This is a first class facility. Dan and his staff are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. They will guide you through the process of having your car repaired and will accomplish the repairs on time and on budget. It is obvious from the first moment that you speak with Dan that he will ensure that the damage is repaired to meet his high standards. Ethos provides its customers with a worry free experience.
Owner is friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. Easy to work with and accommodating. They do excellent, high quality work!I brought my car into Ethos Auto Body after having backed it into the garage frame of our house and after speaking with the owner Dan. Right off the bat, I felt at ease...the entire shop, from the front/waiting room to the actual shop floor itself was pristine. Further, Dan was welcoming and friendly and completely straight forward on the process and cost to fix this little boo boo! He also offered to help set me up with a rental car. Service was quick and Dan provided updates through out the process and was quick to respond when I asked questions. Last minute, I asked if they could also do an oil change and a cleaning of the interior. He gladly said yes without hesitation. When I picked up the car, I was beyond impressed with the results! It was better than I ever expected. No more dents, garage paint, etc. The exterior was cleaned and detailed, literally sparkling! The oil was changed, and the inside was cleaner than ever! They also managed to get 99% of our yellow labs hair off the black interior!!! From start to finish, the service at Ethos Auto Body is top notch. I have and will continue to recommend them and will certainly be back for future service!!!

The entire crew is amazing. Owner Matthew Beobide along with the entire staff, meet all of the needs of their customers to the absolute best of their ability which is done with utmost satisfaction. Making sure customers needs are met and take care of all the hassle of dealing with insurance companies, loaner cars, etc. They make the unpleasant experience of an accident or even a scratch on your car, one that eases the stress and anxiety that things like this may cause in our lives. People pick up (or have their vehicle dropped off to their home if needed) feeling like their car looks better than it did when it left the showroom! They really are the best!
Update 12/2021My car was rear-ended while at a stop light. They did a great job again and made the car look like new. Panels were aligned and paint color was matched perfectly. Matt, Darren and Lou are a great team and made sure all the details in restoring the car were addressed.——————-I brought my car in as it was hit while parked. Ethos is one of the few Tesla Certified body shops in Westchester.They did an excellent job restoring my car to the pristine condition it was in before the accident.Dan and Matt are honest, meticulous, thorough and communicate very often and effectively. Their team is very qualified and professional.I was impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of the work.I highly recommend Ethos as they live up to their name in how they conduct their work.
Matt and his team at Ethos are heroes in my experience with body work. Great to deal with. Honest and customer-friendly. Second time Ive had them do work and both times they were great. Took the time to look at my car immediately and gave me great advice as to what was needed and then did a great job on making my car look new again. Awesome experience with Ethos. Made the process very easy with a rental car and working directly with my insurance company. Most importantly, they did amazing work and my car looked brand new when I got it back. Any accident always sucks, but Ethos made me comfortable that everything was taken care of. Definitely recommend them.
The service was second to none!!!A truck ran into my Tesla at work and the team especially Matt (I think their were two and both) were exceptional in making it easy for me to get my car fixed. They took care of the insurance paperwork for me and their assessment and advice was invaluable. I also loved that they guarantee their work. I traveled some distance to get to them from the city and I would do it again.They are a hassle free company and I would go nowhere else.
I never been to an auto body thankfully. But i am thankful I found this place because they did an awesome job on my 2017 Audi. It came out looking brand new! They fixed every dent and chip! And the color matched perfect. It took some time but it was worth the wait. The guy worked with me and did something special for me (don’t want to mention) but overall I had a great experience with ethos. Hopefully I won’t have to return but if I do they will be my first stop! Thanks again for the experience!
The Ethos team is amazing! I stopped in quick while running errands to see if they could pop in a wheel opening molding that fell off my car. The gentleman there was super helpful and immediately helped me! It was quick and easy, highly recommend!!
Ethos Autobody went above and beyond my expectations and even their responsibilities! I had been in a minor accident that was turning into a major headache due to the other party at fault and weak insurance! Ethos made it soo much less of a headache from helping with my rental to dealing with my insurance. They even included interior detailing with the repair! The repair was flawless! They are worth even a bit more if necessary! I won’t go anywhere else. Hear this other autobody out there? Invest in quality and don’t scam - well too much more than the quality at least. Not everyone can be Ethos 😉.
Ethos is INCREDIBLE! They called the tow truck after I was in an accident and handled everything, I mean everything for me. Had a rental car waiting for me at the autobody shop, kept me updated on my car’s repair progress, and even detailed it before it was returned to me. No one likes to have to use an autobody shop, but if you have to, Ethos is the only one to consider!
Legit Tesla auto body repair shop!It was not my proudest moment… when I backed into a trash can in my driveway that left a very large dent on my Model Y.It was fixed immaculately. The car looks brand new. Ethos’s staff had excellent communication and their entire staff was a pleasure to work with.I hope NOT to see them again anytime soon… but I know where I’ll take my car should I need their services soon. Ethos did an amazing job from start to finish. After having an accident, I was dreading the insurance and repair process, but Ethos really took car of everything including taking me to the car rental place! I highly recommend their service. Matt and Darren could. It have been nicer to work with!!

