Great service . I had an issue an everyone there was willing an able to help me in anyway they could at first I thought I wouldn’t be able to rent a car and loosing hope , but like I said everyone is so nice an will answer any question . I loved my experience will be coming back . (Ask for Janae ) she’s one of their best .
Pros: friendly sales representative, no crowds, we all wore masks. Cons: limited options in car selections because of the insurance category & cars are not that clean. The enterprise sales lady was very nice and offered this car when the only available car did not work.
The New Rochelle location has the best employees in the entire rental car industry. Amazing people. We got stuck in the Virginia snow apocalypse and their main concern was not the rental being overdue but our safety. Genuine concern for us. We have rented from them before and it is always a pleasant experience.
Kaitlin (and Karina) delivered exceptional service during the two weeks i rented a car while mine was in the shop. I drove three cars during that time: Chevy Malibu, Nissan Maxima, and finally a Dodge Challenger GT.All vehicles were in good shape and the Challenger was especially fun to drive! Bravo Kaitlin and team!
The whole transaction was quick and easy. the car had a stagnant smell but we took care of it with an airfreshner. they were nice when i wanted to extend the rental time. wish they gave better discounts but over all I was very pleased with the rental and the employees were very friendly and helpful.
You rent from these guys be aware of the prices they say one thing then it’s another price the car smelled like cigarettes my daughter had to put an air freshener in the car to cover the smell called to speak with management about the cost my daughter had to pay the manager /supervisor Jatnna wants to over talk me and be smart instead of explaining what happened she was unprofessional about the ordeal some people not cut out to be a manager or supervisor lack of people skills didn’t appreciate how she spoke to me why I was expressing my concern on why my daughter didn’t get her deposit fee back Enterprise ya have to do better with your employees especially when they are dealing with paying customers will not rent from them again
I have been a customer of New Rochelle Enterprise for years. The staff is always helpful, friendly and attentive. My pick up and return experiences are always seamless and easy. I have been to several Enterprise locations to rent a car but New Rochelle by far is the best example of quality customer service
I reserved a medium sized SUV for a family vacation. When I arrived the staff was courteous and helped right away however the vehicle was not what I ordered and was beat up with dings and scratches everywhere. I also told them I reserved a larger SUV and they said that was the one they had. I told the rep that I couldn’t take that specific vehicle and asked if the had another. They told me they would have to get it from another site. I was running late and asked if the Cadillac that was on the lot was available. It was so we decided to take that. The car was due for an oil change which was indicated by the car itself. 3 days into my family vacation I dropped my wallet in between the seats. When I went to get it I found a significant amount of loose marijuana as well. This to me is unacceptable. I had my child in the car. I didn’t make a big deal about it when I returned, but it’s still not really a good look for a company to knowingly allow this to happen. The staff was courteous but need to take better care of their vehicles…
We decided to rent a car at this place because we noticed it had great reviews, unfortunately we had a very bad experience. When we returned the car ( gray infinity 2020) within a two hour difference we noticed our items were missing , called the place immediately, they had us on hold for almost 20 minutes and told us Will look for it and call you back ( 20 days later still waiting on the call ) We left behind a perfume , two t-shirts ( sentimental t-shirts ) that were giving to us as a gift and two parking placs . The manager never gave us a call back my husband had to go in person to the place multiple times. The only person that tried to help was LUIS ! Thanks Luis you should be the manager at this place , you seemed to have better customer service at least you showed us a little respect. Is disgusting and very unprofessional to have these type of people working at this place , where is your integrity…? When my husband asked one of the guys if they seen the items they reply ( we seen the t-shirts but we threw them in the garbage) , my question is what you decided to do with our other personal belongings? Because the perfume was with the t-shirts and the parking placs were In the viser .
I needed to rent a vehicle because of two deaths in my family and as the saying goes when it rains it pours my vehicle broke down. After I made my initial reservation I was unable to pick up the vehicle on the specified day and time. I called the office and spoke to Bret and I am forever grateful for his professionalism, and most importantly his understanding. He assisted me with my reservation changes and when I finally arrived at the location, Bret and the staff greeted me as I walked in the door. It may not seem worth mentioning but in the world we live in today kindness should be celebrated. The longest part of my wait was actually me finding my drivers license and credit card. My vehicle was clean, ready, and inspected with no hassle or hesitation. Thank you Bret and the staff for making my experience pleasant, you have a new customer for my rental car needs.
