If you choose to buy a used car from Enterprise, ask for Mohammed. Mohammed is probably the most reliable, pleasant, and honest used car salesman I have ever met. He was patient, answered all of my admittedly stupid questions, had money saving tips, and was pleasant to work with. I walked away happy, knowing I had a good car and was not cheated in any way.The only thing that I would say needs improvement is better advertising for their 7 day buyback guarantee. You dont like the car in 7 days? They take it back as is and only charge a small restocking fee. I had no idea this was a thing before actually going to the dealership, but it absolutely made me more willing to buy a car that day. It is an awesome service and its not getting enough appreciation.In summary, great guy, great place, great car, great time.
Recently purchased a 2018 Ford Focus from this location. I am extremely satisfied with the level of customer service I received from the staff and my new purchase! Mohammed was my sales rep and he made the overall process comfortable! He was attentive to my budget, and my need for a reliable/affordable sedan. He was very knowledgeable about some financing options, etc. Considering my driving history; I appreciated how efficiently he worked with me, various lenders and insurances to find affordable rates! I just purchased my car from here today and I was so nervous in the days leading up to it. I was so scared and nervous because its such a big responsibility. I initiated the purchase online due to COVID19 and to be honest Im sure it was easier. As long as you have your paperwork in order its pretty quick and efficient. Anyways I was a lil bummed at first because of the VERY long wait time until I received a call/information back. I pretty much wasted my day waiting to hear back but when I did, I spoke with Sheryl. She was pretty nice about making sure my info was correct and the car I wanted was available. She even got my sarcasm and playfully joked with me to ease the tension. However I believe I got a good deal on the car and best part was when she told me the title, fees, licensing and etc. was included in the financing (I had no idea, I was prepared to pay the fees upfront, Im a first time buyer). She listened when I told her i wanted to use a specific bank to finance the car and she called me after hours. All in all everything worked out and on Saturday I pick up my new baby. 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid, now Im starting to get excited. 😁Updated: Im so excited to have it now, again Sheryl was so gracious and very helpful. I will refer others here! 👏🏾
I went to enterprise today to finance my first car. I was greeted by Mohammed outside upon arrival. He has made my experience amazing. He was nice. He was able to keep me and my price range with my monthly payments as well as car insurance. He does an amazing job with giving information and explaining any additional coverage or purchase. I felt guilty that almost one month, I have not given any review here. A great experience to buy my first car in the USA. I surveyed many places in Brooklyn and even New Jersey for almost two month but all of them were like scam, so many hidden fees and made me wait for hours to just check if the car available. I was so desperate in process to buy my car. Fortunately, I saw a youtube video from a person buying car here in Enterprise Car Sales Brooklyn, and it seems so smooth process to new buyer. Thus, I decided to come around 6 pm. David. A. Deinnocentiis was a person helping me in the process and it took me only 15 minutes to decide which car I want. The process was so transparent, no hidden fees. he explained everything, no single information left. He spent 4 hours to make me get the most affordable car insurance when in fact, as a new driver in NY, it will cost me $1000 to $1900 per month which is insane. Now, because of his advice, I just pay $400 permonth. They are so niceeee so kind..... so kinddddd... Thank you so much.

This is the best place in my opinion to buy a car. No hidden fees the price on the car is what you pay. Buying from J.C. and Scott it was all about me and what I wanted in a car. No pushy sales people. I was amazed on how well my family and I were treated. It wasnt about selling a car. It was about selling me the right car that I was comfortable to drive and that fit my budget. J.C. and Scott treated me like a person not just another sale like in other dealerships Ive been in. Every time I hear someone is looking to buy a car I tell them about Enterprise on Astoria Blvd and my experience and how well I was treated. I want to give J.C. and Scott a shout out thank you so much. I love my car.Just to update went back in August of 2020 to buy another cars since i had such a great experience with the dodge journey. Sad to find out JC and Scott are no longer there. The agent that came out lied straight to my face and showed no incentive to sell any cars. He was pushing just for my husband and I to purchase the car online I was not up for that. I need to see the car and inspect it to make sure it is up to our standards. We went back several time to speak with the agent and time after time he showed no interest to sell a car. This was not the only enterprise i contacted online or over the phone.Disappointed with they way we were treated. I understand we are all dealing with COVID. But you need to get it together and change the way you treat your patrons. Sorry to say I will not be back and I purchased another car at Acura. this is why my rating went from 5 stars to 2 stars.

