They were great from the sales person to the installation. The sales person was clear and very informative. I actually went in looking for a more expensive roof type and the sales person informed me of the options. I ended up with a great roof at a great price.The installer was on time and did a great job. There was no mess left behind. I watched multiple people from the install team check the yard for nails and trash before they left.
Contacted to inquire about metal roof, but the pitch of my roof is not steep enough to install metal roof.Opted for premium architectural shingles.Crew was on time, did everything agreed to.Did excellent job cleaning up all debris, even cleaned the gutters. Used magnets to pick up all the nails from construction.Roof looks great. Erie called to follow up to make sure I was happy with work.I highly recommend Erie.
Erie Home did a competent and fast job of installing our roof. They had to remove 2 layers of roofing, patched the bad spots and roofed our house in one day. They cleaned the marks off the white siding(from the roof removal), picked up the roofing materials, nails and wooden strips and got them into the dumpster. They put on the roofing and it looks great! Thanks Erie!
First of All it is winter and temperatures are in the low teens freezing here in Buffalo, NY.. This Amazing team of 4 workers did a total tear off of my roof, replaced all bad wood and never complained about the cold. They actually worked from sun up to sun down like it was warm weather out there. I was totally amazed in there performance and how professional they was and are. They totally completed the job in 2 days time, tear off, New Beautiful installed roof and complete clean up..HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!
Sales rep was excellent! Answered all of our questions. Though this was a placement over existing shingles with Fiberglass shingles, the crew did an excellent job even with inclement weather. One day it snowed and the wind picked up pretty bad, and they had to return the next day. The next day it started out with rain and finally cleared up for them to finish. The crew cleaned up all the debris and Erie supplied the dumpster which was an excellent addition. We did finance the work and they worked to get all of the paperwork completed correctly so there were no issues.
We were in the market for a new roof and time was not on our side. We contacted Erie Metal Roofs to get a quote, and ultimately their representative, Jose, sold us on the product. Jose took the time to have a conversation with us, rather than just giving a traditional sales pitch. From start to finish this has been one of the easiest and stress free home improvement projects Ive experienced, and although costly it was well worth the investment in our home. The entire team we worked with was of the highest quality. Ken, the project manager was very responsive to our questions, and made sure everything the roofers needed was there on day one. Wills roofing team was absolutely fantastic. They worked exceptionally hard from the time they arrived around 730 a.m. until packing up in the evening. I cant say enough how hard everyone worked, the professionalism they exhibited and the focus on customer service that was present from the beginning. We would recommend Erie Metal Roofs to anyone.
Got the whole job done over three days during winter in March. I had a leak and needed it taken care of quickly. They were professional and efficient. Roof looks great. Communication was easy and consistent. Highly recommended.

Our first meeting with Dominic went very smoothly. I was confident that the results would be what we were hoping for. I was not disappointed. We were contacted when we were told to expect a call. Poor weather put a slight delay on the installation but once the weather cleared it was very quick and efficient. One day to get the entire roof finished was excellent. They cleaned everything up, including nails and old shingles. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new roof.
I felt that Erie Construction did an excellent job of installing our roof. They had a real quality product - better shingles and better liner - than what other roofers use. The installation crew worked really hard. While weather got in the way, they worked really hard to finish the job in 2 days. They did not leave until the area was cleaned up to our satisfaction. I would use them in the future if I needed any other exterior work, and do not hesitate recommending them.
What an awesome job from the beginning to the end. They even worked with me to help me find financing. It took one day to do the work. They came early in the morning and by the time I got home from work it was all done. Everything was cleaned up and the next morning the dumpster was gone. Very good workers indeed. Every person I had to communicate with were ultimate professionals. Andrew our sales rep was very thorough with the inspection of our roof and pointed out areas of concern that they would fix during the installation such as attaching the upstairs bathroom vent and venting it out to the roof as well as installing a ridge vent to allow proper airflow in the attic. The roofers were able to get my house and detached garage completed before the heavy rain storm started. The quality of the shingles are great. The roof looks beautiful!
Erie Roofing was very professional and quick. They installed my roof in the middle of March and had it done and cleaned up within 2 days. The team at Erie Roofing is easy to work with and very accommodating. I would recommend Erie Roofing to anyone.
I have posted my experience below, you be the judge if they are worth hiring.12/22/20, our new roof installation was completed, that I paid cash for.2/1921, it was discovered our roof was leaking and cause damage in multiple rooms.2/2021, Erie had someone come out and inspect the damage and confirmed all the damage was from a leak cause by the roof and assured us the interior repairs would be addressed once the roof could be repaired once the snow and ice thawed.2/28/21 we had a large piece of the roof soffit break off and open a hole in the side of the roof.3/9/21, someone finally came out I to repair the roof leaks and the large chunk that was hanging. I asked about the documentation I was promised to reassure us the interior damage would be covered, but it was forgotten. I spoke to someone I was told was the regional manager over the employees phone and he assured me everything would be taken care of and I would have it in writing by the end of the following week.3/25/21, I spoke with someone and was told me to get estimates for the repairs and then let Erie know so they could cut my contractor a cut.4/1/21, I have not received anything in writing and I am not getting any responses to my request for an email address to forward estimates to via phone, text, email, and social media. I have even tried reaching my salesperson, but he is ignoring me as well.4/5/21, I spoke with my insurance company since I am not getting any assistance from Erie any longer. They said that poor workmanship is an exclusion from home insurance, so they suggested we consider legal action.The contractors I spoke to have as told me that I need remediation done to make sure mold isnt growing and they would like to speak with someone at Erie to assured that they will be paid for the work they need to do.Also we are still finding nails from them throwing stuff to the ground from the job 4 months ago. We have had to patch our tires several times and I havent even bothered bringing that up to them yet.4/6/21Spoke with an attorney and they suggested I go through my homeowners insurance to file a claim since Erie wont follow through on their promise to take care of the interior damages. Should we be denied due to poor workmanship, we will have that documented and then we will then pursue further actions.4/7/21Lawyers said to go through homeowners insurance and let them deal with Erie. Started a claim with insurance and they requested all documentation including phone records regarding Erie.4/8/21Erie Roofing and Construction have both blocked me from their social media accounts because I was commenting on their post regarding my issues. So rather than help me and follow through on their promise, they just deleted me comments and blocked me. They never gave me the documentation they promised about covering the repairs, but I do have text messages where they admitted fault and that it would be address. Hopefully that will give my insurance companys lawyer some good ammunition.4/9/21Erie Corporate Office has reached out to me because of this review. They claim they are going to make things right. Well well see who comes through first, them or my insurance company because I already have a claim submitted. Water has been in my walls and ceiling since mid-February at this point and the weather is warming up, so now I have to worry about potential mold issues.4/12/21I spoke with a manager in the Rochester office who left me a voicemail stating they would cover the interior damages and finally sent me an amendment stating the same. Still working with them on arranging the invoicing for the contractor because they want an estimate, but with water damage that just isnt possible. I reached out to the remediation contractor my insurance works with just incase and will be forwarding the contact information for the individual at Erie to them.8/25/21UPDATE: Still fighting to get the remainder of my work finished. They stopped returning my calls & emails. They have blocked me on all social media as well.
Erie insulated our attic, we have an Erie metal roof. We are very happy with the job they did. Clean and neat. We would recommend them very professional and a great value.
Erie roofing did a great job. They were prompt about scheduling, came the next day, and finished a quality job in less than 8 hours. My roof looks great!
The crew was friendly but unprofessional. We had to point out things that were left undone by a crew member that left before the job was completed. The foreman then came and fixed them. Cleaning was ok, we are still finding nails on our lawn. Although the process was a little bumpy, we are happy with the final product.
Okey, we had a complete tear off and a metal roof installed. While installing the roof, it was common practice that several of the workers would use our back yard behind the garage to pee even though I told them there was a bathroom in the basement.During the installation they di not replaced single bit of metal flashing, so there were many places that had horrible looking seems because of the bad flashing. We had them come back eventually after several phone calls to properly install much of the edge trim which was poorly installed. They also had to come back because of a leak related to a dormer. which replace some of the flashing but did a messy repair. We recently had them come back again because the roof was leaking again in two locations where they removed a bunch of roofing added some flashing and said that was it. Even though I pointed out that there was water coming out in several places around the dormer. The installer chose to ignore it. So I will be calling you folks back in the winter to finally find where the leaks are coming from and finally fix it. At this point I would have been much better off with asphalt shingles. They have been bak here three times so far. I doubt things are fixed!
The salesmen were very informative and easy to work with, the contractor Ken was extremely accomodating and approachable, the installers were professional, easy to talk to and did great work. They cleaned up and were honest.

