Im new to the medical marijuana program and my first time visiting Etain, I was greeted with such Warm Welcoming, Caring and Professionalism, which caused me to be very relaxed and comfortable, to discuss my history and desires.Danny was so patient with me and answered every single question that I had over and over again. Danny and the staff took all my concerns and desires under considering. They were not concerned with making money, they were concerned with my whole being.I was informed that if I was not up to traveling, they will deliver my order to me, I was like Wow, thats Great! My companion and myself had such a Great experience, I will definitely make the trip again, it was such a great experience.If youre looking for a Good dispensary, I definitely advise you to visit Etain, youll not have to look any farther.Thank you Etain.Syrena
The storefront is very nice and clean. Staff was also very friendly and listened to what I was looking for, although their suggestion didnt go beyond sativa-for-energy or indica-for-sleepy (duh).Where I was rubbed the wrong way was the following:1. The product isnt on display at all, its behind the counter, they just give you a printout of whats available, which is super limited and ask you to choose. Although I hear other NYC dispensaries do this so I think its just an NYC thing?2. Mentioned in #1, but the selection was very limited...Not impressed. They had very generic selection of mostly CBD, 1:1 CBD: THC, and mostly THC. No individual strains really.3 (most importantly). The quality of herb I picked up was sad...I wouldnt consider it medical grade at all, and i supposedly picked up their strongest strains. Barely any trichomes, no density, just really dissapointing. If i picked this up from a dealer, I would never go back to them.If youre new to cannabis or are just local to the area, then I suggest this dispensary. But, if youre an experienced cannabis enthusiast, go back to your local dealer.
@710_hub I like what their doing place is okay inside tho it looks kind of grandmaish... they need better quality medicine. Overpriced for what it is and questionable on its source. Still they have they best edible tincture for thc i have tried from NYc Dispensaries.
Very clean, great products although expensive. Particularly like the garden wall and waterfall. Very calming. Nice staff. Always pleasant. Just wish prices for medical will come down. Charge recreational folks more to make up. Ill people deserve affordable care.

This place is great. Everyone is very nice, patient and knowledgeable. I love that its women owned. They have a 10% discount for Medicaid/medicare customers. The atmosphere is very spa like and professional. They have a points loyalty system. I ordered hogh thc vape oil and its strong and really smooth. I highly recommend this place!!

What a great experience. This place looks fancy, and it kinda is, but the staff are welcoming, professional yet down to earth, and very knowledgeable. Its a tranquil place to stop and pick up some medicine. They also sell my favorite brand of tea, and I grabbed a copy of a very artsy and colorful weed-centric zine. Im really glad Etain is right on my way home, convenient to Sunnyside and LIC since the Q32 and Q60 bus stops are nearby. It will be a frequent stop! #buyweedfromwomen
This was my first time going to Etain. I wanted to see for myself the quality and environment of the dispensary. The decor is phenomenal and makes you feel like you’re not in NYC. The prices are quite high but that’s to be expected unfortunately (hopefully this changes as things progress over time). Now the quality of the product I’ve gotta say is top notch. You can feel how clean it taste and the woman I spoke too was very pleasant and informative. All in all a good experience!

After years of not sleeping and trying just about everything, i finally came across etain and decided to try their 1:1 “forte” tincture.Staff super helpful, very clean establishment and most importantly: IM SLEEPING AGAIN.A true gem
Great service extremely polite. The young man came out explained how the vape works. They gave me a cool pen in a carrying case. What more could I ask for? The 4 stars are because of the cartridge it seems to clog at the mouth part. Gets full of oil and I got oil in my mouth. I must say besides that the oil is amazing tool my pain right away. Oh and for insomnia it was amazing fell right to sleep.
Brand new experience for me. I think it was a great experience. The pharmacist was very informative, and I normally use my dry herb vaporizer, but I am leaning towards more of the Forte Motif Vape. It is perfect for my needs. I love that I can try everything. It is a little pricey but that’s what I expected in NYC. It’s the closest dispensary to me. I think I will stay, and continue with etain. I am very happy. Im going to try the ground flower next. The Vape,so far though , is top notch.
This is where I shop. This is a Woman owned business and that was what first attracted me to Etain. As a Native American, I see how non-Native Women have had less opportunities and are treated as less than.The selection is what it is. This is New York State. The selection and availability is as extensive as the State allows. I look forward to being able to smoke different bud varieties and strains to meet my medical needs and still taste good.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, as well as kind and courteous. The place is clean and well laid out. Im happy to shop here and look forward to seeing them start to sell dry (bud) varieties. ie Blue Dream, Kush, etc.You get what you pay for. I want dry (bud). Like California. Four Stars because I cant buy bud.