AMAZING!!! My experience purchasing my vehicle from Enterprise Car Sale with Mohammad (Raj) Sufian was super wonderful. Originally I called thinking I was getting the CT branch. I was talking to Mohammad for 2-3 minutes and decided, hello no, Im going to get my car through him [Mohammad], and I did not regret it. I drove 2 hours to his office. Thats how great Mohammad made me feel about purchasing my car from his location. I dont feel like I lifted a pinky. Mohammad did EVERYTHING for me! He also took his time to explain all of the things about my car. Showed me the menu button to find out how to see my oil levels, tire pressure, and more. For my first car purchase, everything was seamless. I did part of my research and communication online/via phone which made my process hassle free and quick once I came in! Sheryl helped me get my family into our first car so that I can start my life back up after COVID and having a new baby. I was scared to do financing but the process was so simple, I don’t see how I would’ve purchased a car any other way. License plate, insurance, title and registration all done here it was like a one stop shop. Honest people still exist and Mohammad is certainly one out of a few. Hes big on customer service and thats a plus for us. Not only did we leave with our beautiful Nissan, Pathfinder, but my husband and I were content, informative and most of all happy with our purchase.

At first i was so not appreciative of the service. I guess its because of the day i first went it was a Sale Day. So the push is to make numbers. Anyway i left that day without making a purchase. I went hope and saw the car i want online and request to be called. I need to get my money together. Anyway i later made the purchase under better rate and time. My only hiccup was that. MCU refused my total down payment of. $10000.00 that sucks. But its all good.
Been searching for my second car and it so happened that my first car was from enterprise ,I looked around different dealers and they none of them gave me the price I was looking for ,some people may say price is very important but one to the main reason I went back to enterprise was there customer service. I was renting vehicles often to see if I would find a vehicle I wanted. The concept of the car sales sound like a solid choice for me. I was speaking to a sales rep that I felt comfortable working with. The sales rep persuaded me to complete the online application to see what I would qualified for to narrow down my search. I was told once I completed the application it would go directly to that person email no one else email. I decided to complete the application. The sales rep guaranteed me that my application wouldnt be pulled until I gave my consent and knew what car I wanted to buy. While Im car researching one day I started getting 10-20 inquiries on my credit report in one day. I wanted to throw up 🤮 when my credit report numbers started turning red and arrows was pointing downwards on my credit score. I checked my credit report to see who was making all the inquiries. It was several financial institutions on the behalf of enterprise car sales. I immediately called the sales rep to inquire why would my application be pulled without my consent. The person I was working with informed me they didnt pull myapplication because I didnt give my consent. The rep checked his office and notice it was a different coworker that pull my application without my consent and wasnt sure how this other individual was able to pull my application. I was so disgusted the issue I didnt want to complete the process because now I felt I was being forced into getting a car when I couldnt decide what I wanted. I may try enterprise car sales again now that I built my credit score back up and I know what vehicle I want. I would not try this NYC location after my experience.

IThe last time I bought a car was some 15 years ago and it was a terrible experience. This time, I decided to do things differently. I went to the Enterprise website and saw cars for sale.In the past I had rented cars from Enterprise and had a good experience so I hoped that buying a car from them would be the same. Alltheir cars had Carfax. So this was a good sign. So I left an email message and was connected with a Mohammad Raj Sufian. He was a godsent. On the phone I loved his easy going and relaxed tone. He seemed to genuinely care about what I needed in a car. I had seen a great car deal on their website but it needed to be transported to NYC. He informed me of the process and facilitated everything. A few days later the car was in NYC and we went to see it. I had told him that if we didnt like the car, we would not take it. He was fine with that. Once at the location, he continued to be easy going, and not pushy. He has an old school way of doing things, which for me is based on being personable, respectful, and knowledgeable. We could sense that although he wanted to sell the car, he wanted to make sure that the car we were looking at was the right one for us. So he never became pushy or upset when we questioned him about the car or even took the car for a ride, just to test it out. I had heard horror stories about car sales people, but Raj was so different. I hope that Enterprise contiinues to have sales people like him. (He really needs to be the director or supervisor of the place, because he is so good when it comes to selling cars.) I felt like I was talking to a beloved brother who really had my interest at heart. Enterprise has the cars and the people who know how to treat people and sell cars. I felt like I was back in my country, where people still treat people like people instead of dollar signs. They keep only the latest model (with 3 year) vehicle in stock with very reasonable mileage at an affordable price (truly no haggle price). The best customer service i have ever received. To start off, I would like to thank Mohammed (Raj) Sufian sales consultant, for helping me with the purchase of my vehicle. Pretty much my credit was new, I had no insurance records as well, I had a no fault accident last year and also some speeding tickets, so the odds were against me. He spent days finding an insurance company until he found one. He will definitely find a way to work with your situation. If anyone is in a similar situation as me, you should definitely consult him.

