There was not a single thing that could be improved. The sales reps were as polite as any I ever met. They all seemed genuinely concerned about my experience and comfort. Enterprise in general is the best, but this location in particular, with Amy, Jeff, and I think Matthew (?) is the best I have experienced yet. Thanks for the great experience.
Could not have received better service. The employees at this location are extremely caring and understanding and truly know how to take care of their customers. I was recently in a car wreck and I went there the next day for a rental and explained my situation to them...Amy called today to check up and see how I was doing...I have never seen a more thoughtful and well run business. I very much appreciate the staff and their kind efforts.
I doesnt matter what enterprise I rent from in Connecticut and NY Im always treated like family. I always get a good price and if any issues arise its fixed or addressed promptly. Every time I rent it feels like more than just a transaction.
Normally I have no issues with Enterprise when I rent a vehicle. This time was not the case at all,the car was dirty when I picked it up,no gas and there were hidden surprises under the seats and glovebox that I discovered later. When the vehicle was dropped off I notified the staff about the issues and was told theres nothing I can about it. When I requested to speak to a supervisor I was told one would call me,none ever did.
Satisfied overall with my rental experience but disappointed with not being told about the following:1. Service charge added per toll usage day.2. Additional hourly charge added if car is not returned before car pickup time.3. Complimentary ride not available when dropping off the rental car after a certain time.
Returned my rental wed. The 17th its now the 20th and my contract is still not closed out. So now I have to wait even longer for my deposit to be refunded this wouldnt have happend if I went to the one in poughkeepsie on dutchess turnpike.
I rented on a car on a Friday night and it was quite a busy night. When I walked in there was only one person ( the manager) behind the counter who was quite friendly, but was extremely busy. I had to wait for quite a bit but I got the car I wanted. The rate was very reasonable. I would just clean the place up a bit, it looks a little messy.
I have had an amazing experience with my local Enterprise. All the guys were very friendly and very professional. Although I came in during a busy time, they helped me find the right car for my familys needs. Thank you again for all your help and making this experience an easy one.
Beyond excellent service from Enterprise at Brewster. Our car had broken down on the highway, and Amy at the Brewster office found us a taxi and then waited 30 mins after closing time in order to get us a rental. Thank you!
Terrible Service - I flew in from Florida and this location was terrible as for their customer service! They told me I was unable to rent a vehicle being I was an out of state driver, and needed a major credit card. I didnt receive any phone calls or voicemails. Which they said they had called me. Which I do not believe because I checked. So when I asked what I should do, they said they wouldnt be able to rent to me basically leaving me stranded, and without a car. When I asked if I could have someone rent the vehicle for me, and put me as a secondary driver, they said the person who rents the car needs to be the driver as well. Needless to say I left this location and went to AVIS in Danbury, CT, AND THEY WERE AMAZING!!! Not only did they help me and rent me a vehicle, they were very sympathetic of what I went through at Enterprise! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL! ! Terrible Customer Service and does not care about out of state customers!
If i could give a zero I would, One of the girls at this location was very rude to both me and my family. She was disrespectful to us and always gave us problem cars, For example, The first car had a expired expiration date, the second car was loaded with problems like the check engine light was on and then there was tire problems and engine problems, The last and final car I will ever get from these people was the ford f-150 we had, it was new and only had 50 miles on it and it was new and had no problems but when I went to return it, the place was a really bad experience, I will NEVER EVER return to this location EVER again.- On behalf of my family

2022-01-27Unreliable and uncaring. Left three customers waiting 50 minutes while manager ran an errand. No remorse, quite callous. Limited car selection and limited hours. Not staffed for the flexibility needed for business travelers.

2021-11-20Eugene made my day! super helpful, I get off late from work, but he made it work so that I would get a car before work or wait until I get to Brewster and a car one that would fit my kids. I was very appreciative and so happy he was able to help.

2019-11-05I have rented from a different Enterprise location for years and have always been pleased with my experience. I have now rented twice from the Brewster location, and am very satisfied with the service. Bret and Amie are efficient at processing my pick-up and return, are detail oriented and a pleasure to work with. They make themselves available during the rental period by reaching out with a phone call and email, which is a nice touch. I look forward to working with them in the future.

2019-04-01Мy son was moving to a new apartment. When we came , it was only one car waiting, but too small for our purpose. I explained the situation and Emmy and her team tried to do their best to find a bigger car for us. They did an effort to help,which was very nice and professional. I was pleased with their choice this time. As we had almost payed for the first car,she did another good gesture and adjusted the price for a new Tucsonwithout a problem. No pressure.It was very professional again. Without any doubt Ill recommend this Enterprise to anybody and use myself their service again. Thank you, Emmy. Keep it up guys.

2020-11-23One way rental rates are crazy. I can fly for less than half price.11/23/2020I didnt rent a car or want to criticizing your location or staff, but the car drop-off fees for a one way rental are more than the entire rental or a one way flight to the same location.(Not including the time and gas to get to the location via driving) This info was gathered from the Enterprise website. So if Im wrong please let me know and Ill gladly rent a car.Thank you.

2020-10-09Overall good response but Enterprise needs to educate their reps on the upgrades thing or better yet give customers a better guide on how to use. My last rental had a free upgrade and the rep said I only have a pick up what kind of answer is that? Then said well it doesnt show up on my tablet. Again what kind of answer is that? What ever happened to The customer is always right?

2020-12-08Enterprise in Brewster did a great job for me and my family .I told them I needed a vehicle to go down south to bury my daughter and Mr Reed came through for us. He got us the large SUV that we needed the last minute was kind courteous and even gave us a nice financial package I highly recommend Enterprise of Brewster

2017-05-10I needed to be picked up and they were right on time. The entire staff was very professional and courteous at all times. I was given a free upgrade and loved the vehicle. I needed it a few days longer and was able to arrange it over the phone. I will definitely use Enterprise for any car rentals in the future.