The subcontractors Erie used were awesome!!! Everthing was cleaned up and they had the roof done in under 7 hours. We couldnt be happier with the whole process from Mike, the salesman, the installation crew and everyone in between. We recommend Erie to everyone!!!

My wife and I had to have our roof stripped and new shingles. We chose Erie Construction to do the job. We could not be happier with the job they did. On day one they stripped the roof and we had a torrential downpour rainstorm. They did a excellent job protecting our house. We had no damage at all. They also with a outstanding job protecting our plants and the house siding. Very professional and excellent workmanship. Two days of hard work and theyll cleaned up so good that you wouldnt even know they were here. Excellent Job Guys! They deserve more than 5 stars in our book.!
Erie has a knowledgeable sales staff and an excellent work crew. They did a wonderful job with the tear-off, getting all the ice and snow off first. They did a great job with the new shingles and installing new skylights for me. Thank you for my beautiful, new roof!
Ill start from the beginning. I saw a promotion on Facebook prompting my call for a qoute. Vincent came to my home prepared to inspect and build a qoute. He brought the materials to show me the quality. They offer metal and fiberglass. We talked and he was friendly he qouted me 45000 for a metal roof that was styled as a shingle. It looked good but way to expensive. They offered a second qoute for a fiberglass roof. That was more reasonable but still expensive at 20000. At the end he told me he is a big boy and is able to accept my decision. Givin no time for additional qoutes I went forth with the fiberglass roof as everything was clearly explained. Fast forward 3 weeks I got a call by the install team ready to do the install they had an opening the following day and were ready to install.The team showed up on time. None of them spoke English no one informed me of what was happening or even greeted me. They climbed up on the roof at 730 and started ripping off the roof. They worked fast making a mess of my yard. I had questions through and was told their boss was on the way. Myron showed up who I think was the foreman awnswerd most of my questions he informed me the job will be done today. He left They took lunch. I went on the roof learning they failed to install a vent and could no longer do thats as there was no more flat roofing material to fix it. Whatever no problam. The roof went on smoothly They even worked through the rain. At the end they cleaned up my yard only missing some nails. The final paperwork was signed confirming the roof was done. They stayed picking up some little things and they left the extra material for my use or sale.Im happy the roof is done I will update if anything happens in the near futureUpdate** in February of 2022 my bay window roof began to leak due to ice daming. The roofers that installed the roof neglected to place ice and water shield on that part of the roof. I contacted the install manager and it took over 3 months to fix the leak causeing damage to the windows and the interior molding. It took another 2 months to get money to pay for repairs. Through out the ordeal I delta with ken he is great although he does not awnswer his phone as he should. Im not happy with the way they handle their mess up Im still waiting for reimbursement for labor it took me to install the new molding. I hope the company uses this review to improve services and rectify the problams they caused me.
Had a roof installed on one of the hottest days yet this year. The house is fairly large, about 2600 square feet of roof. The crew arrived around 8:30and were finished well before 4pm. Completely finished; including clean up! The crew was polite and helpful, answering any questions I had. The roof looks great. I couldnt be happier. Check this company out!
Erie Construction is the Cadillac of roofing companies, and well worth it. They did exactly what they promised - arrived on time, were neat and clean, fast and polite. My roof was complex - three layers of asphalt on top of 100-year-old cedar shakes. A large amount of debris and repair, complete re-sheathing and new roof, all completed in about ten hours! I have had no problem with debris, and my neighbors are impressed. My new roof is beautiful.

The guys did a wonderful job. We got very high winds before the installation was done and they fixed everything the wind tore up when it was stuff they didnt actually have to worry about. Very professional and cleaned up really well. Overall great service and I love my new roof!
Everything from our initial meeting with Luke to discuss Eries products and our options, right through having the roofing team come out was so easy. Luke did a fantastic job of explaining every detail and answering all of our questions. The team was respectful and efficient and were even working while it was snowing! Our entire experience was outstanding. Andrew (sales) took time to explain all of the available materials and finance options. Wayne and Greg (installers) went over every detail of the roof and ensured everything was water tight. They replaced anything needed, went over any issues found and what they did to make sure those issues wouldn’t occur again. I used Erie to repair my leaking roof. They were very professional and answered all questions I had and never tried to pressure me to get a more expensive roof than I could afford. I was very impressed with the speed in which they completed my job. Not only did they complete the roof in one day but they came out and did it within a week and a half of my original consultation. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

I went against my better judgement and signed with Erie for a complete tear off. The sales pitch needed a lot of work. They did boast their BBB rating and the one phone call solution if their was a problem. Well, there were several problems: the workers forgot to shingle a dormer and siding was damaged during the install and I was not notified. I sent pics to the salesman, Daniel Brainard, but it took me several calls to attempt to get any resolution . The sub contractor said he was never spoken to, only my texts and pics forwarded to him. I finally got ahold of Brainard and admittedly I was quite upset and said based on the damage, lack of resolution that I could never recommend Erie./ He replied words to the effect of Ok. No offer of assistance or follow up. I called Erie and was transferred to the sub-contractor who was the problem, Monroe Roofing???? I did comment of Eries FB of my unresolved issues and instead of a call I was blocked from commenting anything further. The work was finally finished and damaged sort of repaired. The Sub said he would mail me a check of $350 for the damages. Do you think I received a check yet???
Erie construction was great with the sale for their roofing products and even recommended a less expensive option considering our needs. Where we had issues with Erie Construction was during installation. We requested to have the dumpster placed on our grass, it was denied and placed in our driveway. When the dumpster was removed it damaged our driveway. Upon speaking with the foreman for the job, he took pictures of the issue and said he would handle it. Never heard back from Erie. I called about a month later, there was no record of my issue. Spoke with a manager and he said to email pictures. I emailed, no word after that. It has been over 9 months with no word on fixing my driveway. I had a sealing company come by and fix the issue for $230.00. Erie Construction could and should have followed through and now for a matter of $230.00 they will have a black name next to their company on all my social media posts. The roof turned out great, installation was handled by a crew of people where most of them did not speak English and every time I was around them and tried to speak with them, they laughed at me. The team broke a bar on my lamp post and instead of fixing it properly, they taped it together with standard shipping tape and spray painted it black. I cannot hang anything on that bar now. This company was unprofessional and unresponsive after the sale. If you decide to hire Erie Construction be aware of these items, I would hate for you to go through what we went through. Life is too short to deal with unprofessional people.
Erie Metal roofing did a fantastic job on our roof. Vinny and Jake from the sales team met with my boyfriend and I extensively, going in-depth about their company and what they stand for, showing us real examples of their products, and trying to work with us to make a deal that would fit our needs. It was clear they took real pride in their job. We weren’t in any rush, and opted to get the roof put on whenever they had time, and were pleasantly surprised to get a call a few weeks later to set up the installation date. While the weather pushed this back a few days, when it was finally time their team showed up early and knocked the entire roof out in one day- tear off and all. They were respectful and did well cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family!
We went with the architectural shingles for the quality, price and great warranty, we couldnt be happier. It is winter and frigid cold, they were done in 4 days and it looks great. It was a seamless transaction start to finish

