I came to them through my jobs credit union and literally have nothing negative to say about the staff at this location. Alejandro took care of me specifically but Im 1000% sure any of the staff wouldve given me the same treatment. The staff here cares, they take everything into consideration and are there TO HELP YOU. These guys will literally go above and beyond to make sure you walk out with a vehicle. They keep it as real as it can be and they will hold your hand through the entire process. If it wasnt for Alejandro then Id still be in my 26 year old car that had lived its life. These guys are literal heroes and you will not be disapointed when you walk through their doors!

2020-03-09Shaina took good care of me start to finish. It was a no pressure sales environment and I felt confident in my decision. The staff coordinated seamlessly with my credit union. There was a minor issue with the car after the sale in which Shaina dealt with quickly and professionally. Overall a great buying experience I recommend to anyone. 👍🏽

2022-01-10They contacted me cuz I was using a rental car of theirs and asked if I’d be interested to come look at some vehicles Was told I wouldn’t need a down payment and they could work with my credit so I took the day off of work drove 2 hours just to be told within 20 minutes they couldn’t help and me and the guy I had set up to meet with wasn’t even there. I lost a day of work and they knew I needed a vehicle cuz I have a baby due in a week and a half
