Enterprise Rent-A-Car in other cities:
I rented what was supposed to be a full size car and was given a Mazda 3 on mazda.com it clearly states this is a compact and enterprise is scamming saying its a full size car. Customers service refuse to help saying I have talk to the branch and no one answers the phone there. Never and I mean never use enterprise
The general 800-number was very helpful in modifying my reservation due to a delay in my flight. car was available even though we arrive late- thankfully there was still someone at the counter to give us the keys!I would have given 5 stars if I could have reached a live person at the “local“ desk to let them know my flight was delayed. Unfortunately, I was not able to reach anyone live even though I called several times. I was able to leave a voicemail but I’m not sure ( given staff shortage) they were able to hear it.The desk person was very friendly upon our arrival and helpful. :) I hope they are able to hire more staff to help her out.
Nice selection of vehicles and relatively close to home. Only issues I had: 1. The first vehicle we got had a spill of coffee or hot chocolate down the inside of the rear passenger side wall that went into the carpet. Came back in and they switched me over to a different color of the same vehicle. 2. In the new vehicle, when it got humid out and the AC was going, the passenger side of the windshield was literally opaque - you couldnt see out of it at all, which made driving dangerous. You could clearly see the line straight down the middle of the windshield where the surface treatment was done to just one half of the vehicle. Driver side remained clear but not the passenger side.
The Dodge Caravan I rented was clean, as advertised. The agent offered to put down the seats for me, which was very much appreciated because it saved time later once I was loading the cargo. However, the agent at the start-off location forgot to do an inspection with me, which became an issue at the drop off location, as there was damage that had been done by a previous renter. Dont forget to do those pre-rental inspections, folks! Other than that, the experience I had was first rate, including the on-line booking and check-in.
I only have good experiences at the long Island airport car rental service. my previous review was directed toward the Shirley enterprise location. As part of the mishap, I was allowed to drop my Shirley rental car at this location because of the no late drop option at that location. I then had to call a taxi to take me home. The drop off was really the part that was the inconvenience, otherwise the customer service was good. I was sent a survey from enterprise via email and I believe I included in detail the reservation/experience and I was given a waiver for the changeof location drop off fee. I would like if possible they can explore the option of a late drop off box at Shirley or no fee change location drop off, given individual circumstances or do not allow reservations that go past closing times.
I give this rental location 5 stars, but would give it 10 if that was a choice, based on the following:Our trip from New Orleans to Islip on Monday, June 21, was interesting to say the least. We were supposed to arrive around 4 pm, but because our southwest flight was cancelled, we were lucky to get on a later flight that same day. As we are staying about an hour east of the airport, I was very worried that we would not be able to get our rental car when we landed. The issue then would be how we would get to our rental location sometime after midnight. Thankfully as we got to the baggage claim area, I could see the Enterprise counter and it was open. We were able to get our luggage, get our car, and get to our rental house after a long and frustrating day.The employees working that night were extremely helpful and efficient, making this rental one of the smoothest and easiest I have ever been a part of. BTW, the car we rented, a Nissan Sentra, is very nice and drives very well.I really appreciate Enterprise at the Islip airport being there when you were really needed. I sincerely appreciate their professionalism and availability.
Had a great experience renting from Enterprise. Place reservation on the Costco website. Local representative in Long Island Macarthur Islip airport was awesome, went very smoothly, gave me s free upgrade. Upon return same representative, very nice and polite, just gave him the keys and boom, gone. Excellent experience!
I have never experienced such TRASH customer service in my entire life. Your so-called “manager” Peter Duggan, did absolutely nothing to help us. We made a reservation days ahead of our pick-up time, and when we got there to pick up our car, he claimed to have given our reserved car away already. When we asked him what to do next, he told us he didn’t know, I felt like I was talking to a 5 year old. The only option we had was to wait until someone returned a car which was not even guaranteed until the next day. If it wasn’t for AVIS, we would have been stuck in the airport all night. Get a grip Enterprise, very disappointed.