Was renting here often, but they continue to provide bad customer service. Last rental experience was terrible, they called at least 4-5 time during the week to confirm renting, and that I need to bring my work ID, credit card or debit etc, at no point did they tell me they didn’t have a vehicle available for me. After going back and forth, they got a vehicle from another location, only to have engine issues. I showed them the error message, they said ignore it because they just completed an oil change. I left, didn’t use it until the evening. Once I got in I kept getting an alert that engine will shut off, so I got to my destination, and when I parked it shut off. I spent almost 30 minutes trying to figure it out. I took it back the next day because I was driving to P.A, and have a child, and was still getting the same error message. Took it back, they exchanged it. But that’s a day wasted, and it could’ve been avoided. Took it back, and the representative asked to swipe my card a SECOND time, with a different price, I’ve been renting for the last two years, I always drop it off and go. It was a mess, this location has poor customer service, and lacks professionalism. They offered to follow up & waive a day or two, etc. They never followed up, nor did they reply to any emails.
PIcking up the car was quick. The agent was patient and attentive to questions and concerns I had. The inside of the car could have been a little cleaner, but everything worked out well. The return was also quick and courteous. I have been renting from this particular Enterprise office for about seven years now. I keep returning because of the great service and great rates Enterprise offers.
I would give zero stars if I could. Made arrangements through insurance company, which verified the fees/cost of $50 to me... Enterprise customer service rep also verified the same amount to me of $50... When I got there however, I was charged $250 deposit even after telling the associate that I was only prepared to pay what I have been told I would need to pay. She then told me they would refund the 250 and charged me another $50 deposit.... I was never sent an email receipt nor was the original money returned to me...as it takes several days according to them which is not accurate because you can see pending transaction next day .... Additionally they charge me more money...very crooked and does not honor the agreement they make with Allstate. tries to come off like the customer service is good but its incompetent....never told me it would take days to get my money back.... And did not even clean the inside of my car only wash the outside. I had to take the car home and wipe down the interior myself. I still have no receipts for either. Poor customer service very poor. Enterprise should do a better job at training their employees.
I spent over $60 on cab fare at two locations, 10 South First Avenue in Mt. Vernon and 90 Huguenot St. In New Rochelle, only to be told they couldnt honor my confirmed reservation!! Make sure you call the locations directly because booking online and by calling their 800 number is deceiving. They override non-existent bookings for unavailable cars regularly!!
Repeated trouble picking up my car through my business reservation. Car not clean, licence plate hanging by one screw on one rental, car stalling on a different rental. Never have intermediate size vehicles. Requested for upgrade (suggested company would pay)...they opted to give me a car that was not ready, compact, and dirty. Had to have my company call them on one occasion to verify it was me to pick up my car.
Adita (I called her “Avita”)the Enterprise sales rep. was wonderful! She was sweet, funny, and accommodating. She is an asset to the company! Enterprise is lucky to have her. It was a pleasure to do business with someone like her. I will rent a car from them and ask for her personally again!
