I recently started doing my laser treatments through Eureka and found out how amazing their equipment is. Their staff is very sweet, kind and respectful. Nagy has been doing my laser treatments and she comes from a high level of experience and knowledge. She provides me expertise and advice that can genuinely help me in the future. She is highly respectful and very patient. I am so happy I am going to Eureka and would recommend anyone to go there. You will not be disappointed!
I went in with Yolanda for cool sculping. I was not provided with proper protection and was left with a second degree thermal burn. I had to go to the ER because I pain was intense. I had to go to the burn victim unit. Eureka Body refused to help me pay my hospital bills. I was left with a large scar for the rest of my life. Please do not go. I regret it everyday.
This place was excellent they welcomed my fiance and I well , we did a couples massage which including a deep tissue massage a long with a facial ,and to finish off the experience, they gave a glass of champagne with our package , great place to go for a de-stressing massage or a treat yourself day would definitely come back 😀
This place is great! I’ve been to at least ten laser hair salons, and this is the best. The office is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly (they offer you drinks including sparkling wine!), and you can barely feel the machine. I bought the full body package, and they are very nice about ensuring that they’ve hit all the areas to your satisfaction. Planning to stick with this Eureka for the long run!
I went there for 3 sessions laser. Their equipments are new, fast and painless. Prices are very reasonable. Appointment system works like a charm as well.Olga is amazing, very detailed orientated, wont miss a hair ;) Paulina is a sweetheart will take care of you as well.There is always hot tea, cupcakes and sometimes champagne 😍 and fresh flowers.. 🌺🌷💐🌸

12/29/21 was my first time visiting this establishment. Usually, I dont get spa services from places for which I havent received a personal recommendation from someone I trust, but based on the reviews, a Groupon and free time in the city, I gave it a try. Im glad I did! I went for a my first ever hydrafacial. Im told my skin will look great in a few days, so Ill write an updated review then. However, I do appreciate the thoroughness and attention of all the staff from the receptionist, to my aesthetician, Lysa. She carefully explained every step of the procedure. She displayed more than adequate knowledge of skin and all of their services and answered my questions fully. I wasnt pushed to upgrade my service, yet she made recommendations for future services in a professional way.

The service was good, they were accommodating when we were running late and they didnt pressure us about tips. The hallway was musty but the salon had candles and it smelled so good
I never write reviews but if you want to make an appointment make sure you reconsider. The receptionist with the Russian accent.. is legit a b!tch. Each time I called she gave me a horrible attitude and closed the phone on me twice and was disrespectful 4 times. Literally the worst service I ever had. There’s a reason why they have so many reviews about the bad service and unfriendly staff. Don’t know how she still has a job with that attitude.. rude, disrespectful and mean.
This place is the best and they make you feel so comfortable. Tamara is the best and she will walk you through she is very attentive and courteous. She is professional and I came there at first from a Groupon massage and from there I have done the hair removal and the VI PEEL. Went for the lymphatic drainage massage and was seen by Oksana. Very pleasant experience. Staff was very friendly, accommodating of my having to reschedule at the last minute and clean facilities. Will definitely be returning. Oksana is fabulous!
Friendly but after 1 year of laser hair removal, the hair is back. Don’t waste your time and money.
They are ALWAYS running 30-90 min late with appointments, don’t bother showing up on time 😂 otherwise it’s a nice spa.
Ive been going to Eureka Body Care and Spa for over a year now for laser hair removal treatments, and I couldnt more highly recommend them! Ive been to other places for laser treatments before, and Eureka is the best one by far, with great prices too. The staff is friendly, professional, and on top of things. I always felt comfortable there and received the best service every appointment. The results were amazing and I definitely got my moneys worth with the package I purchased.
After I researched and contacted several places for the full body laser, I decided to have it at Eureka. A receptionist was friendly and professional. She fully explained the service compared to other places. Also, the price was very competitive for one year laser hair removal for the entire body.After my first visit today, I was glad that I chose the right place. First, the place was clean and comfortable. Second, it was not painful. I did the touch up at another place a couple of weeks ago and it was unbelievably painful and I had to ask a technician to hold off. But at Eureka, I felt almost no pain and a slight degree of pinching a couple of times. The Eurekas machine was much better! Third, a technician was knowledgeable and professional. I strongly recommend Eureka for the laser hair removal. You wont regret.
Spa is small but pretty. Mask usage is dependent on the technician. Some have none, some just a face shield. I got 2 packages of 4 cavitation sessions, primarily with Paulina. Reception is friendly. First day I was made to wait 30 mins, because she didnt know my appt time. Sessions can be overly chatty or extremely silent. Another time, the client before me arrived over 30 mins late, and Paulina still took her, despite it being the start of my session. She told me its first come, first served So why even give out appointments!?Cavitation sessions are only 15 mins, but she checks her smart watch obsessively, several times a minute. Its both disrespectful and unprofessional. If a massage therapist can do an entire 60 min session without checking their phones, a technician can pay attention for 15 mins straight. Or they are in the wrong business. My last session with her she was a bit combative and went on a rant, saying I was lucky she started on time so I could make my other appointments! Bizarre. The session before she had the machine too high or didnt use enough gel, because I kept getting pain in the flanks. I had to ask multiple times not to treat that region but she spaced out kept doing it. Comparing this to a massage therapist, who actually listens to your pain complaints, care enough about the client, and pay close enough attention to their work not to re-injure the client.The more sessions I got the more it hurt, which makes me think she was cranking up the machine high out of spite. 8 sessions and no change in lower abdomen, despite regular, vigorous exercise (1hr/2-3X a week) and diet. So, not something I can recommend, especially with this technician.
This place is amazing! I have been getting full body laser hair removal here for the last year and I have had great results. It doesnt hurt at all, except maybe a bit of pinching here and there. Nati, the technician, is so thorough and catering. She will constantly ask you if you are doing alright. Everyone who works here is amiable! The place is very clean and hospitable.