Mohammed made the process of buying our new car as easy and efficient as you could ever hope for. I initially made contact on a Friday afternoon expressing interest in a specific vehicle located at a different Enterprise dealership. By the next day, Mohammed had arranged for that car to be transported to his dealership so that we could test drive. There was absolutely no haggling or upselling pressure at any point in the process. He even helped me shop insurance rates right there at his desk. I would absolutely work with Mohammed again.

I just bought one of the rentals. Omg. From Rodney to the manager . They were kind, knowledgeable and patient. They answered all questions that I had and then some. I was walked step by step through the finance to the flipping my plates to the new vehicle and registration. I drove away very happy. The care that they took with my trade was awesome. And I loved my truck and hated to part with it. I still say that enterprise is the best place to get a rental and now a car. Rodney looked for the best finance deal for me and really listened to what I wanted as well as nope, not ever in a vehicle. We’ve recently bought a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan from enterprise with the help of lovely Sheryl. She was extremely helpful and the managers there (I’m sorry I forgot your names ladies) worked with us to find a deal that worked best with our budget. There was a small crack we’d noticed in the windshield of the van we picked out and once we pointed it out, they changed the entire windshield without hesitation. I had a specific goal when I spoke with both Travon and Alex and that was budget wise. I am a newbie in the vehicle buying world and my very first so I knew I wanted to choose a place where I can continue eventually having business with without pulling my hair out from expensive deals and offers. Both guys were amazing in listening to my needs and worked with my rebuilding credit aka not so great credit. The people and policies at Enterprise are simply excellent.The only reason this isnt a 5 star review is there seem to be some inefficiencies with car availability and pricing. A significant number of the cars listed on the Enterprise site where not available when I either went to the location or had the representative check if they could be relocated. Furthermore, the no-haggle prices seem a bit arbitrary. Similar vehicles with similar mileages varied by more than $1000 in price. Why? At any other used car dealership I would suspect a bait and switch, but that seems so out of character for Enterprise that is must be something else.On the upside, the vehicles seem very well maintained, are priced reasonably, albeit with little consistency, there is a 12k/12,000 mile powertrain warranty (and occasionally remaining manufacturers coverage) and a 7 days/1,000 return policy. They also handle registration and provide plates at the location. Couldnt be easier.In the end, I bought a car I am not quite happy with, but that seems to run well. I considered returning the car within the 7 day period, and communicated with my very friendly and efficient sales rep multiple times, but no similarly priced alternative was available, so i decided to keep it.
I was taken care of beyond expectations. I believe I was helped by Mohammed (Raj) Sufian and it was the best day of my life. Not only were I able to leave with the dream car I wanted I was shocked by the way I was helped. I didn’t have anybody in my life who could have helped me figure anything out. I was able to get all my questions answered and Everything was clearly explained about what I needed to do and how easy it was to do it. The car was in perfect condition and the customer service was just perfect. As somebody who used to work in the business industry this is just straight perfect. There weren’t anything extra that was un necessary in fact I was helped in a way that made things cheaper than I willing to pay and I left almost crying because of how happy I was. I 100% recommend anybody to this place because my satisfaction was beyond what I’ve ever experienced and this turned my life around.