The entire experience was top notch. Salesmen contacted me promptly, showed up on time, knew his product, and provided us with a roofing solution that we could afford. The install was done faster than promised, the crew worked very hard in high humidity and 88 degree weather, got done in one day and cleaned up almost perfectly. We love the look of the new roof and are protected for a long time.
I had to replace my roof before the next NYS winter. The last few we have had major ice build up that lifted the shingles and had a leak into the house this spring. I was very pleasantly pleased with the quality of the product and workmanship of the company. They worked diligently and had the roof on in one day, I have a smaller house. The installers were professional and the cleanup was FANTASTIC!!! With the thunderstorm we have been having this past month, I have not had any leaks. Lets bring on the winter!
So far I’m satisfied with the job. The crew was pretty efficient and cleaned up well. However, after the work was done, I noticed the screen on my kitchen window was damaged. The dumpster was placed under the kitchen window and in the process of throwing things off the roof into the dumpster, the screen was accidentally torn, a pretty big gash, about 3 inches.
The sales staff and installers were very professional and responsive to our needs. The installers arrived in a timely fashion and went to work on the roof immediately. They were diligent in their efforts and finished the installation in one days time. Great job and I would highly recommend their services.

Overall the service was great. We had an amazing sales representative named Dom who really helped us figure out what we needed and worked to get us financed at a price we could afford. We haven’t had it long but in that time we’ve had horrible thunderstorms and haven’t experienced any issue. The roof looks great and seems to be extremely well built. The only issue we had at all was when it was actually being built they blocked us in with tarps over the front stairs, left the extra materials just laying in the yard, and there is still a piece of roofing stuck in a near by tree; however, construction is messy so it doesn’t really bother us. I would highly recommend this company in the future. Compared to previous experiences with contractors and repairmen, this was literally a breeze.
We had a good experience using Erie Construction to do a complete tear off of our roof. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and we appreciated the time he took to speak with us. The crew was extremely hard working and did a great job tearing off the original cedar shake (shingles), a layer of plywood and 3 layers of shingles. Our roof also is 3 stories high and has a very steep pitch in some areas and they handled that very well. Their clean up was also very good. We would definitely reccomend the company for roofing projects.
My Erie Roof was installed a little over a week ago and I am very pleased with the results. From my first meeting for my estimate all the way through to installation everything went very smoothly. The salesman that came out for the estimate was on time, knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy. I had already done a lot of research on roofs so I had a fair idea what I was looking for. Yes the price was higher than any other estimate but the peace of mind knowing that it came with a 30 year warranty was a huge selling point. The day of the installation the crew was on time, and worked all day to finish the job. All the workers were very polite and left the work area spotless . I would definitely recommend Erie to my friends.
The team that came to work on our roof was very professional and timely. The job was done very quickly and with no bother to anyone who was home.
Extremely unprofessional company. After installing our roof they did not cut it flush to the fascia, in multiple places, leaving the tongue and groove exposed and visible from underneath. See picture (disregard the chipped paint as that was there before). It was a struggle to get them to come back and address these errors.They used our chain-link fence as a jungle gym even after repeatedly asking them not to.The crew removed and tossed glass solar panels from our second story roof into the dumpster (missing their mark) and leaving glass shards all throughout our stone driveway. To this day were still picking up pieces.They brought two of our chimneys down below the roof line, tossing the bricks down into the chimeys instead of the dumpsters .. while my husband was home. This is something that can be very clearly heard from inside the house. After asking them not to do it, one of the crew members still did it.I would not and do not recommend this company to anyone.
Erie Construction did an excellent job in every aspect or our new roof. Their representative did a great job explaining the process, showcasing the materials, and demonstrating the value of their workmanship and materials.They called us a few days in advance to let us know they would arrive at 7:30am on they day of installation. Sure enough, they arrived right on time and started work immediately. Our new roof was installed, including a new ridge vent, in a matter of less than 6 hours. They did a superb job with cleanup as well. No signs that they were ever on the property save for a brand new roof!Very pleased with our experience and feel confident that we wont need to spend another dime on our roof for decades to come.
We had 3 different quotes from other companies before we talked with the Erie representative. Not only did he drive 90 minutes to our home but he spent over 3 hours here. He went on the roof in our attic and uses a new app to measure the entire roof. He was within 2 bundles of shingles which were only in case of unforeseen issues. We were on a waiting list and still had the roof finished in 3 weeks. The crew they sent were excellent and polite. My entire family 👪 was so comfortable with them here.We were sold on the quality of the product but were even more pleased with the entire process.Thank you all at Erie for showing us true company trust quality.God Blessed us 🇺🇸

Erie Construction put on our new roof with a complete tear-off (4 layers including the original shingles) that took nearly the entire first day. The crew was professional, extremely hardworking, and clearly knew what they were doing. The financing option made it possible for us to do the roof sooner than we thought and it was quick and easy. The entire process was simple. From the first call from our salesman Jose made until the crew cleaned up after the job was complete was simple. We opted for the metal shingle roof and it’s a very high quality product with an excellent warranty. The installation crew cleaned up the property around the work area nicely after each night of the work being done for the day, our house took 2 days to complete. This was a big choice in regards to finding the proper roofing company for us. We responded to a survey on Facebook and qualified for a pilot program for our new roof. We met with a consultant, Joey, who very professional and helped us in making our decision. He was great to talk to and had answers to all of our questions. He was down to earth and we felt very comfortable meeting with him and we knew this would be a decision we would not regret. Once the date came for installation, they workers were on time and professional. They worked on very hot days at the beginning of June and completed the job in 3 days. Quinn was our representative that told my husband and I about the product and was very professional and understanding of our needs and wants. Quinn explained everything that was going to happen from start to finish once my husband and I decided on which roof we wanted. We decided to go with the fiberglass roof and was excited that we could pick out our roof color! The process to get financed was quick and had an answer in 48 hours. Once the paperwork was done Quinn was right about when it comes to ShowCase houses we would get the best team to install our roof! We had Oscar and his crew who did our roof yesterday 6/1/2020 in the SAME DAY! His crew was great! Oscar did a fantastic job from start to finish including the clean up! Erie presented a plan to replace our shingle roof with a metal roof. They did so over 3 days in March when weather permitted and left us with a completed new roof that not only protects our house but also looks wonderful! The crew cleaned up after installation as well as during the work and kept the area neat and accessible for owners movement and use at all times. They also kept us well informed of their progress due to the weather i.e. when they would be on site to work. I am quite satisfied with the job done, and with their professional manner, and would recommend Erie to others.
We had a great experience with our sales rep. If it wasnt for him, we probably would have gone elsewhere. He was very educated in the product, and didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need. From the first sales call until the roof was installed was maybe three weeks total. We signed the contract on the first day, and then waited for the call. The call came on a Tuesday and they said they would be installing on Thursday...the installation went without a hitch. The installers showed up exactly as scheduled, and there was a dumpster delivered for easy clean up. The installers completely cleaned up after the job was complete, it took a total of 10 hours. Thanks guys, you did fantastic work! The roof has kept the house much cooler this summer, and we really appreciate that! There was only one issue, we had questions during the installation, and no one has called us back. Not the salesman, or the company.
We needed a complete tear off on our house, which was built in 1908. There were only cedar slats instead of plywood on the rafters, and there were no vents. The crew had the entire mess from the teardown cleaned up the same day, and the entire project was completed in 2 days. It looks great and we are very happy with the job. Definitely would use Erie Construction again.