Ive been coming to Eureka for a while and absolutely love it. Its a relaxing, clean, and friendly environment that makes you feel at home. I immediately felt welcomed by the entire staff. Nati usually does my laser treatments, and she is phenomenal! So friendly, caring, and very thorough in her work. My results are terrific, and I cant recommend Nati and the entire Eureka team highly enough! They are a pleasure. Im almost done with my laser treatments but will definitely return for facials etc.
I love getting my treatments at Eureka Body Care. Tamara is absolutely great at what she does. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure that I am always taken care of. I love how great those girls are. They are very knowledgeable about every question I had and they don’t just wanna take your money and go if there is something you don’t need they will tell you right away.I was recommended by a coworker. And it’s the best thing ever. I m doing half body laser and love it. Probably will do a lot of other treatments there. Facials are great.
I cannot say enough good things about my whole laser hair removal experience. Nati was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable instantly and throughout my appointment. My last experience with laser hair removal was 6 years ago and this is because it was so painful, not to mention, ineffective. After just one session at Eureka, I had a response and my hair growth was less. The spa is very clean and comfortable. In terms of the laser, the discomfort was minimal and totally tolerable and Nati was so patient and sweet. It was over before I knew it. I was hoping to find a spot I could go to consistently and I am so grateful I have. Yana and Tamara were also the kindest. Highly highly recommend.
EXCEPTIONAL service.I’m on my 7th laser session and i am happy with the results. All of the women at Eureka are very kind and warming, by now i enjoy going because we chat and have a good time. They also always include/offer complimentary tea, coffee, water, candy, cookies, biscuits, and champagne. Yanna is out of this world. She is truly amazing in every way.Would recommend to everyone, they make you feel very comfortable and relaxed to anyone who might be nervous or your first time.

I’ve been coming to Eureka for almost a year now and I couldn’t be happier with the service and results I’ve seen so far. I mainly see Nati for laser hair removal but everyone else in the office is lovely as well. Recently, I decided to purchase the full body laser package since it just seemed like a great investment for me. I was nervous about pain and discomfort but Nati put all my worries at ease and everything has been wonderful! Truly couldn’t say enough good things about Eureka Body Care, highly recommend!
The full body laser treatment is worth every penny, I was referred to by a friend and took my mom with me, got my cousin to do it as well and we are all pleased with the results. Very clean place and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The Scandinavian owner is the one who does my treatments and I love her!

Shes incredibly knowledgeable, honest and truly cares about helping you obtain the results youre looking for. She thoroughly explains the process and never tries to oversell on the results you can expect - I can always count on her expertise. Paulina and Eureka are a rare gem!
I discovered this spa on Groupon and I must say that I truly love this place. Every time I go in for a treatment, I am greeted by the warmest and most professional staff. Paulina and Ana are wonderful, as is everyone that works there. The venue itself is very clean, and they even offer you a water/tea/coffee when you first walk in. They have great offers and amazing client service. Highly recommended!
I have to say the reason why I am giving a two star is because of the horrible customer service coming from the owner. The employees are excellent, but the owner gave me such a hard time that i was willing to give up 4 of my 8 sessions package for laser removal. She has no idea of how to provide a quality customer service and make a client feel welcome.

