I have been a patient at Esthethix Dental Spa since 2014. They have always been so hospitable and professional. I feel very at ease here and would recommend them to everyone.
Compared to my last dental office, the staff is great and the communication with the office is exceptional!. I travel over a hour to get here. So, that should say a lot.
Dr. D and her staff are kind, courteous, friendly, and very efficient. There is never a long wait, you will get an honest evaluation and price quote. These dentists will only do what is necessary for you to have a great smile! Im happy with the practice and my braces have been pleasant to wear.
My experience has been great with them. I called to make a consultation and they explained to me everything step by step. The day of my appointment when I arrived everyone was very welcoming. They went over the procedure, costs and future appointments. Everything was smooth and I felt comfortable here. Definitely recommend!

I usually never write a review. But the staff at this dentist office are deserving of all the Accolades to bestow upon them. They go beyond the call of duty to be friendly, patient and overly nice. Ok, I have to start this recommendation with the understanding that I have been traumatised by dentists in the past so it was with great trepidition that I approached Esthetix Dental Spa. Right from the intake I knew I was in good hands. Everyone from the intake staff to the surgeons have been nothing but warm and welcoming and I feel like I look foward to the dentist now. I am currently in the process of a several month long treatment and even though I was worried I am confident that I made the right choice going to Esthetix Dental 😁

My doctor Divya is extremely good at what she does. I recommended this place to my families and friends for future work. I will continued to attend to this place for any future procedures 😃
I went to Esthetix Dental Spa after seeing there demo on facebook for a consultation was not sure I wanted to travel all the way from Brooklyn to Washington height after having a virtual session with Dr. Philomin I decided to schedule an appointment upon my arrival the staff immediately made me feel very comfortable and less stressful felt like family since I had a bad experience when I was a kid so every time I got a ache or pain I went straight to a surgeon and said pull it. so Dr. philomin where were when I need to find a dentist want to say thank you to all the doctors and staff you all are incredible would recommend your office to anyone lookingthanks for taking such good care of me no need for me to worry now found the right office

I had a very good experience when I went into my 6 month check in/ cleaning. Maria was great and super informative as she cleaned my teeth. She also mentioned the possibility of veneers to fix my two front teeth and she was very informative along with Dr. A. Awesome job and I cant wait to fix my smile with them soon.
The staff are always helpful. Expect to be treated at the time of your appointment, instead of wasting your day unnecessarily at an office. They value your time which is highly appreciated. The Drs are knowledgeable in their area and are also friendly. Overall good experience.
I was very afraid to come and have any work done to my mouth however, the staff here made me feel relaxed and comfortable they made me feel like they knew me for many years. All the receptionist were respectful, kind, & very tentative when appointments had to be changed. As for the doctors assistant they were very professional and knew exactly what to do the cleanliness of this office is immaculate throughout each visit I had. The doctors I can’t said enough every procedure was explained thoroughly And I must say that the financial point they try very hard to work with you and within your financial means.Dr. Philomin, Elisabeth especially the secretary would go above and beyond to work with my schedule for appointments.But, I must tell you having a bone graft was the worst experience in my life I don’t think I would recommend it to anyone however Dr. Moon the surgeon was great she explained step by step as she proceeded to do the surgery.I would give this office a 100% rating.

I have always been terrified of dentist due to negative childhood experiences. From the moment I called the office, the staff was both friendly and professional. My visit with this practice was AMAZING! State of the art equipment. Clean, comfortable surrounding and Dr Arvind Philomin is the dental rock star. If he informs no pain, then no pain. I felt like I had been a patient for years. I traveled from CHELSEA Manhattan to this location and it was well worth it.

Recently visited Esthetix Dental Spa due to an urgent situation that needed to be promptly addressed. Staff and doctors at Esthetix were not only super friendly, courteous and respectful but assisted me immediately by scheduling a visit the following day! I have to start off by saying that I am deathly afraid of anything that has to do with ANY kind of dental work. The mere sound of a drill will send me running out the door. As soon as you walk in the office you are greeted by friendly and warm smiles. The office is usually playing the best of the best music so it drowns out the noise of the equipment that is being used. Prior to having my first procedure as i sat on the chair i expressed that my anxiety was through the roof. The gentleman doing the procedure was so patient and he even went as far as to give me sunglasses and add a face mask to ensure that i couldnt see anything that would future induce my anxiety.At that point I realized that I was truly in great hands. I recommend this dental office to anyone who has fear of having dental work. They are simply amazing.