We had several estimates for a new roof, and all of the other estimates were actually cheaper than Erie, But No other company offered the same level of service and quality of product. The installation only took two days and the roof looks amazing. The crew was very professional. They showed up on time and made sure that I felt a part of the project. They made sure that I didnt have any questions and informed me of their actions as they worked.They cleaned up the yard as they worked and made sure that I was satisfied with everything before they finished.The company also followed up the next day and called me to make sure that the project went according to plan and to make sure that I was happy with the experience. We were very happy with the job that Erie Constructions team did to replace our roof! We got a new fiberglass roof installed, and as of the very next day, my husband and I noticed the tangible difference in the temperature inside the house: the temperature didnt rise as much in the day and stayed cool at night. This was a vast improvement, especially in this summers heat waves! All of our questions were carefully and promptly answered by the Erie team, and we would happily recommend them to friends and family!
Tony Curran at Erie Roofing could not be more professional punctual. Not only did he respond to quickly to my response and concerns but we also fixed the issues I had . He really cared about his customers and his work. I have had to deal with alot of people when it comes to owning a home, I wish everyone was like Tony .
My elderly parents had them do their roof, they cut corners, did not fix around sky light which was leaking or fix flashing which we just found out along the beam it was leaking at b4. My parents are 88 to 85 and my dad should not have to go up on the roof. That is the reason the roof was redone. It took 3 months last year to get help and twwo times to do it correctly. I AM SO UPSET, THIS WAS DEFINITELY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY! THEY TALKED THEM OUT OF HAVING A METAL ROOF. 35,000 IS TOO HIGH FOR A ANYWAY!
My husband and I knew we needed a new roof (again) we are in a very windy location and had lost several shingles in one area specifically over the last couple of wind storms. We decided to meet with the Erie Roof specialist and opted to go with the fiberglass shingles. While due to COVID-19, and the weather we had to be a bit more flexible regarding installation dates, I was very surprised when the crew came on New Years Day to complete the work. I was very happy with the crew that came, they worked quickly and were very polite.
We were very happy with Erie construction. The gentlemen who sold us our roof took time and thoroughly explained the different options of roofing and materials available to us. They were very knowledgeable.Our roof looks fantastic. The men who did the work were quick and efficient. Any issues we would have had or thought we had were quickly answered or took care of. The guys over at Erie really do a great job at selling their product - this mixed with great product and quality workers resulted in a great roof replacement. My roof was rotting in multiple spots and they noted it with their initial inspection. Seeing the old wood replaced with some fresh layers really helps to give me some peace of mind moving into this winter and years to come. You get what you pay for if you go to Erie!
I had Erie install a new roof on my house they did a fantastic job. They were very efficient only took about 3 day start to clean up. They also worked with my schedule and offered discounts. Yes there are cheaper options but remember you get what you pay for and now i have a fantastic roof that I dont need to worry about for years. The sales personnel were informative, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The installation manager was very helpful in expediting getting the roof installed (as the roof started leaking). The installation crew were very efficient as they had to work under adverse conditions, having to work in the cold and wind, also having to take off about a foot of snow off the roof before they could start. They were also very professional and courteous installing the roof. They also cleaned up after the roof was completed to the best of their ability, considering the conditions. The person in charge of the installation crew was especially sensitive to our needs and concerns during the 3 day installation.
I needed a new roof and saw lots of adds for Erie. Decided to give them a try. The price seemed high but the thought of a lifetime warranty + 15 years transferable was very tempting. Checked them out and after doing some figuring decided to go with them. Glad we did. The installers did a very nice job, were professional and did a great clean up job. The roof looks great and I fee confident that I will never have to worry about my roof again. Additionally, everyone I worked with at Erie was excellent. Always cheerful, and polite. Customer service is not found easily these days. With luck I will never have to test the warranty out. By the way, others that I have talked to verified that the quality of the shingles installed and the job done is superb. Thanks Erie.
The crew showed up on time and went right to work. They finished in about four hours and cleaned up everything. The roof looks great. Even though I think the roof was expensive, I have the confidence my warranty will be honored if ever required. The only thing that needs improvement is the crew did not speak English and we had a small communication gap when signing the final papers. I would recommend Erie Construction to my friends and family.

I had agreed to put on a new roof on our home. As I sat with the Erie Rep., Frank, I felt that he listened to our needs and responded with exactly the roofing we were looking for at the time. I next was called by the installation coordinator and a date was set without any difficulty. Finally, the installation crew arrived shortly after the materials were dropped off and went about the roof installation. Through the next 7 hours the guys worked skillfully and kept me informed of the steps they would follow to complete the job. They were impressive as there was an efficient rhythm to their progress, everyone completing their task(s) effectively. Their cleanup of the job site was excellent!Great job Erie! I would definitely call them for roofing or any other work they offer. Erie Construction offers quality materials and are competent and thorough with their product and work!

Having Erie Construction do our roof was a great experience. We found out about the company through the door to door rep who set up a free inspection. The salesman that came out for the inspection was the absolute best. He was honest with us showing us photos from the roof and even stated we could get away with waiting for a year or 2. But he also explained how that could turn to having to do a full tear off. My favorite part was seeing the demonstration with the therma-sheeting which we happily requested. They were quick, efficient and left our yard as pristine as it was when they arrived. I heavily recommend using Erie Construction for your roof

Needed re-roof as was tired of losing old shingles with the recent high winds. Looks great (fiberglass shingles), on time, quick installation (2 days), and all the shingles remain in place and no leaks. Only regret was not being home during clean-up - still finding nails.

Sales person Rich was very good. Construction crew was very pleasant and did a great job. The warranty alone makes this company worthwhile!! We won’t have to worry about a roof for 30 years plus. Price is steep for a roof but calculated for what would happen in the same time frame with other roof prices this is great for the product given! We needed a new roof for our house after 21 years. We priced several companies and they were all in the same price range. We called Erie Construction and the gentleman that arrived at our house at the appointed time was pleasant and knowledgeable. Initially, we were mentioned an interest in a metal roof. Les, the Erie rep., asked us how long we were planning on staying in our home. When we told him, he recommended a “regular” shingled roof because we are not planning on staying in our house for an additional 30 years. I was surprised to listen to a “salesperson” not recommend the product that costs the most. The quality of the shingle that he showed us far surpassed the other shingles that we had seen from other companies.When everything was set into motion, Erie construction maintained contact so that we knew what was happening and the timeline until installation. The installation team that was sent to our home was exceptional. They were efficient and incredibly polite. They also took the time to explain some things and made sure that the area of construction was cleaned after they completed installation. I would highly recommend Erie Construction to my family and friends.