I recently had whole body laser hair removal and I can’t believe after 1 session how quickly the hair has lessened on my legs, bikini, underarms, etc. The staff was wonderful – they were so friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The place was very clean and appealing to the eye. On the weekend there is street parking. I highly recommend Eureka to anyone looking for beauty needs.
I just had one of the most enjoyable experiences in my life here. The stuff is professional and caring. After the facial treatment with Xenia which felt like a meeting with a friend - besides fantastic service - I finished with proposed glass of Prosecco.... I mean - if you would like to experience how the service industry should look like - personalized, present, professional and caring... take any of many treatments Eureka has. You will be not only happy but also leave the place wanting to come back. I definitely will !!!
Absolutely love this place. My boyfriend got me a Groupon here for laser hair removal. The place is beautiful and the staff is sooo nice. They’re very professional and make you feel very comfortable. They provide a lot of services. The laser hair removal machine they use is super high tech. You guys should check this place out.—Update:After having done two laser hair removal treatments the areas have a lot of surface that has no hair. After the first treatment there was a noticeable difference. It definitely takes longer for my hair to grow back. Can’t wait for the remaining 6 sessions.I’ve read comments saying that the staff was pushy about their other services but they never were with me. They mentioned their other services to me only once. They seldomly send out emails, if they do it’s interesting things. They also have cool-sculpting demonstrations which I find pretty cool.
Been coming here for laser hair removal for a while. All of the technicians are extremely friendly and always make sure you’re comfortable. The rooms are clean and the prices they offer are basically a steal compared to what others charge. Also IT WORKS! Nothing more exciting than seeing less and less hair growing back in after a session.

I came to Eureka in so much agony and pain from a post-surgical procedure. They took great care of me and I am on the mend and feel better after each lymphatic compression treatment. I am so happy I found them. The staff is great, professional and knowledgeable.

I managed to get in two laser hair removal sessions before Covid and I cant wait for Eureka to reopen so I can continue my sessions! I immediately saw results and regret not starting lasering my legs earlier. Nati is sweet, knowledgeable, professional, and fast - I get my entire legs done from toes to top of thighs and Im in and out in 20 minutes. Looking forward to seeing Nati again soon!

Nati is an excellent Laser Hair Removal specialist and I truly recommend you select her as your technician! I am getting full-body laser and the treatments are practically pain-free, as opposed to my prior experiences at other places which were exrutiating. Nati goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible by making you feel comfortable, and getting to know you through conversation while maintaining professionalism. She is extremely knowledgeable on Laser usage and Skincare in general and will provide you with personalized, specific tips. Today was my second day with Nati, and she is amazing! For a long time I was nervous about getting laser. It’s worth it! I saw results about 5-10 days after just our first session! It is a little painful but it’s super quick. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Nati!

My first time at Eureka Body Care and Spa was in January 2018. It was a bit of a gamble since it was a Groupon but it couldn’t have turned out better. I didn’t know it was possible to make my face & my lips look so good since I’ve never had such great results. And my positive experience is not due to a lack of experience because my life has gratefully afforded me the opportunity to visit MANY Aesthetician’s throughout the world where I’ve had some good and some not so good experiences. That was NOT the case at Eureka Body Care and Spa. It’s by far the best experience and results that I’ve ever had!! On top of the great results, Yana and Olga are absolutely amazing. These ladies are the icing on the cake with their cultivating personalities and although I live in Louisiana, I will gladly travel to Manhattan for all my “beauty treatments”. Thanks Yana and Olga. My experience at Eureka has been amazing. Firstly, all the staff are extraordinarily nice and accommodating. Secondly, and more importantly, the technicians are incredibly skilled. I have received Botox at a few other places before Eureka, including a Dermatologists office, and Olga at Eureka is by far the most skilled. Olga carefully examined the musculature of my upper face and meticulously outlined where to inject as to not give me any side effects (like crazy witch eyebrows that I did have from the Botox I got from two medical doctors!). Olga has a thorough understanding of how to administer botox- I am incredibly happy with my results (again) and highly recommend Olga and Eureka Body Care and Spa to everyone.
Originally purchased a Groupon for cavitation services. The staff are eastern European and lovely to work with. Their cavitation machine is the better of any other Ive experienced, because I seen results. Clean facility also. Location is easy to get to by foot from Path train on 33rd. I will repurchase another session