Dan and Ethos Auto Body provide great customer service. I hit my car due to a recent snowstorm, they were empathetic and supportive the whole time. I liked being able to see my repair status online while my car was getting done. After a month, my car looks good as new and was definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend!

Cant say enough good things about Dan and Matt at Ethos.First time Ive had to bring my car to an auto body shop because somebody had hit me at a stop sign. Ethos came highly recommended by my local Ford dealership for the repair.The minute I brought my case to Dan, he immediately began communicating with my car insurance company and coordinated the estimates, drop-off of my car, and even arranged for a local rental car company to get me a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. This high-level attention to service continued all the way through the job, with Ethos handling all of the insurance company paperwork and even arranging for the rental car pickup to be accomplished when I came to retrieve my own car.Apart from the professionalism at Ethos, the work done on my car was outstanding. It looks like it just rolled off the assembly line, inside and out. I could not recommend this company enough. They have easily earned my business for the future.
I came in with multiple damages to my car. Luckily they were a Tesla certified repair shop. By far the cleanest auto body I’ve ever seen in my life. Didn’t see a drop of dust even in their workplace. They handled insurance for me and cleaned my car, made me feel like I got into a completely new car with the detailing that they performed. Really nice staff. Definitely will be referring more people to you guys. Did I forget to mention that their detailing was superb? Well now you know.
The guys at Ethos are awesome to work with. Some lady smashed my truck and I brought it to Ethos to get fixed. First and foremost, they are true gentleman. Secondly, they made the ENTIRE process extremely smooth. They contacted the insurance carrier on my behalf, communicated with adjusters, and even arranged the rental for me without me having to do anything pretty much. On top of all of that, they emailed me with periodic updates as far as the status of my truck. And when I picked up my truck, the replaced parts looked amazing. I will recommend these guys to anyone and I will continue to bring all of my cars to Ethos. Thanks a lot guys! Highly recommended!
I had an absolutely great experience from start to end! From the professionalism to the open communication throughout the process, they make you feel very certain that you chose the right place. I definitely recommend this place if you are doing Tesla repairs, the quality of work is simply great (I had front/back bumper and rim repairs on my model 3), and they’re a Tesla certified shop, something that gives a sense of security that they know what they are doing. Positive feedback from other customers was the initial reason I brought my vehicle to this particular body shop. Despite the fact of having to drive around 50 miles there from where I live, it was very well worth it in the end. The repair process was smooth and fast. When the repairs were complete and I came back for pickup I was shocked. I haven’t seen my car look like that since I bought it! Despite the great quality of the repairs, it was meticulously detailed inside and out and I could see now why this shop has such a great reputation. They place customers first! When I got there the demeanor of the staff, especially Dan who handled my claim, immediately comforted me. everything was taken care of properly and I did not have to worry about a thing throughout the entire process. The work they did on the car was fantastic!! the car looks absolutely beautiful. They cleaned the interior so that it looked better than when I brought it in ( and I go to the car wash 1 to 2 times a week interior/exterior). They were helpful, kind, and professional. They exceeded any expectations I had going in. I would recommend them to anyone anytime. The best part for me as a busy working person was that I didn’t have to wait around. I was in and out easily from beginning to end! the rental car came easily as well, everything was easy fast courteous and professional!
Ethos Auto Body may be a new name and address in Bedford Hills but one of the owners Dan Zimdahl is a real pro with a state of the art auto body shop and staff. Complete attention to the client and detail to the vehicle; our vehicle never looked so good! Great service and right on time. What a great experience! This was different than any other auto body shop that I have been to. Dan is very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to work with the insurance company to get my car fixed. The best part, my car looks better than the day I bought it. Like I said... amazing and the first time I experienced service like this from an auto body shop.
I was prepared for a nightmare after my parked vehicle was struck by a school bus. I took my vehicle to Ethos Auto Body and met with Matt Beobide. Matt and his staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the repair process to me. They were able to deal directly with the insurance company, handle the repairs and kept me frequently updated during the process. I received my vehicle back looking good as new and my nightmare scenario turned out to be a piece of cake. I have worked with Dan for many years. If I could give him 10 stars I would! He is incredibly professional and has always made me feel very comfortable. I started going to his shop for car details. He always made my car look better than it did when I first picked it up from the dealer. When I need body work, I will only go to Dan. My last car was hit twice in 2 years. When I saw the first dent, I was so upset and nervous about what to do. I called Dan and he told me to bring it in. He took care of everything from calling my insurance to getting my rental. The second time was more of the same. He again took care of everything from talking to the insurance company, getting my car to the shop and making sure the rental was taken care of. I used to feel that dealing with car issues was very stressful, but Dan and Ethos Auto Body make the process stress free.
Just used Ethos Auto Body for collision repairs on one of our work vans and would highly recommend them. In the past Ive gotten overwhelmed with the insurance details, but Matt and Dan walked me through the process and made it super easy. And our van looks great again! 😀