I cant tell you about the location itself, however their products are top shelf, they really do speak for themselves. The website seems easy enough to navigate, & with super clean meds i gave them 4 stars but its not their fault. If delivery was an option & they dropped prices on certain items by 10-15%, i would have given 5. Their Balance Powder might be the best value & quality med for the $ of all the brands & products Ive tried to date
This dispensary is by far the best in the city! The products are 150% pure, 150% effective, and the staff is absolutely amazing!! Anytime that I have ever had any issue (which there werent many to begin with), the staff worked with me and I have always left their facility a very satisfied customer :). They are super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.Their online ordering option is super awesome as well. Truly a great facility. So happy that Etain Health exist :-D!

Nice spacious place. The products are good for the health of patients but there is not enough products since the store sells out and nothing is in stock for several weeks even a month was discounting its items but I couldnt receive a discount on the sold out items missing the discount is a big disappointment. When products are available I would need to pay the highest price for the item. Why have an entire month with products at a generous discount when Etains products are unavailable for purchase? Asking customer service for a kind of rain check didnt avail much since I was told no items can be held at the discount price when unavailable. I am a bit dissatisfied!

I want to start out by saying the level of service I got in the store was great. The associate that helped me was knowledgeable, kind, and was a pleasure to work with. This review is strictly about how I perceive the quality of their products. I recently ordered the small size vape from them and the vape was only 1/5th full (.5ml cartridge). I figured the vape was just super concentrated but while using it the effects I felt were minimal and honestly not even worth half the money I had paid. I reach out to their info email to ask if this is normal for their products and was told that this is pretty much normal for their vapes. I was offered an exchange, not a refund like I asked, but because I have tried their lozenges in the past and had the same negative experience I decided that it’s just not worth it. Some people like Etain, so shop at your own risk however after this experience and not being able to get a refund for a product that is barely full and hardly works, I’ll just get my medicine elsewhere from now on.

I give 5 stars to Etain for the wonderful and friendly service I received there. I also very much appreciated the patience and time Aileen, one of their major representatives, gave me in teaching me how to use the vaporizer properly. She was extremely helpful in guiding me through this process.
This place has very poor customer service. I have gone 3 times here and a few others in NYC. I wanted to like this woman owned place but all visits have been made unpleasant and unproductive by outwardly difficult staff and policies. Other places dont treat you as if they are doing you a favor by giving you the overpriced product they sell.

Have been using this dispensary for 2 years and I must say the quality and variety does not compare. The prices are great ( compare to other dispensary) but most of all the staff both via phone and at the store are really nice and welcome . They always give the most valuable advice . Their customer point system is also really good, allowing you to accumulate points to go toward your next purchase . My favorite dispensary in NYC, I just wish they had a location in Brooklyn .

I only went there for CBD. I was not trying to inebriate myself and degrade myself and humanity as a whole by engaging in mind altering substances. This smartphone technology has my reputation ruined. I guess I need to leave the phone in the car for privacy purposes. You must be a New York resident to purchase their intoxicating products, which I am not! So I only went there for the CBD and no other reason!
Pay no mind thier advertised store hours. Alway call first because theyre not open half the time...
This place is great. Very friendly & helpful staff. Only reason why it’s not 5 starts is Bc the pricing is a bit high. But that’s kind of how it is in NYC right now. Etain does have a superior product all around for sure. Only the pens act up occasionally but they always replace them for you.