I chose this Enterprise instead of my local Enterprise because the reviews were phenomenal however, I cannot say the same for their service. I called on Friday, August 14th to notify them that I will be picking up a rental on Monday. I spoke with the front desk and they assured me that the vehicle would be ready for pick up at 8am on Monday morning. The first vehicle I was given was a grey Nissan Rouge. Upon sitting in the vehicle, I noticed on the dashboard that the low tire pressure light was on. Evita said, they had just put air in it and that is why the light was on. This clearly was a vehicle that Enterprise knew had a hole in the tire yet, were willing to hand this vehicle over to a customer. I explained my concern to Evita and she gave me a new vehicle. The new vehicle that I was given was a white Jeep Cherokee. I asked Evita for the paperwork on the Jeep and she was unable to give it to me due to system issues. I then suggested to have it faxed to me. The following day I followed up with Enterprise on the paperwork on the Jeep and I was told they were having faxing issues. I don’t understand as to why the paperwork was not ready when I had called about this vehicle on Friday. The Jeep, after the third day had low tire pressure, there was a hole in the front left tire. The following day, not only did I have to put air in the same tire again but, the car needed an oil change. I called Enterprise and explained to them the issues I was having with the car. I spoke with Dan and he said it was a sensory issue and that the vehicle is up to date on its oil changes. He also totally disregarded the fact that this was the second vehicle I had received with low tire pressure. Dan suggested I go back to Enterprise and get a new vehicle. Once I got to enterprise Evita made it very clear that Dan had explained to the team that this was going to be my third vehicle. My third vehicle was a black Mitsubishi Outlander. I had the Outlander for about an hour or so before I realized the back seat and window were filthy. It looked as if the back window was covered with glue. I could not see out of it and it looked sticky. We are in the middle of a pandemic there is no reason as to why Enterprise should be handing off vehicles to customers that are not fully cleaned and sanitized. I then brought the vehicle back to Enterprise, in which I received my fourth car which was a black Nissan Rouge. Evita stated that this vehicle was cleaned and sanitized, I saw her clean it myself. Once I sat in the vehicle Evita had the audacity to tell me that this was the last car I could swap out. Finally, after my fourth vehicle I didn’t have any issues.This is unacceptable, in a less than two week I had four different vehicles. All I wanted was a clean and dependable car, I don’t think I was asking for too much. Knowing that Enterprise is handing out vehicles with low tire pressure and not keeping up on the oil changes, whether it is the sensor or not is concerning to me. Also, based off the conditions I saw in the Outlander, I can honestly say, I don’t think they are cleaning and sanitizing their vehicles. During this time, cleaning and sanitization are a must and I do not feel this Enterprise location has its customers health and safety in mind.Moving forward I will never rent a vehicle from Enterprise, regardless if whether or not my insurance is paying for it. The inconvenience of having to drive back and forth to New Rochelle four times in less than two weeks is unacceptable and proof of poor customer service.
The car was very dirty inside and out, it seems that the car had not been rented for a long time and they decided to give it to me. The windshield wipers did not work and the front lights do NOT light well because of so much dirt they had, I asked the person who attended me when I arrived that he would change my car and he told me that if I wanted an SUV I had to pay more but my car it was more expensive than the SUV. I had never had any problems at that branch and this time my good expectations were killed. I also think that the car is obsolete and should NOT be available for rent and the rent was very high and the service very low ... Very disappointed 😕. My mom always likes to rent cars with enterprise. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from them. When I went in for my visit the guy we spoke to wasnt there but on his way. When he finally came they didnt have the car I wanted but he put me in a random car and said I could go for a test drive. We went around the block and came back. I guess he was expecting me to purchase the vehicle because he wanted me to but thats not how it works. When he realized I wasnt comfortable with the purchase he told me to have fun at major world. He was a terrible salesman and hopefully no-one goes through the same thing. I dont remember his name but he was an African American man.We went to rent a car instead.
Staff is friendly but vehicles could be cleaner and with full tank (get full return full). With last rental I was not able to lock the van (side door would stay unlocked), on return I just got: Oh thats bad.UPDATE: New rental with this location and new issue. I showed up this morning and they dont have my car, despite my confirmation week ago over the phone. Luckily I had to make one local stop before hitting the road. Lets see if that will give them enough time to find the car Ive booked (long time ago).UPDATE1: Again, my car is not available... its me this time, they will never learn. They dont deserve a singe star.UPDATE2: Recently theyve improved service level, lets see if they keep improving (and earning stars).
Very easy week-plus rental for our summer vacation trip. Our vehicle (Infiniti QX50) was an upgrade from a standard mid-size SUV. Although the transmission was a little fussy at first, we appreciated the cars technology features. Some prior cosmetic damage to the body of the car was clearly noted in advance of our rental. Pickup was straight forward and drop off was even easier.
After my second rent in this location- this place can be a school how not to treat a Customer. I’m renting from Enterprise for years and I have Enterprise plus for many years - highly recommended not to rent from this location. Bad service! From delay getting the car and got one with must oil change to not wearing a masks inside the branch When I picked up My last rental I told the manager this is the last time I’m taking a car from here and is answer was I don’t care.
Ive been renting with Enterprise for a few years now and so far have had the better of car renting experiences with them. They are on the pricier side, with little to no promotional prices to attract potential renters as well as the loyal customer. The reward system for renting with them is kind of hard to acquire unless you are an avid renter like myself who rents for months at a time due to work.
