Amazinggggg customer service!!! The owner, a young lady running her own business is super sweet and very intelligent. She is so friendly; while making copies for me, she was asking me about how I was doing and how my day was going thus far. Very fast and efficient service! I dont know what these negative reviews are about. Im a regular customer there, and they know me by my name and always greet me with a smile. Will always bring my business there and nowhere else!
Beware of the price gouging on document scanning. They tried charging me $1/page (to scan and email myself) for 30+ pages. Meanwhile, they charge $0.15 to physically print pages. Such a scam. After I confronted them about the insane price point, they dropped it to $0.50, which is still a racket. Watch out for this place.
Avoid this place! The staff here is dishonest and tries to rip you off at every opportunity. Everything is way overpriced. Cant even use their ups drop off box (with prepaid labeled packages) because they claim they must charge you. Customer service - 0/10. Wont be coming here again.
Very shady place--clerk attempted to absurdly overcharge me when I tried to ship a very small book to California. He asked for $25 and when I said that is way too much, he tried to negotiate with me and asked for $22. I said no way, paid for the envelope I had already used, and then took it to Fedex the next day, where I paid $13 to ship it with the same delivery date. Total scammers and dont trust them on any shipping cost.

2019-07-04Nice local shop with some souvenirs and other chachkies, but I thought the store had a pretty solid collection of art supplies, you can take a look through the photos and come to your own conclusion. It also has all the items you’d need for shipping packages, a wide variety of envelopes, etc. Has greeting cards as well. Definitely a good store to have around. Also has a notary.

2021-09-30This store is an old LES favorite! for me anyway, i love coming in to buy art supplies - office supplies, and random envelopes. so the other day i needed some file folders, and document size large envelopes...since i was near a target store i stopped in - they had NOTHING I NEEDED. so today i came into this shop and found EVERYTHING I NEEDED! random items - box cutter, x-acto blades, labels, manila envelops 2 sizes (they sell them single or by the box) i just had to buy a couple, and some file folders. im so grateful that they survived the pandemic (as so many shops closed) - but they did move - down the block - its on the same block across from key foods (near exit 9 emporium)

2020-05-20When I was little there was always a store that had everything. I’d go for a spaulding or pency pinky ball and I’d buy my mother a card and someone else a gift and pretty markers, & find some thing that I would hope to save up for or ask someone to gift me.This is that kind of store! But now I’m much more into art supplies and crafts and office stuff as (well as gifts sometimes) and things for my kid at school. Somehow they always have everything hanging somewhere! When working on projects and needing color printing in a hurry their work is professional and very reasonable. They also go the extra mile on customer service. I mean it. These are very nice people and the owner is a Sufi mystic or some thing. He wrote an amazing book about his immigration experiences and being a new American years ago, and another employee makes little free booklets about humor, love, positive thinking etc. They split their business into a print and post shop and the stationary everything shop. Now the print is back with the stationary, and the storefront that was the print place is now a real everything tchotchke suitcase to food kind of store.

2020-02-04Great stationary store, it totally represents old school New York! If you dont see what what you looking for, just ask, they more than likely have it. Great place to buy a gift for someone, as well.

2019-09-09It would be nice if I could go to the stationery store nearest work and not get consistently creeped on my the owner. Havent been in years, but today I had to--and still, weirdness. This time, dropping the change in slow motion and touching my hand as much as he possibly could. Times past, telling me hell let me pay with card because Im pretty and then just keep repeating that Im pretty.Im writing this because Im curious if any other women feel uncomfortable going in. If you do, at least you have someone else verifying it! Its a shame because they DO have good selection and as a professional artist, I have to plan ahead so I dont end up having to go there last minute. But this kind of treatment is unwanted and unwarranted!

2015-11-16This proper old-school stationery store has the best selection of Moleskine and Rhodia notebooks Ive seen in New York. They even have both sizes of the Moleskine Memo Pockets books - the notecard accordion folders that are the perfect portable holder for GTD adherents.Art supplies, portfolios, all kinds of organizational gizmos - and its run by one of the nicest shopkeepers in Manhattan.I love this place!

2019-06-16They’re a life saver. I had to print some documents ASAP and didn’t want to have to have to run elsewhere and they’re just right there. It was quick and easy print. Will definitely come back.

2018-04-04They have the worst customer service I went to print 1 ticket and it came out wrong 3 times the man did not help at all. Then I was skipped by a Caucasian lady it look almost 15 minutes to print one page and it cost me a dollar when it should’ve been 25cents
