In Gods timing.... I contacted Enterprise and had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. James L. Russell we spoke for over a month due to my busy work schedule but he never gave up on me stayed in contact with me ☺️. I really was contemplating in purchasing another car however I knew my car was on its last legs 😄. Finally on September 3rd, 2021, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr James we instantly clicked. Mr James went over the process before taking me outside to see cars once outside I immediately gravitated to my now new whip🙌 naming it Red Daddy after my beloved Dad 💕for his friends called him (Red).Moreover, Mr.Russell is humble, witty, God fearing and very professional salesman, Im so glad and blessed that he stayed in contact with me. What can I say, I shopped around, did my homework and I found that working with Annkatherine and the team at Enterprise was the most seamless experience. I didnt have to worry about going to the dmv for the registration or title. She handled it all. She got me the best insurance quote. I came to Huntington enterprise car sale with so much going on had an accident car was totaled and my car was paid off but had a hard time getting a car because credit bureau’s didn’t have that the car was paid off. I came in and Tyler and his team welcomed me with full arms they were excellent they didn’t push me into buying a car but yet trying to fit my budget and insurance they worked with me for two weeks straight was very pleased and satisfied with my purchase nissan rogue 2019 . This was my first time buying a car from Enterprise car sales in huntington. Annkatherine caspersino was my salesperson and she was excellent! This was my first time buying a car from enterprise car sales and I have to say I’m glad i did. From the very beginning I received a call from Jason Singer asking me if there was anything he could assist me with. He was very polite, honest and forthcoming and not your typical pushy car salesman. He was very attentive and detail oriented. Out of 5 different past car buying experiences by far this was my best one. Everything was so easy and streamlined!!! No gimmicks or hidden finance tricks. My wife & I had an amazing experience with Enterprise. The sales person Russell went above and beyond expectations. We wanted a certain vehicle but it was at another facility and Russell made sure that he went and picked up the car and brought it to us personally. It would have been a hardship for us since we lived in Brooklyn having to travel to another facility to look at and possibly buy it but Russell undertook that task on his own. I was looking to upgrade my vehicle after 5 years, I found what I was looking for and at the right price on the enterprise website and was contacted by Dean to work out a plan. I already knew the exact car I wanted and had a pre-approval through my bank for a loan. Everything went pretty smoothly and I picked up my car yesterday and love it! I’m a PIA customer very particular about my cars and have always purchased new from high end dealers.I’m now retired and decided to check out previously owned this time and glad I did. Looking online I found the Enterprise Car sales site and checked out my local Huntington location and found a beautiful looking low mileage Cadillac XTS. I visited the Enterprise store and met Mohammad one of the salespeople on duty. We discussed the car and my trade then went for a test drive. Mohammad was very pleasant and helpful with seemingly on hidden agenda and no sales pressure. After the test drive I told Mohammad that I needed my wife to sit in the car to make sure she would be comfortable in the seats, being a petite lady she finds a lot of car seats uncomfortable. Mohammad was off the next day but he made all the arrangements and followed up with me several times during the day to make sure all went smoothly, again on his day off! Upon returning with my wife we met Conner the Assistant Sales Manager and he couldn’t have been more helpful, we went for a second test drive and the car got my wife’s seal of approval. Conner and I negotiated a good trade in value for my current car and completed the deal. Conner gave me a list of all the paperwork needed and I returned the next day to pickup my new to me car. The car was ready when they said it would be and we completed the paperwork and after a throw walk through with Conner I was on my way. Honest straight forward experience. Website was great including all angle photos of the vehicles, which is unlike other Rental co car sales sites. Sales person was helpful, not at all aggressive and went out of his way to find a vehicle that I wanted.The office needs a coat of paint. Like most car dealerships customer parking is an issue.I have recommended several people to Enterprise for purchases since my purchase. Some have made their own purchases and have had the same great experience. I even know someone who returned the vehicle within 7 days and there was no issues. Just like promised Enterprise took back the car.

