Positive: Location Negative: Smell of cleaner in the room. Also there was no one at the door when we first arrived after 11pm, and no one picked up the phone. A sign on the door said Business hours 6am to 11pm and for a few minutes we thought we had no way to get into our room.

So the staff was really polite. But everything else was not ok.. Smelled really bad of cigarette smoke,weed, stains on carpet,broken toilet paper holder, tub vibrated,hair dryer does not work, heating broken, mattresses badly stained,pink hair dye on the floor in bathroom, and phone did not work.i highly recommend not staying in this hotel. Despite the low price. Save your money and go to the one next door. For about the same price. Happy travels and good luck out there ! Oh and one more thing. There was nasty stuff in the refrigerator. So um yeah have fun.

Positive: Nothing Negative: It was not very clean , no breakfast , no coffee in lobby , no elevator , no snacks machine broke . It was horrible as far as amenities. Never gave me a recipe when checked out . Poor poor.

Negative: Very dirty,many nails in walls, clogged sink, burn holes on bedspread and carpet and worst of all, bed bugs. I took pictures and gave the bed bug to the front desk clerk.

This just is a former Super 8 that the owners have done basic maintenance and upkeep on. The phones and wifi are still labeled Super 8. My room was clean, but not quite as sleek and modern as it appeared online. Furniture and plywood sheets were left stored in the hallway.

The staff at the desk was downright rude. The bathroom had dirty towels in it, cracked and moving floor tiles by the toilet and sink, the shower had a handheld sprayer with no way to hold it in place for a steady stream, the carpet was dirty with hair and sticky feeling. The ONLY good thing I can say is the bed was comfortable.

Originally, I had reserved rooms on two days, a week apart. I came at around 11:00 on the first day (Sept. 14, 2019) and was told my reservation had been cancelled for that day, because there had been a change in ownership of the motel, and the former owner, Super 8, had cancelled all reservations because of incompatible reservation systems. I was also told that there were no available rooms. I was told that my reservation for the other day (Sept. 21) was still present in the system. I reconfirmed the reservation for the 21st. After checking with 2 other motels in the area, and finding they also had no available rooms, I ended up sleeping in my vehicle. I could have kept searching, but not found something until close to morning. I was lucky that I was not travelling with children or someone with special needs, and that I had a vehicle with room to sleep in.On the second day, I noticed garbage piled by the side door, and some things had not been fastened properly. The shower curtain had been attached to the rod by cutting between the eyeholes, rather than removing the end of the rod from the wall and sliding the curtain on - a rather amateurish approach. Overall, my stay that night was passable. The workers seemed to spend a bit of time lounging outside the front of the motel.When I got back to my home the next night, I found two messages identified as Saturday but not as the 14th or 21st, asking whether I was still going to make it to the motel that night. The voice did not sound like the person I talked to at the desk. I believe, but can not be sure, that someone else, with access to the reservation list, cancelled my reservation without telling me or the person at the desk. Even if they had my cell number, they likely would not have reached me, as phones need to be in airplane mode during the flight.I will not be staying at this motel again.Karel Tracy

Our Nov 1-3 visit was ok. It was NOT the NIGHTMARE described by some other reviewers. The carpet was immaculate the bathroom was newly renovated. The vanity was small, but the water was HOT andshower had great pressure. The tub was immaculate. All the drains had rapid flow. The beds were very comfortable. WHAT DO PEOPLE EXPECT FOR ABOUT $50 a night? We paid about $350 a night for a room at an Ogunquit, Maine, guest house. The Maine accommodations were not dramatically better than this hotel. Some people want to pay nothing but get the TAJ MAHAL. Be fair when you take the time to give an honest review.

The front desk was rude, not informative, and didn’t have my room ready by check in. Customer service was terrible. Room and rest of the residence was unsanitary. I had to go get staff just to clean my room and even that wasn’t good enough. Internet connection was very bad as well. I would not recommend this place for any tourists or anybody lookin for a decent stay.
