My favorite waxer ever Rocio, makes every wax super quick and painless! She’s the best
By far one of my favorite European wax centers. Ive tried a few different locations but it seems like they have the best waxers here. My number 1 go to is Christina though! She is amazing and always is thorough and does an amazing job. If your looking for a team that knows what their doing and the best wax around come to this location.
This would be my first experience at this place, I have never ever thought about waxing until I started seeing videos of men waxing their excess hair on the face and getting eyebrows done also my wife recommended this place. The staff is very friendly and the place is super clean.
Honestly I am sooo pleased with this place! They are amazing in there. It was my first time and right away Sasha made me feel at home. We were laughing, having a great time! Making it way less awkward than what I was expecting. She is great at what she does and if its your first time, like it was mine, I defiantly recommend her. Thank you so much Sasha!! And they also have a great receptionist named Nikki. She was a bundle of joy as well. Ill be back next month and many more months to come. Love you guys!!!!
Im not sure how this place is surviving. When i came in last week the front desk staff was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. It always seems slow when I come in and there are always new workers which doesnt seem like a good sign. This place also lacks cleanliness which is a major turnoff. The wax itself was good, but the experience was not.
First and last time coming to this place. I went to this place a few weeks ago, to try the Brazilian wax. They’re 4 step procedure is pretty cool. The wax was soft, so it did not hurt like the normal hard wax I was used too so that was nice. But the person who waxed me, missed a lot of hair towards the rear end. I did not realize this until I was taking a shower and I felt many hair pieces that was still present. I went back to my normal waxing lady, she told me never to go back to European wax because I had a increase of ingrowth than I ever did. (Normally I might have 1-2 but this time it was A LOT). I am very disappointed because this place is known for waxing but they did not do the best 5 star job for me.
This is my first time getting my eyebrows waxed at EWC and it was an amazing first experience! I’ve always gotten my eyebrows threaded at my local salon and the pain never gets any better. But Christina took her time to really look at the shape of my brows and made sure that I was content :) I’m never going back to threading again lol thank you Christina!!
Tomorrow is my second appt. I love this place. I was slightly nervous trying a new waxing center but I was relieved once I stepped in the door. Nothing like a clean & calm environment when youve got to get your hair yanked from its follicles.
Horrible service! Appt was changed to a different provider not the one requested. Service provider was inadequately trained. Brushed off clients concerns and complaints as pregnancy related, left wax all over body, went over same areas multiple times even though I’m a one strip girl. Reached out multiple times to speak to a manager (including at the end of my service) and have not heard back from anyone in almost 2 weeks.
I have been going here since they opened. Lizette is my waxer. Highly recommend using her. My skin is very sensitive but their wax does not bother me. I have gotten the brazillian, my underarms waxed, and my eyebrows.
Pro: Clean facility, fast service, and great price, the only reason I gave 2 stars otherwise it would be a zero.Con: Painful, I had Brazilian wax many times before and it never hurt this much. The waxer seems like she wanted to rush through and finish, and didnt bother with pressing down my skin to when rippin off the wax...I can literally feel the hair snapping instead of being pulled out. Lots of hair were still left and she didnt wax over it again. Lots of ingrown hair and irritation. The past week and a half has been uncomfortable with irritated skin full of bumps of ingrown hair and itchy bum.First and last time I will get waxed at European Wax
I went here on my way to work and it was a huge mistake. Not only did the tech burn me with wax but she didn’t even clean up my eyebrows properly.it doesn’t even look as though they were done. Will not be coming back here and I don’t suggest anyone else does either. You would think a place with the word Wax in the title would know exactly what they were doing, anyway I’ll just stick to my nail salon eyebrow wax.
I usually love it but the last lady I had for eyebrows (mid 40s maybe) did them & I was not happy with how they came out. She didnt take enough out so Im pretty disappointed. But besides that day I had a good experience.

