Let me lead with awesome. And then lets revisit awesome. Play have outside patio with a gas fire so if you like to drink and smoke you can continue to do that also. Lots of flat screen TVs. Watch every sport ever all at once. Great place bet one of the owners while I was there. Cant remember his name. But everyone was great would highly recommend
It was probably the worst service Ive ever experienced in a bar/restaurant in my life. The waitress visited our table once in an hour. We never got to order food, one of my friends didnt get to order anything. The tables around us got drinks, food, refills, our waitress completely ignored us. What made it even better was a manager/owner was sitting at his own personal table watching football while customers were getting treated poorly. Ill never go back, this was just awful customer service.
Food was good, but service was AWFUL. We went into the restaurant at about 4:30 on the day of the RIT Homecoming Hockey Game at BCBS. The staff was woefully unprepared for the crowd that arrived from about 4:45 to 6:00. It was totally unacceptable that youd let everyone that arrived at the door have a seat, then ignore them, because you were not prepared. Lesson: Only seat those that you can provide good service - no more. Furthermore, our waiter (Nick) had NO sense of urgency - he had one speed SLOW. And, he totally blew-off delivering a round of drinks that we asked him for.Weve been going to this place for years prior to games at BCBS. No more....Ill find a new place with management that understands good service.
My daughter and I have been here 3-4 times the last few months because she enjoys their bowl. We always sit on the patio and they never have someone who just works out there. The first time the young lady who went back and forth was amazing! Since I felt we are ignored.Tonight I stood at the bar to get menus and no one acknowledged me for at least five mins. Then when I was approached the server wasn’t friendly at all. She brought out my appetizer and basically tossed it on the dirty table. Yes she did check back on us which I appreciate. I then had to get my check and waited again at the bar for at least five mins. I got my money together and again had to wait for my server. When I gave her my check I said the service needs to be better. Her response was there’s only two of us! I serve part time and understand short staffed but a smile and talking with your customers goes along was!Now with that being said she got an amazing tip from me still. It was close to 30%. My daughter loves the bowl this is the reason we come back. If you have a patio it there needs to be a server. I shouldn’t have to walk up to the bar to order each time I’ve been there. To the young lady who waited on me smile it goes along way!
The service here is so, so, so bad. I come in during the week for kickball and its the worst service ever seen. It takes 10-15 minutes to get served. The guy is the most inefficient bartender. Im here right now and 2 people next to me just left because it took so long. Will not return, embarrassing.
This place is pretty nice. I like it as a sports bar, plenty of TVs, its clean , bartenders are cool. Best tenders and tots Ive ever had. Their tenders are seriously massive. Only reason they get a 4 instead of 5 is because their buffalo sauce is kind of weird and their dessert menu is lacking.
I was harressed beyond believe. I have two service dogs that were refused service, and the dog we adopted they accused was malnurtioned. The dog we originally had we rescued from a poor environment, but we are trying our best to bulk him up. They only treat their dogs and customers and regulars with privileges. Also a regular that they well knew was touchy feely decided to put his hands down my pants and let him resume to drink there. Terrible place for your dogs or humans.
It was ok. Went here to eat after going to two different restaurants that had over an hour wait before being seated. Exchange didnt have a wait at all. The food was ok, service was slow. There was only two tables seated and 10 tables could of been taken care of in the time it took for 2 tables. I will not be going back there.
We sat at the bar, just had drinks. It was a busy night, football playoffs, so we waited a few minutes to get a seat at the bar, some other customers offered us their seat, very nice people. Friendly bartenders, decent prices. I noticed they have a Sunday brunch with bloody Mary specials. Lots if TVs for sports.
This is a nice establishment. The service is good and the food is good. There is an outdoor area which is also great. Im not sure if theres a music venue as I have not experienced that in my three or four visits there. Its great place to go especially if youre looking for some decent food and to chill out.
This isnt going to be one of my usual reviews because I really dont think this place is worth the time.In a nutshell I was not impressed at all. Went there for a Christmas party, we had a couple of pizzas, three different styles of wings and a couple different nachos. The pizza was, how can I say this, beyond disappointing. It seemed like the pepperoni was an afterthought as it would not stay on the pizza, it was crisp and dry as well. The nachos had no flavor and the chips were old tasting. The big disappointment were the wings. They were dreadfully overcooked. It was almost like eating a dehydrated chicken wing still on the bone.Needless to say I cant in good conscience recommend this place. Really the only reason for the two stars and not one is the customer service was really good. So if you love great customer service and dont care that your food is not up to that same standard or just want to have some drinks then this is a great place for you.
We went with a large group of people but sat at separate tables to make it faster before a hockey game. We were no nonsense with the waitress and ordered everything as soon as we got there and were served our drinks and food very quickly. Other people had problems getting their food but I place a fair amount of the blame on them, not the bar.The grilled cheese sandwich cheeseburger was ridiculous but extremely tasty. My Ruben was also very good with a hearty portion of thick corned beef. The beer selection was good with a wide variety of types of beers instead of say 10 different but similar IPAs.
Ive gone in two different times and had to walk out because a server never came to our table. The first time I believe was when it was under a different owner, so I gave them another chance. The second time was on a Friday night at about 8pm. The place wasnt busy at all and the bartender looked to be the only server there as well. Even if she was busy, I wish she would have at least stopped by our table and given us menus. I guess if youre going the only place you should sit is the bar.
I have been here multiple time and enjoyed it each time. Today I went and had the worst service Ive received anywhere in years. I waited 35 minutes for our food (table of only 2 people). We watched as 3 other tables came in after us, ordered, and ate their food. Eventually I got up and walked to our waitress who was tending bar at the time and told her we never got our food. She said your what? I pointed to our table and told her again our food, that we ordered 35 minutes ago. She immediately went in the back and grabbed our food which had been sitting back there for who knows how long. She proceeded to tell us that chicken wings take a long time to cook. Really?!? Cause Ive ordered chicken wings several other times in my life and never waited that long. Also it was clear she went back to the bar and was complaining about us as other customers at the bar were looking over at us while we ate when she was talking to them. We quickly boxed our food to go and left. Absolutely terrible service, which is sad- cause I used to like this place. Would never go back again now...
Convenient location for a fun sports bar. I do like the tall ceilings. Feels like theres a lot of space in there. The kitchen is mostly finger foods. Cant go wrong with a cold beer and food from here. It does get very crowded during happy hour, post Blue Cross Arena events, and weekend nights... but that just means that its that good.
Reasonable draught selection, and the food is decent. I come here about once per week. Ive had the fried fresh mozzarella (A+), wings (A-), and chicken Caesar wrap (A, tasted fresh, mostly lettuce, not much dressing, which is a good thing).Service has always been quick, attentive, and pleasant.
Good friend invited me out to a sporting event, said we were going to meet here for early drinks and parking for the game. We did get good drinks, unfortunately though I think the staff was a tad unprepared for fhe food ordering, it took almost an hour for our apps to get done, granted it was busy but it had appeared that maybe the orders had been side tracked at some point. All of this being said, great place, pretty good service ( i think this was a circumstantial hiccup), and great atmosphere the place was busy but in a great way.
Slow service. People that ordered the same food as us AFTER we ordered got thers first. Wated half an hour after ordering to get food. Also food is falsely advertised, only 3 chicken fingers not 4 however they havent changed the menu OR THE PAPER TO GO MENUS, yhe waitress never told us and the guy at the bar was rude about it when i asked him, i pointed at the menu and he said i could argue with you all day but we changed it. Rude and a rip off, never coming back.
Ordered food. Waited an hour for delivery (quoted 20-30m). Call and and told they are closed. No one to answer yet they are listed open on all platforms. If your going to say your open be open. Wasted an hour of my time and $30 of my money I might get back after more time and energy from Uber.