I was disappointed last week when renting a vehicle from here. There was no selection. The employee told me they were running short on vehicles. I wanted to upgrade to a larger vehicle and they didnt even have anything else there. Kind of weird for an airport car rental center. I ended up having mechanical problems with the vehicle they designated for me while driving across the country. I ended up in a Firestone in Pennsylvania to fix the mechanical issue. This set me back almost 2 precious hours on my long trip. Enterprise is losing all of its credibility. Not good Enterprise!
Never use Enterprise! I rented a Hundai that would not start the next day. They sent someone to jump start it. I let the motor run for a hour. I turned the car off, then tried to turn it back on. I would not work. They had to tow the car away and I was forced to go back to the airport for another vehicle. Then, a month later, they sent me a $600 dollar bill for damages I never made! The WORST!
Manager e-mail to welcome me and promised he wold solve any problems i had. When I had issues with my vehicle, I emailed him and never got a reply from him; so I went to the place, am employee said he would call me back within three days, he never did. Once again, after 3 weeks, I approache the front desk and a nice and helpful lady finnally took care of me and I left with the vehicle I wanted. It took 3 weeks and a friendly lasy to get problem solved.
I picked up at the Islip airport location; however, I was dropping off at a different location. I feel due to this, they gave me a problem vehicle as they stated they needed to take it in to the dealership for the tire sensor as the tires are full but that it shows low tire preasure. However, when i drove the vehicle is was registering the psi correctly and the tires were low and soft to the tumb press test. As i drove the car you could smell the sweet smell of oil. When i parked for the night and came out of the hotel in the morning, there was oil streaming out from under the car. Furthermore, they gave me a car with front end damage and as they didnt do a walk around with me I was unsure it was noted. The car also had writing all over the winshield and windows. Not a good experience at all, especially to be in an area I was not familair with and trvaeling with my son (whom they saw with with me). I felt that because they didnt want to take a car to the dealership, they put my son and i in danger. They also were very salesman like when down playing any issue with the car. I have been renting from enterprise for a long time and this was the only time i had a bad experience. Due to that I gave them an extra star for a 2 instead of the 1 this experience deserves. The car was so bad even my 8 year old was relieved when we turned it back in.
Rented thru Costco, usually a good experience but not this time. Car was dirty and reeked from cigarette smoke. Called customer service 5 times, never received a call back. Staff at airport could care less. Emailed customer service, no response. Told all paperwork was in car, nothing. Called several times to have rental agreement emailed, nothing. Never again!
Usually I have a good experience but this was my second time renting during covid from the airport and the car was not cleaned properly. The outside was very dirty and the inside had crumbs in the cup holders and on the seats. We took it to the car wash and cleaned the inside ourselves.
Enterprise overall is a great company, but this last experience was not so great. I booked a car from the bohiem office online which appeared to be confirmed but when I got there they advise me they didn’t have a car until 5pm when I call back the woman was very rude and hung up on me. So I decided to go to MacAuthor airport to rent a car in they told me minimum rentals are four days. I left went home in booked on line for the 3 days I needed. Went back to the airport to pickup the car that wasn’t in great shape.
I’ve often travel a lot and enterprise has been my go to rent a car. Although their prices are often beatable their customer services isn’t. It’s very easy to fly into a location go to their service desk get your stuff done and out in a timely manner. The return is pretty simple and straight forward. The even offer you shuttle to pick up or take u back after you drop off your rental. The staff goes above to ensure your well taken care of and satisfied
Friendly and helpful staff. Rented an SUV to take my daughter to college. We inquired about an upgrade to a larger Vehicle and was able to do it for the same price. This Enterprise location is quick, easy and friendly. More value for less money. They are very willing to work with a customer to meet your needs.