Today I purchased a car from Enterprise and I was apprehensive because I didn’t know what to expect, but I had the best experience. I called in spoke to the manager of sales (Vito) and told him my price range, what I needed, what I was expecting, what I had been looking at online, and he quickly got to work. What a wonderful experience buying a pre owned car! Amanda was so patient and took the time to explain everything to us and when my son wanted to see a car from their Hempstead office, she had it brought over to Huntington. Needless to say, my son loved the car and bought it. It was after 5:30pm when the car arrived but she and one of the office managers stayed until our insurance company issued my son his policy. The office closes at 6pm on Saturdays. They really went the extra mile for us! I would definitely go back there for any future purchases.
Hello,I purchased a Nissan Sentra in 2017. I was assured the car was in good shape snd was thoroughly inspected. Things went well until now. I had almost no problems with the car but when I finally did it was massive. The transmission is shot. I’ve taken very good care of the car since purchase but a shot transmission tells me the car was not in the best shape when sold. Now I’m looking at a nearly $3500 fix. Most people with Nissans tell me they rarely have transmission problems with a car younger than ten years. Something is up with Enterprise that my transition (of all things) has to be repaired or I have to get another car. Very discouraging to say the least. I would strongly suggest shopping for other dealers. No one can guarantee anything but after this experience, I’m very cautious with Enterprise Auto sales.

It was only a couple of hours from the time we walked in until the time we walked out with our Hyundai Tuscon. This is the second car I have purchased from Enterprise Huntington. They made it so easy! I never like buying cars and have had good and bad experiences at dealerships but this was the best. I had done a lot of research before hand and knew the type of car I wanted.Enterprise with their 1 and 2 year old rentals and lease returns ,inspected and certified, had a good pool of candidates. The rep who worked with me, Jason, was attentive to what I said, provided the car I requested and then made some suggestions. I tested several and ended up liking the one he had suggested better. And it cost a little less with the same warranties .The process was speedy, they handled every aspect including DMV and insurance and I drove away that afternoon. You cant beat that.I never felt pressured even though things moved quickly. That was what I wanted. I had to have a new car and it was great to get it done in a day. I am sure if I wanted to take a few days they would have accommodated that but I wanted a cash and carry.All the salesmen I dealt with were helpful and not overbearing.Jason presented options and never pushed when I rejected them. and they have good coffee in the waiting area.

I was skeptical when I made the appointment because I’d had a frustrating experience with the Chevy dealer who kept trying to sell me what I didn’t want. The first difference I noticed was that they answered my questions on the phone instead of insisting that I come in and run my credit before they’d even talk to me. The office was small and very friendly with people greeting me at the door, offering refreshments and checking on me when I had to wait a while for the finance part of it. The manager Vito was very present and helpful. Russell, my sales associate, chatted with me to find out my needs and helped me locate and get the car shipped here. Connor explained all my finance options and didn’t pressure me when I wanted to check with my own banks. No one fussed about the many times I called to ask questions. It was a different car buying experience- no pressure, no hidden fees, with the focus on my needs rather than the sale. I got the red carpet treatment from beginning to end. At the end everyone cheered and Vito showered me with streamers. Russel actually had a red carpet leading to my car door and a big bow on top. It’s the little touches that made a big difference. I already know where I’m getting my next car from and where I’m sending everone I know who’s car shopping.

AnnKatherine is such an amazing sales wonder woman, she listened to my needs and understood exactly what I was looking. so, after I purchased the car, they rolled out this cute red carpet and put a vow on the car I thought it was so special and cute. the staff there is super nice and friendly too.

