I just bought a used car from Enterprise in Huntington. The team there was awesome. Mohamed is amazing and easy to work with. They have used cars that are not rentals since they also sell cars that were previously leased too. Vito was very friendly and the experience was so quick compared to dealerships. I was able to test drive and leave with the car in about an hour. They are highly recommended for used car purchases!

All I can say is these guys rock! They were so upfront and genuine from the beginning. They worked with my credit and got me in a lovely vehicle is less than an hour! Ann Katherine and Vito are literal saints. Everyone head down to Huntington Enterprise! You won’t be disappointed!

Car was dirty on pickup. The right rear tire was low on air. Brakes vibrate. Engine has a rough idle. And promises to call you back never happen.

I booked last minute and received VIP treatment. The staff is highly attentive and extremely professional. Admittedly, it was about the most awkward parking that Ive encountered at any car rental location that Ive ever used.Its rare for me to feel good about interacting with any business anymore, but I left there with a smile tonight. Always a pleasure to do business with Enterprise.

STAY AWAY - Dishonest customer service teamAs a loyal Emerald Executive Elite member, I am highly disappointed by the unethical business practices of this Enterprise branch. An agent facilitating the rental included optional rental charges on my contract despite being told to not include any optional charges. They do not attempt to resolve any conflicts with you and instead refer to the signed contract as some sort of gotcha game. I do not recommend obtaining a rental from this place and will attempt to get Cavalier Auto Shop to stop doing business with this branch.

Very nice courteous people and management. They work with you to get you the right deal at a fair price. I always use the one in Huntington Station near the rail road station. Was there this morning dropping off the pick up truck i rented. AAA+++

I rented here last year and had some issues, this time around as far as getting the car and dealing with the staff everything worked out great.David the manager even remembered me from last year. Only hiccup was the car was practically on empty, they offered to meet me at the gas station to fill it up hit I declined, I filed the car a bit a returned it just a little more than empty.Will rent again from this branch next time I am in Huntington, also picking me up and dropping me off was a breeze, no issues what so ever.

I have been a member of Enterprise for the past 5 years and counting and this is my first and worst experience I have ever had. I rented a car at the 220 BROADWAY, HUNTINGTON STATION location today and I felt like I was racially profiled based on the response I got from the young lady that was assisting me this morning.I normally use my international drivers license that is on my account and so this was what I did this morning. She took my license and went to the branch manager and Im not sure what he told her but she came back and her response was that she needed proof of my address which is fine, I further told her that I never had to do that before but her response was We do things different at this location and we have experienced a lot of cars being stolen, Now, if she had checked my account she would have seen that I rent cars all over this country for business trips and I have never had to show proof of anything, I have been using my international license from the first time I rented a car from your company, My recent rental prior to this rental was in Houston 2 months ago.I did some checks on this branch about stolen cars and nothing was near to the truth. So it seems that I am going to steal a car from Enterprise for one day, She insisted that I need a proof of my address. I asked her if I can use my Optimum bill and she said yes as long as it is in good payment standing for the month of July, another inappropriate response. I gave her my NY state ID and the optimum bill and she went to her Manager again, his response was he just needed to see the address. So my question is what is the standard for renting cars from you guys and what is the policy because its not looking good for the Huntington Location and one thing I know I will NEVER rent a car from 220 BROADWAY, HUNTINGTON STATION. I was so turned off by what transpired this morning I took the car back this evening although I rented it for the day to bring it back tomorrow.Very Bad Customer Service

I have rented from my local Enterprise location, in Huntington Station, NY for almost 10 years. Throughout that time, I have been more than pleases with the level of service and personal accommodation provided to me and my family. I am now renting vehicles on a more frequent basis, do to my current job situation, and the current group in this office, under the management of Jenel Colon, have provided me with top notch customer service. I cant say enough about them!