This was the most painless experience I’ve ever had buying a car. In less than a week- during this pandemic- I saw the vehicle that I needed, was contacted, applied, and drove off the lot. Mohammed S. really made this possible. Monday afternoon he explained the entire buying process and stayed late just to receive my application. I was approved by the next day and was able to get the SUV I wanted transferred in by the next. He was very accommodating of my toddler and elderly father during the finalization as well. Alex reached out to me via email and maintained a lightning fast communication with me answering all the questions I had. I just recieved a phone call from Indira, my sales rep from 3 years ago. She asked how my vehicle was treating me. I told her good news/ bad news. Good news is that my truck has been great! Bad news is I wont need another vehicle anytime soon.😄I bought a 2 year old Chevy Silverado that had been a lease vehicle. It was in super clean condintion, and has not given me a single problem.I bought a $42,000 truck for $31,000. 18,000 miles accounts for less than 10% of the life of a Silverado if you take care of it. If you’re looking for vehicles that are reliable and functions like new (although it’s used) this is the place you NEED to go to! Before coming here, I was looking on a Jeep Patriot in various sites on the web, hoping I would land a good deal. I went to a dealer (not this) and thought that I had found my Jeep, went for a test drive and it seemed okay... however, when my pops looked underneath the vehicle, it has leakage on its axle. He told the salesman about it and it seemed like he was surprised but wasn’t knowledgeable that it was there. When it’s your first time buying a car, has all the specs you wanted you just want it immediately, but my dad talked me out of it and we moved on. A week later, we saw this location and wanted to check it out. I never knew that enterprise sells cars, I knew that they allow their vehicles to be rented (I guess it’s something new, for me anyways). Upon arriving, Tiffany greeted us and welcomed us, offering some water or coffee; they sure make you feel like you’re visiting a family! I had her throughout the process! She told us about their policy, and one of it that stood out is they make sure all cars they purchase meets the requirements: an extensive 109 point marks. I think below than that, they wouldn’t accept a vehicle. When she said that, I was confident that I would eventually get the Jeep in this dealership. She made the buying experience so easy, Oretta also helped out with the paper work and made it a breeze... to make it all short, I finally found my Jeep and I couldn’t have done it without this Great and amazing staff and their excellent service! Would recommend to all!

Absolutely loved my experience here. I worked with Tiffany who was very professional and easy going from the moment I walked in. The day that I went in, I had gone to about 3 or 4 different dealerships earlier that day and my experience with them was terrible; they all made me feel uncomfortable, they were unprofessional and for some reason avoided answering the questions I had. When I walked into enterprise, I was greeted by Tiffany. She sat us down and took the time and asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle before she even tried to push a sales pitch to me. She wasn’t forceful and honestly seemed very genuine. One thing I absolutely appreciated was her honesty with her answers. She was very knowledgeable, informative and kept her friendly and approachable demeanor the entire time. I must have asked her at least 70 questions and she answered every single one of them honestly. I’m not gonna lie, I even asked her some questions that I knew the answers to just to test her 😂. The price quoted was the price I paid. And when there was a slight problem with the car a few days after I brought it home, they bent over backwards to fix it for me and it came out great. Google review for Mohammed at Enterprise Car sales.I started searching for a car a few weeks back. I was searching basically through craigslist and then I started looking at dealers. That’s when I decided on a whim to try Enterprise. They’re my go to for ALL car rentals and I decided to maybe give them a try. I really didn’t think it would go anywhere because I was looking specifically for a car/truck with a manual transmission. It’s almost impossible to find a stick shift car for rent but when I searched through their inventory they had exactly 3 and the one I liked was actually nearby. So this was Sunday night and I put my info into their website and viola they started contacting me on Monday.The car was a 2018 Mazda 3 Grand Touring 6 speed and with some research I found out that it wasn’t a rental at all. It was a lease return. Enterprise leases tons of vehicles. They don’t just do car rentals.At first I was going to buy the car cash but I decided that I would give a car loan a shot. I gave my information to the finance office and by the end of the day I was approved. I didn’t like the rate from Capital One and I wound up getting what I think was a decent rate from Wells Fargo. This was Monday. On Tuesday I sent my dealer, Mohammed, my insurance information and Wednesday I had an appointment to see the car finally. It was local but they transfered it to a location that was even closer.I arrived at the Enterprise Car Sales location around quarter to 6. I looked at the car and test drove it. It was everything I expected. It was as advertised and I was ready to deal.The paperwork took about an hour. By 7:15 or so, I was driving out with my “brand new” to me Mazda 3. Enterprise is a great company to deal with and so far so good. After 2 weeks, the car is great and I’m a happy customer. Wow. What an experience. Looking for the perfect vehicle isn’t easy but, once I found the vehicle (2019 GMC Acadia) Sheryl T. held me by my hand and walked me through the whole process. I would like to thank Mohammed (Raj) Sufian; for being such an attentive, dedicated and simply a good person (sales man). I have to say that I never expected to have such a good experience buying a car, I could have bought the worst car, but the experience was very positively unexpected. In reality I think I was lucky to find the car Mohammed helped me to get. It wasnt the one I wanted at first, but because I was aiming to one out of my budget.... theres when (RAJ) suggested a different car and we found the right one for me... and believe me when I said... IM REALLY HAPPY with the car. It took 2 days for me to get it. Easy paperwork, the car was clean (RAJ and another gentleman cleaned themselves) and while I was waiting to fill out the paperwork they were very helpful and attentive.
Mohammed really helped me get the car I wanted. He was excellent throughout the whole process, explaining all the paperwork and answering any questions I had. I was very happy and satisfied with his customer service and attention to details.