My staff and I visited etain a few times. And found it to be a reliable source of marijuana products. As far as CBD goes. Ouch ! Prices can be a lot lower. But then again it is a NY state licensed dispensary. And taxes and fees must be paid. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Its good to see professional at work.Its a lot better then what we seen in other shops in NYC.Thanks again

Great customer service, I love the lozenges and ground flowers; Im relatively homebound, since they started doing deliveries I renewed my mmj card (in 2019 when I first received a card they werent doing deliveries). Maybe if we can finally rid ourselves of creepy Cuomo we can have a more normal medical marijuana program (I dont like vapes); and yes, maybe some day progressive New York will have recreational marijuana too.

I gave two stars for the awesome staff, not their product. Which had a fill date of 1/18 but I purchased in October. Stale with a terrible aftertaste. I thought about returning, but there are other options. My experience will preclude me from returning. Maybe yours will be better

By far the best dispensary Ive been too, both the Yonkers location and this one are wonderful. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who actually care about you and can answer questions with accurate answers and not guesses. I did my homework beforehand and thought Id test them with questions I knew the answers for already. I would highly recommend Etain for all who are certified to get medical marijuana. I was appalled at the poor quality of the ground flower purchased at Etain NYC. The ground flower at Etain was like dry hay. Was absolutely awful to vape, harsh tasting and not giving the relief that flower typically provides. Love their lozenges though. Ground flower at Curaleaf is top notch. There is a lesson to be learned here.
Just wrote a longer review on Yelp, but the quality here is unbeatable. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it if youre looking for high-quality cannabis in New York. Definitely recommend this dispensary, especially for those of you that commute in to Grand Central/its very close.

Their products are way too expensive then the amount of THC or CBD their products have is some of the lowest I have seen in this city then they lied to me & told me they give give you the highest amount the law permits here in N.Y.C which is total b.s.. I have seen places with triple the amount of THC & CBD in N.Y.C dont waste your money their are better places that have their contents of the products they have on their website do your reseach.
Im writing this review for my brother who is a MMJ card holder. He was mislead to believe that the vape cartridge he was buying had 2.8grams. After using the product he realizes that the cartridge contains only 1gram of concentrate.Spending OVER 200 bucks on a cartridge that contains only 2.8grams of oil is pushing it but since its medical grade he thought it could be worth it.Finding out later that the cartridge only contains 1 gram of oil was honestly hilarious. I laughed so hard because even the most reputable sellers in legalized locations wouldnt dare to have such prices. STRAIGHT ROBBERY/THIEVERY.The quality of the product was okay- I can honestly say I had better cartridges from the black-market at 1/5 the price range.
The staff are very nice and inviting. The product seems good but like others have said, it can be expensive. I dont blame them but NYS for these prices. Cannabis costs in this state is too high for sick individuals who may even miss work and pay due to the illnesses. You listening NY?
Rediculously overpriced. The vaping pen was garbage it started leaking out the next day. They made good on it and replaced the cartridge with the medicine in it. I use my own vaping pen so I dont have to worry about wasting money on medicine that leaks out.
Amazing powder!! I mix it with coffee . It kicks in within half an hour and actually last about 8 hours! Help me a lot with my chronic pain. The service is top notch!

Huge difference from internet and headshop CBDs.After trying this, Im not sure if Ive every really had CBD before.The capsules are smaller and stronger than anything Ive ever had. I could tell the difference the next morning. Truly a real medical product!Edit: I woke up a little excited... I read some of the other reviews.Yeah some of there stuff seems a little more expensive, but its really good. The red vape is amazing, its so thick and rich you have to preheat it and it smells amazing!I think the CBDs are actually cheaper than the headshops and gas stations and interwebs.

This is a great place for very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A big believer, in the medical marijuana program I have had two sholder surgeries, and dealing with chronic tendonitis, there cbd xl pill is the only thing that keeps the information down. I have tried multiples option, opioids injections anti-inflammatories and even tried commercial hemp CBDs and nothing keeps the information away like etain produce. Thank you . Out of all the dispensaries I believe they are living the best in New York.