I was in a motor vehicle accident I need a Rent-A-Car. My insurance set up the rental car through enterprise. When I picked up my vehicle in Rocky point New York Filomena directed me towards the car sales after having asked about it. She said I’ll have someone call you I have a friend in Huntington my local sales office. She did so and Dean called me exactly time I requested Filomena to have him do so. I was unexpectedly forced due to the accident with a limited amount of time to replace my vehicle.Due to circumstances Of the time dilemma faced with And the suddenness of my situation. I had no clue in the vehicle that I would be interested in. I purchased a vehicle I thought I wanted shortly after delivery I realized I was completely uncomfortable with my purchase. They did it again! I did a review in January 2019 when I bought a 2018 Hyundai Tucson for my wife. It was a very good used car buying experience. Now, in March, I went back and bought a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for me. Annkatherine and Connor made the process just as good as the first time. Very happy with Enterprise car sales. The car (Mazda 3) is in amazing shape! No dings or body issues. Runs beautiful, and shifts smoothly. My salesperson was Jason, who was actually fun to work with, which is shocking even for me to say given I’m talking about a used car sale. Anyway, I buy all the cars for my family and this is probably the 7th used car I’ve picked up over time. What I’ve noticed is that Enterprise car sales in Huntington is different from the other places. This is my 2nd purchase there and the staff is noticeably more focused on the customer’s needs and satisfaction. Highly recommended!
I have been shopping for a used car for weeks until I came across this gem of a place. Absolutely exceptional staff and service. I was helped by Mohamed yesterday and he and the rest of the staff were extremely honest, friendly, professional and upfront. I hate looking for a new car in searching for a year and finally when my Mazda transmission gave out I had no choice. I left my car in the middle of the road got Hopped into a taxi and headed to enterprise to rent a car. The agent when hearing of my plight suggested I go to in the prize car sales down the road. Well Jason Singer was fantastic soon as I got there he took me without having an appointment showed an inventory and I told him the type of car I liked and he showed me a great deal on a Hyundai Tucson and told me he be able to get my credit approved without any problem which he did. Never bought a car without seeing and driving it first. 2020 Ram came from Florida and I couldnt be happier with this purchase. Very low mileage. It would have cost another $10,000 if I had purchased new. The paperwork was easy to complete.....all done online. Day of pickup, the truck exceeded my expectations. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had, I came in at 05:30 PM on a Monday, not thinking I would be able to drive my “new” car off their lot on the same day but they did it, salesman Taylor who picked up my call and set up the appointment was very polite, my salesman Mohamed didn’t put any pressure on me during the whole process, after showing me the car I was interested in, I asked him if it’s possible to close the deal that same night and he promised me it could be done in about an hour, even thought it was a bit longer than that, I am still very satisfied with the service provided, he went above and beyond, even took care of my rental car(saved me both time and money), the assistant sales manager Connor, who helped me with the financing was also great, he was able to get me a better rate than my pre-qualified car loan with CapitalOne, explained the different warranties they offer but did not pressure me into buying them. The girl (sorry, I don’t think I caught her name) greeted me was also very nice the whole time, overall, I think it’s a team effort to make this whole experience so great, highly recommended! On a Tuesday morning, I called my credit union to get pre-approved for a used car loan and they advised me of a Enterprise special going on - finance through credit union and get additional half-percent off interest rate. Also, get blue book value for trade-in. I was not planning on going to Enterprise, but am glad I did! Went to Huntington location, saw the vehicles on the lot - Impressed with the staff (Sean, sales; Vito, manager) and the selection of vehicles. Went to another dealer just to give myself choices, and quickly turned around and committed to Enterprise. Walked out same day with 2018 Dodge Caravan, 34K miles, 2.75%. Beautiful condition, driving for a month now with no issues. If you are flexible with the car you want, this is a great, no pressure way to purchase.

I bought a car here back in 2014 and they were great. Xavier took great care of me. I test drove about 4 cars and none of them had what I really wanted. So I went back online and used the Enterprise search tool (great tool, I did a lot of research). So I found a car that was what I was looking for but it was in Edison NJ. I told Xavier that I wanted to test drive this car and without hesitation he had the car shipped free to the Huntington dealership. It took only a couple of days. I drove the car and I loved it. Xman took care of all financial and paper work and the next day the car was mine. Now I am thinking of getting a newer car and you know Im going back to Enterprise.

My SUV got totaled a week ago, informed by Marisa in riverhead while picking up a rental, that they work with ppl whom vehicle that has been totaled. I went online and checked out the inventory. Got a call from Tyler whom explained everything to me. When I came into the Huntington location everyone was very welcoming and introduced themselves. They listened to what I wanted, what my budget was and they did everything to find me something that met my expectations and stayed within my budget. No pressure at all. Got me approved very quickly and went over different options, and recommendations with no pressure to chose any they left the choice up to me. I spoke with Tyler, Connor, Vito, and Jason, Jason and Vito were the two lucky ones to deal with me lastly. Jason was very busy helping other customers but made sure we were all taken care of equally and got us all out with a vehicle and a good tutorial of the vehicles in a timely manner he definitely rocked. I got new sticker.3) Still waiting for my picture of when I took possession of car. Despite 5 messages, still dont have it over 2 weeks later!!.When I go thru this again in 2 years, rest assured it wont be with Enterprise.