Overpriced for a bad quality of workmanship. My roof was put on 5 months ago from them and ive already had shingles fly off. The crew when installing left nails everywhere and I respectfully asked them to pick them up but they waiting until night to do so leaving nails on my property and my neighbors property. The crew also threw trash and my old roof onto my neighbors yard and infuriated them by smoking IN THEIR BACKYARD. I wish I wouldve never hired them. Dont go with this company I promise you its not worth what theyre offering

The overall installation only took a few hours and they made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction before leaving the job. I would and have recommended Erie Construction for future jobs.
The whole process was good: the sales rep lived near me and was concerned about our well-being, the installer work-crew was super nice, even when they had to go back and fix an area (w/ no additional cost), and the finance team was understanding when we went with our own bank. I really appreciated the on-the-job training they were giving a person with a disability. I made sure the installer manager knew I noticed that. Kudos to them for creating a space for everyone to work. I highly recommend Erie. We look forward to working with them on other home projects.
Our roof was schedule to be done around the beginning of April. 2020 They surprised us with an earlier date of March 16, 2020. The work was done in one day. The crew spent a lot of time cleaning the yard after they were done. The roof looks great. The sales person Jose was great in explaining what had to be done and what the cost was going to be. We have a new roof installed by Erie Construction over three days. We are very happy with the look and the overall quality of the construction. They were here when they said they were coming and completed the job thoroughly cleaning up after themselves.I didnt think it was possible but it improved the look of house immensely. And being a metal roof it should last a lifetime. And it doesnt become noisy in the rain, a lot of people have been asking.

Your crew arrived on time and ready to work. the job took 2 days ( with a break on day two because of rain) . My new roof looks fantastic, and they painted and repaired my chimney to match. I now have a new roof vent as well. Everything was cleaned up before they left, and they were respectful of my flower beds. A very good job well done.

I recently had a new roof installed by Erie Construction which included a complete tear-off of the two layers of shingles which had been installed over the 40 years I have owned my house. I believe that the installation crew did a terrific job meeting all my expectations while being polite, friendly, helpful, safety and quality conscious. Cleanup each evening (the tear-off and install took 1 1/2 days) was accomplished thoroughly. Would I recommend Erie Construction to friends and family? You betcha!
Erie Construction replaced a very large bow window for us. Their customer service and response time was amazing. The window was a significant investment for our house and they built a beautiful product. They patiently worked with us while we decided what we wanted and the end result is beautiful. The installer was professional, efficient and very clean. We would do business with them again in the future.
Definitely not the cheapest, but I feel secure knowing that I have a 30-year warranty with a company that has already been around more than 30 years. I had to cut the first sales appointment short due to a competing appointment, and they sent a new guy the following week. He worked har to get the price down to a range that I thought was affordable. The new roof looks great - the installation crew did a good job and happily took care of the minor issues that I noticed at the end.
The guys from Erie Roofing did a fantastic job on my house. They did an entire tear off of my old roof, replaced 6 sheets of plywood in the area that my roof had been leaking, and installed my new metal roof. I love the fact that with the 50 year guarantee, this will be the last roof I will ever have! As you can imagine, an entire roof tear off, leaves quite a mess but these guys cleaned up so well, it looked better than before they started! I financed this roof through them and the loan does not get finalized for billing, until the job is complete and you are 100% satisfied. I put off getting a new roof for a few years and dreaded every time it rained. I am finally able to enjoy listening to the rain and know my roof is keeping my house dry. This past October 2017 Erie Construction replaced an entire roof on my home. The project was completed within 3 days. The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up at the end of each day. The following days after it rained really bad and I was very relieved the roof was done before the storm hit and I can finally relax without worrying about any leaks happening. He also assisted in organizing the financing. It was a big roof with a large crew arriving on schedule. We are more than satisfied with the products and workmanship provided by Erie Construction and their installation crew. They arrived on time and worked steadily the two and a half days they were here to complete the project. Each night the area was cleaned and secured before they left. When finished they walked us through a complete inspection of the project and made sure we were satisfied with their work. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
I saw an ad for the business on You Tube and clicked on the ad to get more information. I was contacted by the company and a salesman came out and we went over the products. Where I live the salesman had trouble downloading the information for the amount of the square footage of the roof. So I agreed with the salesman for him to come back the following Monday. The salesman never came back, I called the company and they sent out a new salesman Joey. He originally thought that this was a first-time meeting. He was very knowledgeable on the products and he took his time to explain all the roof products they have with me and my wife who not available during the first meeting. He was able to answer all of our questions.We were able to make a good decision on the style of roof we wanted. We chose the style of the roof we wanted and then scheduled a day for the roofers to come. The materials were delivered the day before the scheduled installation. The employee had unloaded the material in the area requested and placed in a neatly and orderly fashion. The day came and the roofers never came and I called to find out what happened and the installers had run behind on another job, but would be there the next day. I just wished they had called to advise me so I could have not stayed home. The installers came the next day early and started working. I met with the foreman and discussed the plan of action and any concerns I had and he was pleasant.I would have given them five stars, when the installers were done foreman gave me the paperwork and advised that they need to come back the next day to take the trash. I agreed, as the placed all the trash in a neat pile and I thought it would not hurt for one day. They never came back and I tried for a few days to contact someone to have the trash removed. Finally after four days, I was able to speak to someone and they said they would take care of it. After another day with no one picking up the trash, I sent a text to my salesman and he was able to get it done and they sent someone out the next day and took care of the trash and they made sure they picked everything up without leaving any nails or trash at all. I just wished they took it the same day or actually came back the next day.Overall, I would still recommend the company to my friends and family.
We saw an add on TV about metal roofing and called. The next thing you know we have a brand new metal roof on our house and everyone thinks its shingles. We got a perfect match to the architectural shingles we just had installed last year on out new front porch. The selling point for us was the 100 year warranty on the product they installed. The job was done quickly and in a very professional manner. We are very happy with what Erie Construction did for us.We also responded to a call from Erie construction offering discounted triple-pane vinyl windows. After reviewing their proposal, we had Erie Construction install 12 replacement windows. The process was seamless. In no time we were scheduling the installation. The crew of 2 sent to do the installation were very professional and experienced. They installed all 12 windows in one day! When we discovered a small flaw with one of the windows, they were responsive to our concerns and they replaced and reinstalled a new window in a very short period of time.We have been very happy with all our dealings with Erie Construction and would highly recommend doing business with them to anyone.