2022-07-23After several underwhelming experiences at medical dispensaries, I have found the place that I will return to time after time. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, very informative literature, and a wide variety of options for consumption were the highlights of my experience. I decided to give the motif pen a whirl, and as reluctant as I was about vaping, I am now sold on it.

2022-06-11I believe they had a golden opportunity to incorporate hash oils and concentrates such as sugars, live Rosins, diamonds and other extraction types into there menu but still a year later and no direct movement into anything dab-able. As this is very popular with locals I’ve called and asked but was told they weren’t sure what I was talking about and the closest product would be the vaporizers.(any connoisseur would know what I’m talking about) Completely missing a huge part of the market. Ide like to see a Green truck business model implemented where they can partner with local extractors both employing locals and creating local competition for supply and demand of quality products.

2022-07-29Yesterday I went to this dispensary for the first time because my usual one ran out of flowers. It was different, I’m use to having budtendors and when I walked in I hardly was greeted and no one even bothered to ask my name until I said something. The ambiance of the place is beautiful, obviously a woman owned business. Yet, the owner herself didn’t even introduce herself, as they were getting displays ready of the free samples that were being giving out.Now to the actual bud. After I was shown the menu and placed my order, the whole front page was not in stock, so they didn’t have the strains I originally wanted to order. Nonetheless I chose another alternative. I purchased a citrus krush and an indica leaning hybrid of ground flower/ shakes. I thought the price for the ground flower was kind of high and In NY you can’t see or smell the flowers before purchasing, so I went on the trust system. When I got home I was very disappointed with the quality of the weed. Firstly, I was taken aback by the orange color of the whole flower. Granted, it is a citrus strain, but I was a little skeptical that the orange smell stood out more than everything. The shakes looked like herbs and spices and I found little hairs (maybe dog hairs) in it. I thought “maybe I’m tripping let me smoke it to see.” And y’all…it was the most basic, regular of regs. For this to be a medical dispensary who urges customers to “buy weed from woman” I was highly disappointed. Everything that glitters isn’t gold and as pretty as this place is- the weed is subpar. My first and last time shopping here. I was better off hitting up my cousin in Brooklyn.

2022-01-29Easy to order and pickup, verify license and medical. The shop itself is really nice, decorated like a spa. Staff was friendly and eager to answer any and all questions about the products. I got a tincture, which are very expensive here which is my only complaint. Coming from Canada where this stuff was way cheaper is a big hurt, but the product was good. The tincture did its job.

2021-11-20Everyone is so helpful and friendly! They make sure to inform you about all of the products as well as the new products that they have. In addition to being in a beautiful space, everyone is very knowledgeable and you can tell that they are passionate about what they do. They also have amazing candles and aroma therapy which I love to pick up with my medications. Quick and efficient service too is a bonus for all of the positive things here!

2021-12-14I really like this pharmacy. The staff is really helpful, they’ve consulted with me several times after the visit by phone, and with my doctor. The support after pickup is super important with a new product. Moreover when picking up, if you don’t get it delivered which is also a plus, the store is quite beautiful with a waterfall.

2022-03-04This place is so peaceful and Zen, you are immediately transported to a tropical island. The two story waterfall really helps calm the rush of the city from your body. The prices are the same as any dispensary you could go to, but the others don’t have the Zen. My pharma bud tender was Sang, helpful, kind, beautiful, and really knows her stuff. If you’re anywhere near, or have access to 58th and Second, this is the place for you. Women owned and awesome. Check it out!

2021-11-06As a disabled (& mobility impaired) individual in this ridiculous city: I appreciate that out of the very limited options for cannabis delivery, Etain is the only women-owned option available. I also must acknowledge that Etain has majorly improved its overall customer experience from the formulation of the product i use to the packaging. It has been nice to witness. And, there customer service has been, exceptionally, friendly, helpful, and accommodating! I feel its, by far, the best choice I could have made out the available options. Literally, the only downside has been the price, but that appears to be consistent across dispensaries. Id recommend trying them :)