I needed to rent a car for 21 days and looked at all other rental sites and they were so expensive. So I looked at Enterprise. I was pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable rates. Then I saw a great promo they had called: You Click, We Pick. For $283 for the 21 days. How could I pass that up ? So, on the day of pickup (at Long Island Islip MacArthur Airport) the very nice, professional, courteous representative at the counter said, well, we have a Fiat 500 or you could have a Dodge Grand Caravan with only 4800 miles on it. How could I pass up a brand new minivan? Unlimited miles too!!The vehicle was great! Clean and immaculate. And then upon return at the end of my rental period, the Enterprise return rep was super friendly, helpful, professional and courteous.Enterprise is my new favorite car rental place. I will be recommending them to everyone and anyone who asks.
I have to start by saying I have never written a review for a car rental company. I dont know why, maybe because its just been a typical rent a car return it and done.So it started with me booking a flight on Frontier and they offered a bundle package with a car through another company and I thought it was high so I called Enterprise. The first quote came in just as much or even higher I cant recall. But I told the Enterprise lady the quote I got from Frontier and she did some keyboard clicks and said she could put me in a pick up truck for cheaper than the regular car from them or Frontier. OK perfect lets book it. I did have some concern as I drive a 2 door Jeep and that thing fits into almost any spot and not I am going to be driving something almost twice as long. Eh if its snowing or raining I will be better off.I show up to the airport and there were 2 men behind the counter. I showed them email and they asked for license and some questions and while I was talking to them I asked if they had anything else other than the pick up without it being extra money. Sometimes people drop off early etc. I dont know if it was me telling them my concern about driving something so long or they really did just have an extra regular size car but either way I got a Hyundai Elantra at no extra charge. I was at the counter in driving away in the car within 10 minutes. The day or or maybe the day after me renting the car I got an email from Enterprise checking to make sure everything was OK. I told them it was and liked that they actually followed up.Returning when they are not open is super easy just park and throw keys into a key return on their desk. I always do a walk around video before and after I drop off just in case and I left.I landed and received another email confirming they received my keys and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. I told them that the only issues I had was the back window was dirty and there was some sort of steering assist turned on which was a pain because it would actually turn the wheel slightly on turns but this was a car thing and in no way an Enterprise thing but I could not figure out how to turn it off so wanted them to know to possibly turn off for next customer.I immediately received a reply offering me $25 for the inconvenience and would let the people who clean the cars know. After this experience I will 100% rent from Enterprise again. Its usually a who is cheaper thing with car rentals but the customer service I received stood out like no other car rental company and sometimes service might be worth a few dollars more. But also I know they will work with finding you a cheaper option to fit into your budget.Thank you Enterprise!!
Customer service was excellent - friendly, and professional - & the car was clean... except the windshield. The inside was marked with smears & spray, which required an extensive cleaning at the first gas station I found. In the glare of the setting sun, I had much difficulty seeing. For what its worth, they apologized and offered an upgrade on my next rental. There was a remark about environmentally friendly cleaning supplies... which I support the use of, but for safety purposes, stick to what best cleans a windshield.
The rate was really good and the service was excellent. I had no worries at all during my month-long rent. In fact, I hit litter on the highway once (a big chunk of rubber, probably fallen from the tire of a truck) and the front bumper of the car was very damaged. Since I had the damage waiver insurance, I just went to the Enterprise dealer and they exchanged the car for me without further questions. The experience was so good that I was considering renting the car for longer, but unfortunately they do not rent on a monthly basis (at least thats what I was told). You see, my case is special because Im new to the US and have no credit history, and the credit agencies dont care about the credit future. So buying a car in my case on credit together with the mandatory insurance (foreign drivers license with no history...) would be almost the same price as renting from Enterprise (I paid 1k for 26 days on my rental)! Well, with the disadvantage that if I hit litter on the highway its my problem if I own the car. But at the end I managed to lease a car, and then it became economically better to return the rental. But its something to think about for somebody in my situation in case they start to rent on a monthly basis.
