Nobody answers emails. Emailed a couple of times, never got a response back. Don’t see any results or progress from my treatments even with the products I was told to use for my face. Typical place that robs you for your money. Spent like $30 on these facial wash pads which made me break out even more and they wanted to sell me cream for like $60. Ridiculous. Not going back
My experience at Euro-Laser exceeded my expectations. The environment was calming and very professional. Every person I worked with was very informative and spent as much time with me as I needed. I highly recommend their services.
I have been a patron of Euro Laser Spa for many years and the experience is always delightful and professional whether it is for a message, a facial or an appointment for a facial rejuvenation technique. The medical Director, Dr. Adam Messenger, MD, is outstanding not only in what he does as a Medical Injectables and Facial Rejuvenation Specialist, but he is also an outstanding internal medicine physician. I have known him for decades and observed him in practice. When I worked in public health, he was one of my go-to people for providing health education programs. He is a people person, an artist and is meticulous in what he does. How lucky is this spa to have a medical director who is an award winning physician who also holds degrees in pharmacology (and more)? Best of all, he and the management and staff of Euro Laser Spa are compassionate people who treat all of us the way they would want to be treated! I was greeted warmly as soon as I entered. I was seen promptly. I was treated professionally and was given some good advice on facial care. So far the procedure( removal of brown spots) is going well. I highly recommend them.
The spa is well run and everyone who works there is very professional. A friend recommended Silvia to me and I have never looked back! She is amazing!

The office was very nice.The receptionist & doctor were very pleasant & attentive. I was not rushed while talking to Dr.Messenger. The procedure hurt some & there was bruising, which I still have 9 days later after following all the instructions.But those things happened & it will fade.

2022-09-18Liz, Dr. Messenger & the entire team at Eurolaser are fabulous! They literally treat every client there as though they are family which is why so many have stayed loyal & come back for years. I am 44 years old & have been doing Botox & dermal fillers for 15 years, majority with Dr. Messenger. I was shocked to read the review where someone complained about a bruise after Botox. It is a known fact that mild bruising can occur, especially if the patient uses alcohol, caffeine, fish oil etc. Plus the nature of the treatment is taking several needles to the face! How someone could be so surprised about a bruise after a needle being injected into the body is absolutely ludicrous. Then the client accusing the establishment of “caring more about money”, when it was in fact she who was complaining in the hopes of a acquiring refund! There is someone in this scenario who is being dishonest in the hopes of gaining money; however, it is NOT the team at Eurolaser.

2022-08-09Very disappointed in the level of customer service provided after I had an issue with bruising. Ive been receiving Botox in NYC for over seven years prior to moving to Rye. Ive never had bruising and swelling until this service. It looked like I had a black eye for over a week. Once I reached out to tell them about the situation there was no reimbursement, discount, etc for what happened. Take your money elsewhere- they care more about money over keeping their clients happy.

2021-08-14I love everything about Eurolaser! Our whole family goes and we have been a client for over 10 years. The staff is very professional, informative and truly meets our needs in all levels with respect to services. What I like the most is the VIP program and the specials they have throughout the year. I would highly recommend the facials, brow service and massages. Their products are amazing as well! Thanks to the whole staff at Eurolaser for everything you do!

2020-10-14I have known the owner Liz for many years.She is always up on the latest greatest treatments products etc Ive had so many different treatments over the many years. One of my Favorites is Micro needling and Hydro facials .My daughter who was a child when I started going to Eurolaser is now a client as well. We love ❤️ it here

Excellent service during the laser treatment, paying attention to how I feel all along. Highly recommended spa especially for those who are looking for professional n safe skin non-surgical treatment.

2020-10-07I can not recommend Eurolaser enough! They take the best care of you from scheduling your appointment to the actual service provided! The staff is awesome! The service provided is unmatched and the products are life changing! They also have gone above and beyond in regards to covid precautions. I had flawless skin for my wedding this year and it was because of Eurolaser! Thank you!!

2017-10-27This is a GEM of a spa in Rye. I am always greeted with a friendly smile by the girl at the front desk. Liz is terrific in everything she does. She goes through what she is doing and gives instructions on the after care. She keeps up with the latest technology related to the lasers so you know you are getting the best service. I highly recommend going to this spa for laser treatments as well as facials and massages.