I get a Brazilian wax here once a month and my experiences have always been great. The girls are all friendly and professional and make the process as quick and painless as possible.
I received a Brazilian waxing and when I got home I still had hair all in my back area and on the sides. I will call tomorrow to go back and hopefully they will redo and cleanup my waxing.
We got an appointment over the phone for a brazilian wax. We been told $47 for the service. We went there and got charged $119. They said they are charging extra service which they never told during the session. Stay away from this place. Greedy people.
Nothing special about this place. You can get same kind of service elsewhere thatcater in wax also. I take it they dont get much men entering, because they looked at me like I was there to rob them.
I got Julia, and she was fantastic! Had some advice, and helped make the process less uncomfortable, and least pain as possible. I would definitely return here.
Only if I could give this place 0 stars...rude staff and management is worse than the staff itself. Only EWC that has non experienced management. They have new waxers every time I visit, Horrible location.

Worst center ever!!! I would not recommend this location to anyone. They do not care about customer service and will make your experience miserable. There are many other locations in the area that are much better.

2022-07-06Ive used European wax center before in another location, and was so happy with the results I wanted to try the company again but this location is just alright. My waxing specialist was really nice but not very thorough. I had to pluck a lot of hairs myself when I came home. She did ask me if I wanted to go over any spots for legs so that was nice but overall my experience here was drastically different than my first. My results are mediocre at best but I needed a last minute wax in so this will do. Definitely do your research before picking locations.

2022-08-21Updates on my Review:I used to LOVE this place and before my recent experience dealing with customer service I used to have an incredible experience here! My wax lady thoroughly ensured that I was completely hairfree and even asked if I saw any leftover hairs and there were none when I looked. My wax lady helped with all and any questions I had and she was so friendly! Im so grateful as well that no products were forced upon me when I was here! I love that a lot! So, no complaints for this location!I usually go here but from my most recent wax appointment my cerologist/wax person didn’t take off all the hair and I went on vacation the next day after my appointment. When I came back from vacation I called as I couldn’t call since of course I was abroad and I dont have abroad calls available on my phone. So, I called right when I got back and the receptionist said the touch-ups are free but she had to ask her mananger. She called me back after attaining an answer from her manager she then said can not do anything and I would need to pay since her manager told her this and said that as a receptionist she doesn’t have any authority to do many things as well as apologized for this incident. Hopefully they are not money hungry and are good in customer service and are able to help because this is disappointing and I will end up never going here again if there is poor customer service.

2021-12-09After a successful 1st Brazilian, I decided to buy the discounted Brazilian wax installment plan (pay for 9 and get 3 free). However after getting lots of ingrowns, I decided to opt out of the program. The receptionist was nice enough to cancel the subscription, yet they kept charging my card MONTHS after! I was charged for the whole $400+ package, despite only getting 1 brazilian!I spoke to the new manager who apologized and said they would refund my money. Its now been several months since that promise. No refund. And the manager refuses to return my calls.Please please beware of this wax center. Their services are good, but they are not trustworthy at all! I plan to file a police report soon.

2020-12-14I was in the area and made an online appointment for a brow wax. They had a mobile check-in process which I was very impressed with. I only had to wait about 5 minutes, and Jaylin did an excellent job on my brows. All around, I had a great experience! They take cleanliness and safety seriously, which is refreshing. Ill be back!

2020-03-01The staff are very friendly and nice. But my favorite was specialists is Christina. Shes very nice and friendly and cares about her clients. She helped picked the shape of my brow and made sure that I left satisfied. Shes on time and works neatly. I recommend her as your wax specialist.

2019-08-14I’ve been getting waxed for almost 10 years, and my appointment here has been one of my top 3 best experiences getting waxed. The staff is welcoming and professional. My appointment was with Antonella, and she was nothing less than amazing. She was patient and gentle as well as knowledgeable and friendly. I was hesitant on the pricing, but their services are worth every penny. I’m strongly considering purchasing a waxing plan. I will definitely come back!

2021-04-13They dont respect your time. I had a 3:00 appointment on April 3, 2021 and I called to let them know Ill be arriving 5 mins late, which I did. So, I got there 3:05 and was waiting for 30 mins to the point where I left without receiving my scheduled service. The specialist I was scheduled to see, was still with someone and she didnt have the decency to come out and let me know she wont be able to see me or how long I would need to wait to receive my SCHEDULED service. The receptionist was just as bad because she just sat there saying shell be out shortly and if I would like to be seen by another wax; when instead you should have went and find out why the specialist was taking so long. Completely felt disrespected of my time and money, so I will not be returning to thie location! Lack of customer service.