Our Terrific experience started at the Enterprise CAR RENTAL on 112 in Patchogue. The rep really listened to us and why we were renting a car and directed us to the Enterprise Sales division and Jason in Huntington.I was a challenging customer, but in one appointment he managed to get us in a terrific car that we love, with financing that makes sense for us and a SMOOTH transaction.When there appeared to be an issue with the tires the team (Malcom, Vito & Jason) had me come in and handled everything in a professional and immediate manner. I could not be happier about this entire transaction and have already told several people about the quality of the Enterprise Sales staff and how they should consider them when its time for them to buy a car.
We were just going to check them out. They asked a few questions, found out our spending budget, and managed to come up with a wonderful deal for us. This is my second time buying a car from Enterprise in Huntington. I cannot say enough. The people are beyond helpful, honest and not remotely what you would consider the typical car salesman. I am beyond grateful to Vito, Jason and Mohamed for guidng me through the process yet again in finding the car that was right for me with all of the requirements I threw in front of them. Just good people - after these two experiences, I will never go to a car dealership again if they have the same car Im looking for. Id seriously invite them all over for a BBQ if it was appropriate. Great experience - much better then the average car dealership. Dani and Christian worked hard to make sure I could get in a vehicle within my price range but yet met all of my needs. I spent about a month searching for a Pickup truck, browsing through the normal car buying sites and dealerships. Every truck that I was interested was way overpriced, and that was for older models--2012-2015.I thought of Enterprise, as a friend had purchased his truck from there a few years back.Within 10 minutes, I was very hopeful that my search would be ending as I found more than a few trucks (Ford F-150, Toyota Tacoma, and Nissan Frontier) on their site. I decided on the 2017 Ford F-150 that was thousands of dollars less than anybody else, and I arranged through the Salesperson (Connor Ogelsby) to have it delivered from New Jersey. Connor had the delivery expedited, and the next step was to check the truck out in person, and to do a test drive. And I loved this vehicle. I finally found my Truck!!One of the underrated features of Enterprise was their No-haggle, no nonsense policy. Dealers will make you pay a $800 Destination Charge, despite the fact that the vehicle was there already. And then they add on more charges, etc. Next thing you know, youre paying thousands more.Purchasing through Enterprise was SO easy. Pay the purchase price and the corresponding sales tax and motor vehicle fees. That was it!So, if you want a ZERO-Pressure Sales team, check out Enterprise in Huntington, NY, and Im sure you wont be disappointed. Connor was the easiest person Ive ever dealt with to purchase a vehicle, and the whole car-buying experience with the rest of the Enterprise Team was so easy. When I say I’m not a fan of car dealers or dealerships I’m sure I can speak for many. This experience was none like I have ever experienced. I saw a truck that I liked , I had pre approval from my bank, I went down to the dealership in Huntington , they let me drive it, they appraised my trade in, they gave me too dollar for the trade, they let me take the truck on the spot without paying them! They said as long as you have pre approval we trust you’ll come back with the money. I never in my life had such a smooth experience with buying a car and I’ll never go anywhere else. Although the cars are nice at the Huntington Location I realized too late that the prices arent the best, youd be better off looking around and comparing prices with more then just Enterprise dealerships. What I did was I was in a rush to save for the down payment ($2,000) and then I searched through Enterprises online listings to see what they had. They kept losing cars I was interested in and it was very frustrating all the while my previous car was a death trap so finding a new one was an important manner. Bottom line: I could have saved a couple of thousand if I bought the same car for the same mileage at a competing dealership. After you buy the car, FORGET IT its impossible to reach a car sales representative by email or phone. While I am content with the car I have I see that it would have been better to have shopped around. You also cant negotiate with Enterprise, they deny that option from the start based off their Company policy. Best way is to have the down payment secured and to reserve at least a two month search for a new car this way you get the best deal and are then at liberty to give the best review. I couldnt give Enterprise the best review possible, sorry someone can pick up the phone after the sales been made or return a call.
I bought at 2017 Dodge Durango from enterprise Huntington NY after going to multiple dodge dealers. The staff at the dodge dealers were horrible , bait and switch , wouldn’t negotiate, rude , said they had the car and when I came in an hr later it was sold. So I decided to go to enterprise . What a breath of fresh air from Dan to Jim to Connor. Super friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I decided to buy the truck however when I went to pick it up a I noticed two minor issues with it. Their was a few hiccups however Connor did everything in his power and then some to make everything right. He is a true asset to enterprise and deserves recognition. He found ways to get everything fixed , worked with me on my concerns and followed through to make sure everything was satisfactory. I have a young child and my frustrations were understood. I highly recommend Huntington enterprise and believe Connor needs a promotion!!! 5 star service !