2022-04-09Their food is amazing. Top notch in Rochester. Big portions and delicious. Fish tacos amazing, wraps amazing, hoagies amazing. Definitely would go back. I love their vibe too.Only comment I’ll make is their high top chairs are very uncomfortable but otherwise I liked it there .

2022-04-06The service was really poor--the two present seemed like they had attitude issues. The food was unpleasant and giving that, it shouldnt be that expensive. Overall, its a TRASHY establishment. Youre better off going somewhere else in the city.

2022-01-10Recently discovered this place, since we will soon be moving to the area. The food was excellent both times we went there, and the two bartenders we have met - Nick and Dustin - couldn’t have been nicer. Pretty sure this is going to become one of our favorites in the area.

2021-11-26Day before Thanksgiving my son and I decided to eat here before a show at the Blue Cross Arena. This place was busy!! Very clean, staff very professional. We had pub burgers and fries that were excellent. Clean establishment. The only reason I give this four instead of five stars is because we had to get the attention if someone to take our food order and it was a long wait before we got our food. Staff was constantly running with orders. I would go here again, just a different day/time if year.

2021-12-24We didnt get a chance to eat as it was busy and only one employee on. He was still willing to try and serve us even though we had about 30 in our party. No way would we do that to him we so cleaned up what mess we made, tipped him out and went on our way. Appreciate his hospitality and willingness to try and take care of us.

2019-07-16Local sports bar in the Cornhill neighborhood. Good selection of drinks. The food was reasonably priced and had good flavor; be mindful if your food had jalapenos with it, the cook that was on clearly liked them!

2021-10-16They didnt know it was RIT Brick City weekend so they were short staffed for the number of people that walked in. BUT they managed to give us cold drinks and hot food in a reasonable time.