Ethos has saved my life on a number of occasions, and I’ve only been driving for less than a year now. I brought my car in a couple of times, once to have a couple of tires changed after I blew one out, and another to fix my front bumper. While my car didn’t need extensive work, the work that it needed was done so quickly and I had my car back in perfect shape earlier than I thought I would. I don’t think my case is special; I just think that’s a standard practice for them.You couldn’t ask for a better team. Everyone working at that shop is seemingly there all the time, working around the clock to get customers’ cars back to them as soon as possible. From the moment you walk in (or call first, before walking in) you feel taken care of. Their years of experience and continued training are apparent in his efficiency when helping customers. They know almost immediately what their team needs to do to help you; all you need to do is fill in the blanks (preferred timeline, insurance, etc.). They take so much pride in helping customers and making sure that they are happy.It is truly a relief when you find a business that you trust. I won’t bring my car anywhere else.
My husband and I were looking to repair a small fender bender, and we came across Ethos Auto Body. Not only did they have a great rating, but they were super convenient because they are so close by. We stopped by during normal business hours, and we were completely blown away by the decor and comfort of their waiting room. The couches were very plush, and the throw blankets looked very warm and cozy in an already comfortable climate-controlled room. We noticed a dog statue on the coffee table and a doggie gate, but to our disappointment, no dog could be found. The bathroom was very spacious and clean, and it seems as if they have bigger plans for said restroom, as there was yellow tape on the walls indicating future improvements. We then attempted to call, thinking that we were in the wrong part of the building. The phone ringer was very pleasant and non-intrusive, and the caller ID function for the phone announced my name, and I thought that was a nice touch. The complementary Keurig on the dog table was brand new, and had inviting blue lights on it, however we did not indulge, being that we were not yet paying customers. The flat screen TV on the wall proudly displayed the Ethos logo, in stunning 4K resolution. We stood around for about 20 minutes, listening to employees jam out to top 40 hits from the paint bay. The waiting area exuded class and prestige, so I imagine if they put that much effort into the waiting area and the call system that they must do excellent auto body work. Hopefully one day we can experience that first-hand. 5/5 stars for the accommodations and waiting area.
Ethos Auto Body does great work. They are certified by many auto makers, their machinery, to do the work, is top notch and meets all specifications. Their Mechanics know what they are doing and have great experience in Auto Body repair. However most of all they are truthful, timely, accurate and always take the high road in doing the work!
I cannot say enough about the quality of work from Matt and his team. They make the inconvenience of having an accident so much easier. From helping with the insurance company to getting the repairs done as quickly as possible, their professionalism is incredible. I’d never trust my car repairs to anyone else!

Dan of Ethos repaired my 10 year old Porsche back to brand new condition in every detail. The paint was matched perfectly and the area of repair was invisible. I am meticulous in caring for my cars and have 100% confidence in Dan.

Went here for a photo inspection for changing insurance carriers. After trying 3 other shops and being told the inspector was not available or the system wasnt working, I was pleasantly surprised at Ethos by immediate scheduling and having g the inspection done even when I showed up 30 minutes earlier than I expected to make it.Then I had an issue with the photos not being received and it was resolved with a simple email to the inspector.The shop looked clean and well managed and run, so if I ever had a need for actual body work, I wouldnt hesitate to give this place a try.
Initially made the call to Ethos I spoke with Dan, he was very professional on the phone and asked me to bring the Jeep by. I had the whole passenger side of my Jeep messed up including, dented bumper, busted off fender flare and scratches down the side of the vehicle. When I picked up my Jeep I couldnt believe how great it looked, they painted the whole passenger side, replaced the fender flare, washed and detailed the vehicle. My eyes were literally popping out of my head, it looked brand new and Ive had it 11 years. I highly recommend Ethos Auto Body and would use them again in a heart beat.