Our sales rep George Colabatistto was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. From the beginning he was extremely attentive to our needs and really listened to what we were looking for, and not pushy like some reps can be. It was our first experience purchasing a car through enterprise and it was surely a favorable experience that we will for sure go back again.
Mr. George Colabatistto was beyond excellent!! If you don’t want to deal with greasy car sales companies, come here. No hidden fees, what you see online is what you get! Friendly, professional, listened to our needs and delivered. I wanted to drive out in a specific car, same day. I met with George, he helped me find the perfect match!! He and the beautiful financial service associate Ms. Alicia stayed *2 hrs extra* past closing to allow me to come in and drive off!! This experience was well worth the time and I will be referring my friends to this branch!! Thank you for your great service! I’ve been with Enterprise for a while and they haven’t failed me yet.
Made a reservation for a full size SUV with All wheel drive to take the family from Westchester to Vermont. The main reason I reserve the car was because I knew it was going to be snowing on the road.1.5 hours into the 5 hour drive started drizzling and when I switched to 4 wheel drive it was broken and an alert said that it needed service.Long story short the 5 hours drive took me 7 hours. Driving on thin ice with 2 little kids in the car. One is a baby.When I returned the car I complained about it and showed them that the AWD wasn’t working all they said was “We are sorry that your drive took a couple hours longer”.
5 stars are not a high enough rating. Never had a bad Rental experience. Everyone at the New Rochelle NY location provides the highest level of service, Cars are always spotless (like a new car). My only issue with the rental is that I needed to return it (LOL). Every rental car company should take lessons from Enterprise New Rochelle on how to do business. I am a customer for life.
Brandon and Jim were so helpful to me with buying my first car. I didnt know much about the car buying process and they were very straight forward about the process. The rest of the staff was also helpful and very nice. I had a very pleasant and relaxed experience here. I will definitely be going back in the future.
Customer service was great! But driving a rental minivan with a broken windshield wiper in the rain is dangerous. Moving forward all cars/minivans/trucks should be checked for safety and not just for body damage/mileage/gas before the customer(s) drive out of the lot.
Picking up was easy and convenient. I do not like having to leave a $200 deposit plus the cost of the car, and than have to wait days for the money to be refunded. The price of the car for the weekend special has increased by $15 per day, which also is a little disappointing . Otherwise Enterprise is very good
Not impressed with this location at all. Connor is extremely rude. Just called to ask a question and he seems very unhappy with his job. Prompting me to immediately leave this review. Car wasn’t ready and I had to ask to have it cleaned on pick up. A staff member was cursing because he hit a car while I was in the office. I will not use enterprise again after this experience. Hire staff that understand the definition of customer service and aim to make the company look good. I will say the young female who assisted me was kind and helpful. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name.
Enterprise of New Rochelle always have been excellent to me - a frequent customer. The employees welcome you when you arrive. If they are busy, the Enterprise employees take care of all their customers. They accommodate you based upon your needs and available of fleet vehicles in their inventory. All the vehicles are clean and in good condition when receiving them. Enterprise of New Rochelle gives you a phone confirmation before arriving for your reservation. Also if need, New Rochelle Enterprise will drive you home (based upon your distance from the rental location). The facility is clean. Also the Enterprise sales team is always available to sell you a vehicle from their inventory. I have been to other Enterprises and other rental companies in my region but Enterprise of New Rochelle will be my trusted rental company.
I usually hate renting cars. Ok, Im lying. I absolutely hate renting cars. Until I rented at this location. Ive never been treated with so much respect by any rental car company Ive ever used. The staff was amazing, the process was the smoothest ever to pick up and drop off my car and I even got a lift to the train station after my rental was over. I commend that entire team for all being 100% professional and down right great folks. I appreciate the experience I received and will be back very soon. Thanks!
Great the salesman who are there are very polite and courtesy especially the Assistant manager DANI would recommend renting a car from thereI have been returning a car from them for over a yr now. They pick u up and when u return the car they take u back. I HAVE RENTED FROM ENTERPRISE NOW FOR AT LEAST 60 CARS. THEY ARE VERY HELPFULL. I ALWAYS RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS.