The staff is amazing, informative and friendly. They will answer any of your questions and do their best to ease any worries you may have.
Going to the dentist can be a scary and unpleasant experience. But not at Esthetix Dental Spa. The doctors and staff are some of the friendliest people you will meet. They know their patients by name and put you at ease no matter the procedure you are there for. You are sent timely reminders for appointments and they work with your schedule. I have struggled for a long time to find dentists I trust and make me feel comfortable. I put off a treatment for some time simply because of that. I have found me nee dental spa and have both a cleaning and root canal with follow up appointments shortly I’m between. I feel so good about my teeth now and look forward to returning in a few months for another cleaning.

We had an amazing experience at this dental office!My daughter’s regular dentist is closed and we needed to have her seen to evaluate a situation with her loose baby teeth. We were able to get an appointment within 24 hours and the entire staff was amazing!They removed the problematic baby teeth and we are all now very happy!

I’ve been coming to Esthetix for about 3 years after a friend referred me and I love it! The front desk girls are always nice and friendly. Elizabeth is always pleasant and makes you feel like family when on the phone. I left the other dental place because they weren’t thorough and Ana the hygienist is the best. She takes her time with your teeth. I would only let her work on me. My daughter doesn’t mind coming to get her teeth cleaned because Ana is good with her. I have referred a lot of my friends and family and everyone is super happy with the place. Definitely a good place!
I had my first root canal today. Like most people, I was very nervous. It went extremely well. The Novacaine injections did not hurt at all. The operation itself was uneventful. I did feel pressure but, there was no pain. I’d recommend Esthetics dental spa to anyone.

Ok, first off I’m terrified of Dentists and decided to come to Esthetix Dental Spa because of the video I saw online and had a video consultation & was put immediately at ease. I felt comfortable & said ok book my appointment. I was in the office the next day & let me tell you they made me feel super comfortable & at ease. He has a very light touch which makes all the difference in the world. Jashley is also fantastic and his sweet staff keeps you on track the whole way.
I LOVE the service at Esthetix Dental Spa! I originally came in during the beginning of the Pandemic because I had a severe infection in my wisdom tooth. EDS took me in without insurance and provided me with the information I needed to learn more about my teeth and its relationship to our overall health.I highly recommend!!

I visited Esthetix dental after my fathers experience at this dental office. Coming here was a different experience from any of my other visit to a dental office. X-rays and pictures of my teeth were taken and soon after the doctor came in and explained the condition my teeth were in and what I can do to better them. I love the fact that the experience was more than just this what you need and should do, but why these things should be done. I appreciate the knowledge the time taken to explain the procedures that’ll be done.I went home and did more research of my own and what the doctors explained match up well with what I’ve read.Totally recommend this location.

Been coming here for two years now and I like the fact that staff genuinely care about the well being of their patients dental health. They provide you with a lot of information so you are aware of the importance of healthy teeth :) and they make sure they help you maintain it as well. Well I haven’t been here for almost 10 years, the staff new or old, they are super duper amazing with customer service as well. The doctors are very delicate with their hands. Can’t feel a thing when they sticking needles and working. Great environment, great vibes, I even fear dentists. Ive been a patient at Esthetix for about eight months, and its honestly the best. I looked around and tried different places and they were way too corporate with their approach and more moneydriven than focused on my treatment. Esthetix does whats best for you regardless of whether or not it makes them more or less money, and the doctors and staff are very organized, well mannered, and easily approachable. I definitely recommend this place over a lot of the other ones in the area. The wait is never long and the job gets done in a timely fashion.

With these days of failed insurance plans the office works with patients on giving the best service with an understanding that finances are important and payments can be arranged. Had my crowns corrected and Invisalign done through this dentist and things have been perfect. They do their best to make sure my procedures go correct as well as making sure to explain why things need to be done. Id recommend this office to anyone thats hoping to get their teeth taken care of.

I was referred by a friend and am a person with many dental and gum issues and a tremendous amount of anxiety around it. The dentists and staff were able to deal with my anxiety (which can border on craziness) in a kind and effective way. Even when telling me I needed extensive work done with out of pocket costs (no dental insurance, even “good” insurance, covers much outside of routine care) they were able to explain it to me in a way that was clear and optimistic that all would be ok and that things would get better. They were able to help me relax and even laugh at times and console me even when I got upset. All of that and even better than that, is their high quality service and professionalism from the dental staff, hygenists, and every single administrative staff. I highly recommend them—this is from a person who is afraid of dentists! It is a wonderful practice and I have stated binging my kids here too. It is a true family practice.