The staff of mostly young men, all professional and courteous, work hard to please and the dealership offers a variety of vehicles to shop from. The account and sales staff make the car-buying process transparent and convenient. However, despite the documented 109-point Enterprise auto inspection, it is in the best interest of the buyer to have an independent auto mechanic do an inspection before finalizing your sale. With that said, the Enterprise sales staff, especially Pedro C., quickly remedied in a professional and reassuring manor, the problems that were found in the vehicles I purchased by allowing me to make another selection, and have a minor repair made by their mechanic in the final vehicle I took home. In conclusion, because the sales staff were responsive and reasonable, I recommend purchasing a vehicle at this Enterprise dealership. Im happy with the deal and vehicle I got from them.
This was my first time buying a car. I went to a regular dealer on hillside first and they promised me a car 2019 for 15,500 it was perfect. I put down 3k and came the next day to fill out paper work my apr was 8.5 (where i had to pay 380 a month) which they then dropped down to 7.6(where i had to pay 373 a month) and they assured i couldnt get any lower. Also i noticed the no where on the paper it said the car was 15,500 instead it said 18,500 and the 3k deposit didnt bring the price down in the end they almost had me pay 24k if i were to buy it there with all the fees and 30k if i did all the payments over 6 years for a car that was only worth 19,900 if it were brand new mind u it was a used car with 31k miles. I took my deposit and got a hold of enterprise. Enterprise was the best experience i could dream for had the same car for 16500 but there was no hidden fees and they helped get my apr for finance down to 4.8 so now my monthly payments r 238 a month and if i do the payments for 6 years ill be purchasing it for 19,300. I recommend enterprise for anyone wanting a car the car is basically new with only 22k miles. They are the nicest and most transparent company for used cars i could find and my sales consultant muhammed sufian actually reached out to me and made everything happen with the most respect and patients

I recently brought a 2016 Dodge Durango from this establish. I was a little hesitant to do so because I ah no idea that enterprise sold cars. They are more known for car rentals. To my surprise it was one of the easiest and more enjoyable purchase I have ever experience...No Hassle or haggling indeed!! Russell James was fantastic and a pleasure to do business with. He was knowledge about the Vehicles and the company. He was also focus on your needs and budget requirements unlike some dealerships who are more interested in pushing there cars out the door to make their commission. This was not the case here...I walked out of enterprise with the car the same day which I was not prepared to do because I then had to get someone to drive my old car home...But that also was no problem. I would definitely use enterprise car sales again and would recommend to friends and family members.

The car sales experience was good. But the Warranty package sucked. They convinced me to extended warranty for extra thousands of dollars and I could even get any thing take care of by the warranty. I had to jump through hoops and that still didn’t result in anything. Had to pay for my own repairs. DO NOT BUY SERVICE WARRANTY FROM THEM. Purchase a Nissan Rogue 2013 in January 2016.