The office staff was really wonderful, however we did have issues with the rental car. The young man who showed us the car really did not do a great job. The car was dirty, the drivers seat was broken, we had a light that stated oil change due! Was not comfortable driving from New York to Carolina. The USB did not work. Which we left in the middle of the night. We made the best of it. We had less than a quarter Tank to start. I have been a loyal customer of Enterprise over the years but usually rent from the Airport! Disappointed, but we made it safe and sound there and back. I will be going again next month but not sure if I go back to rent from New Rochelle Enterprise.
Had a car accident and they were more than helpful for picking me up at the auto body shop and taking me to my car. Paperwork was ready and I was in and out in no time. Personnel was courteous and helpful. I couldnt have asked for a better rental. Thank you Enterprise.
I booked the service with Expedia but I forgot to arrange a pick up. I called Enterprise and scheduled a pickup; Giovanna was punctual to get my 2 year old daughter and I. She went over everything regarding the vehicle and the rental agreement with her portable device outside her office. The service was great and she handled everything professionally. Thank you.
Ive been dealing with this location for more than Three years and I always like to update my reviews. Enterprise replaced recently the entire crew of this location which is good, that is why I love to rent cars from Enterprise-rent-a-car: it is simply because they care about their customers. Now talking about the new crew of this branch, I would say they need to learn how to be a welcoming professional associates, except Mawiyah and TJ, they are the best as new crew in this location. I dont like to deal with Steve, Zack... and even the manager, they are so rude. Im not looking for a special treatment as a loyal customer, just show me that you are doing the best you can to make me happy when Im doing business with you, show me that you really care about my needs and the type of car Im looking for.
A few months ago I went to find out information about buying a car and spoke to Justin. He was so informative and answered all the questions I had. I wasn’t ready to get a car then but today was the day! I made sure that I met with Justin and he took such great care of my fiancé and I. He walked us through each step, stayed within our budget and helped reduce the overall stress of getting a car. We can’t thank you enough Justin for all your help!
I needed to rent a car the other night and I needed it fast! And Enterprise located at 90 Huguenot St.,New Rochelle. NY was closing in 20 minutes and I was already on my way. Unbelievable Customer Service! I was in and out in just a few minutes! They made me feel better than a VIP! What wonderful employees! All of them!! Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable! I will definitely recommend and rent from them again! Yay Enterprise!!! You guys ROCK!!
I have been renting with this Enterprise office for years. They are always great. The staff is enthusiastic and will go the extra mile to give you the best service and the best value for your dollar. The only time I havent been satisfied has been when corporate policy ruled out something I wanted to do, never because of the folks in the office. They keep me coming back.
I rented a 12 passager van for our family’s road trip to FL. (Enterprise New Rochelle)The service was EXCELLENT, very polite & knowledgeable employees.. I couldn’t ask for anything more. In the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, myself and my friend found ourselves stranded in New Rochelle, our flights were cancelled, even if we could somehow get back to Laguardia.The manager went above and beyond what is expected of a business to help us out, even waiving a portion of the fees to help us get on our way home in the tough situation we were in.The service was professional, friendly and extremely helpful in a sticky situation. Our experience was a textbook example of excellent customer service and care. 10/10, would do business with again.I should also note that I ended up paying exactly the fees that were explained to me, whereas other car rental companies can often end up charging you more than you expect with hidden fees.
Im highly impressed with the efficiency of the Enterprise system. Ive been a customer of the company for several years now, and this New Rochelle location is one of my go to places to use. Both for its access to public transit so I can train up from NYC; also the folks are quite good.
I have rented from this location 3 times so far and i havent had any problems with the cars. The employees are kool and pretty much knowledgeable about their job. Didnt give 5 stars cause the rate keeps changing from day to day and u never get the same deal for the same car each time u rent. Id rather to know, if i get the same car again, i pay the same price so id know what to budget for.
Most of the workers here are kind. Shout-out to Veronica !They have a large selection of vehicles. This Enterprise can be more expensive then the ones in places not too far ( but far enough not to get a free ride to them for Downtown New Ro Residents).PS.You will not get a free ride until they have been open 30 min OR 30 min before closing.Happy Renting.
