This was my first time renting a vehicle at this location and it was by far the best customer service experience Ive ever received. The staff at this location were extremely accommodating. During my conversation with Andrew Feliciano Saturday morning I mentioned that I needed a vehicle for work. Im assuming he understood my urgency because he reached out to me periodically throughout Saturday morning to keep me updated on the status of a car. For this, I am so grateful. Upon arrival, Dania was so helpful, patient, and professional.Thank you so much Enterprise and please keep up the great work!!!

The lady that helped me was very professional with everything from explaining the guidelines about renting a car to insurances. I believe her name was Shar (I don’t recall her name). She was excellent, she treated my boyfriend and myself with respect. You can tell she loves what she does. Overall, Freeport is where I usually rent cars, everyone in there is to the point and nice to work with.

My son had a reservation and was told to be there at 4pm. He arrived 10 minutes early, checked in and was told they were waiting for his car to come in. After waiting over an hour they told him that they had no idea if they had a car for him. He told them he had a reservation, they said they didnt have it, which was a lie, because they apparently saw it when he checked in. Their service was nonexistent, they could have at the very least offered a ride to the train. I would give them negative stars if I could.

I want to take the time to acknowledge Andrew (Branch Manager) whose service is excellent and worked with me in getting a rental vehicle to suit me , his professionalism and customer service is top notch, all team members were so pleasant and really helped us out.Great staff and great location, thanks to you and your team again for making everything excellent

It is imposible to get in contact with them. My husband call to ensure he gets a copy of the receipt and they never send it . We call several times and we’re not able to talk to anyone . What kind of costumer service are you guys offering? Never coming back here ever again.

We waited patiently for our vehicle to come at a different location. No problem. I Had other plans and i understand it can get busy, but we were given a car that says No smoking and smelled like cat litter and cigarettes.We didnt take it, even after the long wait.So, we were given another car.The car that was given to us needs oil and maintenance.The woman helping us Brianna was very sweet, provided wonderful customer service , and Id recommend her to help anyone. Sorry that you have to work with intrusive employees.Thank you for your help. Hope you found a better company that treats the cars and customers good!I wouldnt use this company again personally.

They made me pay twice a car that I rented for two days on May 2021. Then call me every month because they say I haven’t pay yet. I explain every month that I did pay, with proof on hands. And now they send me to collection. They just keep wasting my time.

Reserve my vehicle at costco, when I come to pick up the vehicle they tell me that they do not have that kind of vehicle and that they will assign me another, I asked him how is it possible that if I have a reservation they do not have the vehicle, the price also changes more expensive first time this happens to me , I also leave 300 dollars and they want to charge me an amount for vehicle damages where that is optional , lousy customer service they even asked me to prove where I work , also my insurance information , the 300 dollars on hold and the extra payment for damages that is optional everywhere not mandatory, this will be the last place to recommend.