My wife and I started thinking about buying a late model SUV from Enterprise Car Sales a couple of months ago. We bought our last car 14 years ago so we had a lot to learn. I spent hours on their website looking for which makes and models were available and which of these had the options we wanted. Last week we realized it was time to get serious about buying.We quickly found the SUV we wanted and put in a request to have it transferred to the Huntington office. Connor called us back within the hour and told us he could have the SUV available for a test drive the following morning. We loved what we saw and couldn’t have been more pleased with the way it ran. Unfortunately, I had missed the lack of one of the “must have” options we wanted.Connor made several calls to find out if it could be installed retroactively but, it turned out it couldn’t be done. Connor was optimistic that we could find an SUV that would give us what we wanted and made suggestions about other makes and models we could search for.I started searching again the next day and before the end of the day, I located another SUV that appeared to have everything we wanted. I got in touch with Connor to give him the information of the SUV. He checked it out and told us he thought this SUV would work for us and promised to have the transfer completed the following day.We arranged to return to the sales office that day after that and loved what we saw. It was beautiful and had every option we felt we must have and more desirable ones than I expected. We closed the deal that afternoon and drove home with the SUV we wanted.Connor made this happen for us. He remained pleasant, helpful and encouraging throughout. He and everyone else at Enterprise made it a really good experience. We will go back again when we’re ready to buy another,
Whats great with Enterprise is that you dont have to come in thinking you have to haggle and bargain to lower a price. What they set the price at is non-negotiatable, and its incredibly fair. Cars have to pass a 100+ point inspection so you know its good.Always ask for Russel and Malcom. Theyre thorough and good people who really spell out the ins and outs of buying a car for the first time. This is where I got my first car from!
Great experience, awesome staff. I have already recommended three people to come there who are looking to purchase vehicles at this time. There was a 4th referral but she went somewhere else and she is devastated because she was over-charged and taken advantage of, she is deeply upset about not choosing Enterprise Sales. Do it people. Recently returned after 11 years to buy my second automobile from this location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Selection was very good, and it was made very apparent to me that we could easily travel to look at other vehicles, or they could be brought in if desired. Being non-commission I always feel like Im getting the honest truth and theres no hard-sell to get you something you dont need/want.

We went in with some vehicles in mind to purchase / test drive. Regrettably I didnt get to test drive a couple of vehicles I wanted due to the fact that they werent there. There was only limited vehicles to test drive as in whatever was on the lot. I wouldve had to drive further west to do so and I wasnt willing to do that. So overall it was a good experience the guys were nice and figured out your parameters for a vehicle. The process was smooth and didnt take as long as when going to a regular dealership and you drove it right there home. The vehicles were priced well and cheaper than most dealerships it definitely helped being preapproved for the loan too.Overall it was a great experience and worth your time. Id definitely do it again but maybe alittle sooner as when you look on the website the more you waited the more cars disappeared off of the list bought. I went thru my bank that they partnered up with and came home with good dependable vehicle with some great amenities in it.Thanks Enterprise of Huntington.

A big difference is that they do not have the hidden costs that all of the local dealerships have (and are being investigated by the NYS DA for!). I totaled my car. I was devastated. I used Enterprise through my insurance, and I happened to ask them if the truck I was using was for sale. While it wasnt, they advised me their vast inventory. I met with Amy and Xavier, who showed me a few models. I didnt speak to them for a few weeks, but something Amy said stuck with me. She said Let me know if you have any questions at all, even if its not a car we are selling. which showed me that she genuinely wanted to help, not just for a commission. I reached back out to them after visiting a few new dealers and feeling like I was not paid attention to.... I told them I want the biggest and best V6 black SUV I can get for this amount of money Not only did they provide me with many options, but they ended up finding me my dream truck. A GMC Terrain SLT-2 with Sunroof, chrome EVERYTHING, all the little features I truly wanted but deep down would do without. They found everything I wanted. I am elated to have gone through them for my purchase. They are both amazing. The sales process was simple and completely stress free and Customer Service couldnt be better. I will use them from now on for all my car needs. which hopefully wont be for a while. But they are truly the best.

2022-04-13Great experience. No rush, no pressure to get any car in particular. Mohamed encouraged me to check all cars and make sure I was happy with my choice. When doing finance paperwork, was not pressured into going through their banks. Actually found a slightly cheaper rate and was able to finance through an outside bank. At final paperwork signing, was not pressured into buying warranty or any additional add-ons. Overall, a satisfyingly fair deal. Thank you Enterprise, especially Mohamed.