The choice was clear to us. We chose the fiberglass composite shingles. Installation took 3 days, with the first day needing to clear snow off the roof. They came when they said they would come, worked at an amazingly fast pace to get everything done and cleaned up completely at the finish. The house looks great and we have no more worries about an aging roof anymore.
The salesmen was very upfront, friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. The installation team was so fast and efficient and they made sure to clean up all the nails. I also had a piece of fascia that had blown off previously in high wind and was very bent. I watched one of the installers spend quite a few minutes banging out the dents and they put it back up for me good as new. I would definitely use this company again, although probably won’t need another roof for the next 30yrs (I’m pretty sure they offer other services as well and would look into it in the future if I need to upgrade my home). I feel like the price was definitely fair for the product and service received, however although the financing we received has three months deferred payments it actually has daily occurring interest so I’ll be refinancing with my credit union ASAP and wouldn’t use this financing again in the future.
Wonderful experience from start to finish! The representatives that came out to give us a quote were polite, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to speak with. They thoroughly inspected our roof and then went over all our options and answered all our questions patiently.Their finance department worked miracles to get us a loan with a much more reasonable payment than we were expecting too.The crew that did all the work on our roof was by far the most hardworking people I have ever seen and they were above and beyond polite and respectful. Our roof was done in less than 3 days and looks phenomenal. Clean up afterwards was spotless and our yard looks neater than it did before they tore off our old roof and replaced it. My husband and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. We will call them when it’s time to replace our windows and siding for sure!
Stay as far away as possible. The only good thing about the company is the look of the material. Not only was I lied to multiple times by the sales rep on what going to be installed, and how the financing will work. The company also wanted me to sign off on a completed project while the roof was still unfinished, and I quote from the installer Can you please sign off so we can get paid for the install and we be back to complete the few missing parts. Not worth the over blown price and aggravation.
We recently had our roof replaced by Erie Roofing. They did the job in a timely manner and the crew was very polite. I would rate their clean up at about a 4-1/2, in cleaning my gutters this past weekend i saw several nails laying on the roof.These are things that could be easily missed. First, the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the payments were a few dollars higher than expected. Cost aside, Erie Construction was definitely the right choice for my home needs.These folks are good! The sales team was making door to door stops giving information and my wife and I were in need of new windows. We had already had several quotes from other companies in the Syracuse area. Granted, Erie was not the cheapest of the quotes we received, the sales team was passionate about their product and spent much more time with my wife and I sharing information and lasting through the relentless questions proposed by myself. Frank and Dave treated us well and won our vote.The windows were custom made to our home and in about 4 weeks. At first we thought that installing 6 windows would take some time. Especially with 2 little ones running around. But the installation was fast and accurate. They were very professional, courteous, and clean, leaving no construction materials or trash when they were finished.I would recommend Erie Construction to any who are looking for professional workers and an excellent price on home renovations. I am considering Erie for other work needed in my home as well!

I needed a roof badly and was not looking forward to hiring anyone to work on my house. I am a DIY kind of a guy and was in the remodeling business for thirty years myself so it was hard for me to admit I am to old to put a roof on my house. The years of abuse on my body have taken its toll. I did not inform the sales rep that I was in the remodeling business.well some years have passed since I have installed any roofing and materials have changed. My sales rep (Frank) went into great detail about Erie Construction and the roof he was proposing to install. Threw it all I kept thinking to myself, This is a bright young man here and was impressed by his knowledge. Frank is not your average sales rep. He is a well educated young man with degrees and licenses in several fields of engineering and inspections. He told me things about my house no sales rep I ever talked to had known about.I also dont do gushing reviews over work I have done or products I purchase but I am so pleased with Erie I am making this exception. These people put an absolutely beautiful perfect roof on my house. And let me tell you, I am not easy to please. My friends and family call me Mr. perfection, among other things because I am so fussy.The crew was quiet, polite and thorough. No loud music or profanity. They cleaned up everyday before they went home. The job was done in just a couple days even though they had to deal with rain delays. It was a wet spring. The installation manager was also very knowledgeable, pleasant, and answered his phone when I called. He kept me up to date with scheduling and rain delays. I never had to wonder about anything. The office crew was kind, considerate and a pleasure to talk to.In closing I would like to say that I highly recommend Erie Construction. My experience with Erie Construction could not have been better. We needed 17 windows put in and we needed it done quickly. We were remolding our upstairs in anticipation of our 3rd child, when we realized our windows were leaking. We called the Rochester office and they came out quickly, gave us a fair quote that they stuck too, and ordered the windows asap. They came in sooner than they estimated. The sales team was wonderful, very polite, informative and punctual. The installation team was thorough and the craftsmanship was top notch! The moment the windows came in, I received a phone call and they were at my house 2 days later installing them! They were clean and accommodating. We had 17 triple pane windows installed and the product is as high end as advertised. They look beautiful and we have already noticed a difference on our thermostat! We could not be happier. We are actually getting ready to have them back to finish the rest of the house. They look that good!!! I highly recommend them!!!
The installers were quick, super friendly and professional. They did a complete tear off and replaced a few boards all in one day. Clean up was decent and they came back a few days later to cleanup what was missed. The roof looks amazing! Our roof was a showcase, but I still have yet to learn what that entails. Either way, we are pleased with the outcome.
We just had our roof installed and so far, we are very happy. Pictures wouldnt really do it justice as were just south of Buffalo and its winter. The crew was polite and professional. They often worked into the night with headlamps. After they finished we had a brief thaw, all the snow melted and we didnt find any construction debris, that was pretty awesome.My only criticism with the entire experience is the salesman told us our house was a easy 1 day job. It actually took about 6 days. That being said, Id rather have them take their time and do it right than rush to meet a deadline. I would put that fault with the salesman.Overall, we have high expectations for the roof and have no complaints with the construction crew.
My name is David Walsh and Erie did a Metal Roof on my main home and their fiberglass on my garage. I was so pleased with the experience I had my siding done as well. I thought it only fair to give credit where credit is due. After the 90 mph winds we had in March my neighbors roofs were missing tons of shingles and their siding was missing in different areas. We did not lose 1 shingle and our siding looks the same as before the storm. They do amazing work. I had estimates for cheaper products however Im so glad I paid a little more. The products held up just like they promised. If I could give 10 stars I would. From start to finish they showed up on time, worked until the job was done and clean up was perfect. I had a new fiberglass shingle, Dynasty roofing system put on my house a little over a week ago. The roof looks great!! My neighbor commented how nice it looked. The roofing crew was very polite and professional. I will eventually need the attached garage done and I will have Erie Construction do the job!
We had our new metal roof installed in mid-December. It was the the coldest week of the year. The crew did a great job in temps between 10 and 20 degrees. They did a good cleanup considering the snow on the ground. I am still picking up screws. Overall the installation went smoothly and the new roof looks great. The old roof leaked but so far so good with this one. With a 50 year warranty, this should be the last roof we will ever need. Les was a great salesman. We had a minor misunderstanding regarding financing but the company graciously made things right. Make sure you read the fine print! Check back in 25 years and Ill let you know how things are going!
First time having to buy a roof and it was a great experience. Job was completed quickly and they did a great job cleaning up after the job. They are higher price than your normal contractor but it is well worth it.

