Incredible customer service and a great selection - this is the first place to start any project in the Potsdam area. Big box stores have nothing on the expertise of the staff here.
Nothing like it in Potsdam. A real neighborly feeling, you get good, honest advice.I prefer not to shop at big box stores.

2022-06-22Ive been shopping in this store my whole life glad to see it back to a real hardware store only problem now is Im handicapped and have no legs Im really thankful David is still there so I can call and he brings it to the check out Id really appreciate it you could make it so someone in a wheelchair can shop other than that I love this store

2020-02-02I was sent here from another great place. And I needed a specific nut for trailing arm on car. And they had it. Very surprised.. should I have been, I say not. They have just about everything. And they are very helpful. You got Q:, your in good hands. They have the A:s.