Dr. Divya and Dr. Philomin have taken care of me since 2015, and are always available in case if any emergencies. Ive been a patient with Esthetix for three years. My wife and daughter are also patients. Im not a fan with going to the dentist and I use to change doctors over the five years that Ive lived here. I found that Im comfortable with all the staff and doctors. The service here is kind and thats important to me. Ive had a deep cleaning procedure and it was pain-free. Im going to get braces done by Dr. Divya. I like that I get a gentle push to remind me to come back for treatment.

I’m so happy I found Esthetix Dental Spa. Dr. Divya and the rest of the staff (hi, Jeanette!) are so kind and make you feel so comfortable. I was doubtful of whether or not to do Invisalign, but after Dr. Divya explained everything very thoroughly to me, it made perfect sense to go that route and now it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made! I Started coming to this dental office only because my friend worked here, but once i started coming for my regular appointments i noticed that everyone here was so nice. The staff were great, the office always smells Nice.I have been a patient here for about two months now, and im glad to be a patient!
I visited this office when my old tooth crown suddenly fell off and I needed it to be fixed.Even though I explicitly asked multiple times whether their services are covered by my insurance, I was not given an answer. Instead of making my insurance status clear, they initiated my process with the hope that Id be lazy to go somewhere else even if they overcharge me.First, I was given a long advertisement about an additional deep cleaning technique that was not the reason of my visit. They tried to scare me about how dangerous it is if I dont go with that cleaning procedure. Then, my x-rays are taken. And then, I was given a price of several thousand dollars for a new crown and some additional operations. I told them that I will think about it and went back home.Another dentist, whose professionalism I appreciated a lot, gave me the same services about hundred dollars. Because they were in the network of my insurance. I asked Esthetix Dental Spa to email me my x-rays multiple times and they didnt do it and the other helpful dentist had to take my x-rays again in so short time. Dental Spa first said they dont check the email address they provide for contact on their website, hence they didnt see my request. Then I both emailed them and also asked them on the phone. But they ignored me both times.A month later they called me and asked me whether Ill come to their office. I reminded them that they are still not sending my x-rays that I paid for, and they obliged to provide when requested. They apologized on the phone. And did not send my x-rays again.Unfortunately, I had a negative experience hence I cannot recommend anyone this dentist. If they had told me that they are not in my insurance network in the first place, or had sent me my x-rays as required, I would have a neutral experience. They are still reminding their bad customer service to me by filling my mailbox with their spam.Addendum on owners comment:1) You used the phrase: But if this were true about you not sending my X-rays to me. It IS true. You implying that it might not be true, hence I am lying, is not the right attitude a professional should hold. You claim to take necessary steps in the future, but you still did NOT send me my X-rays. What other steps do you have in your mind?2) You say: I am not aware of this so its hard to comment on it. I just told you, hence know you are aware of the situation. You not being aware of your mistake does not mean that you cannot comment on it. Expressing your ignorance on the errors your office is comiting means you are denying your responsibilities.3) You say: I offered for you to find a dentist in your insurance book to get the root canal treated. To any person who is reading this review to judge this spa for their tooth treatment: this statement IS NOT true. I wasnt event told whether any of their services was covered by my insurance. I was given a huge quote and I just left their office to get prices from other dentists.4) You said you will call us when you will finish the root canal but we never heard back from you I never said that Ill come back to you after my root canal. (I did NOT need a root canal operation anyway) I emailed you, and called you on the phone and begged you to send me my X-rays. You are claiming that you never heard back from me, even though I contacted you multiple times!5) It is always easy to blame someone but please do understand at Esthetix, all we are trying to do is help you best with your dental needs I agree. It is always easy to blame someone, and you are blaming your patient for your own mistakes. Dont think that people reading reviews are stupid, and when they see a response by an owner that scolds a patient, theyll sympathize with the owner. Just the contrary, readers perceive the lack of professionalism of the service provider.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.I went in for a checkup. I was in no pain at all. Dentist tried to tell me I had 8 cavities- 2 of which were severe enough to get inlays. They quoted me 5000 dollars. They pressured me and made me feel like if I didn’t act quickly all my teeth were going to fall out. I left in tears knowing I couldn’t afford 5k.I waited and saw another dentist I trusted. So glad I did because he saw only two small cavities. Ended up costing me 350 instead of 5k.These people were going to permanently drill out two of my molars and charge me insane amounts of money AS A SCAM. Nothing was wrong with those teeth. It’s been over a year and have had no problems.THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT CAUSE.