Have utilized other Enterprise locations; wish I had used the New Rochelle location previously. Took no time to receive the rental, quality vehicle that performed excellent and was appreciative of the courtesy call I received during the rental period and the free half tank of gas on my next rental for bringing the car back with more gas than I left with. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
This was my first time renting a car and it was horrible. The car stunk of smoke, I had to put air in the tires, and I had to Clorox wipe the seats. They were always short staffed and I never got mydeposit back or an email even aftercalling 2 times. They said I had to call my bank to “release” my deposit. Very unprofessional. I will never use them again.
Ive used this Enterprise twice now, and each time Im found the staff to be really pleasant, helpful and clear in their communications. If youre traveling upstate from Manhattan and need to rent a car, I highly recommend using Metro North to get to this Enterprise and renting from here. The small cost of taking the train pays off in spades in terms of avoiding sky-rocket New York City prices and the stress of crazy city drivers.
Have to say i really enjoyed the experience of buying a car here. Not only was the staff friendly and courteous but the process was pleasant and not the dragging purgatory of other dealerships. i will recommend this place to all my friends and family. Make sure when you get there ask for Taisha Palmer.
The vehicle ran well. Pick up and drop off was quick and easy. I had to extend an extra day and pay for a full day just because the branch closes at 1pm. However I was finished with the vehicle by 3pm. I would prefer a system where you could use a drop box for keys and return without a live person or to another location to avoid paying for an extra day.
Horrible Experience. Phil is horrible with customer service and he is a racist. He treated me as though I was beneath him, picking up multiple calls, talking with other customers (who another representative was assisting) and making me wait 35 minutes for him to complete my reservation. He also asked me questions as though I was a criminal going in to steal a car. I will never rent a car from this location ever again. Horrible customer service. He needs to be retrained or Fired.
Disappointed that the reality between what I was told by the national toll free numberrepresentatives, and driving the car was exaggerated. I was informed that Enterprisehad a working relationship with the EZ passorganization. The local office looked at me like I was driving on Mars. Just pay CASH..okay, except some toll places had cameras only. Rumor has it I might be tapped for the $14 non hardware fee...I will dispute that.I will only rent from Enterprise, despite thewords above us...this issue is a three star;ALL ELSE IS A 5!!
I was blown away by the staff... First theres Danielle, the Queen of the sale. Thanks Danielle personally for putting me in the car that I wanted! and not the car that was offered. Anthony, the man with the plan, goes above and beyond to make your experience a great one. Mike, last but not least - very attentive and helpful even when your not his customer. Customer service is a lost art, but not by Mike!
Had no issues with the customer service at this location.I did have a issue, with the process of verifying my out of state drivers license.That process took entirely too long, and unnecessary, since I am a frequent Enterprise customer.That kept me from giving them 5 stars

She worked with me and made sure my family and I was comfortable in a vehicle we were going to have for a week driving from Ny to Atlanta! Wouldnt go anywhere else for a NYC rental!!!!
Not even one star the costumer service is so poor... and we make the reservation for about $980.00 because the guy who help us was rushing us... they was about to close... we call back to do few changes in our reservation...and guess what !!! the reservation wasnt in files... it didnt exist at all... we then check AVIS as soon as we walked through the door very polite and helpful highly recommend AVIS I saved $500
I have always had a great experience with Enterprise New Rochelle. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is only because they charge such a large deposit amount. I very frequently use Avis in WP because they do not charge a deposit fee at all. I dont know if this is because I pay with a debit card vs a credit card but would use a credit card since I only rent for one maybe two days at a time if there were no deposit fee. Otherwise I have enjoyed my rentals & the service I received in renting. The other thing I would suggest is that Enterprise should take on the EZ Pass tags service. That is the other reason that I rent from Avis all their cars come with EZ Pass.
Its been a while since I rented a car. The 2 young men where so polite and helpful to me. I got my time of pick up mixed up with drop off. Smile young man was so respectful n i needed that death n family my mind was all over.Bad with names as I cross over 2 the elegant switch n my life.Picked up on the 20th after 5pm.. Returned that mon.. Thank u 2 men 4 keeping elegance at a very hurtful time n my life.
Normally you would receive 5 stars as this is normally customary for Enterprise. However, the car was not cleaned and the gas was at less than 1/2 tank which is understandable. Howerver, what was most disturbing, renting in New York City in December, you would expect a snow brush of some sort. When the snow hit, I called only to be told they were on order.... The snow hit again twice only to be told the same thing. Rented for 10 days... No apology or attempt to rectify. Just for the record...Dollar Tree 5 minutes away sells them...for one dollar....
