First time getting a wax here and it was GREAT ! Victoria D. Was my waxer and she was so gentle and efficient. She really took her time to make sure my eyebrows came out perfect. I would definitely recommend her and come back just for her!

I went to this location due to my main girl Ronnie leaving in Lawrence. This location was professional and friendly. My technician was Victoria, she was great, patient, professional and very personable. Shes my new wax specialist! Try it out !
I dont understand their 9 min late policy. I mean geez a person can get stuck in traffic or might have a baby or something. But they be mad rude and even if there is literally no1 else there they will still refuse to take you.

Herd amazing things about the west hempstead location. Called to make an appointment and the receptionist was very rude! Kept me on hold 2x for 5 min or more each time . Then when I spoke to her , I COULDNT even get a questioned answered and she hung up. If this is highly recommended by being rude. I DONT THINK SO!!!!
The staff is wonderful. It was my first time ever and my experience was great all my worries were calmed down by Michelle she is so great I’m sad she’s gone however. Still great location

Very Unprofessional, especially the receptionists at the front desk. Aesthetician complained the whole duration of my wax and didn’t remove all the hair properly. You’d be better off going to a different location.

The wax they use is very good, gets all the hair without hurting. Also skin feels very soft afterwards! Just one issue for me is that costs are higher here than other places, if they reduce even a little, it would be best!

2022-02-18I got my first wax done here with the promotion and the lady who waxed me was nice and helped me a lot through my first wax as I was pretty scared. But she did not do a full brazilian. I was a bit confused .. I should have spoken up then but she should have known better as well.

2021-08-09I arrived to my appt 8 minutes late. There is a 9 minute grace. They did not let me inside until 12 minutes past my appointment time making me late.. very frustrating and inconveniencing.

2020-07-21Nothing short of amazing! Now I don’t write reviews about any place but my goodness, the ladies are are PHENOMENAL!!! I recently switched here from my regular and was super scared. Booked with Victoria and she is an absolute gem. Ethereal... like there’s no word to describe who and how she is as a professional at what she does and also just as a woman! Also it was refreshing to connect with someone I could relate to! I was super comfortable the entire time and felt no pain, despite it being months since my last wax. I will definitely be returning and Victoria will be my waxing Wonder Woman!!!

2021-01-19I’m extremely dissatisfied with this quality of work. Granted this was my first time booking a service in which I was removing all of my body hair. I tried my hardest to prep my skin so I can accumulate the best results. I paid over 150$ and gave in a generous tip not for my hair to be growing back in two days. Their was a lot of hair left behind from my wax and I believe the person who was doing it truly didn’t care. She had a very lackadaisical personality and was actually ripping off the wax pretty slow. I am someone who gets Brazilian pretty often and this has to be the worst results I have a ever received. This may have been the first time getting my legs and arms done but I’m pretty sure their isn’t suppose to be patches left. Highly disappointed especially because I would understand if I gave you trouble during the wax but I sat as still as possible and barely a peep was heard from this session.

2021-02-14I was going to this location for over a year .and about two months ago I purchase a package. Well sometime in January i went for my waxing and my appt was 9:15 . Arrived at 9:00 and by the way Im always on time. I called to let them know I was outside. As Im waiting I recd a text for a very important appt telling me I had to be there at 12:00. I called back because now its 9:20 . Just to explain that I may have to reschedule if I dont get seen because I have to travel to Manhattan. Micheal answered the phone and as I was trying to explain my situation he throws his hand in the air and throws himself back In the chair , Im looking right at him from my car. Very unprofessional, so I get called at 9:40 and they had the nerve to change my appt to 9:45. The next day when I called back to speak to the manager I spoke to Jessica. Well let me tell you the most rude,nasty, unprofessional person I have ever spoke to and she hung up the phone on me. I sent a letter to Corp and have not heard anything. Now I have to travel to another location to finish off my package . When this is done I will never give European wax my business again.

2020-06-29This is my first time coming to this location. I travelled far due to closures of the other locations. I am beyond satisfied, I booked with Victoria . She is GREAT! I recommend everyone to book with her . I got a Brazilian and she made me feel comfortable. She is very pleasant and she did the job VERY WELL. I will be coming back to this location, for sure ! The front desk is nice and the place is clean and well sanitized. Upon arrival you scan the barcode on the door and they call you when you are next . They have a clean pen container and a dirty pen container and there is hand sanitizer everywhere . Once again , if you book , BOOK VICTORIA.She goes above and beyond ! There may be a little wait but it is TOTALLY WORTH IT .

2019-11-05I had one of the best waxing experiences. Once I arrived I was taken care of by a nice young lady named jessica. She was very sweet gave different offer on packages that I am definitely considering for the future. She was very informative and patient. In about 10 minutes or less I was taken to a room. The woman who handle my appointment was phenomenal. Antoinette was very patient gentle and charming. She was distracting and attentive to how I felt during the situation. I definitely will make another appointment In the upcoming future

2017-07-30This establishment is a really great place to get all of your hair removal services done. Theyre professional, friendly and helpful. (If youre a first time customer) Only one time they missed a few spots on my full bikini wax but I returned for a touch up, no charge of course and I twirled out of the door, feeling fabulous. Their prices increased recently, not their fault, but all of the European Wax places have recently increased their prices. Either way, I still go because they do a great job.