Until recently I wouldnt have considered buying a used rental car, but after some research it seemed like a really good option. I looked at other rental companies, but felt significantly more comfortable with Enterprise. Website gets a B, but thats good enough. Communication with reps was OK, but I felt like the context had to be explained repeatedly. To be fair, I started shopping way before we were ready to buy, but still. Also, I wanted to buy without test driving and have the car delivered because of Covid. The whole point was to avoid exposure to others. To sign papers we sat in the car. If either one of us had it, theres a really good chance wed be transmitting it. Overall, the chances were pretty low, but we couldve just as easily done that outside the car, or send them before delivery. There was some delivery scheduling issue, and I was asked if Id come out to the location. I had to decline. I think it would be helpful, if the buyer is concerned about Covid, to make some simple assumptions. For example, I dont want to get on the subway or go to a place of business *if I dont have to*. I dont want to sit in a car with a stranger *if I dont have to*. Individuals have different levels of concern about the virus. Im a 20 year carless Manhattan resident. The fact that Im buying a used car over the internet means I am moderately worried about the virus. Your people on the ground will probably be more or less concerned about it individually, but I assume youve had an increase in business as a result of current events. Id suggest you shape policy accordingly. Overall Im quite happy, but thats the feedback. If I got sick a week after Id assume it was the car transaction, and this would be a very different story.

By far the BEST car buying experience that I have ever had! The team here at Enterprise (Astoria) really makes you feel welcomed and listens to your concerns, needs, and wants. They dont try to up-sell or persuade you into making a decision that benefits them financially. They simply present you with ALL your options and help you make an informed decision on what will work for your budget and lifestyle. On every visit I made to their office, I spent a few hours there....not very typical of this establishment, but my situation was complex and I ask A LOT of questions! :) During my time there, the staff was attentive and made sure that I had everything I needed. They even provided snackssss....who doesnt love free SNACKS! LOLI am in the process of selling my other vehicle to them and have experienced some issues along the way. The district area manager, Mike, has been very accommodating and helpful throughout. They left me feeling like they really care about their customers! The staff at this location are super helpful with the car choice, registration, insurance and so much more. Ive been to a number of places to check out vehicles to buy... one thing about all of these places is the dealer trying to make a sale so as to get a commission but here car sellers dont have to pursue. All in all, its a great place to consider when buying your next car!

2021-09-01I recently purchased a vehicle from this Enterprise . I was very wary of trading my old vehicle in order to get something new (sentimental value) but I was glad that I was convinced otherwise . Sheryl T. was patient with us ensuring that we were comfortable in finding the vehicle we wanted, the right color, 4 wheel drive for the NY winters and even the lowest transfer fee. The original car we wanted was in MD but someone just purchased that car so we searched and found another location in OH that had the car! Sheryl called but it seems as if the branch had left for the day but she ensured to call first thing Monday morning and provide us with an update on her progress. There was not a moment, when I did not feel comfortable in her ability to ensure that we would have our car ready for us by the time we returned from vacation. Sheryl even notified us about a crack in the windshield that occurred during transit and that she would ensure that it was fixed before I cam to pick it up. I appreciate her attention to detail and her dedication to ensuring that we left Enterprise Car Sales satisfied with their service. If I ever do need another vehicle I will not think twice about coming to Enterprise.

2021-07-27To give this Enterprise company a 10 would not completly do it justice. I have never been so happy and content with purchasing my vehicle, than when I purchased my 2020 Ford Ecostar. First off Mohammad is a Car God!!! He reached out to me as soon as I requested info and set up a appointment as soon as possible. When we met I totally was prepared for him to upsell me a car that I neither wanted nor needed but HE DID NOT!!! on top of that Mohammad actually listened to my concerns and worked around what I could afford. Now my credit isnt the best but the finance department worked a miracle and I am forever grateful. Take it from me, run not walk to Enterprise for your next vehicle, ask for Mohammad I promise you will not regret it.

I never felt pressured to decide, she was very mindful of my budget and assist in every way to make my purchase successful. The process was quick and easy. It took about a week.