During my first appt I was a little disappointed that I wasnt given more information about my spa treatment before we started, since it was my first time; I had to ask questions about it and was given the info I need. Other than that, very good atmosphere.
I don`t recommend this place.When I initially purchased package, this spa had misunderstandings with the app (PULSD) that offered their package and I when I showed up my package was not accepted, I had to go through refund process and purchase package all over again through Groupon. Not a great way to start new relationship with the client.Purchased 2 unlimited packages for 1 year from Groupon. Received 6 treatments multiple moths ahead of year end (expected more treatments).Had lots of miscommunications on multiple steps during my experience - no clarity on package terms (1 year length dooesn`t match what was advertised on Groupon), effect not as expected - initially was told that my treatment will take 8 visits but package was covering only 6 - I found out that terms are different from what I signed up for later when already started treatments.During every visit I was asked what is my treatment plan and offered less services that I initially purchased - I had two packages and every time was asked only about one - how about you write it down already!On the last day of treatment I was told that my treatment will take 2 years and I need another round of 6 visits!

Purchased a Groupon with this company and they are unaccomodating. While knowing that there were State orders for shutdown during the pandemic, they offered no options for postponing, extending or refunding the voucher. Very unprofessional.

Purchased a couples massage Groupon and it was the best service I ever received. Package included Swedish massages, facials and a champagne toast at the end. Spa was very clean and welcoming. Monica and Svetlana are highly skilled professionals. The entire staff is so friendly and sociable. Looking forward to a return visit to try other services!!

2022-03-10Amazing service! They went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday special. Oksna was great! Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the other technician, but everyone was wonderful. I will totally go back to receive different services in the future. We went today to receive a couple’s massage, and they were kind enough to accommodate our appointment last minute. Please don’t hesitate to visit this amazing place. 2022-09-04What a LOVELY place! My husband and I came for the Couples spa package. We received a FULL body massage that was amazing, and a mini facial. It was just what we needed to start off our anniversary. They were very attentive and professional. We had a Groupon, and appreciated that the front desk had the taxes and gratuity charges posted so we didnt have to figure it out ourselves. Afterward, we offered champagne, coffee & tea with mini muffins.

2022-07-09Booked a facial here for the second time. The first facial I got here was really great the technician took her time and it was very thorough. The second time I went she cut my time short said that too many people were booked and better luck next time, yeah they made me wait 20 minutes before even seeing me. When I talk to the receptionist she disagreed and said it’s not a problem with booking and that I received the full treatment, even after the technician said she could only do part of the treatment. The entire appointment from start to finish was very unprofessional, rushed, not relaxing at all. I would not go back here.

She takes her time and is very knowledgeable and good at what she does. Definitely recommend Nati to anyone who is looking to get full body laser spot. This place has amazing prices. The ambiance is great and all the workers are very sweet and go above and beyond to fulfill your needs.

2022-05-10Eureka Spa is a relaxed environment, very comfy and clean. I had the pleasure in experiencing one of the best lymphatic massages by Lali. Lali has 15 years experience , and I must say the massages are so good. She is also a kind lady. I enjoy the quiet music and dark room, while receiving the service. I recommend you try this Manhattan location 😉. They have package deals on prices at this time. So take advantage of the experience. You wont regret it. 2022-04-08The reason I’m giving 2 star is just because the people are very friendly. In contrast with some other option here, they were very friendly by call and in person, however, I went there for manual lymphatic massage after my 2 days surgery and the person didn’t know what she was doing. I have the surgery in my stomach and she was doing massage on my feet, legs and face as well. She did a little in my stomach and when got in my back, it came out the liquid what is NORMAL for any professional in that area, but she got so nervous, called someone else, the other women put a bandage for the liquid don’t come out (???) and left, the other women start to massage on my leg, no in my back anymore. I decided to leave. This place isn’t for post surgery lymphatic massage manual. I do not recommend. I had payed a package and canceled, even the receptionist saying that they have other professionals I didn’t want waist more money with them.

2022-07-02Hi! My boyfriend and I did the couples massage package. At first I was going to use a Groupon voucher but they offered a better deal which was nice! Monica and Igor was our masseuse. They were wonderful! It felt very relaxing throughout the experience. Their fingers were magic! haha. Monica was super nice and noticed my tension areas, provided me with exercises to help relieve my problem areas at home. Overall nice massage and sweet staff. Thank you!