I rented 2 vehicles in a two week period. So, I met two different groups of associates. I can compare consistency... The team at Islip Airport is amazing. Every associate I encountered was professional, courteous, friendly, and attentive. Even the associate who brought the first rental to me from the lot was friendly and professional. I want to rent another car from there just to meet them again. Oh, and the cars were clean and in great condition. No complaint from me.
Great customer service. The staff is very friendly and professional. Vehicle worked great. The only thing I dislike and the the reason Im giving a four star was the extra charges to return the vehicle to a different location. I picked up the vehicle at Long Island MacArthur Airport and dropped it off at Buffalo Airport hassle free. Other then that I had a good experience in both locations.
We rented a vehicle from our local enterprise in VA. Weve rented amazing vehicles a dozen times this year but this trip was different. My husband picked up the F150 and when we left to head to NY at 4 am, I smelled an odor that made my eyes tear up. Mistakes happen, I get it. We called Enterprise as soon as they opened in VA and they let us know we could swap at any Enterprise location and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Sounds easy right? Not a chance. This location at the airport is the 2nd closest to my dads house. The location on 112 was terrible so I was hoping the airport location had much better customer svc department bc they would be a high volume location.. I explained the issue, and that we needed a truck because not only do we have 2 babies with car seats, my husband is 65 and weve been traveling all day in the cold with windows down because of the odor. By this point, we had our rep from VA on the line trying to get us some help. My husband and I arrived at my dads, unpacked all of our luggage and removed the car seats so we could get the kids situated. My dad drove my husband to the airport since my husband is not from here. My husband got to the counter and they told him that HE needs to pay to have the truck cleaned and the odor removed. WE had to pay. My rep in VA was furious that they were doing this to us. She called them and went back and forth a few times. Then to make the situation worse, one of their employees texted the lady in the office that my dad was smoking and thats why the truck smelled. My dad was outside smoking while my husband was trying to get this fixed. Are you serious Enterprise? We drive 500 miles to swap a car out with 2 babies and youre pretending to be undercover detectives trouble shooting the issue and trying hard to make up ridiculous excuses instead of just doing your job? I stayed at my dads with 2 babies who needed to run around because they were cooped up all day. Neither one of us smoke, but here you are trying your best to provide terrible customer serviceIf only you tried this hard to improve your customer svc this review would have been phenomenal. Sure, Im sure people try to scam you daily, but we book frequently ourselves as well as thousands of rentals from our corporate acct and a simple search would show you we are not your problem customers. They told us they didnt have anything available and we could drop the truck off and they could call us if they get something returned. Thats when my husband got upset. Finally, they gave us a DIRTY F150 and he just left with it. It wasnt vacuumed, wasnt wiped down, and had McDonalds trash in the back. Luckily, our VA REP heard every thing that went down since she insisted on staying on the line the entire time and I hope that tomorrow we can swap this vehicle for a clean one. Unbelievable. My husband was there over an hour trying to get this resolved after 8 hours of traveling and no one can help.If anyone at Enterprise is reading this, please call us. Reservation was under Chris Shores. I see the responses below regarding us sending an email to customer care but it would be GREAT if management at this location called us to provide the customer service and resolution to our issue that we have grown to love at our Virginia Enterprise location. I travel all over for work and have never had a negative experience until these 2 NY Enterprise locations. This has been quite the adventure dealing with amateur customer service reps compared to all the other locations we travel. It would be really great to have this resolved immediately.11.24 updateCalled Emily and asked to speak to the manager. She wouldnt let me speak to the manager. Refused to help me , was completely unproffessional, and literally told me to not call their again and hung up on me. No one from Enterprise has called me back yet, except for the canned response below. Ill bite, and email them since their representatives are rude, and are incapable of doing their job.
I arrived at Islip, NY airport after 9:30pm. The young woman there (I think her name was Philomena) was cheerful and very helpful. She made me feel welcome, and as if I were an important customer. It had been a long-travel day and her energy was infectious. She is a valuable employee of Enterprise.
