My husband and I went searching for a couch all over Brooklyn. We hated everything in Ashley’s, Raymour and all those other furniture stores. Also lead times for those popular places we’re about 5-6 months. We found exceptional furniture randomly just by googling places after lunch in park slope. When we arrived there, we were underwhelmed by the store. It’s a small store above a car wash with furniture not to our liking. We met with Arkadiy who asked what we were looking for. I showed him a photo of a pretty white down modern couch we had been swooning over. He immediately ran to his office and pulled out 2 catalogs with 2 sofas that we loved. He then brought us around the store showing us how the couch would feel with different fabrics and sat us down on sofas with the same down filling. The lead time was only 6 weeks. The delivery guys were great and were in and out in under 10 mins. Highly recommend!!!

I was first given an estimate of 4-8pm for delivery after ordering a table off of Amazon. When I finally got a text that the delivery driver was on their way, it was clear that they would not arrive until after 10pm. I contacted the delivery driver and said NO way, you are going to need to deliver at a reasonable time during the day. The driver said that they could retry in a few days. I then found out that Amazon third party delivery/sellers are NOT permitted to deliver anything past 5pm. I was told my table would be delivered a few days later between 12-5pm. On that morning, I woke up to creepy texts like “good morning dear” from the delivery driver, who then proceeded to say that he “needed more time” and would once again fail to deliver by 5pm. At this point, Amazon launched an investigation and formally asked that a DIFFERENT delivery service/carrier be used to deliver my table. Instead of responding, the owner of EFURNITURENY had the creepy delivery man show up unannounced at my door past 5pm. When I tried to refuse the package, the owner called me and repeatedly pressured me go into accepting the package. I was so uncomfortable that I had to ask my stepfather to drive over immediately for assistance and safety given this creepy delivery driver and invasive situation. The owner called me to make endless excuses and claimed I had no choice but to accept the package. He clearly had no idea that he was attempting to manipulate someone who knows better. The owner attempted to blame ME for their repeated failures to deliver on time, among many other predatory angles. This entire “business” is absolutely disgusting and beyond unprofessional.

Excellent styling recommendation with a great selection to choose from. Delivery service and punctuality are far better than expected. I found the showroom on Google. What a hidden gem. Highly recommended,

Found this place online for furniture after Macys screwed me on a couch. Walked into the showroom and was blown away. Arcaydi (sorry if I spelled it wrong) helped me and my wife pick out a couch that was exactly like the one she fell in love with from Macys. Not only was he a million times more informative than the tools at Macys but was also helped us out making sure it would fit through our door ways being they are pretty narrow. I highly recommended this place!

I bought a sofa on amazon which ended up being shipped through this company. When i spoke to one of the representatives from this store it was a horrible experience! The guy was extremely rude and argumentative. I couldn’t get a word and he called me a liar and made out I was incompetent. I ended up not having the item delivered and returning it. I will never do business with these people again and told amazon not to either. I do not recommend buying anything from this company.

Best possible pricing along with an extremely helpful, attentive, and dedicated staff.Very happy with the selection of merchandise as well, if you have something in mind they can usually find it, and a great price too.Give these guys a try, Ill go out on a limb by saying that youll have the furniture buying experience of your life(in a good way.)

I purchased an amazing Poster bedroom set from Exceptional Furniture warehouse located in Brooklyn NY, This bedroom is retail valued at over $6,000+ everywhere i looked. But i purchased it from them for only $3,200!!!. The same set as Ive seen everywhere else! they brought it to me Brand new in Boxes and assembled it with great customer service. A+++Thanks Guys!

Amazing furniture store. Really a hidden Gem. Great selection of great quality furniture and loved how knowledgeable the staff is. They’re not pushy and educate you about the products so you know what you are purchasing. Purchased a lot over the years and everything was always perfect!

Best furniture place with the best prices! I was looking for a very specific king bed and a dresser and was able to find both and at the lowest prices at Exceptional Furniture! Ordering was a breeze, and the online chat representative, Kate, was super friendly and helpful with my order.

Cant say enough about how easy Steve made our experience. We really wanted a Kingsdown mattress and not only was he knowledgeable and friendly but he worked out our delivery on time, despite some trucking issues from the supplier. Very happy - highly recommended!=)
