If I could give 20 stars, I would!!After listing my property with an agent, I was informed that my property had over $60k in fines with 6 violations. It was an absolute nightmare. I hired another company 2 years ago to remove a basement violation. After several thousands of expense, pages and pages of messages, and unmet promises I looked elsewhere and came across this company. What the other company could not achieve in 2 years was done in about 1 month. I did research and talked to 3 or 4 other similar companies and decided not to go with them because they were not a one stop shop. Vanessa took care of everything end to end, and at every step knew exactly what was needed.

Vanessa tek my money to clear my basement violations however my husband make a payment to her to clear the violations from my basement she say could go ahead n do my work and conducting gas text with out any inspection I told her that gasoline leaking she say no problem she could fix my gasline because she is plumber when ever I call her office her secretary is very rude towards me please dont conduct any business with her

2020-02-06I am writing this review for my brother who cannot stop praising the expertise and kindness of Vanessa and her team. My brother was very stressed out to the point he got sick from worrying about the violations he got on his home because of a mean neighbor. I didnt know how to ease my brothers pain except to find him help. After speaking to several violation removal companies I felt overwhelmed and even more confused than before. 2020-03-04I found out that my home, that I bought 35 yrs ago, had an illegal finished basement. I couldnt believe it. The NYC Dept of Buildings posted a summons on my door. I was so upset. After doing some research, I chose Expert Violations Removal for many reasons; their fees were more reasonable than most, their customer service was exceptional and most importantly, Vanessa, the manager, is awesome. 2021-10-27After reading reviews online, I had high hope with working with this company. Unfortunately when simply calling to inquire about prices and services, I was met by complete unprofessional behavior. When I asked who am I speaking with and their role (as a consumer you have a right to know this) I was met with a nasty attitude stating I’m the owner. My response was just so you know you are highly unprofessional and if this how our first interaction is we do not want to continue business. Owner’s response “duly noted”.

2020-02-22I went to many violations office for help, by far expert building violation is the best in this city. As a general contractor, I have many violations and I always go to Venessa for help. Whenever i go to her she resolve all my violations fast and easy. Venessa is always available to answers my phone calls, sometimes i will call her after work hours and she wont get upset to help me. Venessa is very committed to work, when she say she will do something I believe her, I dont have to think twice.