Picked up my car at the islip airport. So easy and fast. They were very friendly and professional. I called to extend my rental and was again greeted with a friendly and professional person. When dropping off my rental, it was fast and easy. There was someone from enterprise in the parking lot who took the kya and printed me a receipt. Fast friendly and professional. Ill definitely use them again.
Service was fast and friendly. Got offered a small SUV (Jeep Patriot) instead of the Ford Focus, which was great for us. Also, got a $40 Enterprise gift card for $20 using Discover Cashback Bonus, making the rental a real good value. Ive always had a good experience with Enterprise and will continue to rent with them.
The pickup and return site was fine, the staff friendly, professional and attentive. However, 20 minutes into the drive a awful smell emerged. It was as if someone had a bowel and upper gastric event all at once. As we were well into the trip we had to stop and purchase stuff to bypass the odor . When we returned we informed the staff
Beware! Check your car throughly and document ALL damages before leaving this location. I rent literally all the time with all the companies, Im local and I go to this location for their vehicle selection. When I picked up an SUV last week I noticed a hairline scratch near one of the rear door handles of the SUV. It was so light I didnt believe anyone would even notice, but at the request of my friend I took a picture anyway.2 days later, and returning the car the manager sends two people out to inspect the car before returning. Something that has never been done to me in the almost a hundred times Ive rented a car in the last 5 years. Its almost as if they KNEW what they were looking for. While waiting for the news I was informed that Enterprise would be opening up a claim against my insurance for the damage on the SUV. Realizing that they would make me pay for the hairline scratch on the Mercedes. I showed them the picture and after verifying the time and location of it they dismissed it. I was utterly shocked at how this location conducts business, by trying to stick their customers with minuscule amounts of damage. I feel horrible knowing that the next renter will most likely go through the same thing, until they get their money. Absolutely shocking.
Enterprise is not only the best company to use for rental cars, but we just recently purchased our second car from them and would highly recommend them for car sales! On a recent evening flight to Long Island, our flight was delayed and we were not getting into the airport until 1:20am. I called Enterprise at the airport and was told that they would remain open until 1:30am as long as the flight was still scheduled to arrive before that. Enterprise was the ONLY car rental agency open at that time. Other passengers had to get a hotel for the night and then come back to the airport in the morning for their rental car and we had ours and were on our way by 1:30am! Way to go Enterprise!!
Awful experience. Stay away from this location I was spoken to in a very rude and unprofessional way. I waited at least 10 minutes for an employee to finish texting on their cell phone to attend to me, I think her name was Allyson. When she finally was done she greeted me with an attitude and tried to add on things to my credit card after I refused. I also requested a full size car and she tried to give me an economy for the same price Smh.I canceled my reservation and went right to the next counter and rented from Thrifty. They were so helpful and witnessed the low level of service I received at Enterprise. Thrifty even gave me a better deal. That’s the last time I deal with Enterprise!
The manager Amanda Hagen refused to rent me a car already reserved online because the address on my drivers license didnt match the address on my credit card. Rentals Terms and Conditions didnt say anything about this. It says that name must be the same on credit card and drivers license, thats all. I called to customer service on the number which this manager provide me and they said that she should rent me that car but despite that manager still refused to do that and she rejected to talk with that customer service because she said that she knows better than they are. The manager was very rude and unpleasant. She destroyed my day because of that and when I asked her how can I back home she said that she doesnt care, maybe I could call for uber or taxi. Finally, I went to Enterprise to a different location and they rented me the car without any problems and when I returned the car, they asked me that I need the ride back to my house.Summarizing .Beware of this place. They can ruin all your plans. Zero stars for this place.
It is super easy renting a car at Islips MacArthur Airport. The agents were friendly and the service was fast. Awesome experience. My only gripe was I hit the hazard lights by accident and called Enterprise to find out how to turn them off. No one answered. I found some one at a super market to help. Otherwise it was a great experience.
