My father had been a resident of Evergreen for over 2 years and recently passed away. The staff are dedicated, caring and devoted to the residents. Management assisted and supported us in a very difficult time while my father was declining. I always knew my Dad was safe and in good hands when I wasnt there.

My wife has been a resident of Brookdale/Evergreen Place on the Memory Care side for almost 3 years with Dementia. She could not be in better hands and there is no other facility I would want her in. The staff has been teriffic, both management and the wonderful people who deal with the residents on a day to day basis. Throw in 2 years of Covid on top of the everyday challenges they face and I think they have done and are doing an incredible job. Those people have literally risked their health and the health of their loved ones to make sure the residents are taken care of and their needs met. Im proud of all of them, THANK YOU and well done.

Cannot recommend this place. My parents have had money stolen from them twice with zero retribution. Staff cannot be trusted yet they have keys to the rooms. No security cameras in the halls or in the rooms. Not respectful of their privacy as employees walk right in on them - even when theyre using the bathroom. Very disappointing considering the ridiculous monthly rent. Look elsewhere.

They really are Compassionate and Caring with their Residents .I love everytime i visit.Just like family.They keep residents involved and engaged with great Recreational activities. I would definitely give 5 stars.

This is truly a wonderful environment mostly due to the fantastic friendly and caring staff. I visit both my dad and aunt three to four times a week and leave with a smile and feeling of contentment for my family’s decision to choose Brookdale Brockport

They dont clean wash clothes or give showers even though they charge a monthly service rate to do just that. they are understaffed because of very poor management
