Contacted me for a job opportunity as an Investigator at their Ithaca branch. I was told by HR that management had called out of work the day of our scheduled interview. When following up the following Monday, I was told their management had called out again, and that I would be contacted later that afternoon.I had heard nothing, and had contacted again through email if the position had been filled yet? To which I received no reply, and was only told Id be contacted again in the future if any opportunities arose. YOU CONTACTED ME? I would have appreciated if I was told you quite arent what were looking for at this moment, or if I dont have the necessary requirements for this position. Instead I was gaslit by the associates at the Binghamtons head office.This company is a gross representation of management, human resources, and organizational prowess in the business world. I am genuinely concerned about how their investigative process works, if they cant even conceive how to communicate with other human beings, much less run a business.

Elizabeth Shorter gets the job done! I have mixed reviews about the responsiveness/communication skills of the overall staff, but when crunch time came around and it was time to be professional, she got the job done. I hope Evolution Consulting appreciates Elizabeths efforts as much as I do!

So where to begin. This is THE WORST consulting service ever. They state that they can preform accurate back round checks when indeed they cannot. They preformed a back round check on me and accused me of 3 counts of assault that never happened. Once I called they let me know that they had failed to verify my date of birth correctly with the court. At this point it had cost me a job. Once I called it they were quick to correct the mistake. However when I asked for a copy as proof they stated that since I had not paid for it I could not have it. Although I understand that this is company policy I felt that it was an appropriate response to the issue at hand. I would not recommend them preform any type of services based on my experience with them.

I have used this company several times due to hospital credentialing. It seems cheap at first but prepare for a few weeks delay followed by more charges to find out your education and work history isnt included in the initial background check charge paid. I am not satisfied with the customer services and wont be using them again. Dont get sucked into this money pit.

I have used their services, very happy with their customer service. They provided me with very helpful information to protect my business with a Substance Abuse Policy. Evolution Consulting has given me piece of mind on hiring, and has helped improve the Reputation of my business.

`This people do not even deserve 1 star because they sat in the office and concluded that my spouse did not have an education without calling her previous school or her present school in the United States. A prospective employer listened to their lies and declined to offer her a job. May be they new form of institutional racism. They dont investigate nothing. A bunch of liars parading themselves as private investigator period !!!

Very clean facility with professionally dressed employees. I was made to feel like I was an important part of their day and they answered all of my questions quickly with confidence. This company definitely holds its employees to a high standard.

Have gone in there 4 times for them to only be closed. they don’t update their hours. Have wasted 40 bucks for parking for them only to be closed. Do not go to them not worth your time.