Never rent from here!!! We ordered an suv and they gave us a full size car for same price. Ruined the whole trip. The lady there Amy was being so disrespectful and wouldnt change the price for a full size car. Then they told us we can drop it off at a different location for no fee and they still charged me a fee. I don’t get how they’re all about customer service when they’re so disrespectful.
I rent from here probably 3 times a month for work totaling roughly 15-17 days each month. Michael the store manager and all of his staff are extremely accommodating and have great customer service skills. I refuse to book my rentals from any other enterprise, they have earned my business for personal and business rentals anytime I need one.
The 800 number is awful. It takes too long to get a real person on the phone. The service at the Airport is great. They have a lovely staff. I think it is a little bit more than the others but for the extra $20 it is worth it.The worst part is the taxes.. wow, coming to Suffolk? rent-a-car? you would think the County would make it cheaper for tourism.
On February I rented a suv from this location and the front desk service was great. I got a parking ticket while I was in New York for two days. I got back to Florida and without hesitation I mail out payments. Several days later with out receiving and calls or email from Enterprise, I was bill $49.00. I call up enterprise and told them I paid the ticket, they ask for proof of payments. I email customer service 4 times and today I’m finding out they didn’t do anything about the ticket, I was ask to email a copy again and now I’m told they need more proof, which I send a copy of my bank statement showing it was clear by NYCD. I spoke with the supervisor but she was also a total waste of my time. The did credit me $14 for the handing fee but not the $35 dollars. I swear to god, people are their for position but helpless when in need for their services.
My husband and I rented a van from Enterprise at Islip MacArthur Airport. It was Dec 18th. The staff at the Enterprise counter couldnt have been more helpful. They helped us with our bags and showed us the important points in the car as, signals, windshield wipes and headlight controls. It was after 7pm when we arrived at Islip and we were tired. The help we received that evening was a welcome relief for two tired travelers. The car was spotless and the young man attendant put one set of the back seats down so all our luggage could fit. The help from both men at the counter was much appreciated. Thank you Enterprise for employing such great people.Happy travelersN & J from Boynton Beach
We recently traveled to ISP and rented from Enterprise. Our needs were met with professionalism each step of the way from the rental counter to the lot attendant, our needs were taken care of. The vehicle was clean and damaged free and our whole overall experience was impeccable.
The car was nice. Front desk help Connor great.Branch mananger Not. No response to 5 emails requesting help with 422.00 dollar hold on my debit card. The hold is still in place. Returned car aug 19 no help at all. Puts me in a bad way with funds. Flew out to bury my mother and iI am in Colorado. REALLY need the hold taken off. Called and e mailed no response at all
Have rented from Enterprise all over the country and Europe. Never had a bad experience until we attempted to rent at Islip Airport. Apparently they operate under different rules than their non airport locations. They left my brother stranded on a weekend without a car and when I attempted to discuss with Amanda, the manager, she walked away. Disappointing service.
I loved the car but had a problem with the doors. I had a passenger in the back seat one nite and they couldnt get out unless I opened from outside I did comment when checking the vehicle back in they told me the child lock was on . No one instructed me on how to release that. That is a big problem when you cant be accompanied out to the lot to pick up car. More or less I consider that a safety hazard for anyone in backseat and I was never told anything about it. That is definitely a nono on Enterprises part.
Made a reservation on a Saturday for a Sunday. I was told over the phone that all I needed was a debit card proof of income and valid drivers license and the reservation was confirmed. Went in Sunday morning to be told that this location only accepts credit cards and they cant help me. Every other location win my area was closed on Sundays and now I have no way to get to my event. Extremely displeased. No help at all. Thanks enterprise.
Im an Enterprise RAC regular because their rates are competitive and the cars have been universally well maintained and clean. Our most recent experience was with the agency at the MacArthur Airport, Islip, NY. We had asked for a full size automobile but were upgraded to a Hyundai Santa Fe SUV which worked well for our purpose. Jean, the agent who took care of us, was courteous and polite and had us on our way in short order. Thanks, Enterprise!