For a long time I have wanted to begin replacing all the windows in my house. My top priority was getting a window in my living room that opened to allow fresh air in. Erie Construction was marketing in the area so I decided to set up an estimate. Everyone from the marketing staff all the way through the installers were knowledgeable, respectful, and honest. I had a large picture window installed as well as 2 windows in my sons room. Erie worked was flexible even allowed my son to watch some of the work being done. I cant wait for spring and summer to arrive to take full advantage of my investment.
While their metal roofs are impressive, their extremely expensive. Erie’s salespeople are pushy, take up too much of your time, and lie to sell you their product. They quoted me $19k for a 30 year roof, just got an estimate from Oakland Construction for a 25 year warranty for $6k. Their metal roof was $32k and by the way I have a small roof too. Now I know when I see two sales people with brand new cars come to my house to give me an estimate to beware. After all they have to pay for all of that. They were at my house for 2 and a half hours. My recommendation to anyone is to just use a local company they CAN offer service almost just as good for less than a third the price.
From the start to finish Erie Construction contractors were professional, very flexible with scheduling and the work was done within one day. My new porch windows are beautiful! They also took care of a problem 6 months after installation very efficiently and quickly. The staff and contractors were easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

Erie Construction was cold-calling in my neighborhood in November 2016 and I decided to make an appointment to discuss siding. When their rep came for the appointment, he was honest enough to let me know that my siding was still in pretty good shape. However, I did want to change the look of the front of my plain house because it was all-white and a bit boring with no curb appeal. Frank showed me samples of slate siding that actually looks like real slate and a beautiful blue color for the peak of the house. They came out and did the work in December 2016 and I was absolutely pleased with the result! They put up the siding, did the window trim and the slate with the blue really pops! They started the project on time; finished in a few days and cleaned up everything as if there were never any workers there. The only problem I had was with a few brackets attaching the gutter to the new siding. They promptly came out and fixed the issue. I used them for this job because they had done roofing for me about 5 years ago and did a terrific job on that as well. I have gotten several compliments from the neighbors. They told me that my house looks fantastic! It was a pleasure working with the sales rep and the installers.

We are very impressed with both the product (metal roofing) and the crews that were sent to install. The installer preformed the entire job in 2 days; cleaned up the entire area after the install , were knowledgeable and also worked with complete SAFETY for their employees , us and our dogs in mind [which was very important to us].Our neighbors have all commented & complimented the roof and even a few roofing contractors have driven by and had very positive comments on our roof.One bonus we received but didnt expect is that this new roof has a sound deadening effect during recent thunderstorms which is great because we have one dog who is usually terrified but since the new ERIE roof the sound is more tolerable for him (Thanks !)All in all - We are very glad we chose Erie for our new metal roof and would highly recommend them to anyone .I havent had time to take a photo but will and send it asap.

The staff was also very helpful with any and all questions I had. The installers were very polite and maintained a clean work area while they were working. They also cleaned up afterwards. I am a fan of leaving a work area as clean or cleaner than when you arrived and I can say that did just that.Overall I would reccommend Erie Construction to anyone.

From the very first consult, it was a great experience! They don’t try to sell you on things you don’t need - in my case all I needed was the back half of my roof done right away (the rest can wait till later) due to ice damming damage a few years ago. Then scheduling was a breeze even with the cold weather/snow possibly causing delays.The day of installation the guys arrived by 10am and were done by 3. They were very professional and friendly, and the cleanup job was phenomenal! With 2 dogs and 2 kids it was important that there were no nails or materials left behind for them to get hurt on.Thank you for a great job!!
Our salesman was very professional. The installers were fast, friendly and neat. Every bit of mess was cleared away quickly and completely. We love the look of the shingles and look forward to the roof outlasting us. The only thing we think would be helpful is to have one installer be fluent in English.
Wonderful experience! Sales rep, Matthew, inspected our roof and showed us the product. The multi-layered under layment played a major part in our decision. The warranty and the fact that they will come and inspect the roof for years to come also were huge selling points. We went outside and compared samples next to our siding to pick the best one. We filled out paperwork and were told we’d know in a week or so if we were approved by the bank. Matthew, our rep, was back the next afternoon with our approval. Materials arrived three weeks later in a Saturday. We were asked where we would like it set. The delivery man then covered it all in plastic to protect from the weather. Monday morning we got a call to please move our cars for the dumpster. Several hours later the crew arrived in 2 pickup trucks. James, the crew leader, introduced himself and they got to work. They protected my flowers and all windows by laying plywood across them. The original plan was to strip the front and go over the old on the back, a standard roofing practice. Once they started it was decided to strip and replace all the plywood instead. Erie said they would not put their name on a job that was not done right. The crew was quiet, polite and efficient. They worked day one for about 8 hours in 90 degree plus temperatures. They came back the next morning around 10 and finished the job by 2, cleaning up and putting everything back in their original spots. The crew leader went over paperwork and left us with copies and our warranty. The next day the dumpster was picked up. The roof looks great. My husband and I are very pleased. Had a major thunderstorm two days later and not a leak anywhere. The sound was even muffled like their was more protection between the roof and the interior of the house. We would highly recommend Erie to anyone who needs a roof.

Salesman came into my house very professional and friendly. They were at my house for over 2 hours, my husband and I were given a quote of over $22,000. We told them we felt that it was extremely high and would like to shop around still. They tried demanding us to sign the contract right then and there and when we said no got very mean quick. Told us we waisted their time and they would of lost money on our job anyway. They slammed their briefcases and left quickly, making us feel uncomfortable in our own home. We just got a quote from another company for $9,000 with a 15 year warranty that never once tried to pressure us into using them. We will never be using Erie Roofing and we made sure to tell all our friends and family.
I had windows put in by Erie Construction. This was the first time I used the company and I am very glad I did. I had a great experience from the moment the gentlemen who came to the door to promote the company and set up the appointment , the presentation and explanation of window types and how they are made with Steve, who by the way was very patient and not pushy, and through out the whole process. The windows are excellent quality and function very easily. Once the job is done, they dont forget about you. They follow up to make sure that everything is done correctly and to your liking. It is refreshing to know that there is a company still out there that is family owned and produces great quality all USA made products, plus have dynamite customer service. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

They finished the roof in one and a half days. It is a very large roof. Apparently the company that picked up the dumpster dumped nails and shingles in the driveway and did not check or clean it up. The roofing crew returned and finished the clean up.
We decided to go with Erie Construction for our roof because of the warranty and the materials that they use. There were a few snags along the way with the paperwork and the salesman, but everything was fixed. Part of our roof was leaking and they came and did the roof just before we had a huge rain storm and there were no leaks from the roof where they had to fix the decking. All in all the experience was good. Yes they are expensive, but you get what you pay for, so if you go cheap then you get cheap.