I did not receive services from this particular dental spa however I was disappointed in our interaction. I called to get a quote/estimate for services and was told no that I needed to make an appointment. Which I thought was strange because several other dental spas had no problem providing me with a quote. Also who has time to make an appointment to every dental spa for a quote?! NOT BEST PRACTICES. In any case I took my money else where.

My first visit to this office was nice. I met Maria the Hygienist, who was very nice and even song to me while she was doing my cleaning. she told my my teeth looked good, and that my gums were also in good health. The assistants who helped Maria were also nice.
I was looking for a good dentist near my job to go to. I google and Esthetix Dental spa came up. I said to myself is very close to were I work, I called to make an appointment and they seen me the same day. Although I have all my teeth I know my gums we’re in bad shape. Everytime I went to the dentist in the past I would get a regular deep cleaning. I’m guessing because the dental insurance never really covers what is really needed. Xrays were taken and I talked with the dentist. I agreed that I would do the laser treatment.Therefore, I made payment arrangements, I told the women at the desk who was very nice to me, that I would still like a regular cleaning, she schedule me for today. March 7 2019. I get there a little early I was called on time I goes inside the room and sit in the chair where they do all the xrays and cleaning and what not.A women comes in a dentist tech. This women made me feel very uncomfortable. She wasn’t very professional to me I understand that my gums are not good but after I left out of that place I felt discouraged and disappointed. I already started my payment plan but now I feel like I want to back out of the Procedure.Also, I didn’t feel the equipment was sanitary or sanitized probably.
I have been treated at Esthetic Dental Spa for the past two years by Dr. Philomin, Dr. Adusumilli and Dr. Lei. They are outstanding dentists, knowledgeable, and explain their treatment methods very clearly. I am very comfortable with them and satisfied with the results. Dr. Divya and Dr. Philomin are the best!! They work together in the treatment plan for the patient which is great. The process has been quick and seamless. Ive been especially with Dr.Divya but both answer all of my questions and let me know whats going on along the way. I always feel taken care of. Sometimes theres a wait, but its not often or too long. I think its still worth coming because you get good care. The rest of the staff is super knowledgeable and helpful with payment plans and oral care. They helped me finding what would be the best option for me. Would definitely recommend coming to them for oral care. Plus they have good music playing. :)

My first thought of this office was that it was really small, until I stepped inside the office. this is a really nice & cozy dental office. they have big screen tv in the waiting room, a waterfall, and they even gave me a whitening Pen for free due to me having no cavities. staff are amazing, and this is a very caring office, you can just feel it..

2022-01-17Absolutely love this place!!! I found them on social media of course and I needed to get some much needed dental work done. They are very fast and professional. Soon as you arrive the ladies at the front are very welcoming and energetic. They do their best to make you feel at ease and are very gentle. Everyone always has a smile on their faces and they literally remember every patients name (how cool is that). I used To dread coming to dental appointments but this place is top notch.

Their staff is super nice and accommodating and I always feel comfortable with all my procedures. Dr. Lam is also great! Her and Arlene made me so comfortable during my filling. 2022-07-26Was looking for a dentist because havent seen one since before the pandemic. I called them to make sure they accepted my insurance and was assured that they did. Made an appointment for 7/25 and spent the week getting an annoying amount of phone calls and texts reminders of my appointment. Which included warnings of a $50 cancelation fee. Even on the walk to the location they called me to confirm that I was coming. When I finished filling out the paperwork I was called to the back to be told that my insurance was not accepted and I would have to pay out of pocket. The person I had spoken to had taken an emergency day off and they had no explanation why I wasnt informed of the insurance problem in one of the many phone calls or text. I asked for my paperwork back but didnt realize until later that the copy of my ID wasnt included. Im a little worried about that. Since they charge a $50 fee for cancelled appointments what kind of compensation do I get for being lured into the office under false pretenses.

Am excited to see my new smile 🙃 The Doctor was very detailed oriented and Gus staff is always more than willing to help with any concerns you may have. My procedure it’s a long and painful one since am having my upper teeth removed and am getting implants. But they have made it very bearable for me. 2022-06-30I had my first check up needed a root canal. The staff is very friendly and the office follows up with reminders. Throughout the root canal Dr. Philemon could tell I was incredibly nervous and was so kind. It was actually completely pain free.