I love this enterprise. I live in the Bronx about 20 minutes away and come here not only because the rates are great but the service is amazing as well. I used to go to the Entperprise on Fordham but after they charged me $100 fee for a stain that was already on the seat I will never go back there! 90 Huguenot is the best!
At Enterprise of New Rochelle expect to be faced with what seems to be young minded, people, loud, and uncaring. They even seemed to have a pizza party while customers waited with the manager John on site. I have never walked in a business where the employees dictate what they do the manager has no control. It reminded me of a teacher trying to teach a disorderly group of children. Cant wait for my vehicle to be fixed to return this car. I can guarantee they will try and swindle my deposit. I WILL NEVER REFER A PERSON OR COME BACK TO THE NEW ROCHELLE SITE.
I prefer Enterprise site because I have had other not so good situations to come up that one had me stranded and two had me confused by the disrespect of the way the staff spoke to me. They take the time to hear you try their best to give you what you want and deserve. This site is the BEST!!!

2022-04-06My salesperson was amazing definitely ask for Michael. So professional he really took his time to explain all the details about my rental. As many questions as I asked he did not get annoyed. Service with a smile. This place helped me with my rental efficiently and quickly! I didn’t have to wait long . I had the most wonderful experience I will always go to the new Rochelle location. Be sure to ask for Michael. He was incredible. The rest of the staff were super friendly and made you feel so comfortable.

2022-06-30I must call it how i see it go to this enterprise and see Joel and rent a car! He will go above and beyond to satisfy your rental aspiration. From the time i walked in a was treated and respected like a king. I returned the car and he went the additional mile to make sure i was satisfied and my daughters return experience was satisfying. Its rare to find such respectful customer service. I do recommend enterprise. Definitely recommend Joel and the new Rochelle location

2022-03-25The office is Small in size and super busy but Big when it comes to customer satisfaction. I had an issue with my picking up my rental. From waiting a long time to only lager cars being available. However, the staff turned around all of the negatives and mad it a Positive experience. They did a follow up call, took care of me quickly when returning the car, made a customer satisfaction adjustment as well as a safe and comfortable ride home. 2022-06-25I use Enterprise a ton and this New Rochelle location is by far my favorite location in the NY area. Every staff member is extremely kind and professional and there are extremely minimal wait times. I dont even live in New Rochelle but I come over to this location because its so much better run than other enterprise locations that are closer to me. A big part of the ease/efficiency at this location is good management which is why I want to specifically shout out Branch Rental Manager Jatnna. Shes gone above and beyond for me as a customer on several occasions and I can tell a big part of why this location is so great is her excellent management.

2021-09-17Rented a car this week and it looks like not even a basic cleaning to the inside was done. I first found Wendy’s ketchup packets in the back seat, which I threw away. But then found more trash on the floor in the back seat. Turning over a clean car to customers should be priority especially at a time like this. They offered for me to return and have the car cleaned, but at this point I’m too turned off and just paid to have the inside cleaned at a car wash. If you’re going to rent from here, just a heads up, double check the car before driving away to ensure it’s cleaned.

2022-04-21I always rent a car at the “New Rachelle/Huguenot Street” location. Trevor was professional, courteous and quick processing my rental. There was a young lady there also, don’t remember her name she was polite and professional. Everyone that I have engaged with at this location have been a pleasure.

2022-04-25I just recently rented a vehicle at Enterprise Rent a Car located in New Rochelle, NY. I can honestly say my whole renting a car experience was far beyond what I expected. Allow me to start by saying that the customer service from Janay, Joey and Liz was excellent! I had absolutely no issues with picking up my rental car and I had absolutely NO issues returning my rental car. Between the 3 of them they were quick fast and efficient. I also wound like to point off the fact that I accidentally left my bag in the rental car with personal item and very important paperwork that I needed. Car Rental agent Liz personally contacted me directly afterwards and secured my belongings in a safe secured area until I was able to pick it up. 2021-04-10I needed a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired and my insurance carrier is partnered with Enterprise. The whole process was smooth and painless. I was in and out with a low mileage Nissan Sentra in 15 minutes. I highly recommend them.