The construction crew was friendly, courteous, prompt and efficient - and they worked in some nasty weather to finish on time ! They cleaned up each day, and did a more thorough clean up when the job was finished. Everyone , from the top on down frequently checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the job. The Erie Roofing Crew showed up on time each day and did a fabulous job. The crew leader Kemar communicated well with my wife and I each day about the status of the job. I appreciate that he took responsibility for breaking our front outdoor light, and a shutter fell off and marking up the siding. He and his crew replaced the broken light, fixed the shutters, and hand cleaned the marked siding. The roof looks great and the job Erie Construction did was outstanding. Two Jobs done successfully. Let me tell you about them.I had half the windows and a sliding door to the patio done in February 2017. The work was done in a very timely fashion. The work that was done included: the sliding patio door, the bathroom window (double hung with privacy glass), both windows in the first floor bedroom with sliders, and a double hung in the upstairs bedroom.It is now Fall of 2018 and my daughters loft had windows that had to be replaced before the onslaught of winter. I would have prefered to wait another 6 to 8 months before taking on another window job, but the windows in the loft really needed to be replaced now, so I called Erie Construction again.They gave me a discounted price for the second job they did for me which included the two windows in the loft, the two windows in the kitchen and the two windows in the living room. The discount was a reflection of my previous patronage and the fact that the first job was completely paid for already.The guys came out and got the whole job done in a day and I was pleased again to see that the fellows cleaned up after themselves. Now my daughter has good windows in her loft and wont freeze this winter.I still have one more big job for Erie Construction that I will gladly call on them for when this current job is paid off.Thus far I have no complaints about the work or the craftsmanship of the product. I have recommended this outfit to friends and family. The best selling point to the work of Erie Construction, at least when it comes to windows, is that not only are the windows covered by a lifetime warranty, that will transfer to whomever I sell the house to for a warranty of 15 years for the new owner.Why would I automatically call Erie Construction? Erie Construction has done solid work at a reasonable price for me twice now. That kind of quality service deserves loyalty. Customer service really is about respect. Poor customer service reflects lack of respect for the customer.I really have no problem saying a very loud Yes, you did a great job! when I get quality service. Not enough folks do that these days. The things you tend to hear are always the negative comments. Their employees arrived on time, were polite & pleasant, worked hard until evening and cleaned up continuously throughout the day. If I had a question they would answer to the best of their ability. When our older door hand broke on our back screen door during the window installation, their worker located a Lowes, bought a replacement, and installed it at no cost to us. I would recommend this company to my family and friends for their employees work ethic & politeness as well as their ability to finish in a timely manner.
Our experience with Erie Construction has been very positive! The salesmen were very thorough and explained everything we asked about. The subcontractor (Fleming Construction from Mount Morris) were very adept at doing the work, in cold and blustery weather! At this point in time we are pleased with our purchased.
The salesmen were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We had two roofs done. One metal and one shingle. The installers did a beautiful job. They were very polite and friendly. They did a great job picking up after themselves. I would highly recommend Erie Construction. We absolutely love how it looks. None of our friends believe it is metal. Thank you Erie Construction.
Excellent quality work and finished product (a metal roof). The sales and planning personnel were very helpful and not aggressive and I was very very pleased with the finished product. Installation team and its supervisors were terrific, polite, timely, and cleaned up carefully at the end of the project. The only negative was that, en route to undertaking the project, there were some coordination issues that could have been handled better, and it took awhile for final touches on the roof to be scheduled and then completed, as well as pickup of final materials left on site. Everyone dealt with was positive and eager to please, despite multiple interactions to get some small things checked off the list.Overall, highly recommended.
We used Erie Construction to install siding on our house. We were very pleased with the quality of the siding and the installation. The crew of guys were very professional and meticulous. During the final walk-around there only a few minor things that needed to be corrected and in the end we were very satisfied! Our neighbors were all asking who we had do our siding so I know we were the talk of the neighborhood! The only thing Id criticize is the cleanup, it wasnt stellar, but good. Id certainly recommends Erie Construction to my friends and family!
I am very satisfied with the roofing job. The crew was great. It was windy when they did my roof and they did a great job cleaning up, my yard and my neighbors. I would highly recommend Erie. Job well done!

2022-05-04After a few communication/scheduling issues, Erie Metal Roofing completed a tear-off and metal/fiberglass shingle roof installation on our home. The workers were professional and completed the job in the promised time table of 1 ½ days. The cleanup was great…not a nail or piece of roofing was anywhere to be found. Overall, we were satisfied with the excellent results.

2021-12-30Erie Construction had a very good team work on our steep roof. They were able to properly install ventilation to the short peak and along the eaves. They worked quickly and completed the job in less than 2 days. During the initial meeting our representative Andrew was very personable and was able to adjust his sales pitch for us (we had done our homework\/research) so we were able to finish the paperwork in record time. Scheduling was very easy, too. Would recommend them!

2022-02-15I had a great experience with Erie Construction. When Dan came to inspect the roof and to show/explain all the options he did a very thorough job. I was surprised to find out that the roof could be replaced in the winter. The crew worked very hard and completed the job in just 2 days. Given the amount of snow that was on the roof and the very cold temperatures they stayed as long as they needed to get the job done on time. The clean up was good considering the snow. Its nice to know they are going to make another trip back here (post snow) to make sure they pick up anything that may have been covered up by the snow. Ken was also a big help with answering any questions I had during the process. Im very happy with the roof, it looks great. Beginning to end great job!

2022-05-18From start to finish my experience with Erie Roof was a good one. The salesman was patient and kind. He answered my many questions and explained my options for everything to me in detail. The scheduler was professional and met my needs for time, delivery of the materials and dumpster. He kept in touch with me throughout the process. The installation was completed in one day. The workers left my property and my neighbors property clean and neat. There were a few nails in my driveway but I would call them stragglers since my property was left very clean. I have heard many stories about the mess left behind from other roofing companies. I am very happy not only with the finished product but for the experience as a whole including the value. I recommend Erie if you are in need of roof work.

2022-07-28Erie Roof did a great job of replacing our old roof. They did it in a timely fashion and the installation crew did the installation in a couple of days. The salesperson and installation manager were easy to work with and professional. The quality of the roofing materials is excellent. Clean-up was great and we are very satisfied with our new roof. The only difficulty we had was communicating with the installation crew during the project. They were hard-working, but a language difference was an issue. We were not able to get clear answers to some of our questions as the project was being done. This communication difference didnt affect the installation, but we wanted to know some specifics about the process. The site supervisor visited the site periodically and answered our questions, but the crew wasnt able to understand us. This was the only negative for the entire project. Improved communication would have made the rating a 5. If we could have, we would have made our initial rating a 4.5.

2022-02-04Our entire experience with Erie Construction was phenomenal, from the first phone call to completion! This company does a Wonderful job all the way around - every single employee was competent, friendly, professional, and effective. The sales team that came to our home for a quote blew us away with their knowledge and presentation, and the quality of the materials speaks for itself. The crew who did the roof was exceptional - in the freezing NY winter, they took extra time to point things out to us, ask for input with a couple options, and even fix a gutter that was broken from ice damage. We are beyond thankful that we found and chose Erie Construction - 5 stars all the way! We definitely highly recommend :)

2022-02-08Erie Construction was very professional in every aspect of the installation. From the informative meeting where they described their roofing processes and materials to the actual work they did, I was pleased with how they handled everything.However, I have had two leaks since their installation which doesn’t speak well for their actual quality of work. I have been in contact with the company and they have been responsive and scheduled a follow up to look over and fix any issues which is great.Overall I am appreciative of their professionalism and customer service.

2022-05-25We are extremely pleased with the roof tear-off and fiberglass shingle installation completed by Erie Construction on our ranch home. Our neighbors have given positive reviews on the outstanding color of the Atlantic Blue shingle we chose. Don was extremely knowledgeable and easily talked with our family about the different options available. The 7 workers that performed the installation were timely, professional, and even worked in the rain. We would highly recommend them!

2022-03-21Working with Michael in the beginning was great experience. He is a great at what he does. When it came time for installation, I was never given a confirmed installation date until the afternoon before. The roofing crew did a tear off and installation in one day. During the process, I had siding that was damaged or missing and a dormer missing some drip edge. Within 30 minutes of making a phone call to the roofing crew they were here to inspect and was fixed the following day. Overall, my experience with Erie Construction has been a positive one and I can say they do stand behind their product.