This company pulled the old Bait and Switch - I pre paid online for a PREMIUM car, which online it said type of car would be a Chrysler 300 or better. Which is what I wanted because of the size. Im a big guy and wanted a big car. Upon check in, the agent pulled out the keys for a 2 door FIAT...are you kidding me i asked. A Fiat wouldnt fit my luggage, after explaining I paid for a PREMIUM car, he then pulled out the keys to a Ford Focus...HELLO I paid for a premium, after I continued to argue with him and asked for a refund, he then offered a Nissan Rouge (small SUV), at this point I was so irritated, I agreed to take it because it was 4 door and had more room. However, they did not offer a refund! I would not PRE PAY online with this company again, they obviously use that to their advantage and screw the customer.
Picked up car at Long Island IslipAirport. Little wait but went well. When we went to our car which was a Jetta, an enterprise employee was nearby and explained the working of the car..no problem after that and returned it to the airport on our departure date. Use enterprise every time we need to rent a car.
Tried getting through a couple of times and after going through two layers of automated phone service it stated Id be transferred, .. and both times got a message stating my couldnt be completed as dialed. Im not at all certain I want to drive their cars if their maintenance program is anything like their telephone customer service. Oh, .. and the Google search indicates that they are located north of the LIE and in fact they are located on Vets Hyw at the airport. So, they got that going for them too.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH ENTERPRISE AT ISLIP MCARTHUR AIRPORT. BEST OF ALL WERE THE LADIES BEHIND THE COUNTER WHO BROUGHT THE CAR TO ME AND WHO HELPED US WITH OUR LUGGAGE AND DROPPED US OFF AT THE COUNTER. IN BOTH CASES THEY REFUSEDTHE TIP I OFFERED TO THEM. GREAT COMPANY,

2021-10-02These are the pictures of the Mercedes rental that enterprise gave me. I took the picrures the minute I arrived at my home.Called customer service 2 times and never got a call back. Its been 3 days!! Also, had to listen to a message while I was on hold on how thoroughly they clean the cars during this pandemic. What a disgrace!!!

2022-05-24When I walked in to pick up my rental at the Long Island, MacArthur Airport location, I was warmly greeted by Katie, who was very sweet and professional. She reviewed everything I needed to know and answered any questions I had. It was a pleasure to have my reservation handled so quickly and efficiently, especially when I noticed that there was a non-moving line for another car rental company across the building. Katie made everything quick and smooth and escorted me to the door and pointed out the vehicle I had rented. The van I rented was clean inside and out and was a pleasure to drive. Upon my return I was greeted again by Katie who once again provided excellent service. She was working with a gentleman named Matt who also was very helpful making sure that my experience was top notch. This is why I use Enterprise. 5 star always. Thanks Enterprise, Katie and Matt. See you again.

2022-01-16Excellent Customer service. Our flight was canceled out of Islip twice. Our rental was extended each time with no issue. Because of a concern with a third cancellation we requested a contingency plan of a one way rental back to Florida. Matt Chapman wrote us a contingency contract just in case. Fortunately we did not need to exercise it. Matt was very accommodating with our plight which was reassuring. As a second shout out the attendant in the lot helped us unlock the steering wheel to allow the ignition key to work when picking up the car. Two pleasant experiences with customer service. BTW the Toyota Camry was very comfortable for our family of four.

2022-04-28I use to utilize one of the online travel apps to book my car rental. But I have auch great experience at Enterprise that I use them exclusively. The car that I request is always ready and clean. But more impotantlt is the people that work there are friendly and polite. Many remember me and my needs and go out of theyre way to accomodate me.

2022-06-28Misinformation provided by a blonde woman who stated there would be no price difference in extending the vehicle reservation for a week. The final bill came out higher than the original reservation.Ive used different Enterprise locations countrywide and have never had an issue until this incident.

2022-04-12Great customer service! My only complaint is that the car was dirty inside. It had spills and stains that had never been wiped. Otherwise great rental.
