I think this place is GREAT! Waxing is all they do... & they do it right.They prep your skin first & use a cold hard wax - it hurts so much less! I recommend them...Especially Margo & Jamie... :)

I go to Laura and will not go to anyone else. Laura, is professional and fun. I have gone to others at the same center and they do not compare to how experience Laura is.

2021-09-03SUCH friendly staff who are so welcoming every time u step foot in the store and a very clean, professional space to get waxed at!! i go to amanda every time and she is the absolute best, if you want to get waxed i always recommend her and swear by her!! 10/10!!

2020-11-05From the first call to schedule nothing but nice, professional and friendly service. It was my first time so they recommended Amanda for my service and I am so happy they did! When I arrived till the moment I left one staff member was nicer than the next. Such a pleasure....as far as waxing appointments can be :)

2021-04-10I wouldnt get waxed anywhere else again. Staff was so sweet, friendly, informative and easy to talk to. I bought a package that saves me almost $70 over 6 months of waxing.Would recommend to everyone.

2017-07-08I had Linda do a first time waxing and she made me feel very comfortable and made me feel like I could handle everything that was happening and she really put me at ease. Also, she did a great job and am very happy with the results.

2018-06-14I have been to several and I swear by Northlorts location. I have had approx65 different waxers and I swear by Dani, if you go to her bring extra money to tip a little more because SHE DESERVES IT. So professional, she is very thorough and takes her service seriously.

2019-04-27I am very disappointed and actually HIGHLY upset. I was fired because of a PRIVATE conversation as a PAYING CUSTOMER about my feelings!!!A) you invaded my privacy listening to a PRIVATE CONVERSATION in a CLOSED DOOR ROOM!B) you make up an excuse that someone called corporate about me calling them “sweetie”C) you fire me through text message before hearing my side of the story.The fact is I told my manager I was having an issue with a coworker which has been going on for weeks. She doesn’t respond to me till the next day FIRING me. Without hearing my side of the story. Her excuse was someone called corporate who in turn called the owner. Keep in mind I’m NOT ALLOWED to talk to the highest boss or corporate. I’ve asked numerous times to speak with her so I can hear from her what exactly went on causing my termination. And I was told numerous times that she knows about me and doesn’t need to speak with me. That right there is a red flag to me. The fact is I was getting waxed in a PRIVATE room with the door closed. I was paying for a service and another waxer and front desk associate ILLEGALLY INVADED MY PRIVACY and told my manager we were talking about them. If you weren’t listening to my conversations the first place you wouldn’t have heard me VENTING because of something that just happened.Needless to say if you go to European Wax Center in East Northport be prepared to get an attitude, and make sure you talk very very low because they listen to your conversations, and people just wanting to take your money for packages. FYI we get commission off packages we sell so make sure you save your money and get unlimited!! They don’t tell you that you save the most money doing it that way. They just care about money in their pocket. It really isn’t run properly the computers go down and we can even get in touch with our manager. Instead she TEXTS us what to do 2 hours later.
