The office staff were very informative and helpful. There was no problem getting an appointment that fit my schedule. They did a great job, and did not leave any mess. I would highly recommend this company! My tub looks great!
Use another company!! I booked European Reglazing because of the great reviews I saw.... unfortunately, I wasnt so lucky! What a horrible job. I spoke to Scott on multiple occasions that his painter Mark wasnt doing a good job. We have a 3 month old and wanted to reglaze the tub because there was a rust spot in the corner, and around the drain... also some discoloring under the bath mat. When Mark left the first time he didnt remove any of the brown paper from our floors or vanity, including the porcelain dust from sanding. There were multiple drips, and sags not to mention the tub was so rough when I dried it with a towel 3 days later the fabric was getting stuck in it. He was supposed to remove the silicone around the tub, he painted right over it. It started peeling immediately. I called Scott, he sent him back. He touched up in a few areas, now the areas that looked great looked horrible and vice versa. You could see the bottom of the tub was painted and the whole inside was rough this time. He also didnt bring anything to clean up the dust, again. He asked to use MY broom and dust pan! I called Scott again. I requested another painter - he told me he would talk to Mark but lets give him another try. 3rd time is NOT a charm. Although the drip marks are gone the sheen of the tub is so uneven. He told me the corner might peel since it was down to the steel... I sell paint, our customers paint over steel all the time and theres not an issue. I asked him to please re-do the whole tub so it looks uniform. He told me my boss wont let me do that, between you and me it costs him $150 every time I have to come back here Do yourselves a favor... find another company. The owner should have came to our house after the 2nd complaint to look at it, now that it was done a 3rd time we didnt even get a followup call. Very unprofessional, and a waste of our money.

Three and half years after European Reglazing reglazed bathtub to a custom color, I observed small crack and paint bubbling slightly. I called Scott fearing cost and inconvenience of scheduling reglazing of the entire bathtub. Instead Scott provided all the materials necessary -including the custom color for me to do a tiny touch up myself. Problem solved without any inconvenince or cost to me. Outstanding customer service!!
Fantastic job, my tub and tile looks brand new! Well established family business of three generations. I visited their job and met the owners, I now avoid these cheap fly by night companies working out of their garage or car.
I have to disagree with the reviews below. I had heard rave reviews from my aunt and when we moved into our home we had our bathroom reglazed immediately. We thought it would update our very blue bathroom and it did temporarily. A few month later the first few chips starting showing. On the wall adjacent to the tub and also on the sides of the tub. I called the company and they insisted I must have dropped something. No... it is on the wall I didnt drop anything on the wall. They reluctantly sent someone out to repair it after a few phone calls and they sent the same guy out to fix it. I was pretty thankful at the time but only a few weeks later we had even more chips in more places. We werent using any harsh cleaners. Now we have to decide between the manual labor of stripping the bathroom so that it looks clean and is no longer peeling or save to replace our once outdated but otherwise fine, clean space. If I could go back in time I would NOT have reglazed the bathroom or used European Reglazing.
They reglazed my tub and tile over ten years ago, and it still looks PERFECT! I live in a condominium, and they have done work for several of my neighbors also, and everyone has been very happy with their work. I highly recommend European Reglazing.

Good luck trying to even get them in for even an estimate. Ive called twice asking about different dates and unfortunately these guys ONLY work when literally the rest of the world works. 9-5 Monday-Friday and they close for all the holidays plus the occasional day after. Unless youre willing to take a day off work for this, look elsewhere.

2022-06-16I live in an apartment and needed my tub re-glazed. I had no say in who was hired to do the work but I wasnt disappointed. Scott and another worker showed up and couldnt have done a better job! My tub looks beautiful - like brand new. They were also very neat and clean (kudos in my book!). I would definitely recommend European Glazing for all your tub needs. Good guys all around!

2021-03-16I had my bathroom reglazed February/ March of last year and I thought it was amazing. What started off with little chips are now huge patches of paint coming off my tub. Ive had them come once before, but it just got worse. My hair gets caught in the paint cracks and the paint chips end up clogging the drain, its a huge mess. I shouldve taken my money and invested in an actual bathroom remodel. We apparently get a lifetime guarantee but, I rather not waste my time. Look elsewhere or look into other solutions. Best thing to do is find reviews from people whove had their bathrooms reglazed for 2+ years by other companies and use them instead.

2020-09-01Scott helped me pick colors and sent a great team. Jimmy is an amazing technician. My wife and I marveled at this transformation of our bathroom tub, accessories and the bull nose tile. We wish we knew about them years ago.

2018-11-22I just had my stand up shower stall done by Scott of European Reglazing and the stall came out awesome. Had I gutted and tiled the shower myself it would have cost 4 to 5 times as much. The tech was on time, courteous and professional and he made sure that no overspray ended up anywhere else in the house. My wife and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend Scott and his company. 2017-12-11The serviceman from European Reglazing spent a period of 3 hours repairing a nickel-sized chip on the lip of my bathtub and then reglazed the entire tub so that it looked new upon completion. Before he began the process, the serviceman covered the bathrooms sink and mirror, toilet, floor tiles and bath tiles with paper and secured the paper with tape. He was extremely professional, conscientious and neat. He completed the job from start to finish in 3 hours. After 3 days had elapsed to allow the glaze to cure, I removed the paper and was extremely pleased with his work product. I would highly recommend European Reglazing. I was impressed prior to the service call when Scott, the president of the company explained in detail, the procedure that the serviceman would be performing and also addressed any questions that I had raised.

2019-02-22What a terrible experience with the reglazing of our tub and tile! The owner Scott, is a very nice guy, but unfortunately doesn’t do the work himself. The intial glazing was done when the weather was not that great. A friend of mine came to the house as I could not take off from work. Upon returning to our home, there was dirt and mud all over my wood floors. Then in the bathroom, dirt all over the floor, brown paper not removed, over spray over EVERYTHING. We have to buy a brand new vanity and toilet. Asked them to recaulk and they did a terrible job. The reglazing missed three huge patches. Scott sends same employee back. The man was not very happy about having to return. Fixed the patches, but not the caulk. When we began using the tub again, our daughter scratched her ankle on the many rough spots left on bottom of tub. Now, They offered to come back third time!! We reglazed same tub 16 years ago, never an issue and worth each penny. Unfortunately, did not keep records of which business we used. After reading the positive reviews and speaking with Scott on the phone, I trusted the job would be done just as nice as the first time. WRONG!