I am really disappointed with the service that I received at Ethos Auto Body. After reading positive reviews online, as well as being referred by my dealership, I came into Ethos on a Monday to see if they could provide an estimate for my damage car.My car had been hit in a parking lot and had pretty severe damage done to the right rear panel and camera. It was important that I received an estimate in a timely manner, so I could work with the people who had hit it to manage insurance and payment.I met with Matt on Monday who looked at the car and said he could give a rough estimate to me either that night or at the latest on Tuesday morning.Monday pm, Tuesday and Wednesday passed with no call or any forms of communication. I then called the office Thursday morning and spoke to an employee that told me he would look in the system to find the estimate and call me back by the end of the day. And surprise, no word from him. I then called Friday and Saturday and spoke to a woman at the front desk who said Matt & others were out but would give me a call back ASAP with an estimate. Again, I received no follow up from Ethos.I finally was able to get in touch with Matt the following Monday after the several attempts. He apologized for the back and forth, gave me his personal # and said it would be sent over in in the next hour. I did not hear from him, and so I texted him at the end of the day when he immediately responded finishing it now. Will email it shortly. Of course, I still have not heard from him. It has now been about a week and half later since I was told I would get an estimate, and I still have not received any email, text or any other forms of communication from Ethos.I am not entirely sure why Ethos and their employees feel as though misleading potential customers is a suitable solution for buying more time. Not only does this kind of behavior reveal poor communication, but also demonstrates the opaque and dishonest relationship that Ethos Auto Body has with their clientele.

Matt has been in the auto body business for over 18 years. He has worked in every aspect of the automotive industry and knows what it takes as a manager and business owner to repair a car from start to finish. Dan has been in the auto body business as a a manager for 5 years. Together they have been able to apply all of their knowledge of the industry, coupled with top of the line equipment and technology to open Ethos Autobody; a modern, more environmentally friendly, state of the art body shop that prides itself on customer service and a finished product that looks better than new and is guaranteed for as long as you own the car.It’s not the typical body shop you envision that is dirty and dingy. The office is like walking into your living room; where you are always greeted by one or both of the owners. The shop where your cars are kept and repaired is also clean and new, and every technician has years of training and experience and have been working together as a team with Matt at his former body shop, Ultimate Auto body.I have had many cars repaired with Matt and am always proud to be able to refer friends and family to him—should they need his services—because I know they will be happy with the whole experience and the finished product.

The guys at ethos blew me away with their customer service and professionalism. I have never been taken better care of by any company ever, and the actual work they did on my car was flawless. I was rear ended and was recommended by someone to go them and I’m so glad I did. I showed up with a damaged car and nothing but a picture of a license plate from the person who hit me, a phone number, and pictures from the day of the accident. They went out of their way to find this persons insurance company and then dealt with that insurance company from start to finish. They even helped us get a rental car in the meantime and detailed the inside of our car while they repaired the outside! I learned my lesson to always get a police report, and if it weren’t for finding this shop i would have ended up paying thousands out of pocket to get my car fixed over someone else hitting me. They are very experienced in working with insurance companies and they saved me! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU USE ETHOS!

They dealt with everything with my insurance company and took all of the hassle of being in an accident out of the equation and had me back in my car in a matter of a couple weeks. I was involved in a car accident, no injuries thankfully, but my car was pretty banged up. My side runner fell off my car. My front bumper was pretty banged up and needed to be replaced. My hood folded in like an accordion and also needed to be replaced. Matt and Dan took great care of me and of my car and when it was done you couldn’t tell that anything had happened to my car! I will definitely bring my car to them again when and if I need work done. Thank you so much!

2022-02-22Great experience overall! Fluid from pipes in my apartment building rusted the hood of my car. They were able to buff everything out! Staff was kind and helpful over the phone as well as in person. My car looked new after they had it for the afternoon. Very flexible with scheduling and honest on pickup times.

2021-09-15Ethos is great! They are professional, thorough, and can handle any and all issues you may be having with your car. I brought my car in with a few things on my hit list, but didnt want to fix everything all at once (to spread out my spending and stay within my budget). They were able to help me prioritize what to do first based on what was most important for my safety and comfort, and the pricing was very reasonable. I will be able to get the rest of the work done on my car ahead of schedule because their pricing was below the estimate I had gotten elsewhere. Thank you Ethos for making something that is usually a headache a total breeze!!

My heart broke when a dent in my car would make it squeak loudly when I opened the door- Darren gave me several options on how he could fix it - in exactly 2 seconds he used his tools, experience and expertise to fix the door dent issue - my review here is a way to appreciate his help as he wouldn’t let me pay for the fix - I’m coming here if I ever have to have anything done on my car - thank you Darren and thank you ethos! ♥️

2021-09-18Everyone at ethos auto body was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond when I had my accident and helped me get a rental car and only a few minutes and delivered to the site. There was a long delay due to the pandemic shipping issues for a part. But they kept me informed along the way. I can’t say enough about their customer service. Such nice people. And my car looks great!

2021-12-24These guys are great—had a fender bender that needed work, and they got me in right away, handled everything directly with insurance, and got my car back quickly looking brand new. Nice touch with a great, full detailing on inside and exterior.Just updating to say I stopped in needing some help with a road tar splatter situation and they just took care of me like family as a returning customer…hard to find businesses like this. A real gem.
